|9.57km from city centerThe check-in was very friendly and there were apples and refreshments in the lobby. Also there are only positive reports on the shuttle service to the airport, timely and helpful. I would have expected more from the room. It is tasteful and practically furnished and very spacious and absolutely clean. However, I wonder why there is no ”light” light. The lamps in the room only throw dark indirect light. It was not possible to light the room. That was very well hit the mind. The switch between night-lamp and reading lamp was defect, so not at all, only the inner life was visible, which I think is dangerous. Although Leonardo casts with sound-isolated windows. I could not see any difference to normal glass windows and it was incredibly noisy in the night. Furthermore, the brightness came so that we can hear the TV, toilet noise etc. of the neighbouring rooms well. A water cooker as shown in the room description did not exist with us. Only a capsule machine was available. This was why we had to prepare the water for our tea and thus tasted the tea for coffee. Also very bad that no sustainability is being considered and actually coffee capsules are still offered. For one night to get to the airport, it's OK. I can't recommend a longer stay.

The hotel has a boutique feel and we were warmly welcomed on arrival with the guest form ready for us. The breakfast,for only 9,50€,was a bargain and is definitely worth having. The room and en suite bathroom were fine. Only one pillow per person was not a problem for us but might be for others.. The lift needs time to arrive so if you're in a hurry to leave then allow extra time or take the stairs.Free coffee varieties from a machine were available all day in the lounge area,which was nice. All in all an excellent experience.

The breakfast is outstanding: in addition to the standard, there are many vegan dishes, ginger shot, filet, pancakes, waffles, Kaiserschmarrn, salmon, lots of fruit, cookies, freshly squeezed orange juice, Bircher muesli, desserts, homemade jam and much more. Unfortunately only hotel guests can have breakfast here at the moment, so we couldn't invite anyone else here for breakfast. Hopefully this should be possible again after Corona. We'll definitely be back.

Trotzdem sind genügend Essensmöglichkeiten innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es genügend. Der Check-In verlief schnell und freundlich. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und von der Isolierung zum Gang und den Nachbarzimmern völlig in Ordnung. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas veraltet, aber der Schlafkomfort war trotzdem gut. Positiv ist auch das Frühstück aufgefallen, bei dem es diverse Markenprodukte gab. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

She took me to find the room and then explained to me how to use the things in the room. I forgot to bring the charger when I went out this time, and I asked the lady at the front desk to borrow it. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, right next to a cathedral, every hour on the hour will ring the bell, accompanied by the bell in the evening, really enjoy it. It is also very close to the University of Hannover and the dsh test center, which can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Although the room was showered on 5th Street, I couldn't hear any traffic. A great experience.

Hier fi der sich auch ein kleiner SB Shop der von Getränke über Chips bis hin zum Ladekabel ein gutes Angebot hat. Direkt nebenan hat es aber auch einen City Rewe (09-2022). Das Essen war gut, auch während der Tagung und der Service war freundlich. Neben einem interessanten Pausenraum mit alten Maschinen kann man auch den sehr nahen großen Parkt zum Wald and Talk oder zum entspannten laufen nutzen.

Breakfast is kept overview, but no one should still hungry. Price-performance is ok. Rooms were conveniently furnished and clean. When selecting the rooms, you should be careful to see that they are behind and not to the marketplace. Then it is also quiet 😊 If I should be again in Hannover for 2-3 days, I will certainly consider the hotel again.

|3.66km from city centerDuring recent storms, Deutsche Bahn rerouted and cancelled my train which left me stranded in Hannover unexpectedly. I quickly booked the first Marriott property I could find on the app because I needed a last minute room guaranteed late at night. When I arrived at checkin, Inga Zarzycki welcomed me after a long and frustrating day of travel. She answered all of my questions, and even provided me a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite because of my Platinum status. I was also informed that I had the minibar and breakfast included and could choose between a welcome gift or bonus points. The suite itself was beautiful! It felt like a small apartment. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was also great, with a big tub. I am 6’4” so it was a nice surprise to be able to soak in the tub after a terrible travel day. The following morning after a hearty breakfast, I spoke with Olga Schmidt at the front desk and explained I was going to go to the train station and try to get home to Berlin, but that I might need to extend my stay for another night. I asked her to hold my room and not send housekeeping, just in case. She kindly agreed. After a terrible experience at the train station, I returned to the hotel disappointed that all trains were cancelled again and I was stranded for another day. Olga welcomed me back with a cappuccino and some candy and suggested I check out the sauna and fitness center to relax. The sauna is beautiful and had a roof top terrace, perfect for cooling off. Shortly after this, I learned that my friend was driving from Berlin to pick me up and take me home, and that I would not need to stay an extra night. When I explained my situation to Olga, she informed me that I could have a VERY late checkout and would not be charged an additional night for the room. This is top notch customer service! She totally understood my situation and made every effort to accommodate my ever changing needs. When I finally went to checkout, I was happy to see Inga again. Olga had already updated her and it was an easy checkout experience. Both Inga and Olga are fantastic representatives of excellent customer service and I truly appreciate their help and consideration during an otherwise stressful travel experience. If I am ever in Hannover again, this will be my first choice of hotel because of the level of service I received.

|1.56km from city centerThe Courtyard am Maschsee is a super hotel. I was there for a few days on business trip. The check in was easy and fast. The staff there was friendly and could help me with my questions. The room itself was also very nice. I had a view of the lake. The room was great and modern and had everything you need. It was also tidy and clean. Housekeeping also came every day. The breakfast was very tasty. For a breakfast in corona times this was siper implemented. Service at the table and a super buffet speak for themselves here. The service there was also very friendly. The room service was also totally fine and the food there delicious. (See restaurant report). The location of the hotel is of course outstanding. Very beautifully located on the lake. You can go for a walk and is also quickly in the city center. This is a great place to stay. From a price point of view, we are here in the middle level.

They don’t have a kitchen nor laundry facilities. Nice charming staff. You get a free coffee. We couldn’t leave our stuff on the departure day and come back for it later on the day.

The staff is also very hard-working and friendly!
There is criticism of the cleanliness around and in the hotel. There is rubbish almost everywhere outside and the windows are dirty.
The room looks superficially clean. However, when you look at the toilet roll holder, which is sinking in the dust, but also the mirrors that still have stripes, stainless steel applications that are colorfully clean.... The sink did not drain or drained very slowly. We were offered a room exchange.
There is a need for action. We are used to something different.

Of the pluses it is worth noting the staff who was ready to help during my stay at the hotel, very worthy breakfasts, in comparison with hotels in Berlin and Munich here for order there was more choice. Wi-Fi worked normally. The room is clean, the bed is tough, but sleep is comfortable. There is a supermarket REWE nearby, opens at 7 a.m., very convenient if you need to buy water, baking, fruit, true alcohol choice is limited. On Sunday, almost nothing works, products are worth buying in advance. Very, very bad noise insulation, maybe you need to put new glass packets, at night when the tram passes, the feeling that it is driving a metre from you, the curtains as such are missing, so all street lighting hits right into the eyes. The room is small. A strange hotel entrance system. I checked in on Sunday, nobody responded to the call button, had to call on the phone indicated on the door. In the afternoon, the door to the corridor with the rooms is closed on the key, possibly for safety, but the key to the entrance door to the room and from the door to the corridor is the same, it is somewhat alarming. The refrigerator, the safe is not, but personally for me their absence was not a problem.

|4.71km from city centerI suppose for a 1-2 days business trip the hotel is ok, but I cannot imagine to stay there longer. The atmosphere in the hotel is outdated and needs change and renovation that’s for sure. It looks so old in a places and it smells old. When I checked in there were hairs in the bathroom so that spoke loudly to me in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. They do not offer hotel slippers so prepare a pair in your suitcase. My room did have a list for the minibar but there wasn’t actually a minibar, or a refrigerator, nothing. The people from staff, I saw , were trying to compensate and were trying to be really helpful, friendly and attentive. The minus here is that not all of them speak English, and if I couldn’t remember the basic parts of my School level German I couldn’t have made it to order even a bottle of water I suppose.

Parking area is small and slots are tight as well. Internet is ok. Breakfast is great. Waiters are sort of arrogant (just inadeguate) and do not accept critics (I have seen one “fighting” with a guest that was asking maybe not in a polite way (?) for better service). Dinner is also fine but for 4-6 people else the kitchen will not be able to handle the order. Hannover has a big exhibition area: all the city is pricy and this hotel is following the same main steam but without solid reasons. Not suggested.

The hotel is a congress center, so it would probably not be my first choice for a family vacation. For business trips, however, I can only recommend it. My room had a view on a field (which was quite amazing, I even saw a stork!), and was the most quiet I ever had in a hotel for a very long time. This was absolutely perfect as I had to get some work done. Breakfast was the classical buffet (bread, ham, sausages, eggs, cheese, fruits). The hotel has a lot of space for meetings and small group discussions. From the hotel start several small paths going to the fields, which are perfect for running or simply walking.

|3.73km from city centerI have stayed here regularly visiting family since 2007 and it’s still my favorite place to stay in Hannover. I usually try to book the „apartment standard plus“ with a separate sleeping area. Since it is on the fourth floor it can get pretty hot up there in the summer since there is no AC. The location is convenient not far from the tram stop, breakfast buffet is very good (minus the fact that there is no decaf coffee), it is very clean and there are laundry facilities (for a charge). What more do you need? Would definitely recommend, especially for longer stays.

|6.22km from city centerWhile touring with a band we needed accommodation in Hannover for a night. Found the hostel at a rather good deal for 6 people in a 6 people room. The hostel is a bit outside the city center, but only around a 15 min. drive so not bad. Parking was 10€ a night which is alright and they had a big parking lot. I left my good pillow in the room (absolute necessity on tour) and I was so bummed about it. However, I emailed the hostel and got a reply almost immediately that they found it and they would ship it to my home address in Denmark with no cost. It just arrived today. Amazing service! Receptionists were super nice as well. Would definitely stay there again.

|3.49km from city centerWe were often at the forum in Hannover. Since my wife was free on her birthday in the short term, we arrived the day before to the afternoon. We had booked an arrangement with a zoo visit. As always, we were super friendly and welcomed in advance and even got our favorite room. In the evening we had a very delicious rippchen in the restaurant. Very recommended. The next day my wife had birthday and all staff from reception to service, even the hotel director have congratulated and the breakfast table was very beautifully decorated. Sect and cake surprise included. We were very happy about it. Also in this Corona time all hygiene measures were followed and you felt safe everywhere. After breakfast and a tour with our wheels it went to the zoo which is also very recommended. Dear Fora Team you are all top. We're always happy to come back. To soon ....

Set this hotel, read the comments that the breakfast is good, but the breakfast type is OK, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice.
