Went on a lil solo trip for the weekend and this was such a good location, there’s all kinda of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the duomo is super close, and central station is like 15 mins away. Besides the great location, the staff was also very nice (and they gave me a free tote bag even though I wanted to pay for it, it has their logo on it so it’ll be a cute memory)!!!!! And the room was very clean, just slightly cold in the winter like everywhere else, so just remember to pack well. Each hostel has their own bathroom, which is nice. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and electric towel rack to heat up and dry your towels. Very nice. Bathroom also comes with soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. The hostel also hosts parties and stuff, so it’s an easy way to meet new people. But the hostel also seems to attract nice and friendly guests, because I met some great people literally within 5 minutes of entering my room. :) I’ll definitely book again, but maybe at one of their other locations in Rome or Florence. This is a beautiful hotel and we had a great time. The hotel was nice a clean, had a nice garden, the restaurant was nice and the bar was open until late. We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room was nice and spacious, aircon was great, the mini bar was well stocked and the maid came everyday. Our view out the window was nice too, we could see the cobbled streets and the tram passing by, it kind of looked like a postcard. The restaurant was nice, staff was friendly and if you like traditional Italian food then you would enjoy it. The breakfast was also nice we went down every morning, it was the same thing everyday but that was ok because it was good food. Only thing is tho, there were no omelettes as standard, I think they could have made you one but you had to pay extra (€8) Let’s talk about the bar. The bar was amazing, not only was it open til late but the bar staff were very knowledgeable on anything drink related. There wasn’t a drink that the lovely Henry or Paulo couldn’t make you. Whilst I am on the Henry and Paulo subject, I’d like to take this opportunity to just say how amazing they are. They introduced themselves and asked our names and it was lovely service ever since. They made us feel welcome, kept the amazing drinks flowing, learnt early on what kind of drinks we liked and kept the drinks coming. The service from them two was absolutely outstanding and we would visit again just to see them. They are real assets to the hotel. Thank you. The hotel itself is not far away from the duomo. We just took the subway, it was 3 stops. Once you get to the duomo you can also do the bus tours, we did the 4 tours over 48 hours which was nice. We also did the canal cruise which wasn’t far from the hotel too. Immediately outside the hotel you can also hire bikes and scooters. You just have to download the app if you haven’t already and go. All in all the hotel was great, service was great, location was great and we love Henry.

The whole hostel was very clean and beautifully harmonious furnished. Breakfast was tastefully nothing special but so good. The staff was friendly, but in no of the four days really did not take care of breakfast: after you ordered by ticket, it took relatively long until some of the order came. Some of it was right, some of it was not, and some of it was not. Often, you had to tell the shopman again to ensure that it was delivered correctly. You can borrow a castle for a 5-euro deposit to close the personal items. A colleague had no castle and thus left his personal items unlocked in the room. On the last day he found his 250 euros no longer, from which he is convinced that they were stolen.

We were in Milan for a couple of days in August 22. This hotel is only one kilometre from the centre in Milan but it’s not in a great area. Positives. - The hotel in lovely inside and is built to a high specification. - The staff were all very friendly and could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. - the WiFi is absolutely brilliant. - You’re a 12 minute walk from Milan Cathedral Less positive - this doesn’t appear to be in a great area. It’s hard to find a bar or restaurant close by - There’s a lot of work being carried out in the roadway almost right outside so it appears to be like a building site. - It’s a busy hotel, so at checkout / checkin time it’s carnage. The foyer is pandemonium and littered with lots of cases and lots of Taxis etc piled up outside. Not a massive problem, but just one to be aware of. - Our room had a terrible view into a dirty apartment block

+ Everything was good. Good location and nice breakfast. Room had the kettle with coffe and tea, complimentary water,grissini snack, slippers and bathrobe. Good airconditioning and heating system. - The only drawback is the bad isolation because we could hear other people (couple) arguing which was unpleasant… also, room could be renovated, a bit old styled, and the internet could be better also :)

This was my first experience in a hostel it was awesome !!! Thank you guys for these days, I really enjoyed everething. The hostel is so close to the Duomo, it has a lovely rooftop terassce and the rooms are very nice and the bed is good. You get a key for your locker whre you can deposite your stuff. If I m coming again in Milano, for sure I will stay at you. Breakfest was nice and the coffee is really good. Thank you !!

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

The Klima hotel is absolutely lovely. The service was wonderful, all of the staff were polite and friendly and we got a”Bonjourno!”or a “Ciao!” every time we passed. The room was spacious and the bed was huge! The shower was powerful and everywhere very clean. The location is within an industrial estate but the bus stop is a 5 minute walk, the tram stop is a 10 min walk, and the local train station is a 15 minutes walk, with a Milano card, this was great. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

After reading all the mixed reviews, I won't lie, I was not sure what to expect. The images on the site looked great so I stayed optimistic. We landed at Bergamo and got a coach transfer to Milan Centrale which was around €60. We had 2 large suitcases so got a private taxi to the hotel which was roughly €20. Be prepared to do lots of walking!! We checked in at 2pm and paid the local tax, and the staff were lovely, all bar one who was always a bit grumpy !! The staff were more than accommodating and welcomed us so well and one of the ladies gave my children a little Minions activity pack each which they loved. Breakfast was included in our package which I didn't realise- brilliant! The selection was good and I was impressed by how many alternative milks they had as well catering to those with intolerances/allergens ie a gluten free diet. (I would however recommend that the gluten free items be placed further away from the pastries and cakes to prevent cross contamination, as well as a separate toaster) Fresh juice was available everyday as well as a good selection of fruit salad, cakes, pastries and different kinds of teas. I would suggest a few more options for those that do not eat meat. Nonetheless the breakfast was great- especially the marble cake!! We had use of the pool and gym included. My children would stay in the pool all day if they could but it was great to cool down in as it is incredibly hot!! The gentleman at the desk suggested taking the 27 tram into the city centre, and this is just a short walk away from the hotel. It takes roughly 20 mins max to get to the centre and runs every 10 mins which is great. We purchased a travel card (3 day and 2 day separately) for €12 and €8 which covered bus, train, tram and metro. (These can be purchased at convenience stores or the metro station). Children also travel free on public transport as far as I know. The rooms were big enough for us and were tidy on arrival. We didn't need housekeeping everyday but the ladies who did come in did a fabulous job and didn't disrupt any of our items. These ladies were lovely and always smiled when we greeted them. We had air conditioning which was a god send as it was very hot during our visit- nearly 40°C!! WiFi is included but you have to get daily codes which was a bit annoying but the gentleman at the desk gave us enough to cover the last few days of our trip. The hotel was clean and tidy as well as smelling nice- I need to know what fragrance is used in the lobby!! The staff were great and I cannot thank them enough for all their help during our staff, they are a credit to the Novotel chain. I'm really sorry I didn't catch any names during our stay, but can gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family! Arrivederci!!

I stayed at the Hotel Galles with my two year old son to visit the Christmas markets and generally do some sightseeing in December 2022. From the get go the staff were fantastic and we had a room with a large and comfortable cot (with small duvet and pillows) and a big bath tub. The breakfast is a buffet style and has a great range to select from. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night and it was beautiful 🤩 I managed a sneaky glass of wine at the Cardiff bar where Christian was absolutely lovely with my little boy. Whilst we didn’t use the pool, it was great to know it was there if it became too chilly to go out. The location of the hotel is perfect, ten minute walk from the Central Station - don’t make the mistake of getting the airport train to the Cordona station…it’s a 50 minute walk even if the train is quicker! The reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us lots of advice about where to go and how to get there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. There’s is some residual noise from the streets and the trains but it’s an inner city hotel, so I expected that but it didn’t keep us awake at night. Thanks to all the staff who made our weekend away extra special.

Great old school grand hotel. The Sheraton is located a 20 min walk to the Domo and located in a nice part of Milan. It is a older classic hotel with a beautiful rear garden and very nice bar lounge. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning and the bar in the evening. As it is an older building the rooms are a little smaller than new hotels but the details are very nice. The service was great both at the reception (I needed help with tickets) and at the breakfast and bar lounge. There is no parking but they will take your car from the front door when you arrive and return it in minutes when you need it. We enjoyed our stay and I would return the next time I come to Milan.
