The room with sea view is very comfortable, clean and has a great shower. We request air conditioning and shower maintenance and we were ready to be taken up. The breakfast is good and varied and starts to be served at 6:30 p.m. Because of the action of the sea, the beach in front is partially prohibited with tapes, but the view of the pool on the cover is wonderful and allows you to see the whole edge. The hotel has a parking in the street behind.

Amei a hospedagem no Nord Easy Ondas. O café da manhã é sensacional, o pessoal é muito atencioso. A limpeza é boa, as vzs não repõem os itens mas sempre que pedi na recepção, foi entregue sem problemas. Nord is a chain of hotels in this part of Brazil and we’ve stayed at other locations, and they were alright. This hotel used to be the Skyler Mar Hotel. It has been a Nord hotel for 6 years, but they still have the name of the old hotel on all the rooms (“Skyler Mar Hotel” see photo). I guess they haven’t had the time to take the old signs down. Strike one. We were staying in the city for only one night for the Christmas holidays and the Nord Luxxor Cabo Branco Hotel was conveniently located near where we wanted to go. We checked in and went up to our room and the first thing my wife and I noticed was that the room stunk of mold. It appeared that they tried to clean the room, based on the smell of cleaning supplies, but it didn’t do the trick. I went down to the receptionist to let her know that since I was only staying one night, I didn’t want to change rooms, but that they should be aware of the terrible odor in our unit. She offered to change our room, but I didn’t trust that the next room didn’t have the same problem. Strike two. The room itself was a bit Spartan. The bathrooms did not have individual toiletries but rather, soap and shampoo dispensers on the wall, which I only expect to find in lower-end hotels (this hotel charges about the same as most of the hotels in the area, so the least they could do is give me a bar of soap or charge me less). Our room had a view of an airshaft, but I won’t complain since I didn’t choose to upgrade to a room with a view. There was a lack of lighting fixtures in the room, so you either had to sleep with a bright light on or remain in complete darkness. On the positive side, breakfast, which is included, was pretty good and the restaurant was attractive. Overall, for the the experience we had, I don’t think I’d be staying here again and I don’t think I can recommend you stay here either.

Hotel with good location; leisure area with bar and a fantastic pool with infinite edge, super complete breakfast, excellent. We were placed in the fourth floor, we refused the room because already in the corridor the smell of mopho is unacceptable, then we were taken to the second floor with the same problem, there we went to the fifth floor that is younger and we had no problems. The request for a room exchange was made without questioning and with the great support of the staff.

This is our last day at the hotel. Firstly, I would like to point out that the photos published are not in line with the reality of the hotel. At the time of our arrival, the official was not even a little friendly. The hotel has dirty, poorly cared, with disguise. We were received in a dirty sandy room, incarnated gardens, bad dressers, disconfortable bed sofa. The worst point of the room was the shower. The water simply doesn't warm. We called the reception and we were informed that we should connect the shower and wait for the hot water to be hot, that was just how it worked, but we could not take a hot bath, just well-morn. The bed clothes are not exchanged, the cottage only extends the bed, we are sure, because the shirt had a sleeve and we realized it was the same every day. The French bread is not new, the positive point of the hotel is the location, and our final point is that we will not return to this hotel because we have no favourable experience.

Nunca me hospedei em um hotel tão ruim quanto ao Nobile Suites Tambaú em João Pessoa, hotel velho, gesso do quarto fica a 2.20mt de altura e é todo trincado, dando a sensação que vai cair na cabeça sempre, colchão do quarto tem um buraco (literalmente) bem no meio além de usarem as capas de união para dois colchões de solteiro na cama de casal que deixa todo torto, na primeira noite dormimos sem coberta por que, segundo a recepção informou, a governanta já havia ido embora e só ela poderia providenciar (fizemos check-in após as 21hs, então não tinha como solicitar antes, apesar de entender que é um item comum em hotéis já disponíveis dentro dos quartos), quando entregaram no outro dia após solicitarmos por duas vezes durante o dia, uma das cobertas tinha um buraco de uns 5cm no meio, banheiro sem janela e pasmem, nem sequer um exaustor, sempre que usávamos o banheiro o quarto ficava com o mau cheiro, papel higiênico é racionado, somente um rolo por vez, mesmo estando em 4 pessoas em uma suíte família, e quando precisávamos de mais era necessário ir até a recepção para buscar. Café da manhã é servido para todos do hotel com somente uma garrafa de café de 2,5lts o que faz ”faltar” a todo momento para reposição (e ainda é cheio de borra na térmica), tem uma maquina de café, mas é horrível o café dela, o melão sempre era ”verde”, até manteiga acabou e não tinha reposição por que a pessoa responsável/que tinha a chave não havia chego ainda (quase 8:00 da manhã e à pessoa responsável por um local onde tem mantimentos para o café da manhã não estava presente) Pedimos no serviço alacarte um filé com arroz e fritas onde entregaram uma outra carne ”amaciada” e extremamente salgada, impossível de comer, reclamamos na recepção e só falaram que iriam informar a gerência, mas não tivemos retorno algum. Tudo de extra que você solicitar tem que ser pago na hora, mesmo reposição de água mineral no frigobar. Para finalizar, nossa filha passou mal e deixamos ela no quarto para irmos tomar café da manhã, para evitar constrangimentos e incomodar outros hóspedes, daí solicitamos um copo descartável para levar um suco para ela no quarto, ficamos quase 20 minutos aguardando e não conseguimos o copo também. Tendo tudo isto imagino que não exista gerência no hotel, pois não é possível que tudo isso aconteça e nenhuma providência é tomada. Em fim, a pior experiência em hospedagem de férias que tive até hoje (e uma das expectativas mais frustradas, considerando que cada diária foi aproximadamente 700 reais no período de média temporada 29/10 a 04/11/2023), não recomendo de forma alguma este hotel em João Pessoa. Em tempo, conversamos com outros hóspedes que demonstraram a sua indignação com o serviço recebido, além de termos visto reclamações na recepção de vários hóspedes tbem.

Very good hotel. Super friendly and helpful waiters, very good facilities, very good rooms, super rich breakfast. My only shortcoming is related to the main elevator of the hotel. The elevator is very slow, and the TV in the room is not controlled by all channels (only when there is a number), and the TV in the room cannot answer everything. The channel number of the channel (I only found this relationship when I added a number to it). ), but nothing can hack the hotel or make me stop recommending it.

O Manaíra Hostel está em uma área bem localizada, possui uma boa área interna e externa com ambientes bem agradáveis no estilo “casarão”, espaçoso e arejados, tudo bem cuidado e limpinho. Realmente notei a preocupação com os protocolos sanitários do covid-19. Fui atendido na recepção por uma senhora que se mostrou gentil e receptiva e me passou todas as informações necessárias durante meu período de hospedagem. Possui um café da manhã da manhã bem servido (tapioca,bolo,ovos mexidos, suco natural, café, pão e fruta) porém se estiver com pressa acorde cedo (começa a ser servido as 07:00hrs) pois em torno das 08:00/08:30hrs fica um pouco demorado a entrega do café na mesa que nesse momento está sendo de forma individual devido a pandemia. Fiquei hospedado no quarto masculino compartilhado onde haviam 4 camas estilo beliche, chegando no quarto haviam 2 camas livres, uma na parte de cima e uma na parte de baixo , foi solicitado pela moça da recepção que eu ficasse na de cima, porém não achei justo pois quem havia chegado primeiro no hostel havia sido eu e eu tinha preferência pela cama na parte de baixo do beliche.. então me acomodei na cama inferior com meus pertences pessoais e logo após dei uma saída para conhecer a cidade, retornando ao hostel a noite fui intimado pelo rapaz que estava na recepção do porquê de eu ter me acomodado na cama inferior sendo que havia sido solicitado para que ficasse na de cima.. (não gostei da abordagem dele e sem muitas explicações segui para o quarto), Resumidamente: o moço da recepção retirou todos meus pertences sem minha autorização e acomodou na cama a cima, e quando cheguei ja havia o outro hóspede na cama que eu havia me acomodado, não gostei dessa atitude, nem da forma como me foi questionado, sempre me hospedei em hostels pelo Brasil e exterior e a escolha por cama A ou B vai de acordo com à disponibilidade do quarto e não por reserva antecipada, aliás eu estava pagando o mesmo valor que o outro hóspede. No outro dia fui questionado novamente na recepção e disse para a senhora que estava ali que não achava justo essa atitude pois o quarto é compartilhado e quem chega primeiro que deveria ter essa prioridade. Outro ponto negativo é, paguei um pouco mais caro por optar por um quarto que tivesse ar condicionado.. porém o mesmo só é ligado a partir das 21hrs e desligado logo pela manhã. No dia que cheguei estava muito quente durante a tarde e não consegui descansar no quarto devido ao calor. Durante o dia achei um pouco barulho devido a muitas crianças que estavam hospedadas também no hostel com suas famílias.

We stayed in this hotel for the package of the Hotel Urbano. In the first room we stayed, there was no box in the bathroom, only cortina, and in the first bath was swallowed the bathroom. The seat of the vase is also rough and free. We have noticed at the reception and they exchanged us without problems.Strong points: spacious room, serviced service, closed and free parking and good air conditioning.Weak points: little breakfast varied, which was not consumed returned the other day. The room is good, the bed is great and the view is very beautiful, but the rest is not desired. No matter how they say it's all hygiened by following all the covid protocols, the entrance doors to the hotel and the entrance to the restaurant must be open with their hand and are always fat and sweet. The floor of the hall was also extremely fat, because I was on the edge I believe I needed more cleaning during the day, the pool was sweet and was dirty when I used it. The room's shower is bad, weak and has days of hot water being badly worked and others you are being burned. Wi-Fi hasn't worked for us. Only Vanessa at the reception he took care of us and gave us tips. When we asked for advice to another receptionist, she just sent us to go to a kiosk and nothing more, nor a walk, and we will not be back!

Back breakfast is up to a compliment ,dog without hard taste, bread sunset, concentrated juice diluted in water with horrible taste, small tapioca, raw egg, 3 types of fruit, old cake in glass, hard milk powder must be there for years, If you go down at 9 a.m. you can't find anything more that because when you enter the hotel you are informed that you will be served at 6 a.m. at 10 a.m. true stick of the mallord 8. There is no flexibility with the guest if you ask to stay 5 minutes after the impossible check out, i.e. you get several days paid for a low quality hotel and the guest is not caught 9. I've been to John Person 5x I'm always in different hotels to meet but this time I just didn't cancel because I paid in advance when I read the negative comments I didn't believe but I had to pass through the bad experience and advice there are thousand options of the same price and with the same price and attention note thousand. I would like to start this review by stating that my wife and I loved Joao Pessoa - this hotel only does a diservice to the beautiful city in which it is located, by mistreating their guests and making them feel like they were ripped off, but the city and the beach itself are wonderful places to visit. We arrived to the resort, with reservations paid for online, only to be told at the front desk that we would have to pay 10% more because -they said- my wife made the reservation ”under the senior discount” and we are not senior citizens. My wife assured me that when she made the reservation using the English version of their online web site there was no such reference that the offered rate was for senior citizens. We didn't make a fuss out of this and simply paid (because we could) but right off the shoe, the magic was gone and the front desk people (none who can speak any decent English at all) were in my opinion shady and unprofessional, not a pleasant experience. That same day upon check-in we grabbed our dirty laundry, placed it in a bag, and proceeded to bring it downstairs to the main lobby to be washed, but the front desk person stated that they had no staff to take on these laundry orders (??!!!) and the order would not be ready until a day after we would have checked out. This is not 4-star service (not even 3-star service, mind you). We then decided to take a quick drive around the beautiful town of Joao Pessoa and, upon our return to the hotel later that day, we were met with a jammed-packed, chaotic parking lot scene where there was nowhere to park, even though we had specifically asked (before making our reservations) whether the hotel would guarantee a secure area to park our rental SUV. We had to wait some 10-15 minutes until another staff member came to the parking lot to move a vehicle so that we could park ours - again, not 4-star service, not even close. Back to our room on the top floor, we immediately noticed the air conditioning was not working properly - it was not cooling down to at least 24C and we knew this because we always bring a thermomether on every trip we do) and as much as we'd wanted to get the comfort temperature in the room that we paid for, at full fare, by then we were so disgusted with the staff and their very poor service that we decided to wing it - we were only planning a two-day stay at this resort anyway and we just didn't have any faith in the support that we would get from the hotel staff in the event we'd place a complaint about the faulty room AC unit. Again, not a 4-star experience. The next morning we went downstairs at barely after 9am and asked for two beach chairs and a beach umbrella only to be informed that they were out of beach umbrellas, which in itself makes it impossible to enjoy the beach under the scorching hot temperatures of 100F+ during carnival season. We went to the hotel next door and a very nice guy rented a very large umbrella and two beach chairs, $3 USD out of pocket. B

We stayed here for a night this week and I’m feeling a little mixed. The room we stayed in certainly needs updating (as you can infer from the photo of the rotary dial phone in the bathroom—why is there a phone in the bathroom?). The included breakfast was passable, but the dining area is crowded (seems like a pretty busy hotel from the number of guests at breakfast). Also, they charge for parking (admittedly, very little, but still…). On the positive side, the employees are professional, but friendly. The pool is very large compared to all the hotels that are located right in front of the beach. They also have a pool table, a foosball table, a decent gym and a bar. There are several good restaurants quite close by and a few beach bars in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the hot water is hot; the a/c also worked well. In all, if you can overlook some out of date fixtures, I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is open about 20 years and is located in the Manaira section of Joao Pessoa, right in front of the ocean. The receptionist told me they have about 90 rooms (according to TripAdvisor, the hotel has 136), but only 4 rooms are oceanfront (they charge a little more for these rooms, but I think it was worth it). The lobby is very attractive and was decorated for the Christmas holidays. There is a ground-level pool at the entrance as well as a cute bar. They also have indoor parking available for a nominal fee. Our room was huge—when I booked it, I didn’t realize it was a suite, with a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed. It also had a living room area as well as a veranda which looks directly at the ocean. The hotel’s employees are very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast is included and was very good. The restaurant is clean and attractive as well. The hotel is well-located in a nice neighborhood near shopping and other amenities. In all, I’d recommend this hotel and I’ll probably stay here again. My only complaint is that this large room only had one towel (we had to ask the chambermaid for another one and she seemed perturbed by this outrageous request).

O atendimento, as áreas de lazer, a localização e a limpeza são nota 1000!!! As instalações não estavam de acordo com o anuncio, fiz a reserva para 3 pessoas mas no quarto só tinha uma cama de casal, precisei solicitar uma cama auxiliar. Também como fiz a reserva no mesmo dia da hospedagem, meus dados não estavam no sistema do flat, precisei aguardar um pouco para que o atendente pudesse realizar a inclusão manual. Fora esses itens, tudo foi perfeito e com certeza, voltarei mais vezes. Amo a PB e gosto bastante do Golden Flat, já é a segunda vez que fico no mesmo lugar.

Apart from the main tourist points of João Pessoa, it is located in the city centre in a quite desert place during the night, making it very difficult for those who are not traveling by car. The hotel is well structured, but the lack of cleaning and hygiene in the rooms, corridors and other areas of the hotel has made a very bad experience of a simple night, without counting on the many mosquitoes in the dining room. For a less demanding guest with cleaning, you can even compensate the daily value. However, in my opinion, it is more worth paying a little more day in a hotel/houser near the beach and the main attractions of João Pessoa, with a more moved environment near lanchones, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and clean in their dependences.
