So, I stayed at Taj on my Birthday, and I had a wonderful stay. Mr. Amarender has been very kind and ensured best service, late check out, safety & a room of our choice. A delicious complimentary chocolate Cake was arranged for us in the Empire Lounge. And I must thank the most warm and super amazing Chef Abhinav who prepared a special personalised dinner, another complementary desert and breakfast menu for us at the Newly Renovated restaurant, The Machan, food was really delicious. Also, I must mention the Breakfast was ala-carte but one of the best I had, with the unique, high quality and lavish to choose from, it was the highlight of our stay. Thank you Deepak for servicing us so well. I would love to come over again soon. Though, The rooms are old fashioned, but the property is under renovation, so soon they will have a new Transformed look, but service is incomparable to any other property. It's a lovely staycation option in the city.

We stayed here for a few weeks recently - and it was a perfect stay. The hotel is operating with all the facilities it can offer in the current global hospitality environment. We had several excellent meals in the YBR and in our room - with a willingness to customize the meal to our preferences. Our housekeeping services were top notch throughout our stay. Beyond the comfort, there was a greeting and welcome from the staff at every station - security, front desk, the restaurant, housekeeping, in-room dining - which accentuates the hospitality on offer.

The hotel booked by the tour group is the same on a business trip. I experienced a 5 star service in India, the environment and service, and the location are good. I just passed the security check when I entered the door, and I saw singing in the performing arts. It ’s good. I saw a different world in a different country. For example, the location of the video screen is the place to eat breakfast. It is a bit expensive to eat here at noon and dinner! The bed in India is soft, and when it dawns, the breakfast is good, it is worth the price, there are many types, and the service is good. I stayed for 2 nights and the price is high. After all, in the capital of New Delhi, India, the price is pretty good ...

A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of staying for a few nights at this little hotel in Delhi and we were very pleased with it. The hotel is small and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. It is spotlessly clean and in a very quiet residential area of New Delhi with no traffic noise. We were welcomed with a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers and a personal welcoming note from the owner in our rooms and all the requests we had were quickly and professionally dealt with. For example, one member of our group accidentally forgot a pair of earrings in their room and got in touch with the hotel the day after we had left. They reassured us that they had found the earrings and kept them safe for us for over a week, until we were able to go pick them up when we got back to Delhi at the end of our trip. We also very much appreciated their tipping box at reception. This is to discourage giving personal tips only to the hotel staff you meet and ensures a fairer splitting of the tips amongst all the people who work at the hotel, also the ones who do such a great job ensuring the smooth running of the hotel "behind the scenes". It also took away the stess of constant expectation of tips we sometimes felt in some of the bigger hotels we have stayed during our trip. Thank you very much for making our stay in Delhi so pleasant, we are very grateful!

I stayed here for several weeks from early February through early March. Overall I strongly recommend Bloomrooms. First of all, the room was spacious, very clean and neat, nice decor and very quiet by Delhi standards - I don't think my sleep was interrupted once, despite being a light sleeper! Bed was very comfy and shower warm. I also liked the free snack bar outside the room where you can make your own cups of tea/pick up some oreo biscuits whenever you fancy. There was then the food - a few times I ventured out of the hotel to nearby restaurants, but for the main part I ate in the hotel restaurant after long days at work. I thought the food was very tasty, and the price not too bad (though occasionally the portions were a little small for my tastes). Dal Makhni was a particular highlight. The staff were very friendly - as they are throughout the hotel - and always keen to make alternative suggestions if something was not available. The hotel is also well-located just south of Rajiv Chowk and by the violet line metro station which connects to the yellow line, and to ***y interesting parts of the city. You can get easy rides from ubers/rickshaws if you want from right outside. I'll be earmarking this hotel for another stay should I visit Delhi again in the near future - thanks again to all the staff who made my stay so enjoyable!

This hotel is beautiful and the restaurants are wonderful. The breakfast is extensive and the level of service is superb. I highly recommend the Spice Route restaurant. It is spectacular both in atmosphere and cuisine. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is the spa. At a hotel like this, I expect a spa experience equal to the rest of the hotel. Here, I was disappointed. I was traveling with a friend and we both were getting foot reflexology massages. The *** who checked us wasn't very friendly and in ***y ways dismissive. Little did I know that he would be my therapist. Even though we were getting the same treatment, I was sent to the spa locker room, she was sent to the hair salon. Our treatments were vastly different. Upon entering the locker room, I was greeted...with nothing. There was no attendant, no robes visible, nothing. The room itself was dark, small and old. Another two women came in while I was waiting and we all just stood there looking at each other wondering what we were supposed to do. Finally, we took it upon ourselves to search the lockers for robes and slippers. I eventually came out of the locker room and asked the guy who checked me in what to do. He directed me to the relaxation area and eventually came to get me for my service. As for the service, all I can say is that it was disappointing. The therapist (guy at the front desk) seemed annoyed with me. He used a boatload of oil on my feet and neck, which is fine, but most therapists at least wipe off the excess before finishing. Not this time, I was an oily mess. As for my friend, her foot massage was done in the salon, sitting up, and included no neck rub or oils. Same treatment - completely different. Shouldn't be that way. Perhaps this was an off day at the spa, but at a hotel of this caliber, that should never happen.

Generally speaking, it is cost-effective, the facilities are a bit dated, there are too few varieties for breakfast, and there are few changes every day; a five-minute walk is the largest commercial district, and there are many options for eating and selling. There is a subway station near the downstairs ,Very convenient.

The hotel is in a good location, just one kilometer from the India Gate, surrounded by the National Assembly and embassies. It is close to the partal chowk station on the yellow line and Janpath on the violet line. Tu'tu to the subway station usually costs 50 rupees, and it takes only seven or eight minutes to walk. Breakfast can be served at the hotel, and lunch and dinner can go to McDonald's at Janpath Station. But be very careful about the Indians and tutu drivers who take the initiative to chat with you at the entrance of the hotel. You will want to take you to a place called NHB BAAZAR to shop for commissions, just say **** off.

If I could give the Oberoi chain of hotels six stars, I would gladly do it, as I've never experienced such a level of luxury and service. The staff is constantly looking for ways to assist you; the waiters in the restaurant attend to your every wish promptly and courteously; the rooms are large and luxurious with beautiful views of the city's huge golf course; drivers are available to take you in spotless limousines driven by chauffers fluent in English and happy to discuss India and answer a tourist's questions. I cannot imagine a more perfect experience.

Pros: - We felt safe there - It was clean - The staff were (generally) pleasant Cons: - One of the more expensive places we stayed in India during our month-long trip - Accommodation was spacious but extremely basic. There was no fridge, no kettle, the furniture was uncomfortable - We asked for a double bed but got two separated singles. The mattresses were hard as rock and were far and away the least comfortable beds we slept in while in India - In every other hotel we stayed at in India (which were similarly priced or cheaper) we were provided with two bottles of water and supplies to make tea and coffee each day. The YWCA charged us for water and you had to order down to the desk for tea and coffee. There we no personal tea making facilities and it seems they charge for someone to make it and bring it up to you - Breakfast was underwhelming and finishes early (9am) - There are no places to eat within a convenient distance Long story short - we would not choose to stay again.

Indira Gandhi Int'l Airport Area
The hotel is not far from the airport and there is a free shuttle service. It is close to the elevated road of the airport, but the sound insulation of the room is good, especially the sound insulation of the windows is very good, so I can not feel noisy. Hardware facilities are also available, the pool is quite large. The hotel service is warm and attentive, the standard Radisson level. But the meals are basically Indian.

Located on a busy traffic street in walking distance from the New Delhi Railway Station, but luckily not on the hideous Main Bazaar road and in line with dozens of other comparable hotels. The overall experience was good, the best probably the friendly staff. Rooms are certainly worn but still in good functioning shape. We stayed there in early March 2020 and renovations were still gong on, so it will be a bit more modern soon. Ambience of the hotel was pleasingly nice. They have a wide range of rooms, most of them are located indoors. The ones with windows offer a nice view over the street. We can recommend staying here, just want to point out some things: there is none nor ever has been any sauna, that's false advertising. Airport pickup has to be arranged 12h prior arrival. The double rooms with windows to tree street share a window and the wall between the rooms doesn't reach all the way to the glass, so there is an awkward gap between glass and wall which connects both rooms and make the thin walls even less noise reductive. Internet was mostly quite slow and somehow 4G reception was also slow. There is no rooftop restaurant any longer, this area is abandoned. Breakfast gets served on the ground floor with a nice variety of vegetarian food.

Our group had booked several rooms for several nights during our stay in Delhi. In reality the rooms are much more worn down than they look on pictures presented by the hotel (fx. in Booking.com). All the bedding (in every room) looked disgusting. Everything had some sort of stains on, some sheets had holes in them and some blanket covers were just dirty. Couple of hours after checking in, most of our rooms discovered cockroaches. Since it was late in the evening, we decided to stay the night and find a new place next day. In the morning I spoke about it with the ***ager and had to show the staff killed cockroaches on the floors, since the ***ager insisted, they do not have cockroaches. After that we went out and looked for a new hotel. Upon returning, the ***ager lied that they had done sprays in our rooms, so the cockroaches would not be a problem anymore. When I went to get my luggage from my room, I killed six cockroaches running around on the floor. The ***ager then said, that they could not spray my room, because I had the rooms key with me (as did everyone else). So in reality they did not do anything. It was super difficult to deal with the hotels ***ager. He did not allow us to leave the hotell before paying for the whole period that we booked. The cockroaches and dirty bedding was NOT ADVERTISED, so we were willing to pay for only the night we slept there. It took us a lot of arguing to be able to leave that place. In the end we had to pay the hotel for two nights in order to cancel the rest of our stay.

Had the complete pleasure of staying twice at this hotel in recent weeks. First off, the hotel is GOREGOUS and so BEAUTIFUL. Second, the staff is AMAZING!!! More on that later. Lastly, the 361 Restaurant was truly delicious and serves all kinds of cuisines. On my last night, we ordered Chinese. AMAZING Peking Duck served with the pancakes, with a second course of the meat being stir fried for a yummy dish, and then lastly, a delicate and savoury broth soup. It was just as good as eating this dish in China! Seriously!!! I don't know how they pulled it off but they sure did!!! And then some! Next on to the amazing staff at this hotel. A great amount of gratitude goes to Saloni and Kartikeya for their amazing and diligent support and assistance in helping us to secure alternative flight arrangements returning home which had previously been canceled and then rebooked only half of the trip and without notification from the airlines. These two concierges spent numerous hours on the phone on our behalf securing tickets thus ensuring a safe return flght home during the initial stages of the coronavirus outbreak. During that time, all airline customer service contacts could not be reached (over an hour waiting time on their customer service phones, only later to be disconnected) nor were their on-line websites working due to high customer traffic clogging these channels. But through their dedication and diligence, we got brand new tickets ensuring a safe flight home. Absolutely no thanks to United Airlines!!! :( We are forever greatful for their assistance and will never be able to repay them for their help and unwavoring dedication!!!! THANK YOU~!!
