This hotel never disappoints! I have stayed here multiple times and the front desk staff are always so polite and inviting. Quick check-in and check-out process. I did not get a chance to have breakfast but it smelled amazing! Nice clean rooms and close to restaurants, shopping and the airport. I intend on staying here over and over again!

This hotel is not big, there is only a small lake at the door, and the room facilities are very old. It is very convenient to have a shopping mall similar to an outlet nearby. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the shopping mall. But the overall feeling is not that safe. At 12 o'clock in the evening, the smelly man in the next room beats his wife, and the wife screams all kinds of screams, and no one cares when he hears all kinds of banging sounds. It feels like the woman is about to be beaten to death. Our language is not good. He dared not open the door and waited with the sofa against the door. Fortunately, someone knocked on the door for about half an hour and took the woman away. From time to time, he heard the verbal abuse from the man. This was the most terrible experience of this trip. I didn't see the hotel with security, and the hotel parking lot was open. The room can be used for cooking, there is a washing machine in the room, and the sofa does not seem to be opened as a bed.

We chose to stay at this Best Western because it was pet friendly. The hotel requires that you specifically book their ”pet friendly” room when making your reservation. I will say that the room was clean and the interior courtyard with the pool looked inviting. The room itself was dumpy and in need of renovation. It was a sufficient place to sleep, but did not make you want to spend any additional time in the room. The inside of the bathroom door had chipped paint and the floor was not carpeted (I am guessing because it was the ”dog friendly room”.) The dog walk area was conveniently located just outside the first floor room, but was strewn with food debris, chicken bones etc., making it necessary to take great care that our dog did not eat any of the food garbage when we walked him. I can't speak as to the condition of their ”regular” rooms, but with the $25 per night pet fee, our total bill including taxes and fees for a two night stay came to $514 and it definitely was not worth it. I would have expected to spend less than half of that amount for a room in this condition.

I’m a Diamond member that travels frequently at Hilton brands with our service dog and a 1 pound emotional support bird. I made the fatal error of checking in at the front desk rather than using the digital key check in . I wanted the front desk to know I had a service dog and emotional support bird with full documentation showing their pics and credentials. The snarky and RUDE front desk team got into with me because they were determined to charge me a $75 fee for the 1 pound bird and nothing for the 14 pound dog….this despite I had the proper credentials . Not to mention I’ve been a Diamond member for two decades and spend a lot of money with Hilton brands. I called the Diamond Desk and they made things right. I’ve never been pushed so far as to actually curse out of frustration and dispicable customer service. I did in this case, which I regret. I will NEVER stay at this property again. Disgusted after showing loyalty, paperwork and then being so disrespected at a so-so property at best. If you plan on booking a Hilton Garden Inn in the area, book the property in Palm Beach Gardens. They respect their loyal customers, are animal friendly and have never charged me a fee. So much for my honesty when I checked in to this place. Goodbye and good riddence!

The hotel is very new, super wide and comfortable room. Well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Super nice and clean bathroom. All very cozy, comfortable. We stay for three nights. The hotel is well located, easy access, close to the West Palm Beach airport and about 10 minutes' drive from the beach. Super recommended!

We just returned from a lovely month at Hampton Inn WPB Central. At check in we were warmly greeted and recognized as Diamond Hilton members by Dejon and Jean. Throughout our stay they were both warm, welcoming and helpful. Also greeting us upon arrival was the Sales Manager Joanne Schroeder, happy to see we arrived safely and making sure that check in went smoothly and that we were happy with our accommodations. Our suite was large, very clean, bright and well furnished. The refrigerator could have been a little larger with a more adequate freezer section, but we managed nicely with what we had. Elande of housekeeping was wonderful and did a great job cleaning our room. Breakfast was more than adequate with many choices. A suggestion might be to serve a variety of yogurt flavors instead of one flavor that has to be hand spooned out of a large bowl. Also, decaf coffee would be a nice addition to the regular coffee left for guests in the lobby throughout the day. It is only there during breakfast. The kitchen staff, Kari, Maria and Clifford, all did a marvelous job replenishing items as well as keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and updated. We did not use the pool although it was lovely. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby road was not conducive to rest and relaxation. On the plus side, the Hampton Inn is connected by a very short path to a Hilton Garden Inn and we were welcome to use the pool there which was very nice and quiet. The gym is excellent with new and updated equipment. We would like to thank all staff members in every capacity for their kindness to us. They are all professional and an asset to Hilton hotels. If it were possible, I would give this hotel 10 stars and highly recommend it for a short vacation or an extended stay. We are looking forward to returning next year to experience Hampton Inn hospitality once again.

We immediately went downstairs and asked for a new room. Based on the under on the floor and white powder on the carpet, it was clear the room couldn't have been vacuumed or mopped. The new room was still dingy looking. This is very much an outdated hotel. The iron didn't work, nor did the fridge. We had a two room suite with one thermostat. The living room area was blowing cold air while the bedroom was blowing heat. No way to fix this...the hotel customer service brought us a new iron but nothing was done about the fridge or air during our stay. When my husband asked to speak to a manager, they said the customer service manager had to address these issues but wasn't there. We never received a call back or any follow-up. My husband called back two days after we got back home and ended up speaking to someone in accounting who was able to offer a credit, which we appreciated, but shame on the hotel staff there for not fixing the problem and giving us the run around. This hotel isn't worth the nightly rate, unclean and broken.

The stay was great. You can't hear the planes, it was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Don't expect much for breakfast, they didn't have fruit, orange juice, pancakes or eggs. I had a bagel and my boyfriend had a waffle, but those were good. I would go back there!

Didn't expect the room to be so clean but was very pleased with the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I spent most of time on the beach that was just 10 mins away. Great location indeed. Next time I visit I will make sure I rent a car. Uber was pricey for the number of trips back and forth to the beach. Overall a very pleasant trip

We came down to breakfast the next morning, my pre-operative day, in hopes to see one of the lovely ladies we had met last year, who was a burst of joy and radiated love. Luckily for us, she is still here and making people feel seen everyday. Before the end of breakfast, we saw Whitney, and upon my gleeful callout we were greeted with warm hugs and words of kindness. When we asked for assistance with our room, she jumped on it and by the time we came back downstairs, she had it all settled. Throughout our time at the hotel, we would have never known that we were even in a time of renovations and whole-floors being worked on, based on how much she did and her continued positive and calming demeanor. Her smile day after day, along with her positive affirmations kept me going most days. Whether she knows it or not, she was the bright spot in most of my days, just because of who she was and her genuinity. In a world where one can often feel alone, it was nice to be seen. Her kind demeanor and positive personality did not go unnoticed and we are forever grateful to have met her. She is patient and accommodating, genuine and compassionate, helpful and overly-giving. She constantly goes above and beyond her role, while making you feel cared for and important. It would not be the same place without her. Whitney’s character makes Homewood Suites the home that it is to us, as well as for many others, and for that we are forever appreciative and thankful. Not only did Whitney make such a difference in our time in Florida, but as stated before the entire staff and personnel of the hotel was extremely generous, friendly, compassionate and welcoming. Thank you to Whitney and the staff of Homewood Suites for all you do to give us a home away from home.

Where to begin? I was passing through and made a reservation for one night. I checked in late at night and there were guests with small children just hanging out outside their room. I found this odd because it was nearly midnight. I checked in and their were also several guests kind of roaming around the place. As I walked to my room I noticed that the common areas of the hotel were dirty and looked fairly run down. I could hear plenty of guests were still active inside their rooms also. Opened my room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Flipped on the room lights and bathroom lights and saw a roach climbing up the wall. Everything in the room needed renovation. Looked old and well used. The bed was not comfortable and very firm. I would not stay there again.

This is a plain hotel with no amenities that happens to be in downtown West Palm Beach. The price they charge is in no way justifiable other than location. The rooms are an architectural nightmare. The foot end of the king bed is within one foot of the wall so one person has to squeeze by to get in the bed. The closet access is 1/2 blocked by the vanity. The toilet/shower door is so huge and swings inward so that you can barely close it while in the room. The vanity and toilet/shower are basically in the bedroom. There is no way one person can use the vanity or toilet/shower without waking up other person in the room. On the positive side, there were several maintenance issues in our room and they were repaired the same day they were reported.

Something happened to our reservation at a nearby Marriott, so we were rebooked here. It was during the Honda Classic so everything was booked. Todd was at the front desk and I have to say I was rather upset for having our plans changed so I wasn’t the most pleasant customer for Todd. Todd stayed professional and asked if we would like two queens or a king. I realized I was probably being rude so I apologized. I applaud Todd for his professionalism. It started to get busy at check in so he greeted each guest. The room was clean. The AC was great. The fridge kept everything cold and the little freezer compartment actually froze my ice packs. Bed was comfy.

The hotel can use some maintenance upgrades. Has the benefit of an airport shuttle which was nice. But I did notice a few things that can use attention. The staff is always nice here; After all, with 80 degree weather in early January, there's not much to complain about in the dead of winter. The gardens are not much to admire. restaurants and entertainment in the city. In fact, one can safely walk to this place or take the shuttle from the hotel.

We had a lovely stay in WPB to celebrate the New Year. The hotel is clean, and a super location. Our suite was beautiful, with views of the lake and downtown, including fireworks! I don’t usually comment about the staff by name, but Kim was exceptional. She has been serving in the dining room for 18+ years and her positive attitude is contagious! She is perfect for the first person you encounter in the morning. Many of the tram have been at this location for years and that proves it’s a nice place!

There was a great woman at the front desk, very helpful. check in was easy. I have always loved Hampton Inn, it's not as nice as I remember, there was loud music and weed smoke all down the hall and I had my kid with me. No breakfast because of Covid-19. I accidentally booked one regular king suite and then a handicap and they made me move rooms the 2nd day here, even though she said they were no very full. The store was barely stocked, no juice for the kids.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for long-term stays for the past few years This trip we were there 22 days It is a wonderful hotel in the best location walkable to everywhere including Clematis St.,movie theater and Publix supermarket The new Rosemary Square formally city place has many restaurants and a15 minute ride from the airport Now for the hotel. It is clean quiet and they have taken all the safety precautions due to the virus. We felt very safe there! Breakfast was always good and the pool area is very nice on most days I had the pool all to myself The staff at the front desk Charlie, Eduardo, Yvon, Jessica, and Ariel were always friendly and called you by name. A special thank you to Samantha and Jay for accommodating us with the room we requested and their friendliness To the managers,Emily Karen Elizabeth and Ken you should be very proud of your staff from the gentlemen at the valet , the ladies in the breakfast area who always had a-smile, to the housekeeping staff who keep the hotel immaculate! If it were possible, I would give this hotel 10 stars and highly recommend it for a short vacation or an extended stay. We are looking forward to returning next year to experience Hampton Inn hospitality once again.

The stay was great. You can't hear the planes, it was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Don't expect much for breakfast, they didn't have fruit, orange juice, pancakes or eggs. I had a bagel and my boyfriend had a waffle, but those were good. I would go back there!

We had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.
