This is a great location! You are close to almost every imaginable fast food drive-thru and popular local dine-in restaurants. There are plenty of stores to shop as well as Tanger Outlets a few blocks away. There are plenty of things to do in the local area. You will not be disappointed with the location! Next, the staff was wonderful! Like to recognize Vivian Wright and Zion Best at the front desk and Jacqueline Smalls the dining chef for making my stay an enjoyable one! Their goal is to ensure you have a wonderful stay!

very perfect. The entire hotel is very neat and comfortable. In the afternoon, happy hour drinks and snacks are served free of charge. I have stayed here in the past before, never an issue. This time, after driving 16 long hours, arriving around 10pm, we all just wanted to go to bed, my husband was outside, he was cranky, he never once directed his crankiness to anyone, but the night guy, John, decided to come out front, started in with my husband, was mimicking him, and then grabbed the key cards out of my hand, and said go stay somewhere else. This is how someone treats someone who was tired?? As long as John is working there I’ll never go back. The manager, I spoke to the following day about this. She asked what I wanted to make up for his behavior. I said nothing. I’m not calling to get anything out of this. What I want is for him to not treat anyone like that. It was very unprofessional. I want him to take a class on how to treat people. Had my husband, or myself, been nasty directly to him, had one of us gone after him or anything like that, then what he did would’ve been warranted. But we weren’t. I told the manager to look at the video to prove all I’ve said. I hate to take this out on the hotel itself but they hired this guy. I hope something is done to prevent this from happening to others.

My husband & I were driving from Florida to North Carolina & needed to find a hotel for the night. I always read Tripadvisor for hotel reviews when we travel. Magnolia Inn in Pooler, GA got good reviews, so I booked with them. We were very pleased with the reasonable rate, comfort of the bed, the nice staff (especially Heena at the front desk), and how clean our room was. We would recommend it to other travelers. Only issue was that it was hard to find at night so we used Waze (better than GPS) & had no problem.

Place appears tired and somewhat rundown. Certainly not a ”quality” location. Bed was comfortable & I slept well during my on the road overnight stop. Cheap construction - could hear the TV next door for a good part of the night. On a more serious note, it appears that the staff (or someone else) props the exterior doors open overnight. Not exactly an example of good security.

We did not book this hotel ourselves. We usually stay st Hilton-branded properties. Recently we have added Wyndam and Best Western (always trying to get the best value). First, the good things: friendly staff, clean room, working air conditioning, hot water. Next, here are the not so great things: with ”limited housekeeping”, I would expect more than one small wastebasket. Also, I slipped in the shower/tub because there were no anti-slip tub stickers and the tub was slippery. An accident was definitely possible. Sink space was minimal for two people. We are used to a larger area for a counter. Lastly, my husband was not impressed with the ”grab 'n go” breakfast. He thought it should have been more substantial. It included bottled water, juice, granola bar, yogurt and a piece of fruit. He was expecting something more, like a hot breakfast sandwich.
