This hotel has a great location, so close to the high spots of the Left Bank. A short walk will take you to some of the best bars, cafes and restaurants in the area. The hotel is compact and the rooms quite small and traditionally furnished, buts it’s very clean and has a cosy feel. The breakfast was served to us in the dining room by friendly staff who offered a good variety of options and spoke fluent English. I’d say this hotel is very suitable for an overnight or few days stay where you’ll be out most of the time doing things in the city. For any longer I’d probably seek a hotel with larger rooms and more public space.

I had a horrible experience. On the 5th day the housekeeper barged in my room and would not leave after I screamed from inside the shower. She finally left ten min later to return to clean my room. Do you not have any common sense leave the room do not startle the guest ! I came back late that night to find my door OPEN! The housekeeper left it open I always check if my door is locked. I got scared and maybe 1-2 shirts are missing and I lost my drivers license. I complained to the night manager and day attendant and they both said well at least your passport wasn’t stolen right ? WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT. I SAID IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN IT IS UNSAFE ESP FOR SINGLE WOMEN TRAVELERS. I cried to the night attendant and said what if it were ur daughter coming home to the hotel open unsafe how would you feel ? They repeated it was not problem as passport was not stolen. I wanted to change hotels the next day but did not want to waste three hours of my day to do this. I asked for no housekeeping and left early sat. I asked for help getting a taxi to the airport and they said I was a problem guest and gave me a hard time and finally got me the taxi after making me the guest feel guilty . I asked for a partial refund and they said no. This is the most inflexible scary backwards horribly run hotel. I regret trying to save money to stay here. I don’t write reviews but I want to help any single woman traveler staying here. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT SAFE. YOU WILL BE SAFER SLEEPING IN A HOSTEL OR ON THE STREET. I am going to call my credit card company or booking.com to get a partial refund. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER! Horribly run by people who don’t care about your safety just want your money!!

We loved the location, so many bars and cafes. This boutique hotel was very cute, the staff was excellent, especially Anya. Very helpful. We could walk out our door and find excellent restaurants without ever leaving the neighborhood. Our only issue, it was a holiday time in Paris, and our room faced the street , we couldn't open the windows, too loud outside and it was still warm in our room as it was unseasonably warm during our stay in Oct. With the windows closed, it was soundproof. We should have asked for a room facing the courtyard, next time we'll know. There were a lot of repeat guests there. We didn't buy the hotel breakfast, instead, A Marks and Spencer store was right around the corner. They have a terrific selection of pastries and Americano coffee which suited our needs. We were close to 2 metro stops and it was easy to walk to many key sites in Paris. Loved this neighborhood and would love to stay in this hotel again.

I stayed at this lovely hotel in November for five nights. The hotel is truly delightful, so nicely appointed and complete with Parisian charm. And, it is very clean and quiet. The garden view is very quaint and brightened up the rainy days. The staff are excellent - very nice people and, thankfully for me, are fluent in English. They are very happy to make your stay a good one, offering places to eat and places to visit. Now that I have discovered it, this is my favorite place to stay while in Paris. I will continue to come back here on future visits. In addition, the hotel is located in the Saint Sulpice area, surrounded by great shops and restaurants. It is across the street from Saint Sulpice cathedral, which is a lovely place to visit in and of itself. In sum, Hotel Relais Saint Sulpice is such a treat and I highly recommend staying here!

Have you been searching for a charming traditional hotel with beautiful furnishings, a luxurious bed, and helpful staff who make everyone feel like a special guest every time they walk through the door? This is it and it’s in a great location to get anywhere in Paris. No wonder they have so many regulars repeat customers. And during this Covid crisis you couldn’t find a cleaner place - immaculate rooms and bathrooms - surgically clean. Every area is kept spotless (not a drop of dust anywhere) as the staff work very diligently to ensure every guest feels comfortable, safe and happy to be there. So now that you found that hotel that you thought no longer existed - then if you want you can just step across the narrow side street to Chez Phillipe- a traditional restaurant that is a delight and that everyone in the area goes to... Normally I hesitate telling anyone as I used to tell people about one small hotel then it became the number one hotel on Trip Advisor in Paris and you couldn’t get in.... but it’s a tough time and they proved that they deserve to be supported as every time you walk through the door it’s like magic - exactly the same welcome gracious happy feeling - the highest tradition of true hospitality - the most friendly, joyful and quietly elegant hotel to go back to .... again and again...

Blocked a full day meeting room for business negotiation, on a "co-working" package. Exceeded our expectation on every count: * Airy meeting room with direct view to the church St Germain des Pres (see picture) * Nespresso machine and tea included in the package, with bottled water * Free internet with good connectivity * Most importantly - the lunch menu. Tasty, hot French brasserie food served directly at negotiation table. No small feat in locked down Paris where all restaurants and bars are closed!! * Extra bonus - the room service lady was so kind to bring us some free chocolates at request, when she takes the dishes back after lunch. Hats off to hotel management. All in, I paid around half what REGUS would have charged for a similar meeting room with NO view. And we had nice lunch rather than some plastic box sandwiches.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to LEBONMARCHE, only 5 minutes walking distance, there are many brand shops around, you can go downstairs. The hotel room is a bit small, but for the price of this location in Paris, it is already a very cost-effective choice. The subway downstairs will be noisy. Those who mind the noise should pay attention to it. Generally speaking, it is more suitable.

Very nice and cosy hotel in the heart of St. Germain. Staff was very suportive and nice before and during our stay in Paris. We had a nice and comfortable room for three, which was not large, but we enjoyed your time there. Both common space and room inlcuding bathroom (with tub) were clean and tidy. Although facing the street side of the hotel, the room was quiet thanks to noise protection windows. The breakfast, which was included in our tariff, was also very good.

We stayed at the Villa Madame for the final 2 nights of our 12 night vacation to Prague, Budapest, Krakow and then Paris. Unfortunately, this hotel was by far the "worst" we stayed in. Realizing "worst" is a strong word, I'll explain. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by the front desk person, Nathan. He's friendly and welcoming. When we were shown our room on the fourth floor we were just surprised by how small it was. Some might refer to it as "quaint", however......it was small. And for the price we paid, we didn't expect that small of a room. At the end of such a lengthy trip I asked Nathan if would be possible to have champagne glasses brought to our room (we were with another couple). Nathan did bring us 4 glasses of champagne, but each glass was half filled and luke warm. The next issue was the overbearing heat in our room. Yes, Paris was experiencing unusually warm weather for late October. I went downstairs to again speak with Nathan, this time about the air. He told me he would simply have to hit a few buttons on the computer and the issue would be taken care of. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. No air was ever circulated through our room, expect for the air from the window which we kept open all night. The next issue wasn't completely the hotel's fault, but they did nothing to help the situation. The room next to ours had their television on the entire night. And it was on loud. Our hope was that at some point the occupants would go to sleep and lower the sound. Finally, at 4:30am I called the front desk and again spoke with Nathan. He said he would make a call. I'm still not sure what that meant. The tv finally went off when the guest left the room around 5:30am. We know he left then because we could hear everything happening in his room. Next up - the bugs. We killed a bug on the wall (which was not cleaned off by housekeeping) and we shared our room with a few other bugs throughout our stay. Back to the air and noise issue. Next time we saw Nathan, there was another manager at the front desk. We again asked about the air, or lack there of. A different explanation came this time. We were told there was nothing they could do about it because the air is basically turned off for the season in early October, which actually makes some sense. Expect, Nathan had told us a couple times that the air would be fixed and turned back on. And then we asked about the noise from the television. In regards to the noise, there really wasn't much they could offer expect for an apology. Our point was that we called at 4:30am and nothing was done about it. We then told both Nathan and the other manager that their website clearly states: "adjustable heating and air conditioning in the rooms" and "double-glazed windows and sound proof walls". Their response more than surprised us. The other manager told us that the website has been up for many years and no one had ever pointed out these items like we were

We just finished up staying here for 6 days and could not be happier. The room was exactly as we expected, smaller than some but it was a decent size and not cramped, best of all it was very clean! The staff in the hotel are so lovely, very friendly and willing to help. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large and clean, new, and the public order is good. The hotel lobby is a glass sliding door. You need to swipe your room card to enter. The room was flat with 2 large boxes without pressure. The toilets are also very large. There are 2 sets of L'Occitane in a house, and a large bottle of mineral water is given away. Walk to the LV main store for 2 minutes, and make early purchase without pressure. It only takes 2 minutes to the Hermes George Avenue branch, and Bulgari is also nearby. If you want to buy luxury goods, you can put it back in the hotel before you continue. Do n’t worry about safety. 7-8 minutes walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. The only bad thing is that the front desk called me at 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-out. This is a bad experience ... The hotel can help call a taxi to the airport. The hotel said the price was basically the same. The cafeteria and gym are located in B1. There is a Royal Treasure in the hotel, not sure if it is the same as Shanghai.

Such a great experience to be here. Easy to get to from the train station. Actually all subways in Paris are easy to navigate. The hotel is really close to everything, Eiffel, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumph. And lots of Brasseries. Markets, bakeries and coffee shops. A safe neighbourhood. The room was great. Very comfortable beds. A breakfast is only $10EU each daily, far more cost effective than buying outside the hotel. Save your money for lunch or dinner. Lovely staff, so very friendly and helpful. Le couvre lit est tâché.La douche n'a pas été nettoyée avant mon arrivée. Pas de brosse pour le wc... Visiblement le personnel manque de formation. I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!

There had been mix up over the dates of my booking, which was entirely my fault. The receptionist could not have been more helpful to resolve the situation. Although my booking had been fully pre-paid and was not in theory refundable, he could not have have been more helpful. I was very impressed; the room was fine as was the bathroom, although the facilities were a little basic. There is a funny lift which starts just above the first floor and goes almost to the top floor - which does not make luggage transfers too easy. However, as I have already stated service at the reception was second to none. Breakfast was included in the double room rate (large) of €129.00, which is a real bargain for a hotel in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. We enjoyed our stay here for a week - located just off the Jardin des Tuilleries.

A very cute hotel. We were in the bottom room, with windows that opened to the street. It was a little loud first thing in the morning or when other guest were rowdy due to being located right next to the lobby, but overall that was only the most minor of things we noticed. The bathroom was fantastic- heat towel rack, quality products, wonderful hot water/high pressure. Lots of closet/storage space. Seperate WC. the room was larger than we expected as well. Front desk was so friendly- greeted us each time we arrived, and were able to provide us ice on request (I tore my acl just before the trip, so needed ice regularly after a day of touring). I loved the writing desk in the morning sun- although the view was of the sidewalk, the transparent curtains we perfect for allowing in light while softening the view. The windows both had shutters inside to block out light/sound, and enough still space you could sit and read a book. Location was ideal...the Montmartre area is wonderful. Very close to the Blanche metro line, a short walk to two others. Although just two blocks from Moulin Rouge, absolutely no issues with noise or crazy crowds at night- in fact, it meant some great street food places were open late! Very near to bakeries, fruit stands cheesemonger, easy to grab something quick if you needed. Several cafes a stone throw away with perfect breakfasts and coffee. Near to Van Gough's apartment. A beautiful stroll to the love wall, sacred heart, dali museum and artist square- and thays with me being hobbled with my completely torn ACL! There is a secret food tour that starts and ends in the same area as the hotel to give you an idea of how wonderful all the nearby choices are for eating. 12/10 stay, would definitely stay at this location again. Lovely and clean hotel conveniently located just below Montmartre. The staff is very nice and helpful and managed to resolve all questions I might have had. The decor is quite nice, it has a cozy feeling. The breakfast is quite lovely, nice selection of french goodies, so definitely a plus. The only downside is reflected in the location: if you go to central Paris, you often go small for this price. Excellent location, with 5, 6, 7 subways crossing. The room is small and basically adequate. For Chinese guests, the biggest benefit is that it is close to the Chinese community, Chinese restaurants and supermarkets have more choices, and apartment hotels with kitchens can also cook their own meals. The disadvantage is that the front desk of the hotel is slightly rigid. The air conditioner in my room does not heat, and the warranty for 2 days has not been resolved. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take the RER line B to Denfert-Rochereau, change line 6 to Cambrinne, exit the station and walk past the traffic lights. The road on the left can see the Ibis hotel sign. There is no elevator or escalator on this section of the subway line 6 of Denfert-Rochereau. You have to carry your luggage up and down. Do not take Line 6 when returning. From the hotel, take a taxi to Denfert-Rochereau (approximately 7 minutes, 19 euros, 20 yuan). Denfert-Rochereau has an elevator to the airport RER line, so you do n’t have to carry your luggage up and down Off! Taxi in Paris is expensive, if the locals are at the airport-hotel, take a taxi to and from it * o * Next to the subway station there is a bakery and a small shop selling Kebab (Kebab, Middle Eastern food), which are all delicious! (Put a few photos of Kabab Kebab). The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is spacious with Cafe and bar. If you can't sleep at night, you can go downstairs for a cup of coffee or a small wine, which is very comfortable. The room is small, 12 square meters. The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Although there are a lot of French policemen around the market looking at the market, everyone said it was useless. . Advantages. - Situated on Rue de Lyon near railway station. Close to Ledru Rollin metro station. Not far from Bastille square. - Hotel is very fresh because of its transformation from Adriatic Hotel to Locomo Hotel. Disadvantages - I payed for my stay a week before and had confirmation. But when I came to hotel, I needed to pay extra costs (taxes) - plus 5,64 euro. It could be more convenient to pay once, not two times. - Sound insulation could be better – you hear what your neighbor doing. Two nights I often was awake because of sounds of conditioner which switched on and off. - The outlet in the bathroom was poorly mounted. It was obvious after finishing drying hair. Also cabin walls were not convenient. - Not convenient elevator due to extra ladder steps on ground floor and upper floors Also I could not immediately find hangers but there were in the room. So I found them a little bit later. But I was satisfied with the hotel despite these disadvantages
