I heard that Brighton is a good area in the suburbs of Melbourne, 20 minutes by train from the city center, 5 minutes walk to the train station, and passing through the Coles supermarket and chain pharmacies along the way. But walking a little far from the beach. There is free parking. A washing machine is provided but there is no laundry detergent or washing powder in a small bag. Kitchenware is provided but there is no basic oil and salt. These are provided in many other apartments, which is particularly inconvenient. Other is ok

We chose this motel for its off street parking and location. We found the staff helpful and happy to extend our stay for an extra night on checking in. Room was clean bed comfortable, good amenities, and plenty of hanging space for clothing.

From the moment the manager answered the phone, I knew I was in capable hands! Our organised accommodation was cancelled at the last minute due to COVID19 and we had to find something quickly and dog friendly. From my experience, when a place is dog friendly it is not very "human" friendly. Caroline Serviced Apartments offer exceptional accommodation, excellent facilities in an ideal location that keeps the guests and the doggies happy. We had two nights in a studio apartment that included a very well stocked kitchenette (the best assortment of knives and kitchen utensils in any place we've rented), a good bathroom with L'Occitane amenities, washing machine and dryer, a king size bed, FOXTEL and a balcony with table and chairs. The location is central to the great shopping strip of Church Street with a mass of choices in restaurants and take-away and a few minutes walk to the Brighton train station. You are also walking distance to Brighton Beach and the famous bathing boxes and you can enjoy looking at many beautiful houses in the area. If you don't need to stay in the middle of Melbourne, this accommodation gives you a real taste of a beautiful Melbourne seaside suburb. I highly recommend this accommodation and we'll certainly be back!

This apartment really has everything! Dishwasher, washing machine, wide selection of tea. Stylish, compact but with high ceilings, doesn’t feel small. Even with double glazing, it is a noisy stay and the building construction across the road, while providing an amazing blue lit crane vista at night, creates a murky dried dust blur across all the windows. Overall though, a brilliant stay!

We stayed at townhouse 3 on 349 south road and the property is exceptionally clean, spacious, well located and has all the basic facilities you need for a short or long term stay. It has a large courtyard and a bbq if you wish to entertain guests visiting you during your stay. It is 5 mins drive to the beach, in close proximity to cafes and super markets. It is a short walk to the popular Hampton Street and Brighton Beach. Robert who is the property manager and Joice and her cleaning team looked after us really well and we thank them for making us feel home and comfortable. We will definitely stay at this property if we have to choose one around this area.

If you don't mind taking the tram to the beach, you can consider making the tram a few stops. You can experience unique traffic. Walk in a quiet residential area for 3 minutes. There is No. 16 car to the beach. The beach is empress station. There is a swimming pool and fitness facilities in the city. The laundry room can wash all the dirty clothes during the trip. It ’s so cool. The garden-style hotel is better than those on the beach. I like this peaceful beach a lot of mental illness because St Kilda has a lot Weirdos and marijuana beggars are not as good as living in this area. What are the bad things to say? I think some people may think the room is a bit old-fashioned? My room is a SPA room. The door opened is a small yard. It is very comfortable. My son likes it. It is better than the seaside ridges. The space is larger and more casual. The best is two nights. Enjoy the facilities.

The hotel is very new, the bed is big, the space is good, suitable for self-driving, M1 is only a few minutes away, the price is too high, but the city city hotel chain is half or even lower price, parking is free, error-free is free. Next to it is the largest shopping mall in the southern hemisphere. Basically, there are mainstream brands, and you can eat more choices. If you do n’t want to drive to the city, there is a bus terminal next to it. It is very convenient to switch to the train.

Will never stay here again. Main purpose of a hotel is to sleep and shower but couldn't do either here. The bed was a rock. Pillows were bricks. Even though we had a back room, the noise was still bad. After a terrible sleep, wanted to wake up with a coffee, but milk pods weren't replaced. Though I'd wake up with a shower, but the shower head flopped against the wall, and would not tighten to stay up. Tried to shower by holding it up, but water shot out of both joints and hit me in the eyes, so would need 4 hands, one to hold it up, 2 to stop water spraying me in the eyes and and other to wash. Room was filthy with marks on walls that could easily rub off, bottle caps under couch cushions. Fixtures were coming off the walls, paint was badly chipped. Toilet seat was too far back, so if you sit forward, you pee on the floor, if you sit back to end up with brown mess down the back. Don't mind if a hotel is very dated (which this one was), but expect a hotel to fulfil the basic needs of a hotel. Spend $50 more and stay a block down the road and a much better place. Stay anywhere but here.

An excellent facility that is clean, tidy, easily accessible and with excellent staff to look after you (thanks Amanda). Secure undercover parking available if required. I only slept there, spending most of the day and evenings out with family in the Saint Kilda area, so chose a studio apartment that met my requirements. I was advised when booking and again when checking in that the studio apartments were small but I found it met my needs. Yes the room was small but had a king size bed, bar fridge, TV with Foxtel, huge bathroom and a private outdoor courtyard with table & chairs. I enjoyed my 3 night stay and will not hesitate to stay again next time I head back to Saint Kilda. There are much larger 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with living areas and kitchens available that I’d recommend if staying for longer periods or with more people.
