I am from London and I came here because my wife and I wamnted to explore Spain, so we booked a room for 1 night and we had a grate time sinces it wasn't as other hotels, here almost everyone talked english, wich made ourc experience even better. While we were here some people gave us some ideas of things to do in these place because we did not have any idea. I really think that was a big help for us, and anyone that has traveled to an unknown place knows how much you appreciate that small details

The staff are wonderful, friendly, well presented and professional. The housekeeping staff do a fabulous job. And the interior designer has successfully vomited standard mid range hotel design all over the place. But that’s it. I arrived when the hotel was clearly nearly empty (visible by all the room keys still in their slots late at night & early hours) yet they only had a room with two singles available so I imagine they have no doubles or a maximum of 4 of them in the whole hotel, or they lied to me?). The room was minimalist and unobtrusive in its decor. There is a room drinks fridge which I imagine be would be perfect for anyone needing to cool drinks, snacks etc. The wardrobe space is plentiful for a long weekend as a couple. Also the desk & chair are an ideal height but sadly no plug socket within reach so neither useful as a work desk nor a hair/make up counter Sadly the mattresses on the two pushed together single beds were horrific, the bed linen cheap and greyish rather than their original white (as were the towels). Flattened fibre pillows were provided and a overused blanket between the two sheets. The shower would not regulate. One moment you are under a great stream or perfect temperature, the next you are being boiled alive or frozen to death despite not touching anything. The sound proofing is near non-existent, I had the pleasure of joining my neighbours for their TV session until 4am along with their love making. the second is forgivable as many are more vocal in a hotel...but the first? Why are TV’s placed on adjoining walls if your soundproofing is that poor? I was surprised to find no room service particularly given the ongoing covid restrictions & early closures of restaurants & supermarkets. Surely this is the definition of a trapped audience, so guaranteed income? I had anticipated Spanish tapas & wine in my room as I settled in, not quite the same as the water I had bought over from France in my car. To be honest I am probably over irritated writing this review. Travelling in covid times is challenging. But those mattresses, lack of soundproofing & no room service means I have not slept or eaten in nearly 48 hours so this is as honest as it gets

Estuvimos un fin de semna tarde en familia. Gran descubrimiento dentro los hoteles de Madrid. Relación calidad precio muy buena. Es de estos hotels que mantien su encanto sin ni mucho menos ser anticuado. En todo momento nos ayudaron para que nuestra estancia en Madrid fuera satisfactoria. ( atención, comodidad, trato personalizado...) A pesar de no estar en el centro, tiene metro al lado y en 4 paradas estas en pleno centro de MAdrid, peró te ahorras el bullicio que conlleva estar en el centro. Nos comentaron que en verano lo cierran unos dias para realizar alguna reforma. Estoy seguro que la proxima vez que vaya por trabajo a Madrid me alojare en este mismo hotel. Es ideal tanto para escapadas en familia como por trabajo, Me he sentido como en casa.

The room is large, but the facilities are very old, the sofa bed is worn out, the faucet in the shower room is broken, and the quilt is just a piece of cloth. You have to take out the blanket from the cabinet. Breakfast is not bad, 9 euros/person, half price for children.

Location was ideal for us in transit, but not the best place for a visit to the city. The area around the hotel is safe but not attractive. Free parking at the hotel. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. Wifi good. Included breakfast served (due to Covid) from a buffet selection, with eggs and other hot items to order. We had tasty tapas in the cafeteria at lunchtime. The evening menu in the restaurant (under 13e for 3 courses and a drink) featured high quality ingredients, very well prepared and presented. Drinks were also attractively priced. Decor is business/functional but the food exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return.
