|10.51km from city centerWhat a lovely place! Clean, new, nicely located (about 30 minutes from Sukhothai Historical Park, market and busses to Chiang Mai and Bangkok. The gentleman at the front desk is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Worth renting a bike from the hotel and move around. Even you can enter the park by paying extra 10 B for the bike, which is very convenient for seeing everything in an hour or so. Big C and a shopping center are a few km away from the hotel, there there’s only place to exchange money.

|2.19km from city centerI think the location of the hotel is very good! Coming from Chiang Mai and getting off the bus, it’s only 300 meters away. It’s not far from 7-11 to eat around, especially the central scenic area. I rode my bike around all the attractions in the morning. The sincere smile of the lady boss made You feel the happiness and kindness of the Thai people. The family room I live in is relatively large, and there is free coffee and water. The facilities in the room are relatively simple and basic enough, but there is no desk and it is not convenient to use a computer for temporary office work. It’s very large, with plenty of tables and chairs. You can work in the courtyard if the weather is right.

|4.88km from city centerA long-established four-story hotel located on national route 12 (in front of Sukhothai Historical Park) from the city of Sukhothai to the west. It is a historical hotel that the Japanese imperial family, such as the imperial Prince Akihito, and the wife of imperial Prince Akihito, stayed in the past, and it is characterized by a new appearance that drifts out of the group in Sukhothai city. Nearly 30 years have passed since the opening of the museum, and although the deterioration of the building is irrefutable, the design of the colonial-style guest room building surrounding the pool in the courtyard and the design around the lobby reminiscent of the temple, You can get a glimpse of the envy of a long established luxury hotel in the interior of the guest room which reminds me of the traditional Thai house using wood and smoked furniture from northern Thailand. However, it has already been missing in both sides of the software and hardware that is the basis of the hotel management of the employee service, and the fame of the past has declined I have to see it as. (By the way, the reception staff was absent at check-in and out!) This hotel group originated from the old town area of pizza nullok city and was originally Japan as one of the best luxury hotels in pizza nullok city. Although it was a good position for group tour guests, it should be remembered as a bad story that the manager's interest was not in the hotel management and had a reputation in the past.

|1.02km from city centerThe accommodation is very cute. Forgot to take a photo of the front. The atmosphere is good. There's a fitness center, swimming pool, and onsen. Very suitable for relaxing. Stay in the hotel, no need to go anywhere. The atmosphere is good and quiet even though you are in the city. But on the day we went there were a lot of insects. Probably because there are a lot of trees 😂😂 Got bitten by mosquitoes all over my arm. And there were a lot of moths. Overall good, worth the price of 1000 baht including breakfast. The food is very delicious. It's a normal side dish, like rice porridge and bread.

|12.65km from city centerAlthough it is a small homestay with only three rooms, the rooms are clean and tidy, with complete basic facilities and a small refrigerator. The hostess Jun treats people warmly and will provide a map of the ancient city when checking in, explaining and marking the sunrise and sunset times and viewing places one by one. And the breakfast was originally not included when booking the room, but the hostess would confirm the breakfast variety with me one day in advance every time. I stayed for two nights. The breakfast was made by the hostess herself every day, and there was no repetition. Before I left, I gave me an extra bottle of water to take on the road, which was very heartwarming.
Moreover, the hotel has an excellent location. It is a five-minute walk to the entrance of the historical park, and a three-minute walk is 711, which is very convenient.
Walk in the direction of 711 for 5 minutes and there is a noodle stall that is only available at night. The soup is sweet and very delicious.

We came with no expectation and were totally surprised with the beautiful property, the helpful staff and good food. The rooms are big and spacious. Bathrooms very clean. The property itself has a lotus pond at the centre and a rustic yet elegant vibe and feel. Look forward to tomorrow night and to try out the spa.

|2.84km from city centerGreat place to chill. If you stay a few days, make sure you get a room overlooking the ponds so you can relax on your balcony in beautiful surroundings. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but you do need to get used to the early morning cock crows and radio wake-up call at the back. The lady on the front desk seemed a bit abrupt at first, but turned out to be really friendly and helpful. We rented bikes from here for 90 Baht a day. They need maintenance so check the brakes and seat before you set off. Yes, you can rent bikes near the park entrance for 40 or 50, but you have yo get there first. We also needed them to get to the Phum Por and Sinvana restaurants. The hotel restaurant is ok, but the others offer much better choice and fare. Breakfast is the usual Asian 3-star Hotel offering

Sukhothai
|2.22km from city centerYou know the score. One thing goes wrong for you and then everything seems to be wrong, so read this as a ”what can happen” not what always happens. Firstly the positives - there's a nice pool, the staff are friendly and polite like most Thais, the omelet was Fab at breakfast (and proper coffee is a pleasant rarity), the bed and bed linen were comfortable. As Jethro (the Cornish comedian) says...what happened was.... We arrive down a dusty back road/dirt track. The two young staff (friendly etc) cannot speak any other languages than Thai. We check in and go to our ”bungalow”. It's not what we booked, in fact it's a room that is available for two thirds of what we paid. At this point I have to say that's only £10 and thus no biggie, but 400Bahts is a big extra profit over here. Worse, not only does it not have a TV (again not bothered as we haven't watched one for two weeks), or a fridge but it's shabby, with beaten up old furniture and the shower is cold. The young girl wants to move us, but no, the young lad fixes the shower and brings an old fridge in. The room is still pokey and shabby and has no desk (there's a wooden bench if you like that sort of rustic!). Unlike other rooms who have patio sets we have a rotten wooden seat outside, we have nowhere to hang clothes and no TV but hey ho, we will bear with that because we just can't be bothered! The other minor issues: food is pretty average, though fairly cheap (we've been spoiled a bit with fantastic street food and restaurants in Bangkok and Koh Lanta). It's not a short walk to anywhere except the bus stop for the old City which is about half a mile. WiFi is pretty unreliable and mainly bad. I went to the bar for two Thai Rums. I got them, albeit measured, and there was a tiny bit left in the bottle which I thought she'd just pour into one of the glasses but no. Now I've owned bars so I thought aha, she'll pour it into the next bottle - good economy really. I return for another shot to find there is, in fact, NO other bottle of local rum! I return to the shabby bedroom slightly irked. I could go on but I'm sure you get the drift. If you get room B3 then know this - it is (should be about a tenner) cheap but you get what you pay for and breakfast and the pool are good. The shower room is laughable if you're not already too hacked off to see the funny side.

|2.64km from city centerThis was part of a package tour. The property is quite charming and rustic...with a Thai feel throughout. The room itself was a bit quirky but in a good way. There is a river flowing through the middle of the property with lots of trees. This is good and bad since there seems to be a lot of mosquitos. The restaurant had decent breakfast and dinner. The property is close to the historic landmarks. It is possible to walk out of the property for local restaurants.

|12.35km from city centerI happily stayed here for 3 nights. Sukhothai Garden ticked all boxes. The historical park is walkable. Many choices of breakfast from Thai to Continental. Coffee, tea, water, ice, cup noodle and fruits are available all day. We can have breakfast while enjoying a beautiful garden. Room is simple and clean with hot shower, fridge, television and balcony. Towels and slippers are clean. The location is heaven. Restaurants, coffee house, convenient stores are in walking distance. It’s so close to the market make it convenient to get food to give alms to monks at dawn. Plenty of bicycles to borrow, including ones with child bike seats. Owners and staffs are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The owner’s wife made breakfast for their guests and she also shared me her family meal to try some local food. I’ll come back again definitely!

|1.82km from city centerExcellent place, we liked everything, very comfortable guest house. From the bus station there is just 1 minute walk, so it is very uncomfortable to come here and go further. In general the rooms are clean spacious, the air conditioner worked well. Some people with little experience may surprise the toilet without a tank and a bathroom at all, but for us it is not a problem, everything is used to. Still here rented a motorbike for 250 batts, rolled, looked the ruins, everything is great. In general, I definitely recommend this place for economic travelers. The only small shortcoming and the advice of the hosts, make the translation of all information in the room into English. We saw the menu there, but it is completely in Thai, and we didn 't immediately understand that it was breakfast that could be ordered, learned about it too late.

|0.62km from city centerIf you arrive at Sukhothai Historical Park (also known as Sukhothai Old Town), you can call a TUKTUK car to the resort, 100 baht is the most! In fact, it is more like a family village. There are small wooden houses on the outskirts of the field. The exterior is inconspicuous, but the inside is still very clean. The shopkeeper's aunt and her son are very enthusiastic. When registering the passport, she will prepare iced watermelon and a refrigerator for drinking water for you; she will also tell you travel guides and give you a map! The next morning, although breakfast is not included in the room rate, my aunt will still prepare breakfast, coffee and fruit for you. There is a very friendly cat in the resort. She only has a soft spot for boys. She will come to play with you and act like a baby. When I got up at 5 o’clock the next morning, I wanted to ride a bike to watch the sunrise, but on the road, there were hordes of wild dogs chasing and barking all the way. The five kilometers of the road were really full of wild dogs because there were no street lights. , I use my mobile phone to illuminate while avoiding these wild dogs. If it weren’t for car technology, I’m afraid it would have become dog food! Therefore, if you want to see the sunrise, it is best to discuss with the owner and let them send it! Otherwise, life alone cannot be guaranteed! If I hadn't run into a family on the road, and the uncle would take me back to the hotel in a car, I would have been so scared that my legs were so weak that I would not be able to ride the car! By the way, wild dogs will not attack the locals! The hotel aunt will help you book a bus ticket to Chiang Mai, and then send you to the Old Town Bus Station. It's just that the bus is really long, and can't stand it for more than six hours! It is recommended to go to Chiang Mai first, then train to Phitsanulok, and then to Sukhothai. Anyway, I have agreed with my aunt, and I will go next year!

|2.75km from city centerStarting from walking into the door Like coming to a friend's house It's an ordinary door. It is probably as the name suggests, it is a guesthouse, there is a swimming pool like in the picture. The sitting area at the pool has both a pavilion and a bed. The pavilion is wooden, old and the wood decayed. There are many rooms here. Both bungalows and standard, we choose The bungalow without forgetting to see if breakfast is included or not. The bungalow room, the price does not include breakfast, but 1 confused why the standard room is cheap that it only includes breakfast If you want breakfast The extra costs 100 baht per person and it is just porridge / boiled rice, tea, coffee, fruit, bread, dessert, one thing. Personally in the bungalow room. The wood is quite old. Like not very caring Clean is ok There is no kettle, no tea and coffee, there is a refrigerator, no hair dryer. The water is not quite strong. But not very slow The water heater seems to be unable to adjust. The water is a little too warm. As for the standard room that a friend chose for I told the room to look damp. Smoke smell Other rooms do not know. But maybe it's just a friend's room This room does not have a refrigerator, the water flows slowly, the guesthouse has a seating area for groups. Looks dust Do not wipe clean If improving and taking care of it better, it will look pleasant to stay. The corridor floor is slippery. During the need to walk carefully. Because there is moss on it Maybe because the rainy season is understandable, but should keep scrubbing a little, it will be good. Service, staff are very good, attentive to customer support, speak well, accommodation here, no parking. You have to find a park in front of the guesthouse, should make a parking space for customers despite With many rooms But do not make parking for customers

|1.05km from city centerWe stayed in the Foresto Guest House and loved the place. Rooms are large and very comfortable with a terrace outside. There's a really nice swimming pool for a welcome dip after a day's sightseeing. The breakfast was really enjoyable and everyone working there is so friendly. We had a minor problem with the bathroom which the manager, Sun, seemed really upset about. He got it fixed quickly then refused to let us pay for the laundry we'd had done as an apology. Nothing is too much truble for him. I highly recommend Foresto for anyone visiting Sukhothai.

|2.66km from city centerWe have stayed at a variety of accommodation types on our 12months of travels and this is the only one we walked away from due to the following reasons. 1. Appalling check in. 2. Aggressive manager 3. Lost trust in all staff We turned up to an empty hotel, nobody insight, we soon found out why. Booking.com details welcoming drinks, room service amongst other normal resort features however this doesn’t happen, to the point the check-in staff couldn’t be bothered to show us which room was ours. We understand being in Thailand not everybody speaks English but many Thai people can assist without speaking English, the Thai staff have no interest in wanting help and are happy to pretend they can’t so they don’t have to help. Commutation was through a translator on the phone, who eventually came down to answer some questions to which we found out was the manager. Meeting this guy is what lead is to feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, with his aggressive interruptions and careless manner, comparing the cost of England to the service he had provided, consisting telling us ‘I have served you, what else do you want?’ Our questions were, 1. Can you arrange a Tuk-Tuks into old town? 2. Do you provide bicycles? 3. Do you offer breakfast? Our questions were easy hotel like question when you have just arrived. To be fare to the hotel the room was beautiful and spacious, but the hotel surrounding are ugly and cold. After we decided to leave the hotel for other accommodation the manager said he would sort out a refund, this was an obvious lie and we have received no money back. We went Tharaburi Resort next door and our faith was restored into the kindness of Thia people.

|1.19km from city centerThe environment is very good, pay attention to the location in the new city, not the old city, and 12 kilometers from Sukhothai Historical Park, but because of the environment, especially the service is very good, and there are free cars to send you to the bus station or bus station, so this point Distance is not a problem anymore. The front desk service is really professional and good. The swimming pool is very clean, there are basically no Chinese, all foreigners.
Our house is relatively simple, I don’t know if the expensive ones are different, but the facilities are complete.
Bar’s restaurant is more expensive than outside, but the environment is good, we go for a drink every night. It tastes good when cooked. If you don’t want to eat in the store, there are also night market roadside stalls and fruits within a short walk, which is not bad. In short, if you don't want to live in the old city, or stay in Sukhothai for more than 2 days, this is a good choice.

|1.03km from city centerGreat place. We paid 600 bath a night for a double room with aircon and en-suite bathroom. Rooms look exactly like the pictures on the facebook page. Very beautiful. Super Clean place! Everything is in great shape, the owners take good care of the place. The shower has a good flow and the water is hot. Free parking in the back, so if you rent a scooter you can put it in a safe place at night, no worries. There's a fridge in the room, they allowed us to eat our own food for breakfast on the front terrace, and lended us some spoons :) They make the room and put new water bottles everyday. Also the best part for us is that the room is very quiet and after three weeks travelling in laos and Thailand, the beds were simply the BEST we ever had. Felt like heaven and we had 3 good nights of regenerating sleep! Thank you for your service! We'll come back to your guesthouse if we're ever in Sukhothai (Which is GREAT by the way) again ;)

|1.12km from city centerLocation is probably main plus for Pai Sukothai resort with it's relative close location to the centre of the town. The night market area is literally a 5 minute walk away and even closer there's a bunch of nice restaurants and bars to chill out at after a day exploring. The bus terminal is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute tuk tuk ride away. Not all staff speak English, none of them when we arrived, which caused a bit of confusion as they couldn't find our booking. But a phone call sorted it all out and we were checked in. Breakfast was good with some mornings the option to choose from a few set menu options and other mornings the same ingredients where available in buffet form (probably because they had much more people staying that night). The room was spacious and cleaned every day, bed was comfortable and large and there was even a sofa in the room. Only thing that isn't as glamorous as the photos anymore is the swimming pool area. Still able to swim if you want and clean just a little more run down than the pictures. Still think this is a great option if you're planning to stay in Sukothai.
