It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I want to say them thank you so much again. See you soon in beautiful Santiago de Chile again 🇨🇱💕👍👍

|1.27km from city centerWe arrived at the Abba Presidente on 7 January after cruising South America. Even though our travel agent had inadvertently scheduled us for January 7, 2025, Daniella welcomed us into the hotel, and gave us a room until we sorted the reservations out. The location is ideal just a few hundred metres down the avenue is a large mall. The Costanera Center. This enormous centre has every store. You can possibly imagine over multi levels in addition, a huge food court, which includes dine in restaurants, such as Chile, Tony, Roma, and many others. In the short walk from the hotel to the mall, you will encounter Street vendors with many local, artisan, crafts, clothes, etc. approximately 5 km from the hotel, and the uptown area will get you into the downtown anne Moore historic area where many tours are available to show you around and explain the history of this magnificent city. Taxis, Ubers are available, but we chose to walk and it was an easy walk, uncomfortable, and safe sidewalks to the city centre. In the morning, you can wake up from seven till 10 to very good buffet, breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and more. I did find the coffee, a bit strong, but that’s my personal taste. The English spoken to me by the staff was excellent and for this I was very grateful as my Spanish is very bad. It didn’t take long to straighten out my reservation and the manager assured me that all was good. the room we had was more than adequate very spacious with a small sitting area a nice bathroom, a large and comfortable bed, good air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. I could not have asked for more .The front desk staff organized my taxi to the airport on my departure date without trouble I would definitely stay in this hotel again if and when I return to Chile.!!!

Even if your Spanish is wanting you will be served well; and if a misunderstanding occurs, it will we rectified. The hotel is in an interesting neighborhood and close to the Metro. One important issue: there are no sign to indicate that you are at the hotel; apparently the neighborhood building code does not permit it. Be reassured the address is correct, you just have to cross what looks like a bicycle parking lot for ubereats or grubbhubs…An alternative is Romero 2828 during daylight.

The location isn't really good, there's literally nothing around, you will need an Uber to go anywhere. Never take a taxi in Chile!!! They will totally rip you off. |0.14km from city centerMy husband and I stayed in an executive room for 5 nights in January-February 2020 while holidaying around South America. Positives: - a massive fresh, clean and modern room with nice views - good breakfast buffet - good wifi - friendly staff, except for the breakfast staff who were a bit aloof. - within walking distance to the metro station. We Ubered a lot, and this worked fine. (Taxi drivers, however, struggled, to locate the hotel for some reason.) - a nice cocktail bar on the rooftop. Negatives: - we had repeated issues with lack of hot water in the shower. Not acceptable. - we had to ask four times to get our laundry picked up. - no room service for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We were travelling for 3 months and sometimes you're just too tired to venture out for food. Had this been a business trip, I'd had been absolutely appalled as I tend to have room service dinner so as to get a moment's rest and solitude. Simply inexcusable not to provide this service. - music from the cocktail bar carried into our room one night, necessitating earplugs (we were on the highest floor). - the cocktail bar is, understandably, very popular with locals. While I fully support the hotel also providing a space for locals, there should have been some tables (as well as sun loungers during the day) exclusively reserved for paying hotel guests, because it was quite difficult to grab a spot in the relatively small area both during the day and evening. (The hotel appeared to sell daytime pool passes to non-guests.) - about to check out, we called the concierge to ask someone to help us and come pick up our luggage. To our surprise, they informed us that this service was not provided (?!) and that they'd had to ask for permission from someone higher up to send someone to help us. I thought it was a joke at first, it sounded so absurd. When we checked in, there was a bellboy who automatically took all our luggage so making a big show about providing this when checking out was just very odd. All in all, however, a solid four-star hotel.

Nos deram um upgrade de quarto, que era enorme, super silencioso e com uma cama espetacular (quarto 413), muito confortável e grande (meu marido é comprido! rs). Desfrutamos bastante das áreas comuns, como piscina, jacuzzi (que tem uma vista linda da cidade) e sauna. Todos os funcionários muito gentis e prestativos! Inclusive um dos dias que estava muito calor e ficamos o dia todo andando pela cidade tivemos a grata surpresa de retornar para o quarto e o mesmo estar já ambientado com ar condicionado pelo time de camareiras. A localização é ótima! Fizemos tudo a pé e de metrô por lá devido a essa facilidade e por ser uma região que nos sentimos super seguros. Recomendo muito! Único ponto de alinhamento de expectativas é o café da manhã, é no estilo americano e não de buffet, então com opções mais restritas, mas mesmo assim tinha tudo o que julgamos ”essencial”, então de fato não é um ponto ruim, apenas de alinhamento de expectativas. Não afetou em nada nossa impressão da estadia no hotel e voltaríamos com certeza.

We had to request for fresh new towels severals times (more than 7) and nothing.. We had to go down to get them. No new soap, no new shampoo or conditioner. We request room service the first day we arrived, the empty dishes stay outside in the aisle for more than 8hrs. And when we arrived, the front office lady that recieved us, was cero gentle. She could help us solve our problemas. She only wanted to charge us in Pesos Chilenos PLUS adding the TAX, because her POS couldnt recognize our card.

There are bus and train stops within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Water, beer, wine and snacks are conveniently available for purchase in the lobby any time of the day or night. The hotel is still ramping up its operations to become more “full service” so some services, such as an in-house laundry service, are not yet available. The pool/bar area is beautiful and makes for a great place to hang out. Compared to a four star hotel in Chicago, some may find the interior a bit lacking, but my family and I really liked it.

Shower water was lukewarm. Service came to the room and could not fix it. Told us that this was the way it should be. So, no shower for that that night. We called the second morning, someone came and turned the water to shower temperature. Front desk was a lot nicer in the second morning. Breakfast was pretty good.

The three floors are in the decoration, and the taste is great! At the time of check-in, the lady gave me a room in the decoration area. I went downstairs to change the room and gave it to a big room! I said she is coming! It’s not like it! Monsters are not so blind! I will understand it at a glance! Convenient transportation, many around eating, drinking, buying and buying. From the two stations of the ”International Trade Phase III Building”, there is a big Mall where everything is there! I am willing to recommend this hotel! Other rooms don't seem to be big for me.

|1.19km from city centerWe stayed in this hotel for 1 week and our experience was excellent: great room with air conditioning, fridge, TV, private bathroom - simple and very comfortable and the room was clean every day. Breakfast very good with various options of country, coffee, milk, tea, fruit, cold, yoghurt, eggs etc and when we left very early for the tours they offered coffee and some petiscos, I found legal tb. The hotel has a restaurant that you can make fast food and a bar with drinks. What to say about the Providencia neighborhood, is one of the best in Chile, super quiet, close to everything (bars, markets, restaurants, shops, banks, metro, exchange houses and Shopping Costanera), finally super recommended, Our stay was quiet and super recommended!!

|3.03km from city centerThe hotel is located just a few minutes from the Costanera Center and the metro. + excellent WIFI signal + very good sleep quality, beds and cottons 10 points. + very good breakfast and lunch. + Excellent attention of all the staff of the hotel Why is it not suitable for demanding travelers? - One of the bathrooms broke and 30 days later wasn't fitted. - On January 2, the Gymnasium had the only two walkers out of service, on February 12 they still not worked. - Old and noisy refrigerator, lost water, they didn't solve it. - The water of the ice pool - The second room without TV. - Televisions without SMART. - There is a lot of disorganization of breakfast and lunch services. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. In short, I thank the staff, recommending the renovation of small things that can make the stay more pleasant.

It is a good location to walk to Koreatown and Santiago's main tourist attractions (cathedrals, etc.), and it is also a good location for vehicles through Uber at the same time! There is a park right in front of the hostel, so you can walk through the windows of the hostel or walk in front of the hostel to see the park scenery and performances in the park!
The room is spacious and clean. Due to the characteristics of a single dormitory, the shower booth, air conditioner and radiator can feel the traces of time. But it's not uncomfortable and has all the facilities and items that the hotel needs to have!

The location is a residential area, we appreciated that because we did not want any city noise. They brought the breakfast to the room, it had variety and we liked it. The staff was friendly and helped us when we had some questions. Keep in mind that there are not a lot of restaurants, bars and such right nearby, but the area is nice to go for a walk. Overall, a good experience.

Our room was comfortable; food, wines and service in the restaurant were generally excellent. Chegamos numa madrugada de sábado e recebemos as chaves na portaria do prédio sem problemas. Entretanto, encontrarmos um apto descuidado, desgastado pelo tempo, com cortinas e colchão surrados, ralos parcialmente entupidos, mecanismo do cofre com defeito e geladeira sem funcionar – calefação apenas na sala – aquecia também o quarto desde que a porta ficasse aberta, lógico. A infraestrutura é limitada – Disponível precariamente aos sábados e não funcionam aos domingos. Assim, somente na segunda-feira conseguiram resolver a questão do cofre, graças a única atendente que se empenhou para resolver os problemas – Depois, trocaram a geladeira, seguindo a recomendação do técnico que, no sábado, desistira de consertá-la e ele mesmo recomendara a troca. A comunicação com a administração é feita apenas por texto WhatsApp, sem qualquer iniciativa para oferecer um bom serviço - como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Não havia interfone no apto – qualquer problema com o celular do hóspede, causaria falha de comunicação. Também, não havia dicas e nem orientações dos serviços disponíveis nas redondezas. A limpeza não é um primor e em razão de pequena marca de um sabonete colorido (laranja) na toalha, erradamente confundida com maquiagem, recebemos, já no aeroporto, mensagens da Norus, sem identificação pessoal, cobrando (?) por uma mancha de maquiagem na toalha, insistindo que “maquiagem não sai” – sem sequer terem tentado sua remoção com uma simples lavagem - Isso, só isso. Fica agora a dúvida sobre a qualidade da lavanderia usada. Minha mulher retoca maquiagem com lenço de papel tipo Kleenex, levados de casa e eu não uso maquiagem e nem protetor solar, até deveria, mas não uso. Uma marquinha de sabão colorido ao pousá-lo sobre a toalha. Não recusaríamos o ressarcimento de eventuais danos causados, se efetivamente causados, ainda mais de valores tão irrisórios. Ninguém sai de seu conforto de casa, numa época de restrições de pandemia, a custos elevados de hospedagem, câmbio e passagens aéreas para se aborrecer por coisas tão insignificantes. Ao contrário, esperávamos sim, que se desculpassem pelo tempo que perdemos para lidar com as más condições do apto oferecido e talvez até relevado o desconforto, mas ao contrário, recebemos uma comunicação desnecessária e deselegante. Santiago vale a visita sempre e oferece excelentes opções de hospedagem com melhores diárias e atendimento mais profissional.

The hotel service is pretty good, especially breakfast starts at 5:00. It's good for people who are rushing to catch a flight to have a regular breakfast. The hygiene of the room is pretty good, but the decoration and equipment are a bit old. Disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps and other disposable items are not provided, so be sure to bring your own.
