One of the greatest B&B I've stayed in. The hosts (Stefano&Natalia) are very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a lot of tips and offered free tranist to beaches and shops nearby. The B&B is situated on a hill so you can enjoy a splendid view toward the sea, the gulf and the city of Cagliari. It's also close to Poeto beach. Bus stops are also quite close. The breakfest was good.

Totally enjoyed our 2 day stay at this hotel before we moved onto a different area. The hotel was easy to find, bigger upon arrival than we thought. Very clean and very attentive staff, very knowledgeable. The Suite we stayed in was large and well worth paying the extra price. Breakfast was great, so many alternatives to choose from, serving every possible taste. Good prices at the Bar.

Myself, husband and 9 year old daughter stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for the taekwondo world championships.... On arrival the hotel looks very nice, the lobby area was large and very clean with plenty seating to relax.we were promptly checked in and given our room. The room had one bedroom with a double bed and in the kitchen/dining area was another single bed. My daughter didn't sleep in there as she felt scared so she slept in our room. The room was very clean and had a fridge etc only fault was that the cooker didn't work so we were unable to cook in our apartment. The shower was very, very small even my daughter struggled to shower in there. The shower curtain was useless and the bathroom flooded. This was the only fault we could think of apart from the door to the apartment. We really struggled using the key to open the door and was often locked out our room until it would finally open. Maids came in every day and cleaned the apartment, made the beds and left fresh towels which we appreciated after a long day competing. We were on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast was continental but was a vast amount of variety to choose from and the view from the balcony whilst having breakfast is amazing!!! On our 1st night we paid to have our main meal in the restaurant. It was a 3 course set meal. My daughter wasn't too keen on the pasta dish so made just plain pasta for her. Lovely staff in the dining room so friendly and helpful. Well done! I didn't use the pool but my daughter did and she said it was freezing but it was October 🤣 it was lovely and clean though. There's not much around the hotel. A good 10/15 min walk is a spar where you can buy all your groceries etc and a pizzeria. And if you go the other way a good 10/15 min walk away there is another pizzeria. Both very cheap to eat at and very tasty.... There's a bus that comes near the hotel that takes you in to Sardinia really cheap. The beach is a must go to place it's very idyllic and the main town is nice too. Just a shame graffiti is on the walls of shops etc. so sad to see in such a beautiful place... Would I visit the hotel again? Yes definitely but not with my children it's defiantly not for them during the winter months. Maybe different during the summer? Well done hotel setar for being so organised and patient and being host to so many competitors from around the world.

Absolutely stunning place to stay. Genuinely, the nicest B&B I have ever been to. The hosts are more than welcoming, arranged airport transfers, let us have early access to the room (because of availability), have genuinely been the most attentive hosts we have ever had. The property itself is as breathtakingly stunning (it really is!!) as it is clean. The location is perfect, in a quiet safe suburban area, with a local supermarket less than 5 mins walk, and a bus stop (30 min ride to Caligari) also a 10 min walk. If you are lucky enough to be able to book, you will not regret it. Thank you so much for all of your hospitality and all help and everything you have done in making our stay so easy and special. We will definitely be returning. I cannot emphasise this enough, if you’re thinking of booking, you won’t regret it.

Wanted to stay in the Cagliari area, but had a car so downtown was tricky! This hotel had really friendly staff, very clean rooms, plenty of car parking and was a 20 minute drive into town. We used the station car park which was perfect for visiting and just 1 euro per hour, but would strongly recommend satnav to find your way their as like most Italian towns the road system is quite complicated. Some good restaurants on the beach just 5 minutes drive away over the lagoon full of flamingos!

Best pizza in the area - have to wait until 8pm for the oven to be warm enough - but well worth the wait! We tried to go at lunchtime only to discover the pizza oven is only on in the evening. You can either eat in or order to take away!

We spent three nights at Villa Flumin to discover Cagliari and the surounding area and the beaches. The place is lovely and people are super friendly, especially Ilenia, who prepared breakfast for us every day and provided the best tips for discovering the island!
