They have 3 Suite Double rooms on ground floor, so if u can’t climb stairs, ask for the Suite double room. Lots of parking area in front of the hotel n opposite parking area.

the service staffs are very polite. we booked 1 twins room and 1 family room. there's no lift in this hotel, so if traveling with elderly probably need to choose room at the ground floor. but the activities (hotel backrooms) are happen there, so probably not suitable for those light sleeper. for twin room located ground floor, there is no window. with standing shower. for family room located first floor, it's very big with 2 king size beds. with bathtub(climbing of stairs required. we have 1 big luggage, so it's pretty challenging to carry it up and down). the bad points. 1)the toilet flooring is so slippery when it's wet. the hotel did place a pair of flip flop in the room but my granny doesn't feel comfortable wearing it. will be great if they can treat the floor with non slip solution or place non slip mat. 2) the bathtub is very high. so short people like us is quite difficult to climb in and out and there's no grip handles near. so it's quite dangerous for elderly. since the bathroom is big, it will be great if they can install standing shower. the basin pipe is spoil, so if you turn up for heavier flow of water, the water will spill from the pipe, causing wet floor. the bathroom room floor is very slippery too. 3) carpet for both rooms required cleaning badly. when we walk without shoe after shower, our soles will be all dirty when we reach the bed. hope these will be improved. it will be a better place to stay.

Wanted nature resort and this was really good. Modern clean room. Hot water. Family resort so lots of kids. Swimming pool ok. Room was at back so away from noise (kids in pool). Slightly expensive but guess for facilities (swimming pool, basket ball, football). Sunrise Hike (45-60min). Couldn’t find the viewpoint bit hike itself was wonderful even if strenuous- mostly uphill through durian plantation. Food was expensive. Could have been better. Ordered hokkien fried beehoon-ok once you added one items for flavour. Breakfast was good. Nasi lemak ,beehoon, mee goreng, donuts and puff plus watermelon. Also cereals and toast and peanut butter. Service good. Plenty parking.

Just ok to stay rest..but the facilities aren't the same before .. the towel was torn because of the holes, the coffee part was forgotten to put (you can after asking but you can only get Nescafé and tea) the TV channel is also damaged a lot, I'm very disappointed with the breakfast buffet part, I used to stay a few years ago, it was very lively, it's not the same now, maybe because the pkp management has changed to not sure .. there's no variety and the taste is all out of my taste .. at 8 in the morning I ran out of nuts roast .. maybe because there is a large umno group, the chef should prepare a lot, not replace it with horse peas that are not tasty .. really very disappointed .. confirm will not come again .. just enjoy coming for the swimming pool and bathtub for my daughter .. But services from the staff from reception and restaurant the best, that's all ..

The Face Suites Kuala Lumpur The property is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur It's more like high-end serviced condo rather than hotel rooms Expect complete amenities including living dining kitchenette washer cum dryer and study We stayed at one bedroom grand premier suitable for 3 adults (comes with extra study room with single bed for the 3rd person) Our room was located at 48th floor letting us to enjoy bird's eye view of the city centre Unfortunately we are unable to access the infinity pool and skydeck area at the top floor (level 51) due to MCO Do take note that they no longer have klcc view as blocked by another building still under construction Do check your package entitlement as the receptionist seems not trained properly or have communication barrier. He / she may say your room is not entitled for breakfast or you only can choose between cold / hot drinks The breakfast set sent to your room during MCO and the portions are really huge Overall it's a good staycation even though for KL residents mainly because of the location and view

I booked a room (Melia Room) for two adults with breakfast for 2. But when I was at the restaurant the next day to have breakfast, their guest list sheet stated for one person. I believe the girl who assisted me to check-in change my reservation from 2 adults to 1 adult because the second person did not register. He came later in the evening by the way. She gave me 1 access card and when I asked why she said because only one person registered. This is weird. Well, perhaps because it's not a 5 star hotel. But other 4 star hotels such as Double Tree don't even bother to ask and just give it. Anyhow, what's the point of paying the rate for 2 adults if hotel change it to one which may resulted in dispute later on? One more thing the electric kettle in the room contain water when I was about to use it. Did housekeeping forgot to clean it? As for the bed, their twin bedding is not super single but SINGLE BED. This is the first time I stay at a 4 star hotel with SINGLE BED. Other than that, the furniture is not dated which is good.

Undoubtedly 5 stars hotel. All the staff know their roles in delivering the 5 stars hospitality in a very adequate manner. Checking in process was great because we came early to avoid congestion at the check in counter. Room, bed, bathroom and bathtub are all great. But the room condition need to be maintained properly because it is slowly ageing. As being the most awarded hotel in Malaysia, Hilton KL should look into all detailing and defects in all rooms. Assisted buffet for breakfast was great. But I believed the menu during normal days are more rich than this current period of CMCO. All guests need to select the time slot for breakfast. Only 1 hour allocated for each time slot but it is sufficient enough.

The concept of this Komune Living Hotel are so Cool. The check in and the check out can be done by yourself using the green machine provided right in front of the main entrance of Komune Living. The process for check in need your Booking Number, and the identity card (either Malaysian IC or Passport) of every guest that will enter the room based on your booking information. Then we will get the payment receipt, the WIFI details and room card. Ouh as for the people come by walk in and didnt booked beforehand, you can just pay at the machine with you debit /credit card. In this hotel, there are also Cool facilities at Level 1 such as games room, co-working spaces, community kitchen and at level 29 has infinity pool, gymnasium, and lookout point. Some of the facilities need to booked beforehand at the receptionist. The rooms are also Cool since i love the interior design and the water refill using provided jugs at every level right outside the lift. Coolio. The staff also helpful and served good and fast services. I can ask for another two bath towel since my room is for four people but the toilet only has 2 bath towel provided. Looking at the reviews I kinda agree that the place is old but it is a great place for short escape! The entrance from the parking to upstairs is kind of old and scary. But the room and service was superb! Our room aircond was not cold enough, so I called the receptionist and they sent the maintenance to fix it, and even offered us different room if its still not cold. The room is big, the other facilities was excellent! We paid extra for the nice view and we got what we wanted. There don't provide room service for food unfortunately but not a problem cause there's food panda and grab everywhere! Everything else was fantastic for us! Not to forget the food was really great too! We were really sad when we got to know that there will be no breakfast buffet but lucky us! Suddenly the management say they prepared a mini buffet! We really enjoyed the food, it was so good especially the bread! Thank you friendly chefs and micasa hotel! Going to repeat soon! Hope you will still have the buffet cause I am looking forward for that! Thanks again!

these female workers are unfair in serving guests. he did not give me biscuits but even continued to give biscuits to other queuing guests like I did not exist. extend guest not qualified for that? Anyway, I'm not desperate to eat biscuits.(reffer pictures) location if perfect, breakfast as expectation just vadee india tidbit is cold and not crunchy. Cleanliness and amenities quit good. Pls do provide hand sanitizer for every floor near lift if you care about your guest healthy. Even budget hotel do that. I am also suggest to avoid congested and crowded. Do implement exit and entrance in lobby seperately, what are you doing now is so insane. U let another way empty while you make 1 way for in and out. Not to forget most worst only 2 counter open during peak hour as shown in picture. All this make me consider to visit again.

We waited 2 hours for check in. There was sooooooo many families with small kids were waiting in line to check in and only 3 staffs were handling the check ins. Many of them have to wait another 3-4 hours to get a room. If you’re fully booked, please don’t take any other bookings. We checked in at 530 nearly 6pm and our room didn’t have iron box& iron board, we called nearly 10times and no one picked up the phone. We even asked to housekeeping directly about 3-4 times, baru dapat. Breakfast was so little. Everything finished so fast and had to wait. When you know your crowd is big, do make in bigger portions so that you don’t need to refill every 5 minutes. Gosh it was the worst and I am definitely NOT COMING BACK. The best part was only the bathtub and fluffy pillows other than that, the service was the worst I have ever encountered.

From check in to the room, everything is the best. Only the parking is a bit frustrating maybe it could be improved further. The staff is very helpful and friendly including the pound guard very nice service. I will bring the children to see the view of the KL tower from inside the room. It is only possible to add a place to place the hair dryer in the toilet so that it hangs and looks more proper. It is feared that the hair dryer will be exposed to water if it is placed under the sink. The best power plugs are very much to use. OVERALL IS THE BEST ..

I chose Traders because it belongs to Shangri-La, and is located opposite KLCC. The hotel has a battery car to pick up and drop off, and it takes less than ten minutes to walk to KLCC. The breakfast is rich, the combination of Chinese and Western, the coconut milk rice is delicious, not particularly spicy, adults Children can stand the spiciness. Service was ok. Stayed three nights in total, the first two nights were ordinary rooms, and the last night was a club room. The quilt of the room didn't feel clean when I checked in on the first day. After calling, the service staff hurriedly changed it and kept saying sorry. Our two big and two small children gave us four bottles of free bottled water every day, and returned it when the water was gone. This is better than many hotels, and breakfast is free for two children. The swimming pool has a good view, facing the twin towers, it is indoor and not afraid of low water temperature. The club room selected on the last day can use the executive lounge, which is also the view of the Twin Towers. These are our favorite. Chinese service is available at the front desk. In a word, the hotel chosen by the New Year is very satisfying, and they are required to come often.

Very beautiful hotel with friendly staff and great location. The gym in bell equipped and the swimming pool is big enough with gray view of Petronas Towers. The spa service could be better for that price. Room service food is delicious, we had it every day. The only thing I would complain about it quite difficult elevator system. Cleaning could be a little more thorough. The breakfast offer is very wide, but I think it could be scaled down a bit, just to make the food a little tastier.

The hotel has a balcony. It is very convenient for those who need to smoke. You can smoke on the balcony. There is also an ashtray in the room. In fact, smoking is acquiesced. The surrounding area is not very prosperous. The Chinese restaurant next door is very popular and the food is very good. There are also many restaurants in the surrounding area but they are all Indian. It's less than ten minutes' walk from the subway station, and the twin towers around Alor Street are very close by taxi, which costs more than ten ringgits. The hotel room is very large, and the hardware facilities of this room are super value at this price. The swimming pool on the roof can see the beautiful city view.

As of late, I work remotely, due to the nature of work to accomodate and adapt to the pandemic crisis. The Hotel stay environment somewhat gives you focus on what you need to do. The silence and serenity to work on very large Data is conducive to my work that I do. I would recommend a lot of people who requires constant focus on their task to consider this as an office as well a place to rest. The Human Staffs are friendly nice, polite and never rude. Of course this reflects upon the tenants as well. I try to not make any problems in return for their kindness. I have stayed an ample amount of days to actually call this place a home. Might take the offer to get a room here. Closet is big enough, water heater for coffee heats up just nice and just enough for the right amount of water to make a cuppa coffee. Parking is safe and secure since the hotel is a part of a building complex teeming with life. Those who complain the distance should be only be for those who are too lazy to walk. If you have disabilities please inform. Least you enjoy being masochistic upon self. Food review is not applicable right now. Even so, the area here has a lot of choices for food, provided you are not a picky eater. They say that to discover good food, one should not be resting on their laurels to enoy it. Hence, your effort is simply to satisfy our insatiable appetite for new taste and sensations. It shouldn't ever be satisfied, it must always be hungry so that sloth does not govern our choices and decisions. Food is an entire matter in this regard. Despite the reviews. Please disregard the other negative reviews if you plan to stay right now. Of course this depends on your own standards of working and living. Which goes to show how you treat yourself and others. Highly recommended it, and who knows... You might get a glimpse of me casually walking up to the lobby and be out and about on my own business. And no... This is not a review from a Dead man. Shangri-La, Kuala Lumpur, as the second family-run hotel of the Guo family, has a long history, but the service features remain unchanged. Adhering to all the good traditional elements of Shangri-La, the hotel is old but well maintained. The hotel is centrally located, and the hotels have catering facilities that are relatively large-scale and branded, which are not found in most Shangri-La hotels in China. Most praiseworthy: 1. Rich breakfast. After observing the Chinese food, at least 50 [%] dishes are updated daily, which is a good gourmet experience for guests staying for more than three days. 2, the characteristics of points, the hotel menu, liquor prices are listed side by side with cash price list and point price list, even hotel booking services can use points, after comparing dining points with the most cost-effective, the exchange room is relatively high.

Went during MCO 2.0. Breakfast was sent to our room and it was nice. The studio was huge and clean facing KL Tower. There was blinking light in our bathroom.
