I had a great stay at the royalton on my recent trip to hyderabad. They upgraded my room to executive room for free while i booked the std. Stay. It was a nice gesture. Also the chef at restra was very accomodative, he prepared jain food at my request and it was pretty tasty. All in all, i would recommend.

I was thinking to rate this hotel 5/5 but the customer service sucks, for we’re really awesome I should recommend if anybody having want to dine they should visit their cafe named Roast but if somebody looking to stay then people should think about because we choose such luxury hotels for the hospitality and services and hotel means home away from home but sorry to say I haven’t felt that there were several points which I have noted. Incident 1: We asked for extra key but it was denied saying it’s not in their policy . Incident 2: I forgot the key card somewhere and while checking out I was asked to pay extra which I felt none of the hotel does that, the front office executive who was incharge in the morning who said this and he was lil rude too felt he needs more training on guest handling. I will rate this hotel as 2/5

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Booked a three-bedded AC room. The room is quite large for 3 persons. The attached bath is very clear. The provisions are better than the room rent. Although the hotel do not have one restaurant, you will find 3 restaurants in the same or next building serving quality and economic food. The place is the highest attraction - it is situated in 1 minute walking distance to Nampally Metro Station. The Hydreabad railway station is about 500 metre from the Hotel. Cab, auto are available round the clock.

Nice spacious rooms and we enjoyed the stay with family here. Toilets were clean. Room was clean. Housekeeping staff were prompt. Hotel is right on a main road that cab service is easily available. Buffet Food was ok not so many options but cant complain. Taste was good. A very good and big hospital is just adjucent if needed in emergency.

Visited Hyderabad for a exhibition and for the stay booked this hotel. Nice clean hotel and very friendly staff. Owner uncle was very nice with really helping nature. For some reason I had to minimise my two days stay to single. Requested on their helpline number. One Shivanjali madam helped me out of the way and did the needful. Breakfast was unlimited and delicious. Medu vada and idli with ultimate saambhar. Towels provided are pretty clean. A/c was real chilled. Good antiques kept in lobby. Thanks to team treebo.

While understandable, it was disruptive at midnight. Staff: 5/5 – The staff were mostly helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out processes were swift. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. There are Buddha sculptures on the lobby and floors. The room is large and the decoration is poor. It is not as good as a domestic express hotel. The bathroom is flat, there is no bathtub, no shower curtain, and the bathroom cannot stand every time after taking a shower. In the free time, I stayed in the lobby, the room could not stay for a long time, in the residential area, a little far from the commercial area. Hotel buffets, room deliveries, and hotel cars are all too expensive, four times more expensive than normal. The lobby was pleasantly surprised, it was extremely disappointing to enter the room, I can't live with the price. The hotel with the fewest renovation facilities in India. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel site was strategically based on its proximity to the areas i was interested in, yes, the hotel provides breakfast food to the room on a daily basis, the room is clean and arranged, the air conditioning is cold and excellent, the bathroom is clean, the water heater is available, and smart television is available with good wi-fi services. But my only threshold on the windows of the room needs to be maintained since the rain water has entered the room unexpectedly. Istay hyderabad @ Hitex city is one of the most unorganised unprofessional organisation you can come across . Rooms are congested with little space to move around . Room service is pathetic orders can be forgotten any number of follow up doesn't help . Even basic amenities not provided . Coffee and tea sachet refill or even a water bottle request also will receive deaf ears . After 11pm they shut down lift I had to climb stairs to avoid being in stinking service lift . Only Advice to traveller's avoid avoid avoid

I stayed here for 4 days. They gave me a tiny room at first, it was exactly for a single bed and barely anything else. After requesting, they changed my room on the third day and I'm thankful for that. I only entered it in the night after getting back from work and realized the new bigger room was stinking a lot. I just put my head down and didn't complain at the time as only one more day of stay was left. Breakfast was average. Won't stay here again voluntarily.
