There is an airport shuttle bus. After picking up the luggage at the airport, call the hotel to arrange a driver. You need to confirm the time with the hotel in advance. He will have a scheduled timetable. If the time is not suitable, you can call Uber yourself or ask the front desk to help you call a taxi. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to the airport, which is very fast.

Very nice hotel. Modern. Great rooms which are spacious and comfortable. Very helpful and quick check in. We had a park and go package which was very reasonable during March Break. EXCELLENT BAR and excellent service. Pls stay open later!! Cons: if you have a very early morning flight, there is no free shuttle. First shuttle doesn’t leave until after 5am. Disappointing as the website made it seem otherwise. Something to consider. Overall- easy access parking and amenities close by (Point Claire). Highly recommend.

We booked the hotel for one night before a flight to Europe. I called from the airport to find out about the airport shuttle. The employee explained it, then she asked for my name and said, ”you don't have a reservation”. I insisted I did and she insisted I didn't. I check my voucher and I was correct, I called back and told her I had confirmation, she continued to insist I was not booked. I took an Uber to the hotel and she repeated that I had no reservation, even though I gave her the printed out confirmation. She then said, they had booked some guests into other hotels and she would check , but no other hotels had a booking for me. It was a total disaster, she then came over to me with the ”hotel voucher” I had given her and said, ”oh, I know why you don't have a reservation, we don't take vouchers” . As one point she told me the entire hotel was booked out to Immigration and Refugee Agency. So, instead of trying to assist me, she just made up lies. The next day I called and was told, ”yes, you did have a reservation, and they have had problems with that employee. The manager called me back and confirmed that the hotel had cancelled my reservation, he could not explain it. He was apologetic, but I still don't have a refund. Hilton and the property really didn't care how they treated me, they have done nothing. Do not go to this hotel, this is a horrible thing that they do to their clients. At least, own up and try to help, but nothing. Still waiting for a refund, over a month later.

There isn't anything near here except for the airport but it was nice being close to the airport for a good night's rest before flying out. The hotel would also be good for a business trip if you have to stay in the area and have a car. It does take about 20 to 30 minutes to get to the city from this hotel. The check in was quick and the hotel smells and looks clean. The room we stayed in needed a little help as the toilet paper holder was missing it's bar, the mini fridge was missing and the screw holes were quite visible and the some towels were quite frayed and in need of some replacement. The pool and hot tub were at a good temperature and there was lots of natural light in the area. There is a bathroom nearby which you can change in and the hotels are in the pool area. The TVs are pretty new but we couldn't find anything to watch so I would recommend bringing your own HDMI adapter. The hotel could do a better job for changeover of hotel rooms as the clocks showed the wrong time and the one went off unexpectedly at 6 am. There are better options in the city but if you are just going through Montreal or need a place near the airport this is a decent option for that and there is lots of parking.

I recently spent a couple nights at the Sheraton Montreal Airport (one night stays on each end of a trip) and while the stays were good overall, I would say there's a lot of opportunity for the hotel to improve. I've stayed here many times over the years, but I haven't been in a couple years. Returning this time, I felt it was a good hotel with a lot of potential. I just got the feeling there is a lack of attention to detail in a lot of areas. The first night I stayed, there was no explanation of the dining situation. The television stated the restaurant and room service was not available. When I went down to the lobby I noticed the restaurant is in fact running. I'm not sure if room service is also open and the information was outdated. The Club lounge was also closed. They do provide soft drinks and complementary sandwiches which is a decent compromise however. There is a beautiful new fitness centre, but it was initially difficult to locate. It would have been nice that its location was explained when checking in and better signage. After walking around I finally asked a cleaner for its location and eventually found it. The machines don't seem to have television or anything hooked up to them which would be a welcome addition if possible. Overall this is a good hotel with a lot of potential. It felt like things got shut down due to Covid and just never really restarted. While other hotels have made the move back to normalcy, this one still felt like it was in transition. The staff were friendly and the facilities are clean. Some of the furniture is probably due to be replaced, but again we are talking minor improvements. I would return to this hotel, I just hope to see more things back to normal and better communication. Not having room service is a big problem.

Do yourself a favor and avoid booking this hotel at all costs. It seems as though they are at this again - I read some reviews during the Covid-19 pandemic that they would abruptly cancel reservations without making any arrangements for the impacted traveler. They have done this again - received an email March 21st advising me that they were going to cancel my reservation (16 days before arrival) as the hotel was closing due to ”Government Requisition”. This means that the hotel sales staff secured a more lucrative contract to rent out the entire hotel and the casualty is evidently to leave a few hundred guests high and dry. If you booked months out, rebooking at another property means that you will now be paying a lot more for a room at a nearby hotel. They have done absolutely nothing to make arrangements for the guests who had reservations cancelled - minimal effort, very poor!

The room was well appointed if a bit small. Nice shower, big tv, comfortable room. There were multiple USB jacks which is very helpful. The appointments well thought out, lighting where wanted, (I like the small reading light). I have to mention the dinner we had. We expected a typical hotel menu with burgers ext, but we’re pleasantly surprised at the wonderful food. The meat and cheese platter was inspired, I had a salad that was lovely and my wife very Much enjoyed her onion soup. In addition the service was pleasant and efficient.

We flew into Montreal and stayed one night at the Fairfield. We were picked up at the airport by a courtesy shuttle bus and within minutes we were at the hotel. Check in was very quick and the staff members were very efficient and friendly. Our room was very spacious and had the comforts of home. After putting our luggage in the room we went to the bar for a drink and were taken back by the price of a bottle of beer $10.00 The morning continental breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of selections. I would highly recommend this hotel and it’s very close to the Dorval Via Train Station.

This is only the second time we have stayed in this hotel. Originally we weren't supposed to stay here but Holiday Inn called and told us that during our 5 day stay they wont have hot water so because of that I had to cancel my reservation with them and decided to stay at Courtyard. I could count many things that make Marriot hotels better than Holiday Inn. First Marriot beds are I think the best amongst hotels we stayed in. Second this hotel is very new and is located in a quiet location and lastly as Marriot Gold members we get to have free wifi. All the desktop computers in the lobby are not functioning. I think they should not display them at all if it cant be used. This hotel has one of the most spacious lobbies in this part of Montreal.

Hotel location is very good, not far from the airport, surrounded by plaza, big supermarket, pharmacy, shopping is very convenient. Parking is convenient, we live on the first floor, there is a door directly to the parking lot, we will park the car at the back door, open the door and put the luggage directly on the car, do not carry luggage. When we go, it’s snowing, it’s important not to carry luggage! The room was clean, the double bed was oversized and there were six comfortable pillows. Breakfast is served with hot omelettes and bacon and waffle machine. In short, I am very satisfied.
