We had a private double in this peaceful backpackers, just a short walk from KK's lively waterfront. It's clean, tidy and quiet. The friendly owner spoke great English and knew his stuff in terms of advising for onwards Borneo travels. Breakfast was provided, and offered boiled eggs, toast, coffee and a bit of fruit. This is a good spot if you're looking for somewhere low key to chill while you're planning the rest of your trip. The WiFi is good enough for plotting your next adventure alongside the owner's advice.

Pros: clean room. air con worked well. Staff friendly. Good location - across from a supermarket and fairly central to most things. Cons: wifi doesn't really work on level 3. I was stuck in a twin room instead of a double/queen like I ordered online. Room with a window is a requirement. If you can't air it out, it gets musty very quickly. While it seems the hotel has a no-smoking policy, previous guests have not followed it (with cigarette burns in linen). Shame. I walked in asking for a room (wanting to check it out first), and they claimed none were available. I booked online with Traveloka, and magically, a room was available. Suggestions: book ahead, make your request very clear. Follow up with your request. Get a room with a window. Keep your expectations low. Compare prices with nearby hotels. You can do better, but you can also do worse.

1. The location of the hotel is good. Gaya Street is next to it. It is very lively at night and there are many snacks. Crossing the road through the gas station is the flyover durian market. When the flyover reaches the end, the market and seafood are sold. Walk more than 200 meters to the right of the entrance to the supermarket, and go straight to the end of the Modica Mall. 2. The car for the day trip knows the hotel, but when you come back, it will not pull down the hotel door and will basically put you in the durian market. 3. The front desk of the hotel does not speak Chinese, but simple English can communicate, and mother can communicate more than sloppy. 4. As others have commented, because next to a bar, there will be singers singing, but it will stop at 11pm, which is very punctual. If the hygiene is good, the room is ok, as others have said, there are indeed blood stains on the pillows, the sheets and quilts are not too clean, there are stars, and the towels given are just as dark as others take pictures. But there is no such thing as toilet smell. 5. No toiletries and slippers. The room is relatively large. There is no refrigerator, the TV has a Chinese station, and wify is fast. In short, the cost performance is better, but the people with clean habit are not suitable, and the locals live more.

The breakfast area is quite small. If there are more people, sometimes the food is not replenished fast enough. But the waiters are very nice, polite, and the location is also excellent. I have eaten durian many times. It's very convenient to go everywhere. The sea can be seen from the room, and the sky and sky can be seen when the curtains are opened! The main entrance of the hotel is the monument.

The room is not big, but the suitcase can be opened and the supporting facilities are complete. There is no elevator. When you check in, you need to take the remote control of the TV and air conditioner from the front desk. It is really inconvenient to take the luggage and go upstairs with the remote control. Fortunately, the baggage front desk helped me. The service is good, the only drawback is that the washed clothes are not convenient to dry.

The price is still very cost-effective, stayed for three nights, one of them was a bit noisy at night, the other two days were very quiet, there was almost no one in the living room during the day, only the front desk brother, I was comfortable. Sitting and drinking coffee to watch the sunset. Many people say that the bathroom is small, I think it is okay, compared to the size of the Japanese bathroom is really ok; there is no toilet paper, toiletries must also be prepared by themselves, there is a hair dryer. There is a chest of luggage in the room, and a 20-inch suitcase can be put in. It is convenient to have a socket in the cabin, just like a TV can't be used. There is a row of clothes racks in the room. For many days, you can take the clothes out and hang them. Toast and coffee, jam and peanut butter are served for breakfast, which is fine for me. Close to the Philippine market and the central vegetable market, it is suitable for visiting the vegetable market. It is a bit of a road away from Jiaya Street. It is a bit tired every day. In short, it is very suitable for one person to live alone, it is suitable for ten days and a half months of emptying, because it is cheap... During the period, I also saw Korean girls taking their parents to stay, a little surprised...

The scenery is beautiful, the environment is clean and tidy, and people from all countries can meet. In fact, there are many Europeans here, and you can also meet Korean beauty and Japanese beauty. The location is also very good, behind is a shopping mall, there are also cinemas, Malaysian movies, Hollywood blockbusters have Chinese subtitles! And the performance time is much earlier than the domestic, the fare is also much cheaper, but only 2D. This inn is very recommended! Thumbs up

This time I took two elderly people on vacation. The hotel I chose was in a good location. The city of Kota Kinabalu itself is not large. The commercial shopping mall, Gaya Street, You Kee Bak Kut Teh, etc. are only a seven or eight minute walk Come on, Da Lai, durian street for more than 20 minutes. The front desk customer service staff was warm and polite, and presented the check-in slips to the hotel to check-in within a few minutes. Hotel breakfast variety is quite acceptable! Cost-effective!

advantage: 1. There is a private beach. 2. The room can cook, and the kitchenware is complete. 3. The room is large, two bathrooms, and a hall. 4. The staff are very friendly, the front desk cannot speak Chinese, and the driver has a little brother who can speak English. Disadvantages: 1. It is too far away from the urban area. The taxi from the airport to the hotel Grab 50mp, back to the urban area 63mp, unless you have stayed in the hotel for a while, you can stay. 2. There is no supermarket near the hotel. There is only a small shop in the hotel. It is a few simple things to sell. It is particularly expensive. It is about 4-5 times the normal price. I remember that a bag of instant noodles is 25mp. Bring some snacks or meals. 3. There are a lot of ants in the dining table of the hotel restaurant. People with obsessive-compulsive disorder change several tables. The restaurant's things are also very expensive and not tasty. 4. The price of the hotel is very large. I recommend comparing the major platforms and rebooking. The price of my initial order is one-third different from the current price, and it is about 500 yuan more for two nights. Finally, I agreed to re-order with the hotel. . 5. The hotel is a suburb. Apart from swimming in the pool, it is not fun to stroll down the beach in the afternoon, so it is recommended to book a maximum of two nights. I have been boring for three nights! 6. There is no Wifi except in the villa area, which leads to the exhaustion of mobile phone traffic and can only be dazed. The signal is particularly poor.

The hotel is in a good location. There are several banks on the right downstairs, which can be self-serviced by ATMs. There are also several supermarkets that are open 24 hours a day. The restaurant is closed at night. There are several shops, and there are also daze places for tea and coffee. Generally speaking, the location is superior and convenient. When the first day arrived, the sheets were dirty. I called the front desk to arrange someone to change them immediately. I felt that the service was very good. The front desk staff was very good. Maybe it was good luck. I did n’t meet the black man in the comments . More than a hundred prices to live in such a hotel in Kota Kinabalu, very good! Recommended.

I was assigned to room 316 at level 3.i think i was upgraded to another type of room because the room is spacious, consist of 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed. I was lucky because of this RMCO, no shops operating after midnight and the defeaning sound slowly faded by that time. Double glazing window will be needed as the noisy sound from the road can be heard very clear. A bit unpleasant smell in the bathroom which i think it must be from the drainage and found yellowish water on the toilet bowl. Location wise, just walking distance to Suria Sabah and just next door to convenience store as well as restaurants. Staff very impressive and polite!

Five-star hotels in Malaysia are much cheaper than domestic, but a little lower than domestic. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with breakfast. Generally speaking, I was satisfied with the breakfast. The breakfast was rich and the bed pillows were comfortable. There was no window. I was not used to open the air conditioner. I liked to open the window to ventilate. The cleaning of the hotel was a bit sloppy. I will forget to give shampoo, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, and there will be some hair on the ground, but it must not be dirty! The location is very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel is not in the most prosperous location in the city of Kota Kinabalu, but it is very close, so it is quiet and quiet. You can walk to the durian market under the overpass and Gaya Street for more than ten minutes. The hotel is not big but clean and tidy. Towels ca n’t be taken outside the hotel. Towels can be rented from the swimming pool, which is a little inconvenient. Check-in and check-out at the hotel front desk were very fast, I did not see any Chinese-speaking staff. The room where I stayed could see a little sea view. The hotel's breakfast room had a good sea view. After checking in on the first day, due to the second day of departure to go to the round island, the departure time was 7 am. However, the hotel's breakfast is served from 6 o'clock. We did not agree to the requirement of packed breakfast. We went for breakfast at 6 o'clock and ate a little. However, the hotel's breakfast is very hearty. Fortunately, we stayed for two nights and then tasted the hotel's breakfast. It was really not worse than a five-star hotel, and there were many types that were changed every day. The room was spacious and nice. It is a relatively cost-effective hotel, and the location is also very good. This hotel is closest to the departure pier to the round island, so we were picked up in the end and it was not in a hurry. Very willing to recommend to friends who are going to Kota Kinabalu for a hotel in the city.

This time (4 / 11-11 / 11) is the fourth time I have come to Malaysia to stay at the Dream Hotel. The first time was last February. First of all, the environment is good. It is very close to the Central Market, Seafood Market, and the Philippines Market, especially the Durian Market. It is within 10 minutes on foot. The Dream Hotel is close to Kota Kinabalu City Hall and Gaya Street. There is a lively night market on weekends (Friday and Saturday). Various Chinese, Malay and Indian cuisines are on display at the same time. The hotel we chose was a standard room with windows. It was well-equipped and clean. It was cleaned twice a day. The breakfast was delicious, as well as porridge, fruit, coffee and tea. The hotel price is very good, and the price does not exceed RMB 300 yuan per room per day. We are actually a transit station in Kota Kinabalu, so we have two more days to check in here! The time of staying is only a few hours, so I want to find a cheaper hotel, but I am afraid that it will not be clean. After reading it for many days, this review is very good, and I have been afraid of being a good review, but I went to know it. I really am sorry for not congratulating yourself! The driver who picked up at the location went directly to this place. Yes, it was the Bank of Malaysia. It was very convenient to pick up the money (because the ATM machine was not picked up at the airport and the money was broken). A young boss is very handsome! A young lady is also very nice and kind! He also took the initiative to help us move our luggage to the third floor! Ask any questions very patiently! Although the room is small, it is very clean! Even the staircase corridor is very clean! The location is also very good. You can walk to Tianqiao Durian Street on foot (but it is expensive and not tasty. If you have a Kuala Lumpur itinerary, I recommend going to Kuala Lumpur to eat durian). There are also many check-in gourmet restaurants that can be reached on foot! There is a night market at night. Some people say that law and order are not good, but I don't think it is bad. If transit is highly recommended!
