The location of the hotel is pretty easy to find, it is a single-family building with a free underground garage. Driving out of the door by yourself is the main traffic route of Ankara, which can be on the highway. The price/performance ratio is ok, the hotel is older and the central air-conditioning equipment is at least 10 years ago. The bathroom seems to have been refurbished and the details are average.

One of the options we faced was when we were looking for a hotel near Eryaman on our two-day trip to Ankara. We hesitated initially from the location, but decided to try. The location of the hotel is in the centre of Ostim. We need to get into the back street to reach the parking. The hotel is at the 6th and 7th floors of the business center. We also had a little difficulty finding the entrance door. When we enter the parking business center door, we have to get out with the lift. We have made inlet late. The staff were very interesting and kind. The room was clean and comfortable but smoke smell. Open buffet breakfast was plenty of variety and sufficient. We were happy as a price performance.

We stayed for a trip on November 19, no one showed our room (bellboy services but not functional) was still cleaning on the entrance of the room. The sounds were very bad in the side room. Now, my dear, you can comment on whatever is said in the room. The room was not the city, the glass-glass building was outlooked, the towels were broken, the coffee was given broken, the shower was always shut down, as if we were taking a shower in the bathroom, I don't think I would come again, with public transport, very far from the center, I couldn't be so crazy if I came with my own car. I saw it in the pasture when I lifted the cover of the Ottoman sweat servicing at the reception after breakfast, which made me think about the backplan of the breakfast we had eaten. I suggest you stay short.

Lovely hotel and fabulous staff, excellent service in all areas of the hotel. Rooms were spotless and a good size. Toiletries and slippers included. Can’t comment on the food as didn’t eat here. One thing to be aware of, the parking is underground and it’s very tight and small and also steep. Our car got stuck and it took a lot to get it moving, we had help from an amazing team member. Apparently this is a common problem and often cranes have to come in and there is then a fee!

On arrival at the hostel we saw a sign that the settlement was possible from 8 a.m. We arrived at the hostel at 7 a.m., waited an hour. In 8.10 nobody opened the door, then a man went out, said he was here only resting, the administration is not yet, but soon should come. Waited for 15 minutes came the girl, began the settlement. Fast everything was arranged and carried out in the room. The room was small, inside was dirty, apparently the floor was soaped, but in the corners, under the bed and on the side and behind the bed, under the radiator no one washed or even washed dust and trash lay there. In the bath, the pelvic is black on the shelves, in the shower and in the corners. No towels and slippers, although when booking it was written that there was, the same with the phenomenon. The mixer on the shelves is broken, the water flows on the shelves on the sides and flows from somewhere from the bottom, the door of the shelves also hangs, there are no hooks for the towels. Bedding was also dirty washed, in some spots, slept in clothes. When we left in the evening, there was no one again on the respiratory. Waited for 15 minutes, walked the hostel looking for. No, left the keys on the table and left because we had the plane and had to go urgently. It's bad, I don't know where so many positive feedback came from. So all who live in the hostel are always walking around and yelling, or sitting in the street under the windows and they are heard as if they were talking in your ear. Very bad noise isolation, the door is thin and everyone can hear who walks past. There was a toilet common and there the door was closed only if it was strongly shut, every time it woke up.

Stayed for 11 days: Beautiful hotel which is super clean and comfortable. Fresh Chocolates to die for, made in the hotel! Decor of the chandeliers is amazing. Restaurant meals were delicious with a lot of healthy dishes Salmon noodle (eristeli somon) and ot kavurma (fried herbs and veggie) were my favorites You should definitely try the tahini dessert as well. Massive swimming pool, constantly checked for cleanliness. I forgot my slippers in the room but I was given a pair of free flip flops as a courtesy Room was super comfortable Bed was massive and so relaxing( i think the duvet was from duck feathers and the mattress was very thick and ergonomic) Carpets were white very soft and super clean. Work area: Very well thought and comfortable. I was able to log in from work from the work station Dry Cleaning: Collected and delivered to the room Reception staff were very helpful. Upon providing our passports they helped us to apply for HES codes (essential to get into shops in Covid environment). Hotel ventilation was very well thought, and checked frequently to ensure air quality is good.

We stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights, the staff was friendly since the beginning. The room was spacious, clean and with good ventilation. It's has a good air-conditioner too and good shower and cozy bed The hotel was super quiet, and a good place to rest. It was near to old town center and also it was easy to get to metro, parks and you can get by walk to new downtown. I would recommend to stay here to avoid the craziness of the new downtown because there's to many people. Another good point it's that the hotel was near to many food places just around the corner. The staff also help us with no charge extra to keep our backpacks during our last day in town before we go to the Otogari. Thank you so much for your welcoming and good disposition.

The Room was good and comfortable, unfortunately the location of the hotel is in a busy main street in the centre of Ankara, so the noise from traffic is very loud even in the high floors, the hotel may have rooms that are more quiet, but ours was not one of those. Location: In a vibrant area with numerous restaurants and also a small Migros supermarket. We travelled from the airport only 30 minutes to the hotel at 0:30 p.m. and paid 300 TRY for it. Rooms: Modernly furnished with no suitable furniture. Television is ”built” in a large mirror – we didn't even know that. Unfortunately, no German channels. We had a room in 7. OG with small balcony and excellent view of the Atatürk Mausoleum, which is being radiated at night. Also the bathroom made a newly renovated impression on us. Breakfast: The whole, very big weakness. Yes, there was buffet, yes there was a good choice, but little of it was for the Central European taste. Even the standards of the “All English Breakfast” there was not there. Furthermore, no one spoke English there to express an exceptional wish. In addition there was only united, soluble nescafé... Other: The Wifi in the hotel was fast and stable. Concluded: Price performance finally true, with breakfast a great deal for us.

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

Located on the hillslope in the south of Kizlay, for walking it is not easy to reach. The room is very clean but there's no lid of the dust bin in the bathroom, so if we throw used paper from toilet it will be stinking. Shower gels and shampoo had very strong mint smell and not comfortable before sleep. Breakfast is average and there's no juice and only cold and hot water with tea bags are available, had only very small portion of meat and no sausage, no omlet but only boiled egg. The most negative part was that the Internet was so slow and even some foreign websites were not accessible at all. Overall it is not bad but there's much to improve and not competitive with other hotels in Ankara.

I have booked online for one week stay in Ankara , I chose this hotel for it's location and price , I liked the pictures of the hotel it looked nice and neat, I came and I enjoyed my stay here, staff were friendly and helpful , breakfast was perfect, even during Ramadan they provided us with a meal for( Sohoor) , internet was good , service was good , they take care of everything and care about customers satisfaction , I extended my booking due to my work and my papers for residence ,they helped me a lot in every single meaning. I highly recommend the hotel for it's location and price and services for people who are looking for short residence for work and business, I really felt like family and in my home country.:) Special thanks goes to Mr Cihan the general manager and Mr Umit the owner for the efforts they did to help me getting my work done .

The location is amazing,very safe place and 1 minute walk distance to most popular avenue.Rooms are extra clean and luxury.I will definitely visit this place again as we enjoyed king room as a couple,however day shift reception staff were not happy to work as it was obvious from their behaviour, no welcoming, we entered the hotel and negatively they asked our IDs. No information given, no bellboy offered, and when we entered the reception they didn't even ask or tell anything as i told them that we had reservation.So nothing asked like 'how can i help you?' In this kind of quality hotels i wasn't expecting this.Moreover,they didn't even tell us our floor so i guessed it from the number on our card! During their shift all they did were staring at us badly when we were going in and out.Housekeeping lady were much more positive and helpful.After we checked in to our room approximately 30 minutes passed and i couldn't connect to wi-fi so i called reception and what they told me was they didn't start our check-in procedure into system so i should wait to connect wi-fi, what i mean here is we didn't see any guests checking in , hotel was not crowded and of course i thought that after they got our info and let us go to room of course check-in procedure should finish but what i heard was they didn't even start it. Another thing i should add here is , our room wasn't prepared for us as it had no complimentary water, no shampoo/shower gel, no towels. Thanksfully housekeeping lady found it out and brought us everything after half an hour passed from our checkin, i guess again it's receptionists mistake.Night time staff in the reception were much better and positive.Apart from that it is well located,close to embassies and attractions,well equipped rooms with real luxury and high tech.Enjoyed every minute of our stay in the room and the view as well! Already recommended to friends who will visit Ankara.

from September to the end of November I stayed at the Cassiel Hotel. The room including the bed was very comfortable, clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Extra big compliment for the receptionist Irem she is very service oriented and helpful. Staff work together in a nice way and made an impression on me like one big family. Since I am a fussy eater I could ask every day to make food to my taste. Pleasant conversations and I saw that many visitors also had a good time. The hotel is recommended for people who travel alone, for business people and especially for families who are passing through. My next visit in Ankara I will definitely choose Cassiel Hotel.

The English-speaking guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced me to the restaurant opposite for dinner. It was great. I haven't had such delicious mutton soup in a long time. Thanks to the Staff of the Hotel. My mom and I were there only a few hours. We made a stairway in Ankara to meet the city, because that same day afternoon-night we traveled to Capadocia. The Staff was super friendly. All of the staff. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We were just bathing and resting a little. The staff at the reception was friendly, the hotel was quite dirty, the room was a little cleaner but you saw on the mirrors that was not clean with water (sliding everywhere).After all, the bedwax was clean. Unfortunately, only 1 towel was provided for 2 people but a few more was delivered on demand. Air conditioning did not go and there was nothing happening on demand. It is very noisy at night because of the nearby bars and therefore it is hard to think of sleep until about 1.30 morning. However, top is the location directly at the pedestrian area and there were parking spaces on the ground.

The location of the hotel is not big but you can park for free. Just give the key to the younger brother. Breakfast is also very rich.
