Changing a wedding in 48 hours to avoid lockdown restrictions, surely this couldn’t be done!? INCORRECT!!! And that is down to this absolutely amazing hotel. We had the most fanatic day. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff made us feel like we were getting married in a normal situation even though there was obviously strict Covid guidelines that we all followed. There was such a sense of ease around the hotel. You wouldn’t have thought we were the last wedding for the foreseeable future which had been brought forward by a week in the short space of time. You couldn’t sense any worry from any of the staff working the day and I’m sure they all did have there own worries on that day. It felt that the hotel wanted to make the last wedding perfect. Which I have to say they 100% did. Nothing was a problem for any of the staff and I mean that. Especially would like to Thank Brian, Darren, Natalie & Julie, anything we asked was done and it was done perfectly. Everyone has commented on how attentive the staff were too. We had the most amazing suite which was perfect, but everyone commented on how clean and beautiful the rooms were. We will recommend this hotel to everyone we possibly can and we will be returning!

It would be hard if not impossible to find a BnB never mind an Air BnB that offered so much for so little. A clean , quiet , beautiful little house 🏡, an Oasis of tranquility and yet a short walk from one of Belfasts main arterial routes and a short 15 minute walk into the City Centre. Immaculate room , 2 ! Bathrooms, a well stocked and homely kitchen in a house that has real character and charm and yet has at no extra cost, modern extras like free wifi and Netflix ! All presided over by an excellent host David , who despite not residing ‘on site’ , is easily contactable and happy to be of any help he can. Eurovilla is a simply superb place to stay for every conceivable readon and to say it’s ridiculously good value is an understatement !!

The hotel is beautiful, with a sense of history, Titanic theme, service is not bad. It is suitable for taking pictures, even checkin male waiters, wearing a lot of Jack. There are many photos of the year in the building, and the manuscripts are very traversing, suitable for Titanic movies and history lovers! Recommend not far from the dot coffee, you can feel socialism when you enterprising, you must pay, and add color to the Chinese. The disadvantage is: because of the historical building, the bath water is small, the room is not big.

Not exactly a warm welcome in Belfast, titanic quarter premier hotel. Checked in, waited ages as no one around as I wanted to add on and pay for breakfast each morning of our stay. The gentleman checked us in but refused to take payment for the breakfast, saying “pay tomorrow”. The following morning we went down for breakfast to be told “you haven’t paid for your breakfast yet!”. I explained her colleague said to pay this morning, which she seemed very unhappy about and said he should of taken payment at check in. Then on our last morning all I heard was two female members of staff complaining, due to new government restrictions, it would be full table service and as from tomorrow they would have to do hot drinks and toast as well and they needed to both grow another pair of hands to cope (?!) Didn’t make for a relaxing breakfast and to be honest I was a bit taken aback as they were not exactly rushed of their feet often taking to each other for long periods of time. Then, as we didn’t need to check out until 12pm, after breakfast we decided to pack and leave at 11.30am, when our taxi was booked for the airport. At about 10.30am our door was knocked, I answered and explain to the cleaner we were leaving at 11.30am she didn’t look happy and when we left our room she was standing opposite our door, arms folded and gave us a nasty look. Not a great last impression of Belfast. On a positive note, the hotel is very handy for the titanic exhibition.

The hotel is in a good environment and the service is very good. It adds a bed for the children (13) free of charge. There is also a bottle of champagne in the room, which says happy birthday. It is estimated that it was misplaced, telling the waiter that no one had a birthday, and after a while he said "the receiption said just enjoy it".

Belfast is small, walking to the city center for about 12 minutes, it is relatively convenient. The hotel is quiet and the overall feeling is very business, not suitable for a holiday. The room was not cleaned, the bath towels from the previous day were not taken away, and the coffee bars and tea bags were not replenished. The room is quite spacious (compared to the average of UK hotels) and the service is better.

What can I say, great hotel for all the price. The hotel was very central for shopping and great pubs with live music. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely bubbly Bonita, she was very helpful and gave us all the directions and information we needed for where we wanted to go. We decided to eat in the restaurant that evening as we were shattered from the travelling, we had a fantastic meal, with a great selection. We were served by Darcy who couldn't of been more attentive and chatty. She had a great personality and cared for us extremely well. Hats off to this extraordinary hotel, Can't wait to stay again. Many thanks.

I have been going to Maryville for afternoon tea for a few years now but after last Saturdays experience I won't be back. As a wee treat I booked afternoon tea for my sister and our two cousins for a long anticipated lockdown catchup. On arrival we where shown to a table and the young waitress with the dark hair was very nice and helpful. We received our sandwich selection which where quite tasteless and the bread was quite stale which wasn't the case in prior visits. There was around 20-30 minutes between the sandwiches and the buns coming out but this wasn't an issue as we where enjoying catching up. We asked for a tea refill as by that point we had all drank ours and only one pot of water was brought out and we had to ask for another. The one pot would barely fill two of our teapots so not sure why a couple weren't provided. We got our buns and thoroughly enjoyed these , when these where ate we where then given a 15 minute warning that our time slot was up which was fine. We then proceeded to put on our masks and go to the till to pay. At the till we where met by a very rude waitress with blonde hair and glasses who made each one of us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. We wanted to pay separate which we had done on previous visits and she made it out to be this big hassle and would not agree to let us pay separately stating covid as the cause. Now there is a plastic partition at the till as well as all our party wearing face-masks so cant see why this would have been an issue and we would of came up to the till one at a time. Due to this we had to stand and try transfer money as we did not have cash and we had not been told of this restriction at time of booking. She then proceeded to tell us to move out of the way and we where causing a covid risk and reprimanded us for overstaying our time slot. Now at this time there was only one other table occupied in the place and they where in the far corner over two metres away from our party. She made us feel very rushed and when we where trying to query why we couldn't split the bill she came across as borderline aggressive towards us and told us to get out! We left and realised in the rush we forgot our leftover buns inside where one of our party didn't even want to go back in to retrieve them thats how awkward and uncomfortable she felt. Customer service needs to be addressed customers should be respected and made welcome.

We booked here a two night stay for our 2 yr anniversary last May, overall we were happyish, the room was very clean, modern, quite spacious and well stocked and replenished etc, we booked the first night into the hotels restaurant for dinner, we waited a while for our order to be taken, our starters came out pretty promptly but we waited over 40 mintutes for our main courses to arrive, I had to ask the staff if they would be out soon and even after that it was a further 10mins, no apologies for the delay either, we didn't fancy dessert as we had waited so long, so we paid and we were asked if everything was ok, I shared that I was disappointed with service and that we had to wait so long, again no apology and told that they were so busy, the whole time we were there the restaurant would barely have been half full. However on the second night we decided to eat in the bar/lounge area and the service and food was excellent, we were looked after by Megan and Daniel, we shared with them about the previous night and they apologised on the restaurants behalf and we couldn't have asked for any better service, this time we had starter, main course and dessert, all arrived very promptly and we were continually checked, both Megan and Daniel showed they are a credit to your team, they were friendly, helpful and talkative, we really enjoyed the second night. Also Peter on the front desk was very helpful, anytime we had any questions, he was happy to help and very friendly and was also apologetic on the restaurants behalf. So overall we were happy with our stay as the rest of your staff overshadowed our experience of the first night.

The hotel's hygiene is average, facilities are relatively old, rooms are very small, beds in standard rooms are narrow, and bedding is soft. The bathroom is smaller, especially the design of the faucet is too low, it is very inconvenient for the kettle to receive water. Breakfast was well served in western style. The hotel does not have a parking lot, and there is a social parking lot across the road. Guests staying at the hotel can enjoy discounted parking.

Breakfast is average, but English breakfast, but no vegetables, no fruit. The hotel is located in the city center, the City Hall, the Belfast Church are all nearby, the business center is also here, not far from the pier and the Titanic Memorial, all within walking distance. Just this hotel is on the hillside, the first floor of the standard twin room is a semi-basement, and the wifi signal is not bad. The second night we stayed, we asked to change the room to the 8th floor, where the wifi signal was not very good. The room facing the street is not a semi-basement. If you give a room on the first floor, you need to pay special attention to it. If the window is not facing the street, it is recommended to change the room immediately. The front desk service is very good and responsive.

The location of the hotel is basically on the main street in the city center, close to the Opera House, and Belfast is very small. Typical European hotel, rooms are small and clean. Many of the services are self-service. Breakfast is typical English, fried mushrooms, scrambled eggs and toast. Fortunately, there is a red panda in a Chinese restaurant not far away. This street is very convenient for eating.

We've stayed here before and no doubt will again. The hotel's looking alot better since we were last there 3 years ago. Not that it really needed anything. Loving the bar with it's new layout and furniture and also the fact there's now a bar where reception used to be, in the Bistro area. I'd recommend, if possible, booking one of the rooms that overlook the car park as there's a lot more room or a room on the ground floor, just along from the Bistro bar. When I booked our room, the larger rooms that overlook the car park were fully booked. We did have 2 nights in one of the smaller rooms on the 1st floor but moved to the ground floor due to an issue with others on our floor on the Saturday but the hotel were very helpful and as I said, we WILL stay here again. As always, the breakfast was lovely and can recommend the Full Irish ( used to be an Ulster Fry but pretty much the same thing). We ate at the hotel on all 3 nights we stayed there, mainly for Dad but the food was fantastic too and it was reasonably priced as were the drinks. Guinness was good! Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The location is in QUB, it is convenient to go to the university. It takes 30 minutes to walk into the city. Small cities usually go, and can also do public transportation and taxi. Everything is good, there will be a message, you will reply to you. Just set the switch without instructions, do not know which pair. Good location is surrounded by business districts, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping, but not as quiet as the rest of the Glasgow's DoubleTree by Hilton yesterday, closing the window and can hear the song outside, but the breakfast at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow is very good. difference. Today's room layout is reasonable, that is, the mirror is on the bed! The hangers are fixed in the closet. The washed clothes and the clothes to be worn tomorrow cannot be separated. No one will steal the hangers. The British are really stingy. There is also the fact that this trip was set up in the hotel six months ago, but the temporary replacement of the room partner, sleep habits are very different from each other too much, temporarily add the room, the booked room has meals, so the temporary is the most The discount does not include meals. The hotel booked for two nights will be booked two nights in advance. Only one meal in advance is set to be more than six or seven hundred yuan, even if it is included in the meal today. I really hope that Ctrip can no longer overweight the terms, and it is a good room cost for one night!

Breakfast is quite rich, Ctrip booked breakfast room type, in addition to self-service food, you can also order a single point, all single-point breakfast does not require an additional fee. The location is also very convenient, the airport bus can be reached in 15 minutes. The only thing that is not very satisfactory is the water pressure. Dear friends, if the front desk assigns you room 601, be sure to change the room with a water pressure, hahaha.

Stayed here in December for a double celebration...my birthday and a promotion. I originally had my name down to stay here for being a key worker incase i was unable to go home, so i was really looking forward to staying here for my birthday instead of necessity as a key worker. Upon arrival we were told to "wait there" as we stood in line...we weren't going to come forward to the desk until we were called, however it was a very abrupt welcome... We then got to the room and no mention of my birthday, no note or anything. Very disappointing... i have worked all year and this was my first hotel stay in months and i was so disappointed. The windows were dirty, there was face marks on them, the toilet seat was loose and there were dirty marks along the bath tub, also when i went to take my hastings duck...he was dirty and filled with water.... so obviously not clean! I was so disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, considering this hotel was for key workers like myself during the height of the covid crisis. We then went for drinks in the observatory and my husband had to said to the waiters about it being my birthday and they later placed a patisserie plate in front of me saying "there you go" again no mention of my birthday,.. The room as comfortable and a good size, however it was expensive for what it is,,,ive travelled extensively around the world and i think this was the first time ive ever saw a £5 charge for ice to your room... The only really good thing about the hotel was the staff at breakfast and the breakfast itself was lovely. Upon check out we were never asked how our stay was...and we were also charged extra for the beer bucket to our room, which we had to sort out. Overall not a very pleasant stay, despite me looking so forward to it, I wont be back anytime soon.

We had booked to stay with friends they had a 2 bed and myself and my husband had a 1 bed apartment our friends got moved because of a leek in the apartment to the other dream apartments at the other side of the city but they would not move us to the same location even tho we were all staying together. They said they had none available even tho when we checked online there was 6 still available. On the morning we were staying at the apartment i received an email to say you had to call a number 1 hour before arrival I thought to be safe i would ring a couple if hours before i tired 9 times and no one answered so we decided to drive up to the Apartments to see if anyone was about there was no one there. I rang a further 3 times and finally got threw to someone she assured me a man would call me straight back i waited 20 mins and no one rang back so i tried ringing the number again 4 time and surprise surprise no answer!! Finally my friends managed to get a mobile number for me to ring via an email. I rang the guy and got threw right away he then said he tried to call me once that morning and there was no answer didn’t bother to try again or leave me a voice mail. Anyway to get the code to get your key for the apartment they take your card details and hold a hefty £250 deposit on your card which is still being held today! Should have got checked in at 3pm and didn’t get into our apartment to 5.35pm then we had to pay a taxi to get over to our friends that were moved to the other apartments. That was the 1st and will most definitely be the last time i use dream apartments their customer services are nom existent as they don’t bother to answer the phone number they provide! Also as we were leaving me bumped into another group of ppl who had the exact same problem as us luckly i was able to give them the mobile number i had so they didnt have to wait the same length of time we did!

Not so good, the quilt is not comfortable, the family room for three people is given to the family room for two people, which is actually a standard room. The room is very small. This hotel is a 5 star hotel and rooms are amazing with very comfortable beds and a proper bathroom. So why a 2 star review.. Well you have to put in context this is a 5 star hotel and is priced accordingly so this review is based on price and all facilities / services provided. In terms of facilities Public space - not many places to lounge overall 2 rooms and the bar ( but very pleasant but super quiet in the evening). Not exactly the idea of a sprawling castle most space in the hotel are individual rooms. Spa - basically a joke, a swimming pool and a steam room (my local leisure center is better equipped) nb jacuzzi was out of service being re tiling (supposed completed in March 2020). Also children in the spa after 1700 nobody bothered (staff) even through meant to be adults only after this time.. Service - Food - extremely limited choice, venue and time. Rushed by staff to book on arrival or basically you will not eat at the hotel other than bar snacks.. This is very poor in terms of service for 5 star but the prices appear to ensure most people eat elsewhere . Finally breakfast at & £25 per person should be perfect.. Not at all you collect your plate and at the end of the service a sign stating if you want anything other than scrambled eggs let them know. I returned to my table with my preloaded plate asked for poached eggs, 15 minutes nothing so I asked another member of staff eventually after another 5-8 minutes the eggs arrive. I had already finished the other items on my plate so a bit of a waste of time at that price. If you get a deal and you intend to stay in your room and go out for food yeah why not but if you want a spa / public space / food etc etc head to the Galgorm Hotel and Spa.

With a handy location and a tescos right next door it's accommodating and friendly. Have already recommended this place to other friends. And is on top of my list for best place to stay in Belfast. We used to walk to appreciate the beauty of the city, so it took about 3 hours to walk along the river bank to the city center and the Titanic shipyard. Going back to the hotel and starting to eat, there is a supermarket in the alley opposite the hotel, shopping is convenient. The most surprising thing is that there is a Thai restaurant next door to the supermarket. The voice is full of people and there are many diners.

Budget hotels, hotel standard rooms, including several types, Ctrip separately marked different categories, but did not tell the hotel. I will meet the twin room but only the big bed room or the bunk bed. In addition, the hotel has a trash can on the back street, which is right and dirty.

◎ Location (close to city center, bus center and shopping mall, convenience store and subway in the same block) ◎ Cospa (The room is small and clean, clean, there is a bathtub and stable hot water comes out, water pressure is also good) × Amenities (no hair dryer and toothpaste, all-in-one Lux is in the bath) There was no hair dryer, but it was a bowl with the strongest location and cospa.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time with a friend - great location for all the bars & restaurants in the Cathedral Quarter area. The room was, as usual with Premier Inns, very clean and spacious but once again the wretched sink was placed in the bedroom rather than the bathroom...........I don't like this aspect at all (even staying with my husband) and the resulting bathroom ends up cramped and not particularly user friendly! Why did someone think this was a good idea - I can't see most people wanting to share their ablutions routine in full view of anyone else.........so please - think on Premier Inn designers!!
