Either way, hot shower totally worth it, neighbors are quiet my room was near the elevator, and it didn't smell like a locker room in the fitness center. Although it was an excellent day and I was very happy, even extended by a day. I think you'll love it oh, it's typical Ramada Style at a price we can all afford!

You can tell that there is a culture of customer service excellence. The staff is very well trained ad accommodating. I frequent this hotel for business travel, and each time there are positive interactions with the staff. I wanted to call out two individuals especially for going over and beyond. |8.83km from city centerI made a 2 night reservation through Hilton Honors. Get there to check in and clerk says she can't find my reservation. I spelled my last name for her several times then gave her my drivers license. She shook her head but I guess she finally found it because she gave me two room keys. We get to the room and it was warm so I turned the thermostat down and went to a ball game. Came back late and room still warm. We slept through it even though it was uncomfortable because we had already unpacked and were dead tired. Next morning I advised front desk about A/C and clerk looked everywhere for a pen/pencil to write down my room number but then she said ”I'll remember”. Well I guess she didn't. We came back late again very tired and guess what? Neither room key worked!! When I went back downstairs to front desk, clerk said they put me down as a ”no-show” even though our stuff was still in the room from the previous night and I had a 2 night reservation! After several minutes of finding my reservation again, she apologized and fixed keys. I went back up to the room, opened the door and guess what? It was hot, no towels, and beds unmade! I sent my wife down to speak to clerk because I had had enough by then. Wife came back with a new room key so we packed our stuff and moved down the hall. That room was just OK. Breakfast was very Days-Inn-ish and I was ready to leave that place. Will stay somewhere else next time.

|10.35km from city centerBooked online for family to see thunder on Ohio, front desk lady checks me im then asks how many adults I say 2. She says other guests name I say Adrian. She says ”where is he!” I say well she's disabled so she's waiting in my car. This woman starts screaming furiously ” if he disabled then how will he get up stairs!” I calmly said calm down I'll just help her up the stairs. I repeatedly said please just let me go get her if you need her While she says stay right there! Every time I looked outside she keeps screaming no! You stay right there! She gets on her phone says” I have security check your car for him where is he!” By now other guests gathered to laugh at me getting yelled at by her while her ”security” looked more like her husband, wandered through the parking lot looking for a man with my wife's name evidently. She was just too irate to communicate with. I finally said look please just refund me. She prints a refund points to the door yelling get out! While other guests laughed. I walk past her ”security” mugging me all menacingly to my wife and tried to explain why we had to leave. We were well dressed in a new car, well behaved. It was appauling. It all but ruined our very expensive trip to thunder. Wife was very upset. The extended stay was like heaven for a few bucks more.

|1.3km from city centerThe hotel is beautiful and in a good location on 4th Street. Multiple restaurants and bars to eat but be sure to set reservations. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were very stiff and there was no thick comforter. Parking can be a little confusing, more signage needs to be visible because of valet and everything else the parking garages are hard to see. We had a larger vehicle and had to use a different parking garage, and due to all the valet in the front part you couldn't see where that parking garage was therefore we ended up parking in public parking garage down the road. Hotel staff was good about this and refunded us for the hotel parking so we was not double charged.
One thing that I noticed that would be a big help to visitors is more signage within the hotel and parking garage. The hotel is very large and all the floors look the same so you can get quite turned around with which Tower you're going to or where the restaurants are located. For example, it would be good to have some signage inside the elevators so that you know which floors have access to which restaurants/skywalk.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

|1.81km from city centerThis was the second stay for my husband and I at the Cambria. Our first trip was in 2022 and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again for our 2023 trip. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. There is on site parking and an overflow lot across the street. The location is great, so many things to do and see within walking distance. And our favorite thing about this place, the on site bar :) When it get's later in the evening and you do not want to walk the city streets or places are closed at 6:00, you can come back to the hotel and continue to have a couple drinks!! I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. We will be back in 2024!

I was recommended to try the Aloft by Marriot in Louisville. This stay was awesome. We had to arrive late and our room keys and everything were prepared in advance which made checking in easy. Ryan at the front desk was very professional and a great guy. The rooms were spotless and some of my students commented that this was ”The nicest hotel we've ever stayed in.” I was impressed and I will definitely use this hotel again. I didn't get to try the pool but it is a great looking indoor pool.

Not only was there a lot of Information available throughout the hotel, David T. went way above to provide a 1-1 tour. After returning from dinner, we stopped to ask about the Rathskeller. David not only provide the history, but brought us to the Oak Room and the private card room that Al Capone used. We were blown away by his knowledge and the service he provided. David’s extra mile made our minds that this will be the hotel we will stay at for future trips to Louisville

The room is the standard for the Holiday Inn Express, clean, the bed is comfortable, and there are some. Gas stations, convenience stores, drugstores, supermarkets, McDonald's, etc. are all within a few minutes of driving. The choice of breakfast is also standard for the same type of hotel, the restaurant is much more spacious than other hotels. The only thing that feels a little worse is that the front desk staff at the check-in desk is indifferent, has no smile, and is not particularly friendly.

And at night we were thankful the guests were quiet on our floor our room was quiet except you can hear water running between floors. A shout out to Jane at front desk, and Beverly, Robin, and Enestro in dining! A huge thank you to Sederick in maintenance, he’s the night time guy. He was so awesome, professional, knew what he was doing. A huge asset to this company! I thanked him profusely our fridge was hot and leaking and he changed it out no problem! Now to a slight negative with housekeeping. Why aren’t the fridges checked? One Kleenex in Kleenex box wasn’t going to call for a new box at 920 pm. And the previous guests socks were found they may be looking for them we left them there., the restroom by the meeting rooms needed love this morning. A full hotel we understand. I’m sure it’s hard to find housekeepers but it’s such an important piece of the pie. I hope for more attn to detail I. The future in this area. We love Louisville and expect to stay there again

Sometimes we have to travel, and it is good to know when their is a safe place to stay. During Covid, we have declined many family events, but this one we felt we needed to attend. We booked three rooms: a King, and a Double Queen which adjoined our King two-room suite. When we came to the hotel, we were greeted warmly and safely. Each room was spacious and clean. The bathroom has lots of counter space around the sink for getting ready before an event. The two-room King was especially nice with a bar sink, mirror, microwave, and refrigerator. The beds were super comfortable. There are other Marriott properties next door, but there was no noise. There is a major shopping center/restaurants nearby. There was coffee and muffins available downstairs. I warmed my blueberry muffin in the microwave and it hit the spot. It has been a week since we were there and the only two who are sick played with the toddler with the runny nose. :)

The front desk person and I were talking and he told me that at one point they had to close a room because there was a meth lab in it. The doors leading in from the parking lot slammed shut, all night long. This is something a maintenance person should know how to fix. They ran out of food and coffee at breakfast, mind you there were no big events happening. The room was dirty, not the worst I have seen but bad enough. There was no way to set the temperature in the room. Just am old knob heater, like a space heater. It was either way hot or freezing, because it wasn't shutting off on its own when the room got hot. I made this reservation thinking I would give Quality Inn one more try after a few not so great stays for work travel...huge mistake. I will never stay at another Quality Inn. Choice Hotels should remove them from thier apps.

|1.92km from city centerThis was a very nice surprise. From the reviews, we expected way less from this hotel. Reception staff was great. They were helpful and quick (except on our last day, a Thursday, where there was no one around for my check-out. I waited 10 minutes and then left). We had a junior suite with a sofa bed and 2 queens. The room was large. We enjoyed the view at night. We liked that the toilet and shower were separated. The beddings were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a good offering with waffles, cereals, eggs, rotating meats, yogourts. On the Wednesday night, they even had a reception where they offered a cockail, beer or glass of wine. No one was there but hubby and myself! It was a nice touch. You can pay and park in the hotel's garage. Its very convenient and you can go in and out. I would have given a 5 star to that review, except that on the last day, breakfast was not good. No knifes, no forks. That's the day I was going for bagels, so I toasted them but then had to throw them away as I no utensils to put anything on them. I tried a spoon, but it broke. Coffee was empty. I had the last cup on one of the machine and it indicated that it had been there for 2:38 hours. I wasn't sure it was good. No coffee and mandatory cereals gave us a pretty bad start of day. And the guy that worked there didn't seem to care or even apologize. I suggested that he add a sign so that others didn't waste food like I did, but he didn't.
