|1.65km from city centerI had flown 16,000km to CDG and I found getting to Roissy confusing when tired, despite speaking French. CDG is huge and if you walk the wrong way, you miss the signs to the free shuttle thingy. Then, I had no idea there were 2 Ibis hotels next to each other. With that sorted out, the stay was ok. You don't get much in an Ibis, but more than you would in a Formule 1. There are a couple of restos and a bar in the ground floor complex. But this is not a French village - all very modern.

|1.62km from city centerSéjour d'une courte nuit pour prendre un avion très tôt le matin. La chambre est confortable, beaucoup de rangements pour les vêtements, c'est même étonnant pour un hôtel d'aéroport donc de passage. Il aurait été préférable d'avoir une petite table pour prendre un encas à deux. En effet, le restaurant était complet, longue file d'attente, au point que nous avons vu plusieurs livreurs de sushi ou autre venir livrer dans l'hôtel. Compte tenu de notre heure de départ, il n'y a pas eu de petit déjeuner sur place non plus. La salle de bain cabine est certes petite mais fonctionnelle et propre, donc pour une nuit c'est très bien. Contrairement à d'autres hôtels de CDG dans lesquels nous avons déjà dormi, nous l'avons trouvé mal isolé, nous entendions beaucoup les bruits de circulation routière. Le terminal de l'aéroport le plus proche était fermé (Covid), je me demande quel est le bruit quand l'aéroport fonctionne normalement.

It is situated some km from the airport and thus you can reach it by bus, we took a taxi which will set you back approx 20Euros. The hotel is situated in “hotel park” at the outskirts of a little town with a couple of restaurants. Being an airport hotel which I guess mainly cater for people with an early morning flight, it seems very strange that the room has no coffee maker and/or complentary coffee in the lobby. Rate is good but will properly try to find another hotel next time in Paris, where I have an early morning flight.

The staff was super friendly and helpful the hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The room was bigger than most Parisian hotels and there wasn’t a sound issue despite being only 5 minutes driving from the airport. Within 5 minutes walking there are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in town. I would definitely return here!

|1.65km from city centerPlease carefully consider staying here as they falsely advertise it has A/C when it doesn’t and the staff are the rudest I have ever experienced. Also the rooms are dated and housekeeping cannot even be bothered to replace the wall fixed shampoo and showergel in the shower so leaving you with none whilst trying to shower. Had to make our own beds as well as housekeeping had just put sheets on the bed and no duvets. A member of staff then turned up 30 mins after making them aware and pointed at a cupboard but didn’t make the beds. They state the comfort of the bed is the next level well they are the hardest most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on. The lifts are also the slowest and due to them being very small too we had to wait 10 mins before getting down to reception in the morning. Within the company I work we book approx near to a thousand rooms with the Accor group every year but this is the worst I’ve experienced. Bearing in mind they advertise themselves as a four star they should learn from Premier Inn to understand about comfort and customer service. And they are only 3*! Also I am aware the hotel is in France but one of the members of staff didn’t understand any English and this is an airport hotel. You would expect some basic knowledge. The outside of the hotel is also the most awful looking with rubbish on bins and no appeal. As a solo female traveller I would feel so uncomfortable as there are lots of people wondering around outside too.

It a express hotel, so surrounding don’t have any convenient shop but you can take a train to terminal 1 in CDG airport to shop what you need. The breakfast is so so.

I couldn't speak English at all,
The hotel was very nice and the staff was very nice.
The hotel is very comfortable even for Japanese people.
However, although it is close to the airport, it is quite far from Paris. However, it is easy because it is 6000 yen per night.
There is also a bar and a breakfast and dinner buffet, so you don't have to worry about rice. And cheap recommended!

|1.96km from city centerAs the hotel is relatively far away from the terminals, most people will need to use the shuttle bus (”navette”), a taxi, or a rental to get there. My main gripe is that the shuttle policies feel as if we were still in the height of the C19 pandemic. Shuttle hours are very limited to the morning and evening (last shuttle from CDG leaves at 8:45 PM!). The shuttle costs EUR 5 for a single trip (travelling in either direction). When I was there, they temporarily moved the pickup to Terminal 3. This was not well-communicated by the hotel. There's nothing much around the hotel, which is good 10 minute ride from CDG's terminal 2. The hotel itself is fine. Rooms are large and well-equipped. The free breakfast was alright, too. So my critique boils down to (i) the limited shuttle hours, (ii) the fact that the shuttle isn't complimentary for guests, and (iii) the lack of communication regarding the change of the pickup location.

Team very kind and supportive in any request as always... The new shuttle system to airport is much better...although participation is at 5euro, you have a dedicated min-bus driving you directly to your terminal...much faster and convenient then previous one making the tour of many hotels to collect passengers prior to reach airport.

|2.38km from city centerAfter reading the reviews, I was a little concerned about this new hotel. However, it obvious the Manager has read the reviews and taken control of the issues. I took the train to CDG and was only going to have one day in Paris before my flight home. I decided to stay near the airport and go into Paris by RER for the day. This was the perfect hotel! When I arrived at CDG, I got my luggage and took the CDGVal shuttle to Parking PR, a 5 minute or less ride and leaves the airport every 3 minutes. When I exited the shuttle, it was a 3-5 minute walk to the hotel. You can't miss it. It's a big RED and ORANGE building. It's connected to the Residence Inn. When you get to the Residence Inn, just walk past and the Courtyard entrance is immediately there. There are signs and the navigation on my phone also worked perfectly. I had checked in online and indicated I would arrive at 11:30 am. I expected to store my luggage at the hotel but to my surprise, the front desk staff greeted me with a welcoming smile and said they had my room ready. I received my keys, dropped my luggage, freshened up and took the CDGVal back to Terminal 2 to catch the RER to Paris. I spend the day and had dinner in Paris. I returned to the hotel around 11:00 pm to again be welcomed to the hotel. It was by far best hotel staff I encountered on this trip. The next morning, I only needed to drop by key to check out. I had a 9:00 am flight and left my room at 6:00 am. I was at the airport by 6:15 and had checked my luggage and cleared immigration and security by 7:15. Duty Free had not even opened. When only passing through CDG for flights, I would no hesitate to stay here again. I only saw one issue and it was very minor. The carpets were not firm in the hall way so it was hard to pull my luggage with wheels.

|0.3km from city centerWe were 3 girls there for 3 nights, we stayed in bedroom 222 and we complained as soon as we arrived that we had found some used mans boxers in the wardrobe, to the reception. The guy in the beginning did not understand what we were saying but eventually said “we will send someone up” no one came. Next day we went to the reception and complains again. The girl was very nice and apologized and said it would be picked up. No one came again… It’s a very nice hotel, comfortable to stay a few nights, nice breakfast and the people are kind but this left us wondering if the bedroom was actually clean… which we saw that the floor was not but you can understand how we felt… Before we leave we left there a note.

The WIFI provided is completely the worst possible! I have read some complaints about it but I thought it could be a punctual problem. But its not, it belongs to the hotel. They don't provide an acceptable internet(which nowadays it's essential) service, so consider to have a sim card before.
The staff are friendly, the cleanliness are good and the breakfast you can find typical french food with excellent breads, croissants and cheeses.
The room is well comfortable and silent, we had an excellent night sleep after a long trip.
One point that in my opinion must be improved is the shuttle service, the last shuttle to the airport departs at 1045h local time, if you lose this time you get to pay them 10EUR to go to CDG. Many others hotels in the same are offer almost a 24h shuttle service.
The neighborhood is amazing, you can find very cozy restaurants and mini markets.

Depressed grey design, dirty carpets at the entrance, staff not wearing badge. The respiratory rooms were confused, our friends gave the key to the busy room, well that the guests we woke up (we settled at 1 hour of the night) closed the door to the chain. Our room was e-chaiter, stove, refrigerator. The designer was probably with a good sense of humor because between the sandwich and the head of the bed instead of the wall a big transparent window! It can be closed with a curtain, but! The curtain is located on the side of the room, that is, only the person in the room decides to close them or open))) is not much if you sleep a little bit, when the light is on in the toilet, the feeling that the light is on in the room above your head. The interior is scratched, scratched on the floor, table, windows go out to the parking and they are very dirty. No soap and shower hat, e. the soots are uncomfortable and they are few, part is located in the floor itself, there is over the e. the stove, but there is no bed. Breakfast is scarce, cruissant, toasts, jam, cheese, sausage, surprised plastic devices! In general, the hotel creates the impression of uncomfortable and unpleasant, one night can be stayed, but there is no desire to return here.

|1.68km from city centerWe have been here several times because the price is really attractive on trip.com. This hotel offers very good value for money. The staff is dedicated and friendly, especially at the breakfast level.
However, it is to be deplored that there are some bad arrangements: on the evening of arrival, I am asked to pay the breakfasts already paid for online, then the tourist tax, when everything had already been paid online. And the next morning, it's a new receptionist who asks me again for the tourist tax, which in addition had been levied for two adults, when there is only one (and those under 18 are exempt). The whole crowned by a tel almost entirely discharged. There is no USB socket for people with only a charging cable, without a charger.
Let a problem happen from time to time, so be it! But that there is one regularly, it is necessary to review the procedure with trip.com, in particular IT, because it is too time consuming and inconvenient for the customer. To wait x time already exhausted, around 11 p.m., then do it again the next day, this is not acceptable. In addition, I had to call trip.com myself (with an almost empty phone) so that the organization could justify itself to the hotel for the payment, or I would pay these services twice!!!
Please also indicate where the room is located...because the signs on the ground floor did not indicate it.

We took a taxi to get there but in fact the hotel could be accessed by taking airport shuttle to one stop before terminal 1 (called “Parking”), after getting off shuttle, we walked for about 2 mins to get to hotel. Good value for money.

But the main reason I booked it was because of the ease of the shuttle bus service to & from the airport. I was tired after walking around Paris & traveled to Rennes. Going up & down metro & train steps. So I just wanted ease the night before heading home. Called the hotel to ask how long I had to wait for the shuttle & along it arrived. Make sure to stand by the sign that says Marriot on the other side. The standing area was dark & not well lite up, but it was fine with a few others waiting for the bus.

The rooms are spacious, the shower is amazing, and the hotel is very comfortable overall. It is about 5 minutes from CDG airport but it does not ”feel” like an airport hotel. The restaurant buffet breakfast is also excellent. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to do the same.

Lovely welcome from the lady on reception and great check out on 3rd from gentlemen on reception. Breakfast staff very friendly and despite Covid restrictions excellent choice for the breakfast “to go”! Rooms are so spacious and comfortable with large sofa sitting area great large screen TV and extremely comfortable bed! Superb “zoom” burger from limited room service menu has to be one of best burgers I have ever had!! Everything spotlessly clean and excellent measures in place for Covid! Highly recommend a stay here if your travelling too or from CDG airport! Fantastic!!

No information on the hotel website about where to catch their shuttle, so had to take 45 euro taxi to hotel (more than the room cost!). Shuttle the following morning - you have to pay for it, different from previous stays - only stops at Terminal 3 (also different). This is a long and inconvenient distance - especially with baggage - to my departure at 2a (or anywhere in Terminal 2.) Definitely would not recommend staying here as long as the shuttle does not make any stop at Terminal 2. No air conditioning during the European heat wave. Did not use 24 hour check-in. (Note: hotel only seems to respond to positive reviews.)

I said that my friend had already paid, but the front desk still pulled me and insisted that I pay. Later, I asked my friend to find out the receipt for payment, and she gave up. Really speechless. . . It is clearly written on the sign that the tax for one person is more than 1 euro, my friend has already paid it and it belongs to both of us.

The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Our assigned room had a very strong smell of tobacco, and when we asked to be changed, they quickly sent up keys to move us to another room. We did not eat anything because our stay was brief, but the bartender was very courteous and made good drinks. The room was very clean, but a bit outdated, and could use a refresh.

|0.39km from city centerI stayed here for work in September 2020. I enjoyed my stay for several reasons. Firstly the hotel is easy to find on the main road into the hotel zone. Secondly, the rooms are large and I had a suite which gave me a kitchenette, living area and separate bedroom, bathroom and toilet plus a terrasse with opening doors. The gym was excellent and the spa looked really nice - I didn't have time to try the pool but the whole area was very clean and well-looked after. The decor in the room was quite sober, the paintwork is a little tired in the room but overall it gave a good impression. The bed was comfortable and I particularly liked the shower gel and other products provided, as well as the intelligent TV to which I could wirelessly connect both my laptop and my Windows Phone (yes, really). The only issue was the wind noise coming through the glass doors to the terrasse. Try as I might I could not get it to stop completely, perhaps the curved shape of the building and the metal frame of the terrasse was to blame. But it is a minor point! Staff were absolutely fabulous, and went well beyond even my high expectations.
