Every time I head to FC for an overnight stay I stay at the same hotel. Lucky for me, my former hotel was booked. Someone had mentioned The Elizabeth to me so I gave it a shot. Everything about the place was simple and easy. Cute idea with the records but we were too busy with our meetings. Great location and easy to get to. We paid extra to park $20. We did eat in the Emporium which had a limited menu. The place closed at 9 so we headed to the other bar only to be told it was last call. All around it was worthwhile. I am definitely going back.

I have had the worst day imaginable and needed a safe and comfortable place to rest my head. I drove straight to this hotel to get a room and didn't realize until I looked that I lost my license whilst packing my car in duress due to a crazy person effecting me and I had a picture on my phone luckily of my license and the nice young man at the counter asked how I was as I'm sure I looked a mess from crying. I told him briefly what happened and not only did I feel the compassion from him he took such good care of me and placed me next to the office incase I needed anything. The bed is so comfortable, the bath was perfect to rest my weary soul and wash off the days crap I experienced. The room is clean and comfortable and I'm so grateful I landed here for the night. I did not get the man's name but he is working the night shift and I wanted his boss to know they have an exceptional being representing their hotel. Thank you for the kindness.

We stayed at the Hilton Fort Collins in early March. The location was great for our purpose in visiting Colorado State. The hotel itself is very attractive, with a gorgeous lobby and glass elevators. The hotel was pretty quiet over the weekend as well, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, except for some plastic items from a previous guest left under the coffee table in our room. We found it when we were making up the sofa bed. I kind of assumed that would already be done for us, especially since the hotel knew we had 3 guests in the room.My daughter was worried that the sheets hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. The biggest complaint from all 3 of us was that the pillows were horrible. HORRIBLE... none of us slept well either night, and it was absolutely related to the pillows. While I was at CSU on Saturday, I received a text from the Hilton asking how I would rate my stay. At that time I chose an 8. I received another text from the hotel stating someone would be in touch about my review. I never heard from the hotel again! We will be visiting this area again multiple times over the next few years, but I might be checking out another property, or checking a bag so we can have decent pillows! LOL

Overall, loved this Best Western. Usually they are pricey, but this one was very affordable (February). The front desk staff were genuinely caring and friendly, which was a breath of fresh air. I loved the unique architecture of the building; it brought a feeling of grandeur to the place. My husband is paralyzed and thus a wheelchair user, so we were pretty happy with the layout and size of our accessible room's bathroom. Additionally, most hotels now have high beds, which makes it difficult for my husband to transfer into them; but our bed's height was level with my husband's wheelchair. That was a treat for him. The rest of the room was also spacious enough for my husband to easily get into the room and navigate alongside the bed. Some accessible rooms that we have stayed at in the past have tight pathways from the door to the bed. We usually had to move furniture around to make it work, but this room was great. I recommend to wheelchair users to ask for room 134 if they plan to stay at this Best Western in Fort Collins.

Marriott overall stepped way back on elite benefits during the pandemic. While that was somewhat understandable due to their loss of revenue and health considerations, most of their hotels have been very slow at returning benefits like breakfast. Not this hotel. The club is currently closed (looks like they might be remodeling) but they do offer a choice of either a full buffet breakfast or extra points.

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Fort Collins. It's a decent jaunt from the downtown area, but if you're driving it's not an issue. The room was pretty clean and the bed comfortable. The only real issues that we had was that the towels were pretty tiny, and they had some people that seemed like long-term residents that kinda just hang around outside and smoke right next to the doors. I think that they also smoke **** upstairs (no judgement) as the hallway had a distinct smell and seemed pretty high when we saw them. The staff was pleasant and were genuinely concerned when we told them about the **** smell.

In the graduation season, there are more people who may go to the school graduation ceremony. To be honest, the price is not cheap and catch up with the price of domestic five-star hotels. The overall hotel can not say bad, but can not compliment the service, especially the room cleaning. Actually, one day, I couldn’t clean it. The next day I cleaned the bathtub without washing the water. The towel was not given. The facial tissue was empty and I didn’t know how to add it. The bathtub was very blocked. As a result, I found out a lot of hair. It was speechless. . Breakfast is more general, the odd thing is that there is only one person serving in the breakfast room (doing everything), so there is always something to eat. The young man at the front desk was very good, but after two days of booking, I found that the actual schedule needed to live for one more day. The two orders had to be re-updated and updated, which was a bit rigid.

Great experience! The front desk staff, Karla with a "K" and Wayne did a great job welcoming me to their property and explaining the amenities available. Room 142 was spacious and super-clean, the bed comfortable, a desk, giant-size TV, and ample outlets. It was situated right next to the swimming pool which was immaculate! The only thing I'd add is a lamp next to the bed. The staff are very friendly, the grounds and facility very clean and well-maintained. I'll be m-cycling around Colorado for a few weeks and hope to have a find like this again!

I like the location of this hotel and price tends to be lower than others in the brand. However it is under construction and something about the way the hotel is built helps carry noise from other rooms above and next door. Each time I’m there my sleep is not restful and I’m afraid my kids are making too much noise so it’s hard to relax. The pool and the food are nice amenities. It’s always clean.

I arrived around 8:15pm on Friday. Thankfully I had arranged for a mobile key, since there was a sign at the front desk, "agent away." No indication when they left, when they would be back, etc. I generally like to have a physical key, just in case, but I managed fine without. The room was ok. Not quite clean; I found pieces of lettuce under the windows when I opened the drapes. There was 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, and 2 bath towels, along with 1 bath mat. At no point were they refreshed. Although my room had been pre-assigned, there was no trace of any amenity inside it. Yes, I did go to the supermarket and got a case of water (for a whopping $4), but it would have been nice to have some cold water waiting for me in the fridge. I saw no employees for my entire stay. Trash cans outside were overflowing the entire time. No employee entered my room. I had ordered pizza, bought bottled water (for sport bottles), Gatorade, etc., and my room was filled with trash after the 3-night stay. No linens were refreshed. I'm fine with no bed making, but really no trash or linens refreshed is huge. Plus the overflowing public trash cans (probably because they don't empty trash in rooms, so people put it all in the public cans). This was my first hotel stay since April. I've been staying at Airbnb's all summer, and have really grown to prefer them. It is a PITA lugging groceries inside the exterior door (using the mobile key), into an elevator, and into my room (again with the mobile key). There's noise from nearby rooms, people in the hallways, etc. Plus the trash issue...when I'm at an Airbnb I generally take my trash outside daily, if not more often. When I stay in a house, there generally isn't that much noise. While the property itself was OK, the staffing issues (or lack thereof) at this property make me definitely not recommend it. Unless this is the way thing are at all hotels now. I've never in my lift stayed at a hotel where I never saw a single employee.

We stayed here 5 nights while looking at property. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator was full sized. There was a microwave, stove, hair dryer and cupboards were stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. The coffee maker was motel room size, but free coffee is also available downstairs. If you want a tea kettle, rice cooker, full size coffee maker, blender, etc, they have a lending "library" of such items near the lobby. They do not have little sample sized shampoos, etc unless you buy them. The shower has shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispensers. The shower was hot and had great pressure. The service was good. If you wanted something, they took care of it. They do not have daily maid service, but you can request new sheets and towels. For the squeamish, it is good to know that there are two cell towers nearby. They do not serve breakfast since you can make it in your room. Across the street is a King Sooper that has all the groceries you might want and up the road is Lucky's which has almost all organic items. My only complaint (which is very minor) is that the placement of the couch precludes sitting on it to watch TV, so if there are two of you, one sits in the recliner and the other on the bed (or both on the bed). We had a DVR in our room that whined all night long, so we mentioned it and by the end of the day we had a new DVR that was perfectly quiet. That's service! We will definitely stay here again. Oh, and our room had great sunrise views.
