Lots of positive things to say about this hotel. - Very Clean rooms, hallways and lobby. - Staff is friendly - Plenty of parking near front of hotel - Location is right off the freeway - Walking distance to Grocery Store, Gas Station and Restaurant - I was recognized as a Marriott Bonvoy status Platinum Elite and was given an upgraded room. - During this pandemic masks were required inside hotel and signs encouraging social distancing in hallways and elevators. - Hand sanitizer was place throughout the hotel. - Free morning breakfast offerings included scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, oatmeal and few more pastries choices the days I was there. Limited menu due to Covid-19 and served to you (not buffet style). - Quite location during the night and the freeway noise was not noticeable. - A/C worked well and shower water was always hot. Overall my stay was excellent and the hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Price per night was average compared to other hotels in this category and location.

The surrounding environment is good, it is a well-equipped hotel but the facilities are outdated, because the price of the weekend booking is relatively expensive. The clean room bedding is good and comfortable; the breakfast variety is almost not suitable for us, especially This price is not considered for the source of the customer. The hot water provided in the lobby is the coffee pot boiled water or the hot water with coffee taste. This is a blessing or unfortunately you are #128517; Many chairs have already "painted maps", and it is hard to imagine that this is a hotel managed by Hilton Hotels.

I’m a local/ long time resident of LV, hubby is native. Had an unexpected circumstance come up leaving us with an unexpected unintended 50+ night stay at this location as well as Red Rock. We switch between the 2. This location is probably the most updated/modern. Location is perfect. Freeway access. Target within walking distance. Plenty of gambling available around the neighborhood. My previous residence was about 2 blocks from here, sonim familiar with the area. Theres a hampton inn next door, i was originally there and left after an awful experience, called this place and waljed across the parking lot where i was granted early check in, enrollment in reward program... allowing me diamond statius after about 2 weeks of consistent stays... and now I rarely pay a full rate price and am given free suite upgrades, no cancellation fees (i never cancel) extra point accimulation, and even better... pro rated prices based on point accumulation... if I get 3,000 points I can get a hefty discount... 15,000 is a free night. Yheres no deposit required at check in but you do pay your price at check in not after. Which is fine. In las Vegas its rare to have no deposit. So awesome. Staff goes above and beyond, every single person is helpful. Due to the length of my stay they know me by name now, check on me periodically, and the GM even comped a couple nights without me asking or inquiring... after noticing my prolonged stay he even took it upon himself to just offer a kind gesture like comp (ive paid $100 a night on average and im on day 49 here) and his understanding managemnt style is very appreciated as well as consistent... Ive had a few hiccups with staff... misunderstandings leading to a headache between myself and the property at times... and even some frustration (they are probably sick of me at this piont, but they never let on to that, ha!) but everything has been addressed, no one has been anything other than understanding, patient, and professional... and i couldnt say thank you enough regarding the gratutude i feel for this location. It feels like home when home isnt something we all have at the moment. Its comforting. Comfortable. Clean. Safe. My dog is enjoying it here as well. The staff all know her by name, say hello, etc etc. they never bother me with questions about my stays and “not so typical” reservations (check in... check out ... check back in... etc) people typically handle their pets well so i have had no issues with negative pet interactions. And even when ive had to leave and come back while I awaited my funds to be available to continue my stay... the staff continued to assist and help in any way they could to accomodate and make the situation as stress free as possible on my end. They keep me on the 1st floor for my dog, Michelle at the front desk in the morning checks to make sure i have a reservation on sold out nights just in case i forgot, so im not left without options... they have granted me late checkout... and even la

After staying here last year to visit family I was pleasantly surprised at such a nice hotel in NLV. This experience though brought some things to my attention. The rooms could stand a little bit of updating, our fridge was barely working even when turned on max, the tv is outdated, and the bed was very stiff. The wifi was not working while we were there too and they said everyone was having problems and signal is pretty bad in the hotel. I never heard back from them after that either. The other thing is I’m seriously annoyed at how much parking space valet took! They had nearly three rows of parking for valet plus two side lots. At most I saw them use one row in the actual parking lot! It was very hard to find parking at night and a pain when they only have one entrance open to get in. I would have to park in the lot across the lot from the hotel which is extremely inconvenient considering I was only going to the hotel and not the ****** and I was a solo female. Overall not a terrible experience but not one that makes me want to come back.

Very good cleanliness and careful disinfecting! I always saw someone cleaning, and there was a good supply of hand sanitizer and soap everywhere. i really appreciated that. All of the people who worked there were pleasant and helpful, and the service was great. I was very pleased. We ate in the hotel twice, the food was good, and again everything was clean, distances were good, and people were respectful. Especially nice given that downtown and strip hotels were NOT as clean or accommodating. Plus, the view from our room was so beautiful!

The one thing - and it was a big thing- that absolutely frustrated us about this resort had to do with Covid precautions. They have an absolutely gorgeous pool area but unless you are actively eating or drinking or swimming - you must wear a mask- no exceptions. Now we fully understand compliance with state health departments, etc. We had no issues with wearing a mask inside the hotel and ****** and walking thru the pool area and wearing masks to our seats. But when you are sitting on loungers (that are properly spaced 6 feet apart) with your husband- with literally no one else around- I don’t expect security to come tell us to put our masks on. Yes this happened on multiple occasions. This turned the wonderful relaxing pool area into a frustration and a stressful place. Adding further insult and showing the craziness and double standards of the policies is the fact that cigarette smokers can actually sit at a slot machine inside the ****** and smoke a cigarette- no mask! So if you are the type that this would bother you, than I would suggest a hotel on the strip itself - which we understand has less restrictions right now. If you love to wear masks and they make you feel safe than this is your place. The rest of this resort, amenities, service, restaurants were just top notch- and the people are great- doing the best they can in a state that still has some over the top Covid restrictions . The walkway to Summerlin with all the shops and restaurants and the proximity to Red Rock Canyon makes Red Rock Resort an awesome choice.

Lured by current promotional offer and good reviews, booked room at the Cannery Hotel in north LV. Aware that a $14.68 hotel service fee is assessed (per night) in addition to room rate and tax. At check-in I was also requested to authorize $100 damage fee (on credit card) to be refunded at departure provided no damage. Seemed reasonable as know many party-goers visit LV. Rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. All amenities were available at lobby desk. As promised room was smoke-free with no carryover from ******. Be mindful that when you log on to WIFI you have your choice of free service or a faster speed for a fee. Don't select the wrong button. The free WIFI speed worked just fine. Hotel location also nearby to many eateries and Starbucks. Ready to rate our stay as 5 until check-out. Employee, Glenda, quoted total amount that included 2 hotel service fees for 1 night. Also said hotel fee would be deducted from my $100 security deposit and refund would take about 5 days. When I questioned she was unable to offer explanation for duplicate service fee. She responded to my repeated inquiries by saying there were other customers waiting in line behind me. Basically she wanted me to move along even though I was also a customer. Ultimately I surmised that due to their bookkeeping I should expect 2 charges on my card. One for the room rate plus tax. A separate credit for $85.32, my $100 less the $14.68 hotel service fee. When I continued to press for the explanation of a 2nd service fee she handed me the name/phone number to call for disputes. Too soon to see any charges but will be prepared to pursue if necessary. Was a disappointing end to a pleasant stay.

As for the hotel itself, it is what one comes to expect from the Motel 6 chain. Standard amenities. Clean, comfortable rooms. But what sets this particular location apart is hands-down the front desk staff. A special tip of the hat and recognition of excellence for ANDREA, MARY and DEREK!! The absolute perfect combination of professionalism and positive personality! If you are looking for a quality place sans the outrageous “resort fees”... look no further.

First things first- I’d like to say, WOW. JUST WOW. The MGM Skylofts...is just WOW. I have had the pleasure of staying at some of the best hotels in the world, and I can say without any hesitation, that the MGM Skylofts sets the bar. From the instant that you step onto the property- to the second you leave, you feel like a real King/Queen. I am greeted by a concierge, a bellman, and the head valet (Roger 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼) when I arrived at the skylofts... They truly know what the epitome of a “grand entrance” is. I was whisked straight to my suite upstairs by Roger and the concierge... and they must have rehearsed this-because it was literally 12am when I arrived and I was in show- how flawless everything/everyone was. Every single staff member I encountered was warm and professional, throughout my stay. You will think that they paid me for this review, but let me assure you- I am writing this review based solely on the service I received. I’m generally a little hard to please, but the skylofts left nothing to be desired. I was astounded (in a good way) at the etiquette and professionalism of every single staff member I encountered... To me, etiquette sets the PROS from the pros...the 6, maybe even 7 star hotels, from the 5 star hotels. Every time I stepped out of the elevator I was greeted, usually by name, by whom ever was at the front desk upstairs... I can’t explain how pleasant it was to walk into the “zen” skylofts lobby and furthermore be greeted so warmly by the concierge. I also had the pleasure of meeting two of the managers, Savannah and Anna. Again, it’s hard for me to put into words how extraordinary these two individuals are. I met Savannah during my first stay back at the skylofts (last time being in 2014) and she was so professional and discreet that I didn’t know she was the manager when I met her. I’ve met a number of esteemed front office executives in my travels...but I could have never told that she was the “head honcho” from my brief, first interaction with her. And when I found out who she was, I felt a little dumb- but more so pleasantly surprised at how down to earth she was. And ever since then, she has extended the most extraordinary service that I’ve ever received...from ANY hotel/resort I’ve ever stayed at. There are one or two hotels in the world that I could possibly put into the same category, but Savannah- in my opinion, represents the pinnacle of 5 star service. I’ll add that I’m a gambler- not a whale, but I gamble... and I usually am able to get “transportation,” and I’d like to say that MGM Resorts truly knows how to take care of their customers in that respect as well. Joseph, Angel, Anthony, Gary, Charles, John, Tina, and Mipch, .. and then Katerina and Jeremy that answer the phones! Everyone is so professional and kind. And I also want to add that the 24/7 room service (even during Covid) at the skylofts is from the Mansion chef... and if you’re not familiar, the Mansion chef is THE

I have stayed in so many hotels in Las Vegas. The Palazzo Hotel is considered the most cost-effective in luxury hotels. The price is not high, but the room is better. Not only is the room big and the decoration is more refined. Compared with the Venetian Hotel, although the layout is exactly the same, the decoration is slightly better The two old hotels belong to the same company, so when you check in, you can apply for an exchange with the front desk. It’s not enough. Tips are super useful. The hotel service is also more professional. If you feel that the check-out time is too early, you will basically be satisfied with the front desk. Maybe it should be cost-effective. Very high, so there are more people staying at the two hotels at The Venetian on weekends. During the epidemic, there will be a lot of people in the casino. The hotel lobby is decorated and the parking lot is not so impressive. If both hotels are parked in the wrong way, they will walk more. One thing is that there don’t seem to be any famous restaurants in it. Most of the famous restaurants are concentrated near Caesars Palace. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. If you are coming to Las Vegas for the first time and ordering Palazzo, it is a very safe choice. It can definitely satisfy vanity without spending too much price

There are performances in the hotel, blue men (to see the baby), and air show (suitable for gay men), very convenient, check in directly There is an escalator next to the front desk to go to the second floor, the performance hall, and buying tickets are all there. I arrived on the day and bought tickets for the night directly. I also took a photo with Blue Man at the end. Dad said that the air show was also worth the fare.

The Platinum Hotel is a condo-style hotel a half-mile from the Strip. I booked the "Solitaire Suite Strip View" on Hotels.com. I was in Room 503, and the photos on Hotels.com were generally accurate. One photo showed a fireplace, but the room didn't have one. My suite, like most if not all of their suites, had a full kitchen and homey but boring decor. People online say they had washers and dryers in their rooms, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. The suite has a furnished balcony with a view of the Strip. It's not bad for an off-Strip view of the Strip, but much of what you see in front of you is a parking lot or back lot. Some of their kitchen equipment could have been better. The coffee maker was a cheap coffee maker that probably didn't cost more than $30 and the inside was covered in coffee residue. I called to have a tea kettle brought up. It came wrapped in a plastic bag 5 minutes later. It looked like a $10 kettle, and it was partly broken, though it was usable. Other than the inside of the coffee machine, the room was clean. The nightstands have plenty of outlets and USB ports. The desk has one electrical outlet and no USB ports, but was OK for working on a laptop. Wi-Fi was slow: Google's speed meter registered 7 Mbps down, 9 Mbps up. That's barely enough to watch a video online at medium quality. The Platinum Hotel has made extensive changes for the pandemic. Daily housekeeping has been suspended. You can call for things like towels or toilet paper, but I didn't need to do that since I was only there for 5 days. There are hand sanitizer stations everywhere--more than I've seen at other hotels and resorts. Elevators have social distancing markers, tissues, garbage cans, and hand sanitizer. Staff wear masks. Plexiglass barriers at the front desk. I didn't run into too many other guests, so there's social distancing by default. Safety changes affect the rooms as well. The kitchens are usually fully equipped, but at this time, they've removed the cookware. Items for dining are still present: utensils, plates, coffee maker, dishwasher detergent, etc. Tongs, baking dishes, frying pans, etc. are available only upon request. The TV remote in the living room was wrapped in a plastic sleeve; strangely the TV remote in the bedroom wasn't. Many of the hotel's services are shut down. The spa, restaurant, and lounge are closed. They have grocery delivery, although I didn't use it. I don't think they have room service. The pool is open for some reason. They have a "Platinum Market," which is basically a closet with a few convenience store type products. They're overpriced, especially given that there are 3 convenience stores with reasonable prices on the same intersection. The elevators are not keycard-secured. This might make food delivery easier. The ATM in the lobby charges a $5 fee per transaction, $300 maximum, $20s only. There's a dumb, semi-hidden, mandatory $28/night resort fee. It makes even

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is convenient to go out and go. The hotel is opposite the participating hotel in Antelope Valley. Don't worry. The hotel room was clean and hygienic. The windows could not be opened. Everything else was satisfactory. The key was that it was super cost-effective. I booked more than 200 yuan a night in advance. The price for a day is high. I used a kiosk to check in and assign to a room with a ferris wheel view. Although the floor is not high, the view is equally good and very satisfied. The hotel is really too big. The last one is a picture of this hotel on the Ferris wheel. There are hundreds of rooms on the first floor of the hotel, and there are many rooms on the 28th floor. Hotels like this have two ice makers on the floor and you can buy drinks such as cola. If you want to drink hot water, you can ask the staff at the restaurant in the casino downstairs to give you a free glass or two. Of course drinks are free to drink in the casino, but tips are required. There are many places to eat nearby, so I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I used to eat directly in other hotels. There are many choices nearby. It is very convenient to see the Paragon Fountain at night and see the fire in the mirage. Overall, this hotel is super cost-effective. If you want to shoot a car, the parking fee is $ 15 per night. The only downside is that I missed a T-shirt and reacted to the hotel. In the end, there was no result, but the journey was just fine. When we left, we saw too many people waiting in line to check out. We also used the self-service machine to check out quickly and easily. Wi-Fi is available in public places and rooms such as casinos. Fill in the information and use Wi-Fi. There are no additional Wi-Fi charges on the bill. I don't know if the low floor is too close to the downstairs casino, the default casino Wi-Fi so the money is forfeited.

This is a newly renovated and stylish hotel. In addition to the new sanitary ware, I especially like the lighting inlaid around the floor-to-ceiling mirror in the room as the room's lighting. It is really elegant and stylish. Friends who want to decorate their houses can learn from it! There are also stylish hairstyles on the curtains for watching concerts and moving head photos, very special! Generally, the curtains are mostly natural scenery such as flowers, birds, landscapes, etc. This designer does not follow the flow, but has caught my eye. Every detail reveals ‘fashion’. It is a highly recommended hotel. If you have to pick a shortcoming, the RESORT FEE (resort fee) is quite expensive. I don't know how much other four-star hotels cost? Anyway, I paid US $ 43.03 / night for RESORT FEE, which is more expensive than the room rate per night. There is also the geographical location at the end of the most prosperous S LAS VEGAS BLVD (North). It may be a little far away for walking tourists, so it gave 4 points on the overall evaluation of "environment". However, in terms of cost-effectiveness (the same four-star ranking is lower than the previous house prices) and brand-new facilities, the location is biased. There are not a few tourists who hold the same view as me. After passing the hotel reception several times, I will always see the long queues of CHECK IN, CHECK OUT.

Liked: This hotel is amazing! When I walked in, I was prepared to be disappointed because of the location, but I couldn't have been more delighted after staying in the room for 3 nights. We were first given a room on the busy Boulder Hwy side, and could hear lots of traffic. When the manager, Elena, moved us to the parking lot side, all the noise calmed down. The hotel was booked solid, so I really appreciate the effort she made to move us. There are only 31 rooms in the hotel, and we had one with a fireplace, which made it even more delightful. The decor was very high quality antiques and "Bordello" paintings, and red carpeting. We ordered our food from the restaurant onsite (Marti is an outstanding restaurant manager!) and then took it to our room to eat in the table by the fireplace. The Prime Rib dinner is an excellent value with a very tender, generous portion of "Prime" Prime Rib. Our Fish and CHips was not as good. Maybe stick to meat here. The large (360 sq ft) rooms have high ceilings, 70 inch TV, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator (no microwave or bedside clock) and are very clean. All the furniture, fixtures, linens and towels, and the toiletries are all Top of the Line for a hotel setting. We did not go into the Casino, and were pleased that they are separated by a long hallway to keep the hotel completely smoke free. We will return. Disliked · Noisy traffic on the side with the adjoining Boulder Highway. Location is not walking distance to restaurants, tho there are good ones a few miles away in Henderson proper.

I stay on Fremont Street several times a year. I have generally stayed at a competitor due to the fact that they dont charge a resort fee, I dont even use any of the services that the supposed resort fee covers. My group that I travel with, we always seem to be spending time at properties that are part of the B connect group and it paid off that the deal they gave me to stay out weighed the resort fee issue. The staff was super!! The room was nice and comfortable and did the job. The bathroom was recently remolded maybe, it was very nice and i loved the shower, no issue getting the water the right temp, for some reason this is always an issue lol. Most of the restaurants were closed. The sister property, Main Street Station, was unfortunately shuttered due to current situation. The ****** was keeping limited hours as well, this was a definite bummer, I had to spend more time on Fremont. I would have rather stayed in house if possible. When we to retrieve our belongings from our room to check out our keys wouldnt work the door, they sent the bellman to the room to let us in, never really sure as to why this happened, they couldnt explain it either, but they were on top of it. This was the only issue with our stay and it wasnt really an issue at all. The room key will get you in and out of the parking garage as often as you like, if you have a vehicle while you stay. I really enjoyed my stay, it was a nice place to get away suring this crazy time we are in. I recommend giving it a try if your going to Vegas and want to stay downtown.

It was really two-thirty in the middle of the night to be quiet, because the building was facing the street, and the next door was an open-air bar. It's no exaggeration to describe it as deafening. There is a corridor on one side of the guest room, which is open-air, so it is noisy. The advantage is that the resort fee is 22 dollars cheaper. Parking is free. The parking lot runs from the first floor to the fourth floor, and it is convenient to take the elevator to this room. But sleeping is more painful, suitable for living in a bar. I suggest living in Chinatown. Chinese food is cheap and good.

The rooms are quite big and the conditions are okay. It is Friday. The hotel on the avenue is very expensive. The price of this hotel is quite low. When you check in, the front desk cannot find the check-in information, which delays some time. Thank you for your service, call Ctrip, and Ctrip immediately contacted the hotel to solve the problem. It is emphasized here that the check-in information cannot be found. It is not a Ctrip problem. It can only be said that the American is too stupid. time.

We were here for a 10 day stay and had a very pleasant experience. Our rooms were large, very clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. Housekeeping, especially Kim, kept our room spotless and was generous when we asked for extra coffee and soap. The housekeeping staff always greeted us with a smile and a friendly comment. It seemed to me that they all enjoy working at this hotel. When we had a slight problem with a cabinet door in the room, maintenance was cheerful and prompt in their response, and they left a note describing their work. Bridget at the front desk was very helpful to us. The breakfast was fresh with a large selection of items and it was kept well stocked by the hardworking staff. The supervisor, John, made us feel special and he provided delicious foods and drinks for the social events on Mon, Tues, and Wed evenings. This is a beautiful, new hotel with an exceptional staff in a great location. The airport is close by and it's a quick drive to the strip. It's also very convenient for traveling to the other Las Vegas sights such as Hoover Dam and Red Rock. We had a great stay and will be sure to stay here again!

The value for the room and location was excellent. Lucky to get a small suite (full kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedroom) on the strip for under $100 including taxes and resort fees and free parking! Facilities were definitely dated but clean and acceptable. Caveats- This was a Tuesday night on March 2, 2021. Covid-19 was on its way down but there were plenty of restaurants and ******s open for service. Hotel service was limited but who stays in their hotel when they go to Vegas? The major issue was not the hotel but the Trip.com ad that said the room came with 3 meals/day for up to 4 people. This was incorrect. The hotel told me to complain to the app, Trip.com because they did not even have a restaurant onsite. Not a huge deal because we were not planning to eat at the hotel anyway, but it was disappointing to see a mistake that was so deceiving.

Below the hotel is the Ferris wheel 🎡, and there are many restaurants 🍴! Clean and comfortable, the location is very good, across the road from Caesars Palace. Uber can drop off in front of the hotel. The parking lot costs 15 knives 24 hours a day.

1. The location of the hotel is very good, the middle of the main street, you can basically browse the entire Las Vegas area by walking. 2. Parking is a separate building. The hotels I have stayed at in Vegas are basically the same. It only takes a connecting corridor to walk from the parking lot to the front desk. The parking fee of 15 USD is paid when checking in. It is very convenient to enter and exit with the room card. 3. The hotel's software and hardware are good, the layout of the room is warm and new. Especially checkin and checkout are completed on the machine terminal, and there is customer service staff to assist, which is very convenient. The hotel's gym is fully equipped, but need to line up between 7am and 9am. 4. I have breakfast at the Italian food center on the ground floor of the hotel. I have a lot of options and very special features. I can definitely make a nutritional match for 20 dollars. Dinner at the Zhongguan restaurant on the first floor is also a good option. In addition, the bar on the first floor casino is also a good place to spend time with friends in the evening. After a little gambling, drink two glasses, smoke a cigar, and enjoy a good Vegas night. There are two problems: 1. The washbasin in the toilet is easily blocked 2. Check the bill carefully when you checkout. In addition to the prepaid online fee, there is a resort fee that is charged by every casino hotel, but the extra bar food charges in the room were deleted after I raised an objection, because I always have to Never touched the food in the room.

The room is very small, so the suitcase can't be opened quickly. The parking lot is not easy to find. It is directly opposite the hotel's main entrance, but it is very convenient from the old town. One of the exits from the casino is the middle of Fremont Street.

Booked a random room for the hotel. When I arrived, I gave a smoking room and said there was no choice, but it was too bad. I added 30 US dollars to upgrade and the room was just as bad. Still facing the most noisy street, the windows were not soundproofed at all, and it was difficult to wait a second, let alone sleep ... Finally, I added 50 US dollars to wait until the latest building to live. The rest of the rooms are about 1-2 stars. There is a feeling that the low price will lie to you and let you increase the price. You will not order this plan online again !! This sales method is too bad ...

Read Ctrip's selection of hotels. On the day of Russ, it had cooled down and turned on for one night. The hotel has no advantage in hardware facilities, which is slightly lower than some domestic business express hotels. Breakfast was average and totally foreign taste. But it's acceptable, bagels and homemade muffins are nice. I have to mention the hotel's logistics staff, the front desk service is average, but when you have problems finding the logistics staff, they are very enthusiastic and friendly, the airport shuttle driver is also superb, he will guide you Airlines check in. The only regret was that the car was parked on the side of the road because it was in the way and I tipped him in the future. Overall good!

The hotel is behind ARIA and should belong to the same group. Self-parking is more troublesome because the parking lot is in ARIA. The decoration of the room is relatively simple, there is no sense of luxury, much worse than ARIA. The facilities are not complete. Not even a red wine glass to send! The glass is not all floor-to-ceiling, and it is terribly dirty. It would be nice to see the night scene outside. But the cleaning seemed to have begun the second day of our stay. The waiter is nice, whether it is the receptionist or the guest room. Another advantage is that it is quieter without a casino downstairs.
