0.09km from Marina GrandeWe enjoyed a night at DieciSedici. Carmen was very helpful and friendly. She was the best part of our experience there. The room was as advertised, very clean, and quite a nice renovation on the inside. Good bathroom and bed, so in that sense it is high end and quite nice. It isn't really like a grand hotel, but rather a collection of converted apartments on a corner of a piazza near the lungo mare. It was quiet, which is good. It is worth noting that there was not much of an internal part of the hotel, like lobby, or bar, or shared guest area. When selecting the hotel, we saw good reviews about the breakfast, and were disappointed to find that restaurant was temporarily closed due to a family emergency. Carmen Kindly refunded us the price difference, which was appreciated, so that we could go to another location and buy breakfast. In the morning to return the key, we what's apped Carmen, and left it with a young lady who was waiting out front to start her days work. She was very nice, but I wasn't all together comfortable with leaving a key with someone on the street. Carmen confirmed that this young lady was staff, so it wasn't a problem. The hotel was kind enough to watch over our bags for the day whilst we went boating, so that also was appreciated. All in all nice people and a clean comfortable room. Not much else as far as extra's or anything notable.
