0.15km from Maxipharma Chaussée d'AntinIt is very rare to find an apartment in Paris that has a 1:1 ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms, especially if the apartment is to have a lot of bedrooms, so when I found 1er Etage Opera after a tedious search online, I felt like I had struck gold. Sharing bathrooms is hardly even an option for our family, so this place was perfect. We were to need five bedrooms, so we took the whole apartment and were extremely happy with it. The exterior of the building is not super, but ok, it's not horrible either. Just some touch-ups to that and to the courtyard would go a long way. But once you get inside the apartment, it meets the needs of a family or a large group of friends who expect hotel level facilities, services, and cleanliness. The entire apartment is tastefully decorated and feels fresh and new. Each room is clean, and the linens and beddings are crisp and of good quality. The sheets are changed every three days but if you ask for more frequency, they will happily do it. Housekeeping service is daily. I saw the cleaning lady doing her job, and she more than just gave the apartment a pass over. She was practically under the bed sweeping for dust and dirt. Towels are changed every day. They are clean, fluffy, and folded or hung nicely, as they would be in a hotel. Bathroom amenities are also provided. The beds are comfortable, and from every room, we all had good sleeps each night. The common area where breakfast is served is nice. Breakfast is ample, and they are very accommodating should you request certain food items. The kitchen is well equipped, and being that we were inclined to buy lots of food from nearby Galeries Lafayettes, they made the bigger refrigerator available to us. There is also a receptionist who is happy to make arrangements for guests if you need any. She is very friendly, cordial, and her presence does not at all disturb. Location-wise, it is convenient and great for shopping. Galeries Lafayettes and Printemps are not more than a 3-5 minute walk away. Place Vendome is maybe 10 minutes away, and rue de Fabourg Saint-Honore is 1-2 minutes farther. It is a busy area, but not chaotic. Would definitely stay here again when traveling with a group!
