The hotel is actually a bit old and not too big, although the breakfast is special but not very rich, the price-performance ratio is a bit low The service is very good, the transportation is convenient, and there is no other big attraction.

🚗 Transportation: First of all, the location of the hotel makes me feel that the price is good. It is close to Regent Street (Regent Street), Soho Square (SOHO Square) and other good places for sightseeing and shopping. It can be reached on foot. 🧹Hygienic: Two mattresses are placed on a high floor similar to tatami mats in the room. Generally speaking, they are very clean. 🔔Service: Generally speaking, it is good. Printing service is also provided during the epidemic, but they did not provide it this time. Luggage can also be stored, but on the day you left the hotel, many people queued to store it because the warehouse was full. I saw that the warehouse was quite small before, so you can store it earlier, so as not to have too many people to drag the boxes out.

So I booked a small windowless room, and accepted that. But wow it is small. Think cabin on a ship and then think smaller. No where to hang clothes, no where to store case . But the worst is that there is no air conditioning or ventilation so I am in a closed cell. The best bit is of course when I complain I am told that my air conditioning is linked to my neighbours room and I am dependant on them for my room climate. so I am in a cell and reliant on how my neighbours feel , if I want to be either warm or cold. So yes just to repeat the temperature control of my room is dependant on my unseen neighbour. And as it turns out they like it warm coz my room is tropical. Here’s hoping I don’t expire over night. Compliant to reception fell On deaf ears. They think is is acceptable that my room temp be controlled by an out side influence. OMG I hate this place so much! Pity because it’s a cool bar and entrance . Please spend your money else where coz this place just ain’t worth it.

My partner & I stayed here for 2 nights, rooms are small but so modern & clean too, So well designed to get everything in a room & at the heart of everything, all staff were lovely & friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they even kept are bags for us for the day with no charge, I’d read reviews before we travelled but we honestly could not fault this place it truly is a wee gem, yes the rooms are small but it’s so well thought out & right in the heart of many places to get too, we met the manager who was lovely in the lift when we went back to collect our bags,he was so friendly & gave us a card to book direct in future & he would look after us, we had the best time & we can’t recommed the hotel enough we just loved it, the bed & pillows were so comfy & I requested one anti allergy pillow & on arrival I was told that all pillows, duvet etc where changed

This hotel is a great find, centrally located for everything you could need. Two minutes walk to Oxford street, Regent street, Carnaby street and many others. All the theatres are within walking distance. The hotel is amazing, very well kept and extremely clean. The art work throughout the hotel has to be viewed to be believed, incredible. We stayed 2 nights with our small dog and used all of the facilities, the hot tub on the terrace in the roof top bar was an amazing experience and we had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Sherene who treated us to two glasses of champagne because I was celebrating my birthday. Ella and Jackie on the reception desk were especially helpful, in fact all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel, super cool and super chilled and we have already booked our next stay, can’t wait.

First off - Great location Yes there is a club next door, you’re also smack bang in the middle of Leicester Square…..about 3 lots of double glazing stopped us hearing anything so the room was absolutely fine noise wise. It had everything we needed and was perfectly fine and clean with fresh towels and linen along with however much tea and coffee we could drink (a lot). Our toilet broke during our stay and the staff were straight in it. It was repaired in no time and we have no issue with this (it’s how you deal with issues and I can’t fault them in this instance). We didn’t use the restaurant as so many places around the hotel. Finally, a big thank you to Labone who sorted our one issue so quickly (also reserving us a backup room if the loo couldn’t be fixed) and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Labone was such a great member of staff and we loved meeting her - we hope to see her on our next stay and I hope the team can pass on our thanks to her. Finally
