The room is very spacious and the service is very detailed. The hotel is said to have opened last year. The facilities are newer than other hotels in Mandalay. It feels that it has reached the 4-star standard and will choose next time.

I mean... Guys, thank you for very good first impression of Myanmar! It is very important :) By the way, food was good as well! |2.67km from city centerI only stayed 1 night at this hotel but it’s absolutely wonderful. Unlike most hotels in SE Asia the beds here are so comfortable and not rock hard. The shower was great, the water is hot and the pressure is perfect. Breakfast is 5/5 because there’s such a wonderful variety. They had fresh pastries and an actual omelette station.
Another highlight of this hotel is the rooftop. There’s an infinity pool and a bar. It was nice to NOT have to scream across the table to chat with my fiancé because the atmosphere/ambiance is perfect. Nice light music and a very chill place to be. I highly recommend this hotel.

They are flexible to provide a westerners breakfast, wich I very appreciated. What impressed and convinced me, that I stay at the right place in Mandalay, was the natural warmth friendliness and the helpfulness of all employees. I like to mention specially Ms Moon, she helped me to organize and solve problems in a very professional way and efficient. I felt the will and motivation to provide a happy, relaxing, nice and good stay at there Hotel. Congratulations Mr Thu Yein , you have great Boutique Hotel and a fabulous Hotel Crew. Thank you. Whenever I am visiting Manadaly I will stay at the Relax Hotel.

The toilet I want to see first is very good, clean, enough water, and the shower is the most important thing. The two sides of the sink are separated from the wall, wet and dry, the bed is comfortable, the room can be opened with windows, and there is a platform at the end of the corridor dedicated to smoking. |2.73km from city centerThe Ayarwaddy River View Hotel was the first hotel we stayed at in Myanmar. After a lot of travelling to get there, we just wanted somewhere to relax. We found the Ayarwaddy River View Hotel was terrific - they were so welcoming and friendly, it was the perfect place to stay. We stayed in a suite, which was a really big room and had plenty of space for us and our two children - there were two big rooms, plus a bathroom and a good sized room for putting our bags in. The room was airconditioned, had two bar fridges, a safe and TV. The bathroom was a good size and clean. The view from the roof bar/restaurant was excellent - watching the boats chug up and down the river and just to relax. Food was a bit slow at times, but we were never really in a hurry. The roof bar got busy around sunset, so make sure you're ahead of time if you want to get a spot looking over the river. The breakfasts were delicious, which always made a good start to the day. The best thing about this hotel was the service. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and it was never any trouble for them to help make arrangements for taxis, day trips etc. The service here was the best at any hotel we stayed at in Myanmar - it really makes a difference. The hotel isn't located close to a lot of sights, but that's the trade off for the river view. Taxis aren't expensive, so we never had trouble getting around. It is nice and handy to the tourist jetty if you're doing a day trip to Mingun, which we did. The other terrific thing about this hotel was the refillable water bottles. Each guest had a glass waterbottle, which you could refill at various spots around the hotel. Such an excellent idea, because so many small waterbottles end up in the rubbish in Myanmar. More hotels should pick up on this! The hotel also has a pool and there is an ATM right out the front of it, which was super handy. All up, it was a great hotel to start off our trip to Myanmar. I'd definitely recommend it to others. It also felt like you were staying in a hotel in Myanmar - it isn't one of those bland, corporate hotels that could in any country round the world.

There are many Chinese short-term tourists on the weekends, so the breakfast is distracting and complicated, but the friendly staff took care of me to eat without any inconvenience. The location is a little far from the city but not bad. I stayed there for the length of my business trip, staying longer than planned. Recommended hotel.

Breakfast is also very medium, I suggest you go early, usually after 8 o'clock, breakfast is basically nothing. There will be Chinese staff at the front desk, so you don't have to be afraid of not speaking Chinese. It is ok to clean the tip or help with the baggage of 1000 Myanmar dollars. I want to eat special Burmese or Chinese dishes. There are many electric tricycles at the door. You can provide the detailed address to the tricycle driver. The price is as close as 1000 Myanmar dollars, and the farther 2500 Myanmar coins are almost the same. It is just a few streets away. It is best to ask the driver how much before getting on the bus. If you want to eat fruit, you can ask the tricycle driver to buy fruit, and you will bring four fruit wholesale stores (similar). The first one is close to the street. Don’t buy it because the boss will speak Chinese, and the fruit will be sold. It won't be Chinese, but fruit can be bargained and much cheaper than the first one. Little durian is my favorite. I want to pack the durian back to the hotel. Remember to put the durian meat in the box and wrap it in plastic wrap to enter the hotel. Remember to bring the whole durian into the hotel.

The hotel facilities are a bit old but overall is good. Although the facilities can't be smaller than the domestic hotels, the rooms are small. The waiters are especially good. It’s really a kill. There are more than seven hundred meters behind the hotel. There is a memory of the Chinese restaurant.

Clean & Spacious Room, Excellent Wi-Fi, Good Air-Conditioning with daily breakfast available in Set Menu. Far from city center but it's situated near Mingalar Mandalay and Mandalar Thiri Football Stadium. A few minutes drive or Motorbike ride to the Bus Station too. I have to say thank you so much Ma Myitzu Khin and Team for my pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend to stay at your Inn to all my friends.

The stuffs were not tech-savy and; uncertain of how to approach about a good warm welcome. Didn't offered me the welcome drink, with an excuse that they don't have it anymore. F&B Horrible and atrocious f&b team, made me wait there for I hour with no attendance for service nor even greeting or directing me to a seat, stuffs were busy attending other inconsequential guest whom they were preoccupied cajolin! and fawning over whom they assume to be affuent and wealthy. Definitely there's a double standard for service, thee only give good service to whom they perceive worthy. The bar opens at 4 but there were no staffs at 6, was willing to spend my money since I was on holiday mood , only to be ruined by disservice of ineptitude when they cant offer dot of the readily available menu. Customer Relation management I stormed up to complain about the terrible service, FOM made the horrible mistake by following up with a free drink and BBQ , thinking I would want services for free, they couldn't guarantee that mistake would not happen again anc straight away compansate someone with a condescending approach, i dont want their money. I had to eat outside for a better service and to ensure that I would not be mortified by little details. No transport was provided for the inconvenience of eating outside , for the better service that they cant guarantee. Management team started knowing on my door incessantly to the point that I was stressed out, all other department came and apologized except for the f&b team I'm a travel vloger with more than 2000 reviews for travel video on Youtube for an eminent company, been frequenting to hotels like Marriott Ritz Carlton, four season, Hilton , Wyndham, shangri-la and the accor group (sofitel , Novotel, swissotel) never was i disrespected with such insolence. They never arrange for my subsequent stay when I say I will be moving out without staying them for the night , I had to make my own reservation at a better hotel where I will be happy spending my money, no transport no compensation or whatsoever! The reason people chose boutique hotel over 5 star is because we think we might get a fast and efficient service with the warmth oftogetherness in a small hotel. But no this hotel proves everything wrong, they are not of world standard and wil never be. I ,conisseur of hospitality, am against this type of establishment flouting standard and I will keep on writing reviews for the awareness of other people. I have repute on other sites like agoda and booking.com and will be review them for good, please avoid this hotel at all cost. They will take you money only to put u in misery
