The room was small and could not have an extra bed, which was closer to the previous description of Ctrip. Our couple + one adult child could only book two rooms. For our breakfast near the hotel, 47 euros for three people seems not cheap, 13 euros per person for the hotel; but the restaurant near Le Peng Marche is much cheaper, a 10-minute walk from the hotel; the hotel is very close to the subway exit
The hotel is nice, comfortable and clean. All spaces are well designed to provide just what you need and not more. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The lady at the from desk was extremely kind with us, when at the airport we realised that we had forgotten one bag at the hotel and we were very stressed, she managed to get our bag shipped to us to the airport via a taxi, and this way she saved our trip - otherwise we would have missed our flight. Amazing kindness and assistance, really!
Very nice hotel! It was inconvenient for me to get a big suitcase out of the train station. Fortunately, the hotel was very close to the train station. After taking the card, you can swipe the card at the hotel. It's safe! There is a street behind all eaten! Close to the subway station! This hotel is really a good choice if you take a lot of luggage!
I took my 14 year old daughter to Paris for her 14th birthday. I’ve been to Paris quite a few times and always stay in Montparnasse, it’s a great area lots of lovely bars and restaurants and very accessible to all the sites. This hotel has by far been the best. Very clean, lovely smell on entering and followed by a lovely welcome from Roxanna, who went out of her way to help on travel plans etc. Roxanna is a credit to your hotel and I hope you, (the hotel owners), appreciate her, she deserves a raise. Our room was great, very clean, a twin as requested. Great bathroom with L’occitane en Provence products, unexpected for the price we paid. The room was a good size, for Paris and the price. It ticked all the boxes. Breakfast was great, we were left to do as we pleased and help ourselves. The usual coffee, bread, meats, cheese, juices, eggs, cereals, fruit etc. Free WiFi which worked well. Overall 10/10. Thank you and see you on our next Paris trip
Booked online a room with 2 simple beds. The Hotel is in a good district of paris where you find everything arround him. The best restaurants, shopping shops, bakeries and many more are very close. The best tour ”montparnasse tour” is facing this hotel where you can see all paris. The metro gare montparnasse is 1 min walk from the hotel. The room is a little bit small to walk in. The toilet are clean but the shampoo used and hand soap are not a good quality, should be changed. A cleaning room service pass everyday. Only the card and room door should be repared because they dont work properly. The staff and reciptionist are very helpful and friendly.
I had booked a room via booking.com in February 2022 for myself and 2 sons to watch the Champions League final. The Hotel cancelled my room 2 days before I was to arrive. Flights are booked and now all the rooms are 5 times more expensive. The hotel said my credit card was invalid but they had taken the pre reservation payment off my so called invalid card. I contacted my credit card provider who reassured me the credit card was good. 2 v unhappy sons £450 down on 3 flights as I can’t get another hotel. Shocking and sickening way to treat people. Looking forward to you responding to this review
The ibis Paris Tour Montparnasse hotel is located right next to Montparnasse Tower. During your business or leisure stays, you will enjoy easy access to the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysées in addition to the exhibition centers at the Porte de Versailles and Paris Nord Villepinte. The hotel offers 45 rooms featuring the new ibis bedding and free WIFI. A bar and 24-hour snacks are available. Near the hotel you will find a paying public car park and many restaurants.
My partner, I and our family recently stayed at Le Montparnasse Best Western. Upon arrival, we were quick to notice the compact nature of the hotel. We expected this, being in Paris. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful where possible. We had some issues getting the safes to work, in the end we needed to use a key. The rooms are extremely compact and even in winter quite hot, we tried to use the thermostat, however the temperature only went so low. The bed was comfortable and did the job for the 4 nights we stayed. It was tricky to get two full sized suitcases in the room, however having travelled to Japan, we are use to jumping over suitcases. The bathroom was adequate. The shower was a good size, considering the size of the room. The cleanliness was good as well. We did not opt for the breakfast, but it was your general continental and would do the job. It was an extra cost on top of the room price. The elevator is extremely small, We used the stairs for the whole stay. The stairs are very windy and steep. Overall it was good stay and was adequate for us. We only go to the hotel to sleep and shower, so we didn't spend a whole lot of ”rest and relax” time. If we wanted ”rest and relax” time the space may have potentially become an issue.
The 1615 B - SUPER DISCOUNT Family apartment with terrace provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The 1615 B - SUPER DISCOUNT Family apartment with terrace offers a pleasant stay in Paris for those traveling for business or leisure. With Gare Montparnasse just 1km away and Paris Orly Airport only 15km away, transportation is very convenient. Being just minutes away from Edgar Quinet Metro Station allows guests to explore the city with ease. Keeping busy is easy, with Theatre Edgar, Montparnasse Tower and Redlight all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The overall experience is very good from the perspective of a young couple looking for a place to sleep and close to the city center while maintaining prices low and caring about security of the district. The house was cleaned daily, bed very comfortable, friendly staff (didn’t try the breakfast at the hotel). Possibly, if you intend to spend some time in the hotel this is problematic given the small dimension of the room (furniture was purposedly put to adapt to the tiny space). Also, to mention the lift was either slow or not working at times and the stairs are quite steep.
I am in Paris in June. The location of this hotel is very good. It is close to all the attractions of Paris. If you are used to walking, you can enjoy the beautiful street view and go where you are going. The hotel is a very classic hotel with a very warm temperature. Every employee is very welcoming and polite. This domestic hotel is really too far away. If you ask who cares no matter what, they always try their best to give you a satisfactory answer. The room is not very big, but one or two people are absolutely enough, the bathroom is very clean, this is very important for me who will have a nightmare on the aqua, the shower girl is just right, the tall boys may be a bit crowded. Overall a very satisfied hotel, the location is very good. Would recommend it to the friends around you, and you will go to live again.
I have just spent my 12th visit to Paris in 8 years and have stayed 11 times at this ”home away from home.” I love this little place. I am always made to feel welcome by Hervé and Martine, owners and by Mo, who is the night clerk. Flor Rivoli is a few minutes walk from so many Paris icons and is 20 paces from Chatelet Metro station, a key Metro/RER hub from which all of the great city locales can be reached. It is 30 paces from Rue de Rivoli, a major shopping and cultural artery that stretches about 4kms from Place de la Concorde to Place Bastille. It is always bustling and alive with traffic, pedestrians, cafés and, oh, yes, the Louvre I've said before that Flor Rivoli is a little old and, perhaps a little out of date - so am I. It is safe, secure, the rooms are clean and each has a safe, the bathrooms are a little small by North American standards - adapt. It has one of the best locations in the city.
It is very convenient to buy daily necessities and eat nearby, the service is also good, giving a warm feeling. However, the room is super small, simple appearance, the bed is also very small, it is recommended that fat people do not book here. The room I stayed in was very quiet, and the other room where my friend lived was very noisy, because there were many shops nearby that opened late at night, so the room when I checked in decided the quality of the stay.
Stayed at Hotel Panache for 3 nights. Booked last minute and was still able to get a huge room with a double bed and an additional single bed and which also had a relatively big bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure. Hotel has a small lift which is not always a given in European hotels and is close to Grand Boulevards Metro Station, buses from the Champs D'Elysees and lots of excellent food and bars around the 9th Arr. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped make the stay pleasurable. Hotel is very fairly priced considering the area.
For us, as a family we decided for the first time to book apartment hotel, rational , multiple rooms as traveling with kids , bigger Space overall , all in one apartment rather then separating in two rooms hotel , price for location Location of This place is unbeatable , 1 min form famous chance Elise, metro station , walking distance from rest of main attraction in Paris , restaurants from all kind all around. Further more the beds were very comfy , clean , WiFi excellent , staff were great ! ... the only thing I will mention is that there is one bathroom in this apartment , so for a family it might be challenging sometime , beside all was great , if going to Paris defiantly will return
Our room was absolutely tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. The shower had mould around the screen and the bathroom could barely fit one person standing. Breakfast was minimal, freshly cooked croissants was a huge plus but other than that, very little variety and not very fresh, the pineapple looked on the turn and the cheese and meat looked straight from a supermarket packet. Fortunately we weren't there for the hotel but still, it wasnt cheap for two nights and I had expected more.
I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!
Hotel location is very good, very close to the train station, travel is very convenient, the boss is super good, we started living for five days, then came back to Paris from Frankfurt for another three days, washing clothes every day in the summer, the room is clean and tidy, the boss is The second stay also offered a discount on the room rate and breakfast. It was a very good person. I hope to go to Paris next time to stay at this hotel! Recommend everyone to stay! Thank you
Stayed here for a June trip to Roland-Garros, and the location was ideal, between 15th & 7th. Good metro stops, restaurants, market. The price is a little higher than listed but that's true for any place nearby this time frame. And the comfort of the room made up for it. The proprietors are wonderful, great service, nice breakfast. To our surprise, when we left behind an inexpensive hat, they mailed it to us in the Languedoc at no charge. Thank you!
It’s really bad! Platinum Member! The hotel turned out to be a bad air conditioner! The weather of thirty-five degrees is not air-conditioned! Suggestions, the lobby manager is very unfriendly and free breakfast and a few bottles of water? ? ? ? But for a few single Indian guests (just I know) to checkin the same day! And the manager protested and told me that our compensation is breakfast! I will never live in this intercontinental again! Service facilities are not as good as China's one star! ! ! !
The pros of this hotel are as follows: The reception staff speak English, and are very friendly and helpful. The woman at reception printed my Disneyland Tickets which was a real life saver. The location is good. Its a 10 minute walk from the Denfert-Rouchereau station, which can get you to Disneyland, and connects straight to CDG Airport. It was sunny when we went, so we walked most places. It's a 10 minute walk to the catacombs, and within an hour walk to the eiffel tower, notre dam, and the louvre. The room has everything you need, having a double bed, a single bed, a TV, a desk, 2 bedside tables, a kettle and a hairdryer. And the housekeeping comes to tidy up daily. On the other hand: The rooms look pretty dated, but they're not too bad. But the walls are pretty thin, so if anyone makes a noise in the hotel, you're going to hear it. Breakfast is €10 per person per day, and although we didn't have it, judging by the reviews it's the usual cereals, croissants, etc. So you're probably best going to one of the many local cafes for breakfast. The reception isn't always manned, which is a problem if you need anything outside the working hours. It's open in the morning, closes for a few hours in the afternoon, and then opens again 4:30-9:30. We got a triple room (1 double and 1 single bed) for €80 a night, which is a decent price for the location. But anywhere else a hotel like this would be worth nowhere near as much, so it's slightly over priced. Usually I'd give this a 4*, but in the morning after spending our first night here, after taking a shower, a sewage type smell started coming out of the bathroom. It was disgusting, and so bad we had to leave our room. Luckily we were on our way out anyway. We told reception about this on our way out in the morning, and it was fixed by the time we came back in the night, but it did ruin the stay a little.
Stayed in the hotel for three nights, originally planned to go to the town to play, but unfortunately the train stopped because of the strike, because I thought this hotel was a good value for money, I chose to extend my stay for two more nights.
Note: There is an additional fee for cleaning, it is best to prepare a garbage bag by yourself, no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers and facial tissue.
A budget 3 star hotel. It is more convenient to take the subway station for about 7 or 8 minutes. The room was small, except for the bed and luggage, there was no place to go. Breakfast is just like nothing, no surprises. The wine station is very close to Chinatown and it is convenient to eat Chinese food. There is a small memorial hall nearby, which is cheap and good, but sometimes there are many people. In short, if the requirements are not high, it is good to live.
The biggest advantage is being able to see the Eiffel Tower at a reasonable price. Also, the staff at the desk and the cleaning lady were very friendly, and the check-out time is 12 noon, so you can prepare generously :)
The room is not very clean, but it is clean.
The Eiffel Tower is also very close.
Breakfast has a lot of variety, so I don't recommend it.
Hotel Royal Phare was the perfect accommodation for us. The location is really close to the Eiffel Tower, in close proximity to all the major attractions, with a metro directly across the road to access locations further away. All the restaurants in the area are fabulous and it was super easy walking home at night after a lovely evening meal. The hotel offers a breakfast at an extra charge of €7.50. We didn't take this opportunity, but I would highly recommend accepting this, as a cappuccino across the road is €6.50. Excellent value for money! The rooms were a good size, with lovely views of the Paris streets (from our room), exceptionally clean and comfortable, with any toiletries needed readily available. An added bonus is air conditioning in the room, so with the windows closed, a comfortable night is assured.
The location is convenient and it is safe at night. Nearby is Lafayette and Spring Department Store. I like every employee's service attitude is also very good, the hotel has drinks and candy for the passengers, very intimate
It only takes about three to five minutes to walk from Paris Gare de Lyon to the hotel, which is very convenient. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are Starbucks coffee around the hotel, there are many restaurants, and there are also many restaurants in the train station that can solve breakfast. The rooms are small and exquisite, and very quiet. Considering such a convenient location, it can be said to be very cost-effective. From Lyon Station, it is very convenient whether to take the subway to the main attractions shopping streets or to go to the suburbs of Versailles and Fontainebleau. recommend!
The room is very small, no slippers, hot water kettle, refrigerator, no toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower cap. But it's clean, and the soundproofing is poor. Some compatriots are talking loudly in the corridor and it is very noisy. There is no place to put an extra bed. There is not much to go shopping around the hotel, there are many beggars on the street, it doesn't feel very good.
I stayed with a friend at the IBIS Paris Vaugirard hotel. The reception and service were excellent. We felt welcomed as privileged and unique customers. The room was clean and breakfast was really very good. The small indoor courtyard gives a side out of time. There is absolutely nothing to re-examine. A address to visit without hesitation. There is also a parking in the street next to what is very convenient.
Wow! This hotel is in a fabulous location, yet unlike some central hotels still upholds great standards. The rooms are a good size, the hotel is clean and actually very nice and quiet… and finally, the staff are first class! Would definitely recommend to others :)
The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and very unassuming. It is a 10 minute walk to the subway, though there is are a number of buses on the corner. The staff could not be more friendly, patient and accommodating. The interior design is ultra-modern, high quality and chic. The entire hotel is immaculate. We had a Queen size bed in a Standard room, as requested. The bed was The Best, as were the linens. Amenities in the room and throughout the hotel were great. The breakfast is fabulous! Waffles, eggs, sausage, ham, soppressata, fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee and cappuccino, dried fruits and nuts, granola, assorted jellies and preserves, yogurt, fresh baked chocolate and plain croissants, danish, and mini apple turnovers-yum! A beautiful park is just two blocks away. If this hotel were in the heart of the city it would cost four times the price. The hotel is A LITTLE GEM.
Nice budget hotel, right next to the Moulin Rouge. It is relatively clean, and it is a relatively standard chain economy hotel in the vicinity. The car park is a public car park. For a fee, the hotel can offer a discount. The only thing to note is that there is a cemetery next to the hotel, and some of the cemeteries can be seen from the window of the room.
The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Although there are a lot of French policemen around the market looking at the market, everyone said it was useless. . In Paris, I really want to remind all of you who have just come, pay more attention.
This hotel is just FUN! The decor, the beds, the staff, the food—all amazing. Super convenient location. Away from the tourists but close to a major transport hub that can get you anywhere in the city! We got off the Thalys at Garde de Nord and got to this Garde de Lyon station (a block from the hotel) via the RER train in about 6 mins? That train is FAST! If you want to be in a normal, residential neighborhood filled with cafes and shops that Parisians enjoy and where you don’t overpay, this is the spot. Loved it!
First of all, the price is very favorable. I lived with a mix of men and women. I lived with girls. I felt very good and very safe. Will stay here next time in Paris, suitable for people who save money to travel alone.
We have had a great time. I'm sorry that time they didn't offer us an upgrade but we felt very comfortable.
There are some points missing for this hotel to be the most perfect, but the breakfast still not fully realized due to the pandemic was very good (they confirmed by phone that my son was not paying for being under 12 years old but weno ... I suppose that If you don't claim like this, they don't ask you ...) telephone line hardly audible, very complicated when you don't have the room service menu (because of the covid, I understand but you have to propose a digital alternative with the telephone or another, impossible to read on television The menu The most positive point that every hotel should have is its staff, I hope to see the ones that were working the last time we came.
One last thing please send me my invoice that I never received by e-mail, thank you.
The hotel is a boutique. The space is small, but relatively delicate. The hotel is ideally located, 10 minutes walk to Galeries Lafayette department store and 5 minutes walk to the Moulin Rouge. It is a quiet place. The room is slightly smaller and it is clean and clean. Breakfast is located on the basement level and the food is relatively simple but tastes good. The hotel is small and old but has an elevator. A common area on the ground floor is available for rest and waiting for hotel procedures and free refreshments. Overall, the hotel “small but small”.
