Всем, добрый день. Поделюсь проживанием в одну ночь в этом отеле, хотя отелем его явно назвать сложно. Вечером, уставшие после дороги и экскурсий мы приехали в отель, который был у нас в пакетном туре. На ресепшене недоброжелательная барышня, выдав нам ключ от номера на втором этаже ( лифта нет, помочь поднять чемодан некому и услуга не оказывается) всем свои видом показала, как нам «Рада». Открыв номер, в нос ударил запах помойки и затхлости, распахнув настежь окна, мы успокаивая себя попытались поверить, что запах выветриться, но к сожалению до утра этого не произошло. Мебель в номере была вся липкая, одеяла вонючие заправленные в тонкое почти марлевое постельное белье, подушки были до такой степени в свалявшиеся комки, что их невозможно было взбить или расправить, Сам номер вызывал некий ужас, черная мебель, темно коричневые шторы и покрывала ( которые давно уже просились в стирку) сломанная Лейка в душевой кабине, пыль под кроватью, но главное запах… Казалось он въедается в кожу и в одежду. Уже ночью я искала отель для переселения… окончательным моим решением съехать из отеля был завтрак, которым нас так и не накормили. 21 век, кафе на три стола и раздаточное окно в стене, 🙈🙈🙈, что тебе оттуда перепадет оставалось только догадываться…. Очередь к окну за 15 мину не продвинулась…. Чтобы накормить ребенка пришлось в ближайшем периметре искать кафе. Нам повезло в соседнем отделе Бристоль, мы вкусно позавтракали , узнали о наличии свободных номером и переселились за 20 минут….. Вот вкратце моя история про 1 ночь в 365… не советую никому…. Ужасный отель.

Жила в этой гостинице неделю и осталась очень довольна. Очень уютный, чистый и теплый номер, чистое белье, есть кондиционер, чайник, фен. Приветливый персонал. Завтраки - каша, йогурты, нарезка (сыр, колбаса), овощи, фрукты, зерновой кофе из кофеварки. Располагается недалеко от метро, рядом-магазины (Ашан,Пятерочка, Призма), рестораны, (грузинский,китайский). С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь еще не раз.

Я регулярно звоню на ресепшн в Артстудио, и каждый раз спрашиваю, можно ли заказать у них уборку. Каждый раз мне отвечают, нет. Я спрашивал уже раз 150 и 150 раз мне ответили нет. Смысл в том, что отвечает мне один и тот же администратор, отвечает с неизменной интонацией. А я каждый раз с неизменной интонацией спрашиваю: - Место для уборки вечер есть? - У коллег нет физической возможности. - Можно на сегодня заказать уборку? - Всё забронировано. - Мне бы уборку на завтра заказать, на какое время можно? - К сожалению, у коллег очень плотный график, на завтра никак. - Я бы хотел заказать у вас платную уборку на вечер, почем они вообще? - Извините, на сегодня нет возможности. - Свободные даты ближайшие на уборку какие? Мне к вечеру чистый апартамент нужен - У нас даты на уборки бронируют за долгое время и так быстро провести не получится. И ведь этот администратор, зараза, узнаёт меня идеально по голосу, знает, что я спрошу и знает, что он мне ответит. Но ещё ни разу ни один из нас ни тоном, ни словом не показал, что каждый из нас знает сценарий. Бывает администратор курит у заднего входа, когдя я звоню на ресепшн, тогда я слушаю гудки в трубке, он равнодушно докуривает, выбрасывает бычок и возвращается за телефон: - Что вы хотели? - Мне нужна уборка на вечер. - У нас нет возможности. - Жаль. Иногда он общается с другим клиентом, тогда, вися на линии в ожидании, я терпеливо жду, когда они закончат: - А уборку на вечер заказать можно? - Нет, у нас уже все ближайшие даты заняты. Иногда он просто скучает за стойкой, когда на ресепшене перерыв, и только я названиваю на телефон. Конечно, он знает, что будет дальше, но не подаёт виду и равнодушно берет трубку. - Что-то я свободные даты на уборку найти не могу, они вообще в наличии бывают? - Нет, не бывают, все забронированы. Это очень суровое, по-настоящему мужское противостояние, исход которого не ясен. Очевидно, что каждая сторона рассчитывает на победу. Впрочем, я уже согласен на ничью.

GOLDEN PALACE (GP). Официальный статус мы так и не поняли. На сайте указано, что мини-отель, вывеска на здании гласит, что это гостевой дом, на сайтах бронирования - гостиница, ну не суть... Останавливались в GP два лета подряд - 2021и 2022. Первый раз выбрали это место по более-менее подходящим параметрам: цена, небольшая удаленность от центра, наличие парковки. На многое не рассчитывали, но, в итоге, остались в восторге. GP располагается на 4-5 этажах пятиэтажного старого дома, где 1-2 этажи театр ”Суббота”, который не доставляет никаких хлопот постояльцам, хотя мы были в выходные и видели, как собиралась публика, спектакли шли, но звукоизоляция, видимо, зачётная. Третий этаж - жилые комнаты/квартиры, но ощущение, что и не жилые вовсе). На этажи GP надо идти по обычной питерской парадной, кому-то кажущейся не очень уютной, но в этом есть своя атмосферная нотка. Так вот, первый раз могли себе позволить номер комфорт, а на следующий год уже стандарт стал стоить в 1,5 раза дороже, но всё же это был лучший для нас вариант. На три ночи стандарт очень даже хорошо. Площадь номера небольшая, двухспальная кровать стоит одной стороной к стене, но матрац бесподобный, проваливалась в сон, как-будто несколько дней не спала. Также имеется телевизор, маленький холодильник, чайник, стол и два стула. Мебель шикарная добротная, на всех фото полностью соответствует. Кондиционер в наличии, на окне москитная сетка. Ванная комната снабжена феном, набором полотенец, жидким мылом и зубным набором. Подача холодной и горячей воды круглосуточно под хорошим напором, горячая вода течёт не сразу, надо немного слить, но это особенность газовой колонки. Нас это нисколько не напрягало, поскольку дома точно так. В маленькой прихожей настенная вешалка, большое зеркало, тапочки. На этаже есть общая кухня со всем необходимым, прям как дома. Очень удобно👍. Персонал очень приветливый, добродушный, открыт к любым просьбам и пожеланиям. Нам первоначально дали номер с двумя отдельными кроватями, мы попросили с одной, и в течение двух часов вопрос решился в нашу пользу. Побывав в нескольких номерах, увидели, что покрытие пола везде разное: ковролин или ламинат. Ковролин - априори пылесборник, рассадник микробов. Мне в такой комнате некомфортно, но нам и не пришлось в ней задержаться. Есть одна загвоздка, которую советуем устранить. На всех сайтах бронирования указано, что завтрак включён. В прошлом году так и было, и в этот раз мы на это рассчитывали. Но увы, теперь только за отдельную плату. Нисколько не возражаем, так, значит так, но на источниках бронирования информацию надо отредактировать. Мы всегда приезжаем в Питер на машине, поэтому вопрос стоянки для нас очень важен. Закрытый двор, места хватает всем. Ну и что, что надо звонить, чтобы открыли. Не вижу в этом проблемы. Зато гарантированное машиноместо и не на проезжей части неизвестно где. Удалённость GP от центра 3км. На первый взгляд может показаться очень далеко, но когда идешь питерскими улочками, переходишь реки

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.

Отель находится в историческом здании, построенном в стиле модерн. Внутри атмосферно, рядом метро Выборгская и до основных достопримечательностей города недалеко. В номерах присутствуют аутентичные вещи - тумбочки, текстиль, подставка для багажа... Есть всё необходимое из туалетных принадлежностей: полотенца, фен, тапочки, халат, гель и шампунь. В номере есть сейф, холодильник, телевизор, бутылка с водой, кулер на этаже. Завтрак - шведский стол (рис, овсяная каша, омлет, творог, овощи, фрукты, сырники, мясная нарезка, сыр... Чай, кофе, морс. Ужин заказывается заранее на выбор. Мне понравился и завтрак и ужин, но тут, как говорится, на вкус и цвет. Английская атмосфера, созданная за счёт аутентичных вещей и картин всё же не скрывает минусы: - пластиковые душевые кабины и фено-аппараты, прибитые к стене - пыль на абажурах, зеркалах - подтёки и ржавчина в уборной - текстиль, который больше напоминает не Англию, а что-то, что долго хранилось в бабушкином сундуке - холодильник очень сильно морозит продукты, а если уменьшать температуру, то сразу начинает течь - ”уставшая” мебель

Не знаю даже с чего начать: с неприятного или с ужасного. Начну с того, что важно понимать всем. Если вы бронируете эконом имеете ввиду , что вас могут поселить в номер, которого на фото нет. На просьбу переселит в номер, который на фото от директора через администраторов было передано сообщение с предложением доплатить за переселение. После того, как написала в сервис , через который бронировала - номер нашёлся без всяких доплат. И в общем то я даже хотела написать вполне доброжелательный отзыв если бы не произошедшее дальше. А теперь из отвратительного. В один из последних дней нашего прибывания в гостинице на завтраке к нам подошла женщина, (либо уборщица, либо повар кафе, точно не знаю) мило поздоровалась, и после этого начался неадекватный малоосмысленный для меня ор. Что то про то что мы свиньи, ужасные родители, что нас внесут в чёрный список посетителей, что нам должно быть стыдно, что они всё сняли на видео. В попытках понять о чем вообще речь я уловила только то, что после нас осталась салфетка на полу (видимо действительно брошенная ребёнком). Я была настолько в ступоре от сюрреализма происходящего, что просто развернулась и ушла. Не было никакого желания прояснять и доказывать свою правоту. К слову сказать более спокойного и доброжелательного мелкого чем наш ещё надо поискать. Мы были в очень многих гостиницах, кафе, ресторанах , но никогда не сталкивались с таким кошмаром. Думаю , что родителям с маленькими детьми эту гостиницу лучше обойти стороной. Администратор кафе в грубой форме отказалась мне говорить имя этой женщины и отпихнула меня когда я хотела постучать к ней в служебную дверь. Я уже не говорю о таких мелочах как отказ разогреть еду ребенку и дать маленькую ложку. Из хорошего : совершенно прекрасная горничная , невероятно добрый и милый человек. Администраторы девочки вполне адекватные, входили в положение, видно было, что за ситуацию с номером им самим неприятно. Но похоже это стандартная тема , продавать одни номера , а селить в другие. Но это не от администраторов зависит, конечно же. Завтраки действительно вполне себе с учетом цены , особенно. Но минус в том, что они не меняются от слова совсем. То есть если вы едите на неделю то вы неделю будете завтракать : макароны, сосиски, оладьи , помидор , огурец, капуста , каша , фруктовый салат. Это всё вполне вкусно и сытно , но неделю одно и то же как то ))) В общем, гостиницу мы эту забудем как страшный сон. Фото каморки на мансардном этаже и фото номера соответствующего описанию прилагаю. Кстати, ещё про мансардный этаж- окно в потолке , закрывать его надо палкой , девочки админы сказали, что для этого можно приглашать специального мужчину если сами не справимся 😄. Если идёт дождь - окно надо закрывать. Плюс весь номер в тополином пуху , потому что никакой сетки в окне нет, конечно же. , забыла (после той тётки в кафе, про такое и не вспомнишь) - в душевых плесень. Сейчас перечитываю отзывы и понимаю, что похоже реал

This hotel is the second stay, the first time was in August 2917. It was also a free trip, and that time it was with Wabao. The police are 24 hours patrolling and it is safe to go to the hotel. Good to find. The hotel is not big, the price is reasonable, the breakfast room is very small but the quality is good, just by location, in short, it is good value for money. From the airport by bus to two cars a person 100 rubles, if the taxi (the Yandrx taxi app downloads the order) about 650–700 rubles. Another advantage of this hotel room is that there is a suite that can accommodate a family of three. Very real. Recommended.

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is not air conditioned and is a city with moisture, for the summer they put up fans. In conclusion, for a few days and a low cost trip is acceptable. It doesn't give more than that.

When I booked, I had a bad review and a little hesitant. The actual stay was quite good. The location is quite close to the train station and Neva Street, belonging to the city center. The reception was also very warm and stayed for two nights. The room for me was with a small balcony, which was a small surprise. Breakfast can be delivered to the room or to the bar on the first floor. One person is also very careful. The only thing that feels not very good is that there is a step to carry luggage up the door. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.
