0.21km from MastroianniNice and tidy rooms, small but we didn’t need a lot of space, the breakfast was great as it’s included, choice of breads, croissants and pastries, pancakes, yoghurts and fruit. Tv worked fine and shower was nice and powerful, right opposite the metro so we never had an trouble with travelling around. My only downside was that we booked a double room, which we technically got but our mattress was two singles pushed together which could be quite uncomfortable at time because of the dip. Other than that no complaints and a tidy, modern and convenient hotel for travellers
0.21km from MastroianniWe were advised on arrival that our room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm instead of 2pm as per our booking confirmation due to the hotel being busy which was quite frustrating after coming from the airport as well as unsatisfactory service. The staff were quite rude and incompetent with our check in process. We were advised that we would be charged a tax which we confirmed and advised we would pay separately. The staff member charged us incorrectly and when we advised the staff member of this error, he was extremely rude and continuously advised us that we were incorrect. The hotel provides complimentary tea, coffee and bottles of water in your room each day, however this is delivered by a separate staff member rather than the cleaner. We were continuously provided with enough for only 2 people even though we had booked a room for 3 people and each day we had to ask reception for more which was quite difficult as they didn’t keep a lot of stock behind the counter and at times were unable to provide certain products. There were also multiple days where after 330pm, we still had not been provided any supplies and we had to ask and chase up reception for these. The food served in the restaurant on our first night was quite good, however the service was extremely poor. The second night we visited the restaurant, we were extremely disappointed as we ordered one of the meals we ordered the first night however these arrived much smaller and not as good quality as the first night. Aside from these encounters, the remainder of our stay was good.
0.47km from MastroianniThis is a nice hotel, quite small rooms but for a short break that’s not really a problem. Walking from the hotel towards Bercy Metro isn’t particularly nice but luckily there’s a Metro right outside. The first night we arrived none of the electric sockets worked in the room which meant we couldn’t charge our phones etc. We asked the receptionist for assistance with this and even though she was very polite, she seemed to forget about us and we ended up waiting about half an hour before asking again and then she said she didn’t realise we were waiting for her. After about another 25 minutes she confirmed the room should be sorted which it was. There is a little shopping village about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. It’s called Bercy Village. That’s quite nice to go to and have a look around. Overall, not a bad stay and staff were polite and friendly.
0.51km from MastroianniI've stayed in this residence for 6 nights in September 2019. Though the room is spacious and clean, also the bathroom, this residence has a huge problem with the noise...namely during the night you can hear the terrible noise made by the trains approaching Gare de Lyon (braking!) if you keep the window open. There was no air conditioning, it was hot...so you had a choice: either you hear the trains and breath some fresh air, or you close the window (no noise whatsoever, triple window), and then you have no air and the temperature raises. In wintertime this should be not a problem... Everything at this place is brand new - the pillows and bed sheets not so comfortable (too large and the blanket was too thick for summer)...and in principle all you need is there. Breakfast is generous, pastry is excellent, also the tea, coffee and all the rest. Staff is kind and supportive. Cleaning of the room was done after 3 days, as we were explained that this is a residence, not a hotel. The view from my window was terrible - towards a constructions site. The metro stop (line 1, the one I needed) is far away (15 min walk)...the nicest thing nearby is Viaduc des Arts - where you can have nice and interesting walks.
0.6km from MastroianniStayed there for a week on business. Rooms are quite compact with the basic amenities - convenient for short stays. Even more convenient is the location: close to Metro (5 min. walk to Line 6 - Cour Saint Emilion), bus stpps and the centre of interest - Bercy Village, an area with a good variety of nice restaurants, cinema,... As for hotel, really appreciated and plus points for the fast and efficient checkin / checkout process (very friendly front desk staff) and a very good buffet breakfast.
0.73km from MastroianniStayed here for two nights at the end of January. Had decided to go to France for a couple of days so I wouldn't have to see in Brexit from the UK! Reception staff were really friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Particularly the male receptionist who offered to help me with my luggage when I mentioned I would prefer using the stairs rather than the lift to reach my room. My room was clean and tidy and bed was really comfortable. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a good selection of channels on the TV Good choice of food for breakfast too. Mixture of cereals, toast, croissants, Fruit and some cooked stuff. Plus a selection of hot and cold drinks. Only downside was the fact there were no traditional tea bags in the room so had to make do with coffee but other than that had an excellent stay and would definatley come here again.
0.74km from MastroianniSuper hotel, the second time I visited Paris, I still chose to stay in Pullman, booked a Superior Family Room with two 1.5-meter beds, the room was very spacious, stayed 4 nights, and had a good rest. There is Bessie Village near the hotel, a gourmet street, there is no need to worry about eating, but it is too lively at night and you need to wait. The first day I went to Paris and thought that the hotel was near the metro station Bessie, it took me a long time to find the hotel. Line 14 cour saint-emilion is the closest subway station to the hotel. Don't get it wrong. Highly recommend this hotel.
0.76km from MastroianniStayed there for 2 nights in the privelage room. The rooms were good size with a very large led tv even for the room size. The bathroom was also good with a shower. The breakfast was okay with the usual continental stuff (yoghurt, croissants, breads, cereal, coffee etc) . The hotel had some work going on besides so was noisy in the day. The location is out of the paris center but there is a station just opposite the hotel which unfortunately was empty due to strikes. There was grocery shop nearby and some restaurants very close, also a very decent mall 20min walk away. The staff was very good, very friendly and super polite, always on their toes to just help you somehow, clearly the best part of this hotel. Overall, its good.
1.04km from MastroianniWe stayed at the Grand Hotel Dore for six nights in September 2019 because it was included in a Groupon package. We were a bit unsure of what to expect, but this hotel far exceeded our expectations and was a charming place to stay. The Grand Dore is not in the historic center, but it takes only a few minutes to ride to the center via two metro lines available at a Metro stop less than a block away from the hotel. The hotel's surrounding neighborhood has the appearance and amenities of central Paris, but without the noise and congestion. The hotel itself is immaculate and up-to-date. The rooms are compact but not tiny, and have comfortable beds, ample armoires, and contemporary bathrooms (ours had a shower). Our continental-style breakfast was included and offered coffee/tea/milk, hard/soft-boiled eggs, fresh fruits, cereals, fresh pastries, bread and preserves, etc., with real plates and silverware (no plastic or paper!). As with many Paris hotel elevators, this one is small; but it's also speedier than any other hotel elevator we've encountered in Paris. The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable, spoke English flawlessly, and was patient with us when we tried our inadequate French on them. We've already recommended the Grand Hotel Dore to friends.
1.04km from MastroianniI booked this hotel at the last minute and got a great deal! It is located within easy walking distance of the train station (Gare de Lyon). The man at the desk was extremely helpful with recommendations of restaurants bike rental and other transportation. The room was much larger than a typical hotel room in France. It had fabulously cold air conditioning which was needed during the July 2019 heat wave.
1.07km from MastroianniLoved this little hotel. It was exactly what we wanted, small, clean, safe, great location. Since we knew we would pretty much only be sleeping there, we did not want a North American style chain hotel ( frankly, can’t understand why anyone would want to go to Paris if they wanted an American hotel- ugh) it was perfect. Private bath, ours even had a big tub. Comfortable bed, lovely big windows. Very nice staff. Amazing value, much less expensive than we had expected.
1.07km from MastroianniI arrived Paris on a snowy day from South France so the choice of this hotel was perfect. It is less than one minute walk if you exist the train station from Hall 3. It's within walking distance to many small but good restaurants. The hotel itself is not luxury but clean and of high functionality, modern and bright throughout. However, one of the light bulbs in my bathroom was out during my whole stay and it seems that housekeeping did not notice it. The shower could also have been stronger. All the staff I've come across was efficient, helpful and polite.
Hotels Near Mastroianni In Paris Review
The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.
The hotel location is very good, in the Disneyland area, only ten minutes to Disney. The hotel has a shuttle bus at any time, the service is very good and convenient! The hotel facilities and services are very good, the staff is very warm and polite, and there is a dedicated parking lot
I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.
Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!
For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
