      We recently spent 4 nights here and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean and not too busy and our room felt spacious even though there were two double beds in there. Great shower and bathroom. We loved the pool and spent lots of time in there cooling down - there isn't much shade but that wasn't a problem and we never had an issue finding a seat. Plenty of pool towels to use. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the beach and were very impressed, our driver was so helpful and he made sure we had plenty of water (they give you free bottles), plus we borrowed beach chairs and towels. When he dropped us off at the beach carpark we then hopped on the free golf buggies to take us to the beach - all very easy and straightforward. The free shuttles stop at 5 but when we were finished we gave the hotel a call and he came and collected us. A great service. As we were visiting over Easter weekend, there was a childrens egg hunt on the Sunday. We left the hotel at 8am so wouldn't get to take part but the lovely lady on reception gave the children a beautiful Easter cookie and some sweets - so nice, it really made their morning! Other reviewers complained that the hotel wasn't near anything but we found some great places to eat within walking distance and also a fantastic book shop a few buildings down. We loved our time here and would definitely return! Thank you so much for making our stay in Naples so great.

      This was our first stay at a Staybridge Suites and we will definitely stay at one again. The rooms were clean and spacious and the cost was very reasonable. The fact that they allow dogs was a real plus. They served an actual hot breakfast daily; not prepackaged or cold food in a bag. They even had a waffle maker. The staff was very nice and helpful and they kept us supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and other things. Definitely a winner.

      Front desk and staff were very pleasant and helpful! Veronica and Emily helped me check in really late at night and provided me very detailed information about hotel’s restaurants and amenities! Hot tub was on and hot late at night, it was so very relaxing! At the restaurant Andrea, Adam and the beautiful gelato server lady made our evening tasteful, pleasant and delightful! On the last day Nikki helped us checkout, fast and easy ! Stayed a little longer after check out because the hotel is just stunning, really enjoyed our time there! The room was beautiful and spacious too, the beach walk is a bit dark but a flashlight can easily fix that !

      This is the first time we have stayed at the Residence Inn in Naples and what a glorious experience it was. We stayed for 26 days in a one bedroom unit on the main floor. I had injured my knee skiing prior to coming and they were beyond Accommodating. Tara greeted us at the front desk when we arrived along with John Webber making sure everything was set for us. Each morning an abundant breakfast was served by Karen the Food/Dining Manager just off reception. There were also tables with umbrellas outside where you could eat al fresco. A wonderful option. She kept everything full and cleaned up. We had the options of Scrambled Eggs, sausage patties or links, bacon ,hashed browns, waffles, yogurt and fruit, oatmeal, cold cereal,orange juice and coffee. Fresh fruit was available as well such as apples, oranges and bananas. Jeff Arman, the General Manager was always around, greeting guests, making sure the dining room was in tip top order, that extra touch was appreciated. The pool was lovely as well with adequate lounge chairs to sit on and dedicated pool towels.Our room was fully cleaned once a week, but towels and anything else needed were provided by the desk or brought to our room. This hotel is one mile from Waterside Shops, one mile from The Venetian Vilages and about 3 miles from downtown naples, 30-40 minutes to airport depending on travel. Can't ask for more. Liz checked us out, a pleasant way to end our stay. Definitely will be back. Thanks to all who made our stay the best ever.

      My wife and I recently here and as usual, had a great stay! From the moment we checked in until checkout, everything was spot on. Our room was fresh and clean as well as comfortable. JJ at the front counter is always very nice and helpful. My wife and I had a great time at Harolds as well! Anita and Rob were both welcoming and friendly. They always made sure our drinks were full and we were always taken care of. The owners Joe and his wife Nancy were awesome as well. The both made us feel at home by asking my wife and I to sit at their table one night to enjoy the entertainment. Great people all the way around. We will for sure be back soon !

      This is my first negative review. When we checked in, we were given our room assignment and keys. Then the front desk staff decided to ask housekeeping if our room was vacant. Housekeeping told the staff member that our room was last used the day prior. We went to our assigned room, and let’s just say it was VERY occupied. We got reassigned. I saw housekeeping staff by my room the next morning. She asked if I wanted the room cleaned. I said yes, and I said we particularly needed more towels, washcloths, and toilet paper. (When we checked in, the bathroom was practically out of toilet paper, and there were four towels and two washcloths for the five of us). When we returned to the room later in the day, the towels and washcloths we had used and left on the floor we removed, but not replaced. The empty roll of toilet paper was still in the holder, with no replacement. I contacted the front desk, and said I wanted to be transferred to housekeeping. She said ok, but no one at the housekeeping extension picked up the phone. I called the front desk again to ask for housekeeping. The lady at the desk said, “You asked for housekeeping, and I will send them.” I told her that I did not need the room cleaned, I just needed towels, washcloths, and toilet paper as we were out. She said “ok” and immediately hung up. As I expected, no one ever came. We all shared the single towel left in the room and used tissues for toilet paper for the rest of the trip. I will not return to this hotel.

      Room 324. First time staying in a hotel since the pandemic began & expected less. This was good. Carpet and walls clean, neat and comfortable. Elevator clean. Room was small, but fine for just two people. Beds were very soft and I prefer a firmer sleep, but OK. Bathroom clean but very small. There was an odd spot up high in the shower, on the wall. Someone should clean that. Desk did not have electrical outlets near, as that was under the TV. No bible in room. Breakfast was better than pre-pandemic! Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes,fruit, cinnamon buns, the works. Every staff member I met were friendly and helpful. Cracker Barrel right next door, easy stroll. We paid $201 so I am hoping that is somehow pandemic related, as that is pretty high for a small room. Overall, better than we expected and we always stay at Holiday Inn express.

      My family loved this little garden paradise in the middle of the city. The gardens surrounding our room where beautiful and we loved the large and comfortable space around the pool. We had fun having a family shuffle board contest in the morning after enjoying a light continental breakfast. The room was not fancy but was very clean and offered plenty of space and storage for my family of 4. We loved having a small kitchen to make light meals or snacks. The staff were very accommodating with any requests we had.

      We were in a courtyard view room (202) with a king size bed. The bed was comfy but the pillows were too soft and flat for my personal preference. Everything was clean and we appreciated the fact that it was quiet. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner made some awful sounds when turning on and off. It kept the room cool wonderfully but the noise actually sounded like someone opening the door to our room! We did shut it off during the night so we could sleep but of course the room then got too warm and stuffy. Everything else was great, the mini microwave worked nicely, as well as the coffee maker and the refrigerator was nice and cold. I would definitely stay here again. I do wish that the pool stayed open later though because there were perfect evenings for a swim but it had closed at dusk.

My kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. The staff was attentive and always friendly. I can’t wait to visit again. The beach, zoo and countless restaurants are minutes away. I’m so pleased we chose this hotel for our first family trip to Naples.

      This hotel was in a perfect location right on the bay & about a 10 min walk or 2 minute drive to 5th Ave. There are a few food options right near it along with the picturesque bay full of boats & fishing charters you can rent. We enjoyed sitting on a bench near the bay at night. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The lobby was spotless & we saw them scrubbing the floors. It was great how accessible everything was. You get complimentary coffee in the morning & water & free beach chairs to take to the beach. A shuttle to/from Naples Pier beach would've been great but not essential since it's a 30 minute walk. The rooms are a little small but clean & the bed was very comfortable. You do get a mini bar size refrigerator to use & a Keurig. The pool was very clean & enjoyable. Just as a suggestion, the hot tub should be re-painted & the jets could be stronger. We also liked that the rooms were quiet & non smoking. We were surprised that there was no nightly entertainment as was advertised on the hotel website. We would've loved that. Yet, the Cabana bar had it on Sunday. The pina coladas at Bambu need to be improved. As a suggestion for safety, there should be a card swipe for both, the pool area entrances & to use the elevator to get to rooms. Otherwise, we would stay here again. Thank you!

      I spent a week at Conty’s….the staff was great. Very attentive. The location was in between 5th Avenue and Marco Island. Great vacation destination spots here in Naples. Room was clean and had what I needed for accommations considering I was at the beach every day (10 minute drive). If you’re looking for a relaxing, local spot in Naples to hang your hat and relax Conty’s is your place. I’ll be back!

The staff who interacted with were very friendly and helpful - the friendly receptionist at check-in and the diligent Ilina who replenishes the breakfast offering. I wish the room was brighter; it was dark and univiting. The bathroom does not have a fan and toiletries were of different makes and did not include a body lotion. Despite the few setbacks, the staff compensated with great service.
