      Stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of August. We were lucky enough to have booked early and got all inclusive before the hotel removed that board option. We picked this hotel because of the recent refurbishment and were not disappointed, it is new, modern and spotlessly clean. We have stayed in 5 star hotels and this one beats them. Rooms match the hotel . Cleaned everyday, new bath towels and toiletries. Think the bedding was changed every few days. Floor moped and very clean. Pool area was wonderful. Spare sun lounges anytime of day and pool was not full at all. As we were AI we basically had the pool bar to ourselves as b&b guests only have water and self service tea and coffee. Thanks to Fikret serving us at the pool bar, great service. Plenty of beers and lovely cocktails. The big Chefs restaurant serves the food at the hotel and I was slightly worried about this before we arrived after reading other TripAdvisor reviews but I shouldn't have worried it was wonderful. Yes there is a limited menu but we just changed it up by buying off the main menu sometimes. About £4.5]0 a meal you get 10% off. All the meals were delicious . Had no issues with being ignored as seems with other reviews. We engaged staff and tipped. All were friendly. The hotel is very well situated next to bars ,restaurants and the beach is a short walk down a street. Dolly buses run right outside running to the harbour one way and Icmeler the other. 10 LIRA a ticket. Now the reason for my very nearly perfect title. It is because the lobby bar was shut. It would have been lovely to relax there after our evening meal . It has brand new suede and leather seating not being used. This made us to go out every day which we do alot anyway but the option of having a quiet evening in was not available. That is my only complaint, otherwise it was perfect.

      This place is worth every penny! And they say you get what you pay for, but for the price this was a wonderful surprise. Firstly the hotel sorted out our transfer to and from the airport, all done with brilliant communication. We came out the airport our private driver was waiting for us and took us to the hotel. When we arrived the staff were all waiting for us and whilst checking in allowed us to see the rooms as there was 6 of us, so we could see who would stay in what room. We had 3 teenagers in one room and myself my partner and our 8 year old in another. The room was very clean and had a newly refurbished living room/kitchenette. The kitchenette had no pots or cutlery but we were not bothered by this. The pool was OK for a small hotel and the kids loved it. We ate once there, it was OK. But to be honest it was only chops and burgers so cannot really comment on the food as what we had was limited! The staff here are amazing, they go out of there way to make you happy. 10/10 from us! We will be going back in the future. The price is great for what you get!

Air conditioning and fantastic side view of the beach. The food... Not meals. Buffets. We did pop next door at sisters for a steak as not much choice here maybe the corona and lack of customers or just a nor. Al all inclusive thing. Cocktails are extra. Location Located on the beach near the Blue port shopping mall. Plenty to do around the hotel excursions days out or even beach days. No swimming pool tho. Not a far walk from marina. Service All staff friendly and chatty. Not the usual flirty cringe I have been to before. The staff was professional and respectable. Helped you with everything and anything.

      We stayed for one night with my husband and were very pleasantly surprised! The interior is amazing, the room was more of an apartment and had everything you’d need (a washing machine, coffee machine, kitchen with dishes and cutlery)! The bed was soft and cozy, the room was very clean. The service was amazing too! We came late, but they replied to our phone calls and messages immediately and helped with everything. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

      Rested with the family in this hotel from September 23 to October 4. We had two rooms: 304 and 306, both with side view to the sea. The rooms are comfortable, with normal modern repair. Take the food system all on. The food was liked, almost everything was delicious. And there was always something to choose from. For breakfast, usual omlets, eyeliners, several kinds of sausages and cheeses, yoghurt, jams, bakes, pancakes. For lunch and dinner I liked the way rice, bulgore, beef, chicken, fish, cheesy soup and open cakes were prepared. There was always a good choice of dessert and fruit: pine, carrots, grapes, pears, apples, peaches. We liked Turkish tea. However, we thought that after September 28, the food was a little worse in terms of diversity. And there was not enough ice cream. Although it may be a dirty:) The hotel has its own beach, but we prefer to be located on the lying on the territory of the hotel on the grass lawn. There was more comfortable. On the cleaning, I can say that our rooms were always cleaned very well. Always filled up gel and shampoo, changed towels. By the way, we made hearts from the towels and it was beautiful and very pleasant! In the rooms there are all necessary: tv, air conditioner, mini-fridge, safe, fan, electric teapot. Light is only at the head of the bed and at the mirror. And when the suitcases were collected in the evening before leaving, the ceiling light was a little short. There is no toothbrush or any deep glass in the bathroom yet for this. Hotel has free Wi-Fi, which has worked well both in rooms and on the beach. And of course I want to mark all the staff. All hotel staff were pleasant and polite! Thank you for your good work and for creating the conditions for our comfortable rest ! Hotel recommended!

The pinar market facing the hotel have excellent service…they came 6am in the morning specifically to give us coffee. — the rooms are in bad conditions and the standard rooms are in the waterpark almost!! Room 303 fridge not working. Room 105 phone not working and ac in bad condition.

      Let me first talk about the positives. The food and bar area is quite nice, having live music twice a week and a DJ for three days of the week. You will not be having a morning rave at yunis, unlike some other beachfront restaurants. The food at the bar/restaurant food is nice and is affordable for 'english prices'. You are better off eating at blue port shopping center (top floor) down the road if you want to cut your food bill in half. My room 604 was nice, spacious and had a good bed and mattress. If you are lucky enough to get the top floor take it, as my friends room was not up to the same level, having a hard matterus and a smaller bed. The WIFI connection was okay in the room but overall was useless. I have high praise for the receptionist, very polite, respectful and gave a positive greeting throughout the day. The receptionist took time to deal with concerns and I felt like I could come to him with questions. Similarly the bar staff worked hard and was friendly. Unfortunately one staff member at Yunus is why I rated this hotel 2 stars. What appeared to be a caretaker, an elderly man, he frequently stared at me and complained about me using the facilities such as the beach and pool. There is a high chance you will be kicked of the beach in the early to late evenings when you are trying to relax. I felt as though I could not relax unless I was spending money throughout the day. Expect to be tutted at, shouted at and shoo'ed away when you are trying to rest. If you are meeting anyone from turkey, you will likely not be able to take them to the hotel pool or beach, as this will likely lead to them being questioned and eventually told to leave... Great experience in turkey, but unfortunately one bad staff member can make you walk on eggshells and ultimately make you feel unwelcome and unable to use the facilities I payed for.
