As my first experience of a capsule hotel, I really wanted to like this place. Having an early flight and this being on the doorstep of the terminal, I had high hopes and couldn't wait to get some rest before my flight. My experience started well, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room and washrooms are stocked with everything you might need during your stay, but that's where it stops. I booked a First Class room so I could keep my case with me and had more than enough space, but it was dirty. The floor, table, curtain, TV etc had a thick layer of dust and other people's hair and looked awful. The bed sheets are thin, a bit damp and I was cold during the night, despite turning my own AC off. I was also woken up by some loud, impolite guests in the middle of the night. The worst part was the shower, it was so mouldy and unclean I didn't want to be in there at all, and even the ceiling was covered in dust etc from the extractor fans. The WiFi is also slow. I will definitely not be staying again and wished I'd booked elsewhere.

Hotel is easily located Just 2 min from departure gate and the hotel entrance is literally at the train station separated by a travellator. There is a convenience store at the lobby where we can get bottled water and snacks at night. The room is spicy and span and the amenities provided is also of high quality. The best airport hotel in Kansai!

Clean, good value and innovative hotel. The hotel is located by the Osaka bay. It provides either Bay view or city view. Rinku town station is just 10 min away by foot. Don’t be taken aback by 10 min walk. You would actually walk through a beautiful park and reach the hotel. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was a robot dinosaur. Everything was made easy and smooth. Room itself is a fine size. You could open the window slightly if you want to. Good lighting . The bathroom is decent size and equipped with a nice soaking tub. The room is spotless and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too. The highlight of the in-house guests is to have access to the nice hot spring via 2nd floor. In-house guests do not need to pay additional fee for the hot spring. Upon check out, you could even leave the luggage’s free of charge for the day. That’s really nice. Last but not the least, I came across a dilemma during the stay. It was because the terms and conditions ( fine print) was in Japanese and I could not read it. It causes a little of inconvenience. I appreciate the staff assisted me on this one-off incident.

Facilities: A relatively new hotel with reasonable charges. Hygiene: Clean, no need to clean every day, the room size is just right for suitcases. It is relatively large in Japan. Wonderful family owned family owned and run. The level of hospitality afforded to my family was certainly above and beyond. There was a genuine care factor that I was unable to fault. Heading out, don't worry about a taxi, we will drive you. How was the complimentary breakfast. It should be said that the rooms are quite small, however the cleanliness of the property could not be faulted. I would recommend N Gate to all as a great introduction to the Japanese people.

Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late at night. It is a train ride away from the airport and within walking distance to the outlet. It took around 10 minutes to walk to the outlet. There is also Trial supermarket (5 mins walking distance) that is 24 hours so you can stock up on souvenirs or food. It has food, clothes, cosmetics, toys and electronics.

Staff gave us a free upgrade to a larger room due to a special occasion. The room was large enough for 4 people. The bed was large enough to fit 2 people. The channels available were decent. The best offering in the room was the amazing view. 3 large windows overlooking the distance. It was amazing. Location was amazing as well. A train stop away from KIX airport and located within 5 mins walk from Rinku town station. 10 mins walk to Rinku premium outlet. An amazing stay with the hotel. Thank you for accommodating us.

The room is very spacious and bright, especially suitable for travelers with a lot of luggage. It is very close to the seaside. When you get up in the morning, you can take a walk to the seaside. This was a pretty interesting experience to stay at. Though like some others have said, the shower room n toilet separation only seemed to take up unnecessary space n the fact that there isn't a place to hang the towels.... but I was truly happy with the amenities provided n the fact that the bed was the softest out of all the places I've stayed in throughout this 2 week trip in Japan, osaka. Plus it's really neat the airport n the convenient store n drug store are located right outside the hotel. The check in n check out are pretty straightforward n well online based so that's great. The shuttle bus thing gets full quick though so gotta book in advance n gotta email them directly, trip can't help with this even if you're a platinum member. I recommend getting a bigger room if you have big luggages, but overall pretty good for a simple stay for a night or two before or after the flight just to relax.

There is no convenience store nearby, so convenience stores at the station are essential. There is old, but the futon is comfortable and yukata is also prepared. It was quiet around the night.

After landing on a night flight, stay at Osaka Airport for one night, which is cheap and affordable. If you bought the Kansai three-day train pass, remember to enter the gate and activate it the next morning, otherwise you will waste a day. Buy a one-way ticket at the airport subway counter for 500 yen. Remember to take the 3-stop [local train] to Ihara. After exiting the station, use Baidu or Google Maps to navigate a 12-minute straight road with dim street lights to get there. It’s a small European-style hotel, remember to ask about wifi at the front desk when checking in. There is even a bathtub and pajamas in the small room.

Very reassuring and very clean. As a base for a night flight, I left early the next morning. Although the stay was short, the experience was great👍🏻 The landlord was afraid that I would miss the latest check-in time, so he asked Ctrip to contact me when I would arrive. The landlord understood the flight delay and waited for me until after 11 o'clock. The most surprising thing was that the landlord could speak Chinese. The house is also very clean and spotless. I highly recommend it to friends who have night flights at Kansai Airport.

When using early morning flights in Kansai Airport, I often use hotels near Izumisano Station and Rinku Town Station. It was an old hotel, so I chose a plan with a new building upgrade, but the building is the condominium itself. Walk through the corridor where rain and wind blow to head from the elevator to the room. There is an outdoor staircase in front of the room I stayed in, is security okay? I thought. The room is clean, but it is undeniable that the equipment such as the refrigerator is aging. There is also a balcony outside the window, which is a studio apartment itself. The scenery is not good either. The curtains could not be opened because the corridor of the next apartment was right in front of me. Even if I thought I was just sleeping, it was a hotel I couldn't like.

On map it seemed to be remote from any subway station, yet the transport was easier than it thought to be. Taking Nankai Bus (Route 23) from Hineno Station to the last stop (Inunakiyama), the Inn is just right in front of you. Our stay was in the Japanese style room with private hotspring. Spacious room and tidy. The private hotspring tube is at the semi-enclosed balcony, and spacious enough for me to stretch and sit, yet still fully submerged in water. Dinner and breakfast were served in traditional “Washoku” style, which were great but the cuisine just might not be to everyone’s taste. Relaxing, quiet and private was perhaps the best conclusion of my stay, and yes, the private hotspring experience was phenomenal. Honestly a bit pricey, but definitely an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

I will be here again when I leave or arrive from Kansai Airport!
