We stayed two nights in this hotel. We specifically booked a room with air-conditioning, which was great with the current (August 2020) heatwave. After a long drive we had to wait till we could go into our room. No problem of course as we arrived about 30 minutes before check-in time. Unfortunately it wasn't even possible to get a small snack. Then the room. We had a renovated one which looked decent. Unfortunately the airconditioning (climate control) was the worst ever in a 5 star hotel. It was incredibly noisy and from other reviews I found out this was common. Setting it to a specific temperature would normally mean it would go quiet once the temperature was reached but not here. We also specifically asked for a kingsize bed during reservation, which in all other German hotels till now meant a single two person mattress, but in this hotel it meant two larger separate beds, if the reception was correct. According to the reception they didn't have any single mattress kingsize beds. Very dissapointing as we are used to sleep to side by side. Some hotels have top mattresses which can do away with the split between two beds, maybe a tip for this hotel. Our luggage also wasn't brought to our room (we weren't even asked), something normal in all the other 5 star hotels we've been. Perhaps they will answer it's due to Covid19, but another 5 star hotel where we stayed afterwards did bring our luggage to our room. The bellboy wore gloves and a face mask, which seems sufficient to prevent any viral spreading. Then breakfast. It was simply sparse. When taking a seat you get an etagère with different kinds of spreads like Nutella, jams and honey. Also a plate with cheese and a plate with meats. You can order pancakes and several egg dishes. Nevertheless, choice is limited. They do have things like fruits and yoghurts in small glass jars but it we noticed they were hardly used and also to use they were not inviting. Not worth the money at all. We've seen in other hotels that it's entirely possible to have a Covid19 safe breakfast buffet but it appears this hotel tries to get away with the breakfast as cheap as possible. They should lower the price of the breakfast as long as they offer breakfast this way. Despite that, the staff was very friendly and attentive. When asked if our stay was fine and I told the receptionist it was OKish, he just said fine and handed over the bill. The review makes it seem like it's a terrible hotel, of course it isn't. It just doesn't live up to the 5 star standard, so something to consider if you are looking for a 5 star hotel around Hannover.

So glad we chose Celle as our stopover on route to Berlin and importantly chose the Hotel Celler Hof. The hotel has the best location and wonderful service. Exceptionally clean and quaint and delivers an amazing breakfast each morning. Loved the historical photos around the hotel. Stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer if time had permitted.

The hotel was recommended by my brother for our stay in Celle. Simply delightful! Parking behind the hotel, close walking proximity to town center, the most lovely staff! Courteous, helpful, polite and always attentive. The breakfast Buffett is very, very generous... masses of choice and I for one did not need lunch after breakfast which really should be called brunch! Spotlessly clean and generous size rooms.... we will be back! A fabulous place.... well done to the organisers!

Let we start by saying - this is not a bad hotel and it’s not a great hotel. I do a lot of travel around the world and I prefer to stay in US branded hotels for the amenities. I will list the pros and cons here: Pro - friendly staff (as long as you don’t ask something out of the ordinary). -breakfast included and for most people it will be adequate. Doesn’t change much day to day (we saw same for 7 days there) -fast laundry service (but expensive as usual in a hotel) - in room refrigerator (no freezer) Cons - “Double bed” is two twin beds push together that are short. Don’t contain sheets just a duvet to cover Oneself. Don’t know why they can invest in actual queen beds!! - WiFi - speed was fine but was only allowed one device per room. So my wife and I could not be on WiFi at the same time. Switching between devices caused a “connection exceeded error” and had to get exactly one more single use code. Upgrade already. Very complicated sign on procedure with user names and passwords (both generated). -no way to securely lock the door to prevent people from entering while in the room. - do not diatribe sign apparently doesn’t work as I had an employee enter and leave something in my room while I was away. - A/C only in sleeping area - didn’t cool down rest of the room (bathroom and living space) - only European plug (two prong). No US / UK / USB plugs available - only one English language TV program. 130 channels and only SkY News in English. - extremely limited parking on hotel grounds. Several times has to park down / across street in other spaces and get up early to move car - not Disability friendly for check-in / reception / breakfast area. - very limited dining options. Restaurant had a salad and a pasta dish as their only Vegan friendly options. Would not even work to make something off menu (which most places will). Overall - eh... okay but not great. I really wish there was an US branded hotel available.

A fab hotel, we were allocated room 42 which although on 4th floor with no lift, turned out to be a junior suite! Fantastic sized room with leather suite, coffee maker, kettle, well stocked fridge and oversized beds. Arrived during heatwave and room also had a portable air con unit and floor standing fan which were very welcome. Lovely bathroom with powerful shower and bath, hairdryer and plenty of towels. Good parking on site and an excellent breakfast. Town only a 10min walk away with loads of restaurants and ice cream parlours. Map available in reception.

The room smells a bit, it may be the reason why the wet and dry separation of the bathroom is not very good. A little far from the city, have to drive. The meal is ok. There is no air conditioning in the summer, it is a bit hot, you have to open the window all night.

Back for another visit and happy to report that what is usual and customary at this fine hotel remains the same... courteous, accommodating service with English speaking staff and excellent facilities as well as comfortable rooms and beds! Excellent on-site restaurant and bar, with outstanding German style breakfast included every morning with the room rate. Conveniently located just outside the main town in the suburb of Gross Helen, with easy public transportation downtown if needed although we always prefer to have a car. Some have complained about lack of air conditioning, but this luxury is rarely found in regional hotels and only occasionally needed in the peak summer months. Our family has been guest here for over 5 decades and we hope to spend many more wonderful stays at this family run establishment!

It is very convenient to get out from the airport. It is only a five-minute walk away. Below the hotel are various shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel looks very high-end, the front desk staff are also very enthusiastic and polite, and the epidemic prevention measures are very good. The room is relatively large, the mattress is soft and hard, the pillow height is also very suitable, and the TV is particularly large. There are also many small details for guests to consider. The only flaw is that hygiene is not so perfect. But in general, it is worth the price and it is a very good experience. I will bring my family back in the future.

This hotel, the environment is OK, the best thing is the location. Especially during the epidemic, friends who need to do PCR and LGM accounting and testing at Frankfurt Airport are the first to recommend this hotel. Centogene, who does PCR, is downstairs of this hotel and can be reached in two or three minutes. It takes five minutes to walk to the check-in counter at Lufthansa for returning home from Terminal 1. It is only for flying to China from the medical center🇨🇳 The inspection center of LGM for passenger inspections takes only ten minutes at most! There are various fast foods and supermarkets nearby, which are particularly convenient, so that it will give birth to a sense of happiness inexplicably. In terms of service, solala🤭 it; I stayed in the hotel for three days, one day, I cleaned the bathroom, or, I called the room service and asked; for the remaining two days, there was no waiter to clean, maybe it was an epidemic The reason is ignored!

We stayed in the twin room that was booked late and left a big bed. The German guy actually followed me upstairs and raised a bed for me. I am linking wifi. The door is fine if you pay attention to it, and the lobby is pretty beautiful (especially the price) There are two free drinks for myself. The 50-square-foot suite of the book is large and the decoration is wrong. There are two rooms that can be separated. There is a coffee machine. The windows are large enough. The view is wrong. The small train station is very stylish~ The night scene is super beautiful, blowing the Huawei p30. When shooting the night scene, everyone pays attention to safety. There is no fence in front of the platform where the flag is inserted. There is a tower that can climb to the second floor to shoot the night scene, that is, the wind is too strong at night... For the first time staying in an apartment hotel in Europe, there are surprises and unaccustomed. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good for exhibiting or visiting the exhibition center in Frankfurt. The entrance from Skylink Plaza to the entrance to Hall 3 is only a few hundred meters away, and it takes 5 minutes to walk. The nearest rail station is U4's Messe station, which is about 10 minutes walk. The station at the entrance of the hotel should be a station of U5, which is more convenient after completion. The hotel is very new and the facilities are good. The faucet is made by Hansgrohe, the ceramic is Ideal Standard, the kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, electric heating, kettle and various kitchen utensils, plus REWR supermarket in Skylink Plaza. It’s close at hand, cooking well, there’s no problem with cooking. If you think of me, you can solve the breakfast problem. Unfortunately, the maintenance of the appliance is lacking, and the lid of my kettle is broken, although it does not affect the use. Because it is an apartment hotel, it will not be cleaned within 6 days during the stay. If you need to change the towel, you should take it to the first floor and replace it yourself. This is not very accustomed. Breakfast is 13 euros, not expensive, but I have solved it myself in the room, I don't know the quality. If you are going to the Messe Frankfurt exhibition or exhibition, it is very convenient to recommend this hotel.
