      The location of the hotel is just off the highway, clean and tidy! Quietly surrounded, it is a similar motel opened by Koreans! Breakfast for adults and children is free, although there is nothing special. But the breakfast at the Canadian hotel is basically the same, it is already ok! Parking is free, there is a large open-air swimming pool in the yard, just don't have time to visit! Stayed for two days and cleaned it! Recommended!

      I had such a lovely experience staying here a few weeks ago, that i’m currently sitting in this hotel because I couldn’t help but book another stay. Tommy, the front desk agent is a pleasure to talk to, knowledgable, and courteous to my questions and provides amazing customer service! I first stayed in a queen room with a kitchenette, and it was a great little room. We were provided with a full size fridge, a sink, microwave, and there were even dishes and cutlery in the room. Beds were made to best standard, and the bathrooms were spotless! Shining actually. We were even provided with extra toiletries, which was a nice little surprise. :) The pool and hot tub are a perfect size for my personal liking, and spacious. So relaxing after a long day. They also provide free juice and coffee 24/7 in the common area, so that’s a bonus!! All in all, I booked 2 more stays for this month. I am absolutely amazed with the service i’ve received from the amazing staff, and the quality of the rooms. I 110% recommend this hotel and certain location to anyone visiting the moncton and surrounding areas. Thank you for being a spectacular business!

      Wonderful staff very friendly and the location is perfect just far enough away from the Commotion but a 10 min drive from everything. The Waterslide and Pool is ever kid and Big kids dream!! Definitely designed more for family’s! The breakfast is incredible The waffles are killer and there is something for everyone!! Can’t forget about the rooms they are very stylish and the beds are like sleeping on pillows!! If you have a family and looking to make memories I would suggest starting here!!!!

      We absolutely loved our weekend stay at this property. We first stayed here 22 years ago, and were blown away by the renovations. Even though the property is tasteful, clean, well appointed… the staff are the stars of this location. From checking in with Carol, to hello from everyone who works there! They are what makes this property special. We will absolutely be returning to this property for all our trips to Moncton. We rented a Junior suite and wouldn’t change a thing!

      Crowne Plaza hotels in my opinion don't have the most attractive brand image, even the logo gives an old school impression. This hotel is, well, one of the typical Crowne Plazas. Service was just fine, not above and beyond but still warm and efficient. I did like the renovated rooms and the smart technologies added, however a couple missed items (e.g. bath towels and toiletries) and lousy cleaning in some areas did make me question the standard of housekeeping, especially during the time of Covid. Lounge was unfortunately closed, which is understandable, but I wish IHG would provide some kinds of an alternative to Spires to make up for this. No fault to the hotel, but with competitors popping up in town, I'm seeing less and less of a reason to choose to stay here compared to nearby options, say the HGI or Canvas. This is a nice hotel, just not as attractive.

      We arrived in Moncton on a very late flight from Toronto in early March. By the time we got from the Airport to the Hotel it must have been just after 2am. There is no Uber in Moncton so that took a minute to figure out a taxi at that time in the morning. When we got to the hotel, there was a woman trying to get in, screaming and shouting at the staff. They handled this situation with grace but firmness that she leave the property. Check in was a breeze as nobody else was awake at that time! Room was bright and spacious, bed comfortable and towels were a good size. We didn't eat there but had a drink at the bar and the bartender (we can't remember her name) was so fun to chat with. Location of this hotel was 5 star, but the downside is you do have to pay for parking as you are right downtown. Security for the building is very good, access cards are required for the elevators. We were happy with our stay here.

Very seldom do I experience the level of excellence from other experiences.To say they go above and beyond to accommodate their Guests is a understatement. I travel very often for work and they took it upon themselves to give me the best rates, the best privileges and so on. The building itself is updated and kept very clean and it's a very safe area. I will not stay anywhere else in Moncton. Close to mall and all other amenities. If you have not yet stayed here it is a must for the service alone. Thank you

      Jacuzzi tub had black slimy stuff coming out of jets. Fridge was dirty and freezer was built up with ice so bad we couldn't open the door. Went out for dinner, came back to a stranger wearing dirty clothes with his hood up and sunglasses (on a stormy, rainy, day) standing in front of our door looking in. When we pulled up in front of the door, he took off inside the Hotel. The pool was filthy dirty too and was so cold we couldn't use it if it was clean. We had no maid service for 2 days (they said because of covid). They didn't tell us that until we got there. We should have been told that when we booked. It definitely could use maid service more. For as much as we pay, we shouldn't have to go grab our own towels, make our own bed, clean our room, etc. If I wanted to do all that, I would stay home. The guests above us had kids that were jumping so hard for hours that the ceiling light was mak8ng a rattling noise. We thought it was eventually going to fall. The whole experience was not good. Breakfast was the only thing that was worth anything there. And we did find the staff friendly. Probably won't be back to this Hotel.

      My husband and I stayed 2 nights while our dog had surgery at the Riverview Animal Hospital. The first night, out St Bernard stay in the room with us. I just want to say that it was very nice to be able to find somewhere that was close and would allow our dog to be with us while awaiting his surgery. The young lady at the front desk was so nice to deal with when I checked us in as well as checking out. She even asked how mu dog was doing. The restaurant staff was also very polite when we ordered our meals there. I would for sure stay again if I ever had to be in that area for a night or 2. My only complaint was that there was no way to shut off our outside light and I had a tough time sleeping cause the light came in above the curtains. Thats only minor though. The room was nice and clean and very warm for us when we arrived for out stay. You will see us again :)

      My family and I stayed here for 2 nights to cap off our March Break. We were not disappointed! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in process didn’t take very long. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Love how the kitchenette is roomy and stocked well with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. My only complaint about the room is how they have designed it so that the bathroom sink is not actually in the bathroom. Also, the in-room coffee needs improvement. Would love to see a keurig. The pool was fantastic and clean. Aside from the oblivious parents who stare at their phones while their pre-teen boys splash infants and other guests in the pool without being considerate. That happens at any hotel. We visited the pool 3 times and only once were the towels unavailable but just bring your own beach towels and problem solved! Breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive and were quick to replace food as buffet items ran low. They were also very quick to clean tables as guests left the restaurant. The food was good and had all the typical breakfast items you’d expect to see. Coffee, again, left much to be desired. I’d recommend bringing in Starbucks or another similar brand or at least selling it in the market for those who might want to brew it in room. Parking lot is small and cramped and fills up quickly early evening, too bad the hotel couldn’t make use of the adjacent business parking lot for overflow. Overall, we had a 5 star experience and will definitely visit again!

      I've stayed at this hotel many times before. The suite is great for families because it has two queen beds plus a sofa bed. If you have small children and you need a bath tub, ask for an accessible suite, if one is available. The non-accessible rooms have a shower and no tub. I wanted to focus this review on changes you can expect due to COVID. When you book online, the confirmation email you will receive will state that masks are required in common areas. This is not true. None of the front desk staff were wearing masks and most of the guests were not wearing masks in the common areas. Hot breakfast is not available. Instead, you are given a bag which contains a piece of fruit (apple or banana), a yogurt, and a muffin or breakfast bar. You don't get to choose what is in the bag so you may get something you don't like. There is also a cooler with juice, which is oddly self-serve given nothing else is. If you want coffee or tea, you need to ask to have one poured and you need to tell them what you want in it. You need to book a time if you want to use the pool. Times are booked in 40 minute blocks and you can only book once per room per day. It is first come first serve so you may not get a time if it is busy. The hotel is doing the best it can under the circumstances. The above is not meant to be a criticism of how the hotel is handling the situation, just an FYI on what changes to expect.
