      Bilik clean. Toilet bersih. Accessories cukup Ada tv. Airconditioning. Sungai luas yg cantik.. river view. Can fishing from balcony. Dine at the floating restaurant at reasonable price. We are lucky this Saturday morning is a Saturday Floating Market with varieties of local delicacies. Interesting to see Dikir Barat Performance. A weekly event. Please come. Really worth it & fun. Boleh naik boat/ we enjoyed river cruise! Here are some pictures.

      Location is very nice as it is just infront of HUSM Gate. easier for those who plan to go HUSM. parking is limited. suitable for travellers without tranaport. aircond good enough with some space for movement. No worry about water. amazing point is there are Coway Water for guest.

      I have stayed here twice, staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is provided. The whole homestay was nicely decorated with flowers and small decoration items, room overall is clean. The only one room at ground floor is a two-bed room, no aircon, price is cheap though and has a shared toilet outside the room. Upstairs has three rooms - Only the family room (Master bedroom) with two beds has its own toilet, for the two other two rooms are sharing the same toilet. For the travellers who don’t like shared toilet better booked for the big room. Overall experience is excellent, the only downside is the location is a bit too far for people who don’t drive.

      For some reason Booking.com won't put my review up on their site so I'll write about it here. We were a bit skeptical about this place when we booked it, as it didn't have any reviews yet. But as it was a new hotel, this can happen. The pictures looked good and it would just be for one night, as we would get on a plane the next morning. First of all: we couldn't find it because there was no OYO sign or anything suggesting this was a hotel. With a lot of searching and asking the reception at a nearby OYO, we finally got there. The guy behind the desk was friendly but used his phone to confirm we were indeed the guests that booked the room. He led us through our room and in the hallway we already noticed everything looked quite dirty. When we got to our room, we saw mouse droppings near the door and even on our bed! The bathroom was super tiny and the shower was above the toilet. The only way to actually use it, would have been by sitting on the toilet. There was a thick layer of dust on the window frame, accompanied by some sort of fungus and again, some sort of animal feces... We booked another room in the city and left this place as fast as we could! We did get a refund, so that was nice!

E.g kopi mesin. 3) Front desk staff good & customer friendly. Negative 1) Location in the middle of city which quiet busy during peak hour. Drop point location too crowded which customer car parked just in front of entrance junction. 2) Welcome staff assign at main door could be train more for more customer friendly. No clear assistance for car park location. Could organise 1 personnel to guide & control car park under Billion supermarket building for guests. 3) Car par for customer was located in other building side which join together with Billion Supermarket. 4) Stayed in 15 floor but still able hear noise from the traffic. Not so conform at nite for those seeking fir relaxation.
