At the exit of Campinas along the Anhaguera Highway. It has a close shoping. So location is the strong point. But the attendant too. Good room, bed and shower. Snacks in the room are good quality. Breakfast varied with 3 juices, many cakes in the area, cold and salty. Liked it. Good internet signal. Check in and check out fast. I have been for 8 nights so I gave it a good rating. It has double rooms for families, with interconnecting door. So choose one that is not so if you are not in family you may have trouble soundproofing with the neighboring room. Suggestion to the management to place in these doors acoustic rubber tape. That was very good.

I had very bad experience in check in and check out, pq I made the booking and when I arrived at the hotel my booking was not located and the attendant informed q could include it, the q seemed strange because q would make out of the booking, in addition to the wrong booking, the same attendant confirmed me q in the value of my price was included coffee, but when checkout the attendant charged me the value of 76 reals of the morning coffee, I was very rude and thick to me qdo I informed q my price was looking at the morning coffee.

The hotel has a very good breakfast, but it is very well located but it is very good for the value of the parking. Small service with apprentices and no experience to support. Rooms are very comfortable but soft bed. Cost benefit does not correspond.

The fourth was apparently reformed shortly, but the reform was made in any way and the ceiling is infiltrated, the bathroom box vacuum water leaving the floor of the bathroom well wet. The breakfast service was very good, but the night service was bad, first the attendant did not report information such as the reception and timetable. frokost and internet password, information that they had not on Wednesday, the bath floor tape was very dirty, I went to the reception exchange and told me that someone would take another to me in the room, I had to return to the reception because no one came and did not go to the room, they never asked for excuse or seemed to care about the problem.

Breakfast is mainly western food, but it is very commendable that when I feel a little bit of appetite when I turn around, a male waiter actually sent a bowl of hot instant noodles and put another egg. I thought about it the night before. If you can eat more happiness in the past few days, I really hope, accident, and praise the waiter. The hotel's other services are also very good, the room is clean and fresh, very atmospheric.

I was expecting a very simple hotel and surprised the size of the rooms for the price it was charged. I found the team educated. The location is near the center, so it is easy to access. Breakfast was very good and breakfast was also. In my design I expect a comfortable hotel and a tasty breakfast, the experience was excellent, and the bathroom was super clean, it was large and had a top hair dryer.

It was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

A practical hotel for just as I want a place to sleep and bath, not much to offer, breakfast is bad, and they don't give the option to take off the daily value. As the restaurant is bad, I buy out of the restaurant, and the hotel cannot borrow a cut, it was cheaper, and last year it increased more than 30,00 per day, and nothing improved, it only worse. I stay in it every 2 months, for reasons of consulting my daughter in the city, I have stayed several times and worse, including the visitors, it seems now to rent a room per month and it's very cheap, that brought strangers to the hotel.

After hours of road, the room of the Hotel Itapema was an oasis on my way. Duches to revitalise, quiet room, comfortable bed, good internet signal, with free Wi-Fi, made me to have a deserved rest. The great and fat breakfast was another pleasant surprise, and I will certainly come back!
