With great restaurants, bars and coffee shops just steps away, this bright and airy little house will be the perfect jumping off point for your stay in beautiful Portland Oregon. Within a few block from your front door, there are Expatriate’s wonderful cocktails, Gabbiano's hand made pasta, Great North Coffee, FlourMarket, Vegan offerings at Jet Black coffee, and the lovely vibrancy of the Alberta Arts District. Make yourself at home in the newly constructed, two-story lofted space. This striking little grey house is perched between backyards with your own entrance right off a quiet neighborhood street. The space inside is open and airy, with cement floors downstairs and dark Tennessee walnut hardwood upstairs. If you’d like, utilize the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, the comfortable & stylish sofa couch, and every amenity necessary for a relaxing getaway in the heart of NE Portland.Downstairs provides sitting room, a gorgeous half bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchen should you choose to cook. Enjoy the bottle of wine in the fridge – I made it at the winery where I work. Upstairs feels like a charming tree house. The old mimosa tree wraps around almost the entirety of the bedroom, and the skylights capture natural light. The bed is new & comfy, the closets offer generous storage space, and the windows are large and open up easily to fresh air outside. The upstairs bathroom is spacious with gleaming white tiles, fresh white towels, and a walk-in overhead shower.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 22.About events:No events allowed.

The perfect house for family or friends, centrally located in the perfect Portland neighborhood. Diverse, rich in culture, excellent food and drink, on transit lines and totally walkable, you won't even need a car if you don't want to have one.We are a legally permitted 4 bedroom short term rental house! Permit #LU 15-267213 CU. We are a registered business with, and pay lodging and business tax to, the City of Portland (TaySoif LLC). Please note there is a small extra charge for more than 6 people. Eight guests is our limit. The four bedroom two bath main house is for guests; we have a tenant in an apartment upstairs which has its own entry and deck. Guests also get the driveway (where you can park up to 3 cars single file), the front porch, and the back yard. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. No events can be hosted here.Awesome clean beds and pillows, and a clean, comfortable, well appointed, great-smelling house in a vibrant neighborhood. Central air! We LOVE to make our guests have the vacation or short term stay they want. This is one of Portland's best "pocket" neighborhoods. It's diverse and unique; full of walkable fun. There are so many restaurants and bars within blocks of the house. There are shops, art galleries, the well-stocked Alberta Co-op grocery, and a Zoom care all within steps of the house. Our neighborhood: creative and cool, friendly, fabulous food, flat, walkable, and bikeable. We have Alberta's 'Last Thursday': the divine arts fair on the last Thursday of every warm month, when they close the whole street and the artsy spirit of PDX is in full bloom... Fall in love with Portland here.We restored this 1970's ranch in 2013 (and again in 2016 when we built the apartment upstairs) to give it a geometric, clean, inviting style. Quiet, solid bamboo floors run throughout the house, every appliance is Energy Star, all the bulbs are LED. It's super private, and the living/outdoor spaces do not intersect with the upstairs tenant's area at all. The front porch is a great place to watch the neighborhood walk by, and the big back yard has a beautiful gazebo with two couches and dining table with umbrella and a dining table with six chairs and a huge umbrella. All for you.Free fast wifi.Comcast cable, Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen with such staples as sugar, spices, and oil, cleaning supplies, paper towels, napkins. A private code for each party in the internet-controlled locks. Two bikes with helmets and locks. A charcoal barbecue grill. It's SUPER important that you realize how much we value the quiet and peace of our neighbors, did I mention that? We understand that you may be on vacation, but they are not. You are their guests in their neighborhood, too.Public transit is just half a block away!We may negotiate rates if certain dates are not booked, or for a smaller party (1 or 2 people)About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please don't arrive early or leave late. The garden suite is a private, cozy studio suite with private ensuite bathroom, it's own private entrance and private arbored deck overlooking a quiet garden in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the airport, neighborhood restaurants and bakeries and cafés, and many regional amenities. The carrera marble bath tiles are heated for winters, and the deck and garden have seating areas for summer. Like a little hotel room, this queen-bed studio suite is ideal for 1 or 2 who would like an entirely separate space, but don't need a full kitchen. This suite is perfect for travelers who, not needing a full kitchen, prefer a private and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom to call their own during their stay, with a private entrance and deck that allow for independent check in and check out and all of the amenities that you would expect in a higher-end hotel room, including snacks and refreshments, tea and instant coffee, a microwave, mini-fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fresh towels and bedding and thoughtful, simple furnishings. The room and deck face south and east, with a lot of natural light and air. Elegant, private king bedroom studio suite with magical private greenhouse, private entrance, desk and ensuite bathroom. Enjoy radiant tile floor heat, charming greenhouse seating nook, spacious 2-person shower and an amenities cabinet with microwave, mini-fridge, teakettle & flatware - ideal for simple breakfasts or reheated leftovers. This spacious room is ideal for 1 or 2 guests who want an entirely separate private space and charming "interior garden" porch, but who don't need a full kitchen. This studio suite is unique in that it is an entirely separate, hotel-room-like space designed for your privacy and independence. This airy master suite is four steps down off of our driveway, entering through a very unique private victorian greenhouse for your enjoyment. The studio suite encompasses a portion of the basement of our rebuilt victorian home, fully daylit to the west with additional windows facing north and east, so it feels like a split lower level and not like a basement. It is an entirely separated and private apartment, entirely private for guests. The unique victorian greenhouse features your seating area and table, great for reading, games or breakfast in warmer weather - or in the winter, it ranges between 40 and 60 degrees and can be enjoyed with a wrap like a covered porch. This suite is perfect for travelers who, not needing a full kitchen or house/apartment, prefer a private and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom to call their own during their stay, with a private entrance that allows for independent check-in and check-out and all of the amenities that you would expect in a higher-end hotel room, including snacks and refreshments, tea and instant coffee, coffee maker for your own grounds, a microwave, mini-fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fresh towels and bedding and thoughtful, luxurious furnishings, tile and finishes, dimmable lighting and higher-end bathroom fixtures. The tiled shower features two shower heads with plenty of room for couples. While some travelers love the unexpected interactions they discover with shared rooms in shared houses, our daylight basement guest suite offers a bedroom and bathroom accommodation that is simpler than an entire apartment, but with all of the advantages of a totally private space for those that prefer privacy and independence, as well as a very unique and romantic greenhouse space that is something special to experience.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

The place was great but when I got there, the guy working started saying stuff like “ it’s quiet around here”, “Your not trying to party are you?” Then starts saying people have been coming there lately trying to do so, I assumed he stayed these things because I am A AA woman. I reminded him of my age (while he’s holding my I.D btw) he then goes to tell me I have to pay a $200 deposit. Which I was told before booking the room was $50. So this brings me back to my race, this is being told to me AFTER i just spent nearly $200 just to get the room. So I am behind upset.

Nice hotel but a few adjustments needed to really hit my expectations for the level they aspire to be. Replacing the double barn doors on the bathroom should be the first thing. In room amenities could use a boost. Otherwise a great deal!

Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel

I really feel that this hotel is not worthy of the ”Sheraton” brand! Let’s talk about it. I went to the airport and waited for the free shutter of his home for a full half hour. I didn’t expect Portland to be so cold at night, the clothes were worn less, and the dog was frozen! Then the car came, the driver did not get off the luggage, the whole master, so I also decisively did not tip! When I arrived at the front desk of the hotel, I checked in and unfortunately met a girl suspected of racism. When I saw that we were Chinese, I immediately stretched my face a lot and went to the room in a bad mood. I gave the most remote room on the first floor. I walked far away and said that I opened the curtains and saw only one wall! Oh, really depressed! I think about ten o'clock in the evening, I am too lazy to change the room again, ready to wash and sleep, and found that the sewer is not working! It’s really a slap in the face, and I’m going to call the front desk for repairs. Fortunately, this time the repairman came faster, and finally took a shower before 11:00! Is this like the Sheraton Hotel? I really doubt that I lived in the fake Sheraton! Also, another disadvantage of living on the first floor is that the restaurant fume on the first floor of the hotel is filled directly into the room, but there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom! So accompanied by the smell of soot, we spent a night unhappy! I really don't recommend this hotel!

It is estimated that it used to be a student dormitory and it is economical. The windows and doors are on the same side, the room is quite big, and the corridor elevator is broken. There is no hot water, no kettle for boiling water, but you can use a coffee machine to boil water.

The location is in the city center, the room is slightly old, the health is OK, the service is welcoming, but there is one piece of facial tissue in the bathroom, the replacement is not timely, the parking is $45 a day, there is a parking lot of $25 nearby, there is luggage, not willing to Ran. 10 minutes walk from Pioneer Square, 10 minutes walk to the top three Western restaurants in Portland, breakfast to line up. I stayed for one night and had no other feelings.

Breakfast is the least variety I have ever experienced, only square bags, breakfast cereals, milk, yogurt, coffee, tea, no more! As soon as I stepped into the hotel room, the dirty smell of a carpet came out, and the old-fashioned air conditioner was noisy. The floor under the carpet of the room is really too old, and it creaks on the floor and is not flat. Only free parking is more convenient. I don't want to come anymore.

A very comfortable hotel. It provides a free buffet breakfast. The breakfast is relatively rich in the United States. You can make your own waffles, including egg pancakes 🥞, bacon 🥓, fruits 🍉, oatmeal 🥣, etc. The three of us booked two Bedroom suites, each room has a bathroom, the overall feeling is very spacious and comfortable! Parking at the hotel is relatively expensive, costing 45 US dollars a day. We parked across the road from the hotel entrance. It is a roadside parking lot and is free at night.

I didn’t feel this hotel was worth the price tag. It was clean, nicely designed, and located downtown but they charge an extra $50 each night for services, don’t provide free Wi-Fi (unless you sign up for some kind of Hilton membership), and do not include parking. Also, that area is a business district. The East side of Portland is a more fun area to be based. The gym and pool were alright. Well-equipped but rather small. I’d recommend shopping around better deals on the east side of the river.

Facilities/Amenities were nice! Room was super spacious and comfortable. Temperature was warm even with thermostat down to 69 degrees but it also may have been because the blankets are suuuper warm, made it a little hard to fall asleep. Service was solid, the receptionists were nice/friendly. I got a tiny tiny cut from the sink’s pull knob(?) by pulling it too hard/carelessly, so just be careful/slow when using it, the sides are kinda sharp. There was a little bit of trash and a left behind mascara under the bed on the side that wasn’t ours. Price for the room was super affordable, it was a really good deal and I’d be down to stay again for sure!!

We got there super late coming in from delayed flight from JFK one night! We’d been cruising Mediterranean for 15 days and had already flown for 17 hours. I had a late check-in Standard room booked for my Sister and I who badly overpacked and had 5 heavy suitcases of various sizes. I chose Holiday Inn @ PDX as it was close by the Airport AND offered shuttle service! With the help of the Shuttle driver we managed to load everything but our carry-on luggage on the cart. Checked in and were given the key to our room on the 2nd Floor. Laboriously we made our way up to 2, managed to get our suitcases outta the elevator with the fast closing door and made it to our assigned room only to discover that the “key” didn’t work—no amount of re-insertion would convince it to, either; so my Sis went back down to the check-in desk and was given a key to a Suite on the 3rd Floor! We made our way up to that suite of rooms and were greeted with an exquisitely dark & dreary mostly dark brown but well appointed two room Suite. The rooms were clean, but the Holiday Inn in th location if VERY OLD, and they’ve done y their best to offer amenities to accommodate and make up for the aged old place. The Coffee Maker didn’t work, but everything else seemed to. The King Bed was super comfortable but the carpeting is old and unraveling and the living-room wall heater burned its way through a travel bag that help my brand new never worn Natica Puffy Jacket and the carrying bag! Didn’t know it was even on. Good place to crash for a night or two, but no longer. Bed was super!!
