We have stayed at the Grand Hyatt a few times now and there is a reason for it. The hotel is very well run and all the staff you encounter are polite, greet you with a smile and are very helpful. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and the beds comfortable. The management clearly have a well developed strategy that delivers a consistently high customer experience. We have never been disappointed whenever we have stayed here. It’s always difficult singling out team members, however Rajeev and Vinod in The Market Cafe have always looked after us and are extremely professional, along with Asmi,Abhi,Sughand and Alissa who were also attentive.

The hotel is a standard 3 star hotel, very basic.You’re getting value for money, nothing extra. Our room was large enough for two people to move around without feeling cramped in. The window was way too small and the city view is terrible 😂it’s a construction site and not so pretty buildings. Looks better at night with all the lights in the various buildings. Breakfast was okay. I was disappointed that the only egg options were wet scrambled or hard boiled every day for the entire duration of our stay. I tried to ask the chef for a fried egg and I was met with a firm no. The shuttle was a great addition to our vacation plans. Where the shuttle didn’t go, we could take the metro , the nearest station is less than 10mins away, walking. Big shoutout to ***an ( I hope that’s his name). Spectacular job on keeping our room refreshed👌🏽

The best hotel ever with perfect rooms and extremely helpful and kind staff. The food was great (we had dinner in the Japanese and the Italian restaurant) with very high quality dishes. And all the facilities are present in the form of the spa, the pool, the gym and a mall next door. We will definitively come back in this hotel.

Great value economic hotel, very spacious, busy elevators like any vertical lodging. Also had an issue with the fire alarm staff should be trained to be more polite. The iron triggered the alarm, the staff showed up looking for penalty tribue, they were so fixated on the idea that I was smoking despite being a non-smoker, it was very dismissive and outright rude, I actually had a hard time thumbing them put of my suite! Still the place is good, as long as the staff learn that extracting penalty fees from guests shouldn't become the priority, once they are educated, they were not be desperate to invade rooms and pretend to be professional investigators They front desk did apologize for the poor training and promised it will never ever happen again. So based on that I must leave a 5/5 review as the hotel was nice when that incident is isolated.

The Food is more than ample and satisfactory, and for the more adventurous traveller, you can go to sample various other restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. ‌Conveniently located and walking distance, from the hotel. Hotel service is excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I was most impress with the gym and the various exercise equipment available for use, most notably, the facilities, schedule of hours of operation from 6am to 10pm including the swimming pool which is just adjacent to the gym. The swimming pool is 25 metre long by 10 metre wide. Great for familiy swim since it is divided up for swimmers alike who just wants to get their laps in. Bur Kalifa, the Dubai Mall is 10 minute Vu bes by metro, their local train service and is an excellent form of transportation to get there. Yes, definitely will be back again.

The hotel was new & clean the rooftop bar level 43 is very cute. The pool is small but it’s on the roof also. The Balconies on the premium rooms are wrap around with a great view of the burg kalifa! The only downside is they called my room twice checking on how I like everything. When traveling from other countries patrons will have jet lag! Therefore I don’t wanna be awakened for that! It was very comfortable to stay in the hotel. The room was large, it had a terrace, and the service was good. When we asked for toothbrushes, the service staff brought them promptly and their attitude was very good. We stayed for one night and when we came back in the evening, they made the bed and closed it. The curtains were installed, which was very considerate. You can use the infinity pool on the top floor for free when you stay in the hotel. The scenery is beautiful; the breakfast environment is also good, and you can order dishes a la carte. The disadvantage is that it is a bit far to walk from Dubai Mall, and it takes a long time to walk through the passage. There are other Address hotels passing by in the passage, which should be closer. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the room, but there are some office buildings in the foreground, which is not as easy to take pictures as expected.

Выбор был сделан на случайно: близко к остановкам общественного транспорта, метро (красная ветка), откуда можно доехать до всех основных достопримечательностей, а также относительная близость основных бесплатных пляжей Дубая. Кроме того, в трёх остановках автобусов F33, F35 (до остановки 180 метров) красивый благоустроенный бесплатный парк с озером (в форме прокладки, сразу узнаваемым на карте), детскими игровыми зонами , спортивными игровыми площадками Al Barsha Pond Park, куда супруг каждый вечер ездил, чтобы поиграть в баскетбол. В гипермаркете Карфур (Carrefour) (находится в Молле Эмиратов) можно закупиться продуктами по приемлемым ценам и приготовить себе любое блюдо прямо в номере. Номер оснащен хорошей кухней с большим холодильником, плитой, духовкой, микроволновкой, тостером, необходимой посудой, чайником, (чай,кофе, сахар в наличии), стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска также есть в номере. Телевизор без русских каналов. По поводу завтраков в отеле. Мы бронировали номер с завтраком на 11 дней. На 4-й день пожалели, что оплатили завтраки. На 2-3 дня ещё куда ни шло, можно питаться одним и тем же, но 11 дней однообразия уже перебор. В целом все вкусно, но разнообразия нет, не шведский стол, официант по меню приносит блюда на сервированный приборами стол. В следующий раз, если приедем в этот отель (не исключено, т.к. все устраивает), завтракать будем самостоятельно, в номере можно кофе-чай попить...Воду 2 бутылки по 0.5 приносят каждый день во время уборки. Недорого и вкусно можно поесть, если выйти из отеля и пойти по улице направо. Сразу после парковки ряд недорогих кафешек. Брали одно блюдо на двоих за 30 дирхам (рубль 25.3 дирхам на данный момент), не смогли все осилить, нам упаковали оставшееся с собой. Почти напротив отеля небольшой продуктовый магазин Кафур. Такого разнообразия, как в Молле, конечно, там нет, закупиться по-быстрому можно. В отеле есть неплохой фитнес-зал. Хоть на ресепшн и написано, что он до 12.00 работает, по факту он всегда открыт, по крайней мере до 18.00 точно, до этого часа открыт и бассейн рядом, на крыше. Самый лучший пляж, на наш взгляд, Kite, народу в ноябре не много, вода чистая, пляж убирается, есть бесплатные туалеты, душ, переодеваться только в туалетах. Бесплатная питьевая вода. Вай-фай (авторизовались в самый первый день по номеру Эмиратского телефона и эл.почте, в последующие дни подключались автоматически без авторизации). Ехать 10-11 остановок до Umm Suqeim 1 или Abdallah Mleih Masjid на 81 автобусе. Пляж между этими остановками. Рядом с отелем есть остановка, идти минуты 4, 180 метров, но на ней негде присесть, автобус ходит каждые 20 минут, можно не угадать и стоять долго, если он уже ушел. Кроме того, в 9.25-9.30 очень много народу уже едет, присесть в автобусе не получится. Надо или раньше, до 9.00, или позже, после 10.00 уезжать, или идти на конечную около М

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

Sheraton mall the Emirates.....one of the best stay we had in our life. Staff is very attentive and very friendly especially with kids. Good variety of restaurant they have in hotel itself and for more varieties it's connected to Mall of Emirates 😍😍😍. It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! Always delightful and goes above and beyond. The buffet was great! I would have stayed longer but wanted to be closer to things that I was doing. I highly recommend this hotel! Amazing staff! We booked a 160-flat 2 bedroom suite, the room is really big, look at the Palm Island, but our floor is not high, 15 floors, not obvious, it is estimated that more than 30 layers will be clearer. The service of the hotel is very good and everyone is very enthusiastic! Carrefour is not far away, you can buy food and cook for yourself. We basically cook for ourselves! The traffic is also convenient, we are self-driving, the hotel is to help stop the car, and there are subway stations not far from the surrounding, just a few hundred meters away! In short, it is a very good hotel, it is recommended!

Having just returned on Friday after spending a week with the family (2 teen boys) I could not recommend this hotel enough. Whilst the hotel and ALL the facilities are 5 star, having the right personnel is paramount……….and you wont be disappointed at The Fairmont. Despite our check in at 4am, the process was made effortless by the staff. Though it was at this time the manger advised us the room we’d booked was not available due to a technical error their side and therefore they would be upgrading us to a suite the following day by 12 noon. The following day after breakfast the on duty manager Anoop Rai came to see us to thank us for our understanding and that our belongings would be moved across later that afternoon. True to his word, we were moved to a junior suite on the 8th floor with beautiful views of both the sea and Dubai Marina. The quality of service continued throughout our stay by all members of staff, though special thanks to both Suity and Jhenelyn on the front desk who were always there to answer any questions and assist with any restaurant reservations. That leads onto the food, Flow Kitchen is the buffet breakfast and evening dinner place and there’s a variety of different cuisine for all to enjoy……..you won’t be disappointed. You’ve then you’ve got the specialist restaurants and we tried a couple the first being the Sea Grill Bistro. Having booked half board, this gave us the set 3 course meal and option to add if we wanted. The portion sizes were good and the food was tasty, from starters (Caesar salad, Kale Salad and Prawns) to the mains (Salmon, Sea Bream and Chicken)…………so one we’d definitely recommend to dine at. The other was Little Miss India, which too did not disappoint with the various kebabs and curries, all of which were VERY tasty and the chef was happy to add the extra spice if required :) Having direct access to your own private beach was great, though we preferred to be pool side of which there are 4 with one being adults only (over 16’s). Finding sun loungers was generally okay, so you didn’t need to wake up super early to put towels down. The pool side team were always to hand to assist if you couldn’t find any and take your orders for any food or drinks. The location of this hotel is good on The Palm is good, lot’s to do around there with the various beach bars/restaurants (some age restricted) though a short taxi ride you can go to Dubai Marina, Atlantis and Bur Dubai. Stick to the yellow metered taxis, even though some of the black ones are metered we were told they’ll still be more expensive. Opposite the hotel on the Golden Mile you’ve got the Nakheel Mall, lots of shops including Waiterose and/or M&S for those feeling a little homesick :) One thing to note when booking, go for the ‘beverage package’ if you enjoy a drink or two. Mr. Rafi and Mr. Calvin and rest of the staff were friendly, co-operative and helpful. The hotel is neat and clean, very near to metro. The lobby is perfect, breakfast is good. Car parking available, best for families and solo travellers. Keep it up
