Positive.......they were able to accommodate five couples, everything else was average I'm afraid, i would not want to book in here as my primary location, stop over ok. Food.....ok, Service .......ok, Room ......good. not a lot else to say.

The airport comes out and takes the subway to this station on the way, and then takes U7/6 to get here. The subway exit is very convenient. The small bed is old elevator and bathroom. Um... This is very German, but the price of such a fragrant, beautiful people can't imagine!

There is parking lot, ten euros a night, very close to the station, very close to the city center, there are several restaurants nearby, very convenient, the front desk service is very good, the younger sister of the breakfast restaurant is also very good, this hotel is cost-effective.

      1. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the attractions and also very close to the commercial street. It will take 10 minutes to walk. 2. There is a small free parking lot behind the hotel, and there are also paid parking lots around it. Because we arrived earlier (9 o'clock in the morning), we put the car in the toll parking lot first, and then parked back when there was free space in the afternoon. And the people in the hotel also gave us the room, which is very good. 3. The size of the room is okay, there is no air conditioning, but it is not hot, and there is free mineral water.

The environment is particularly good, and the guy at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. Although our English is not so fluent, but my brother is very patient. The location is also good, very close to the subway station. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as a KFC. The rooms are clean, tidy, quiet, and soundproofed. In short, the experience is great!

After several visits to the restaurant “mainhaus Stadthotel Frankfurt”, where I could convince me of the ideal cuisine, I celebrated my round birthday there. All was absolutely good and consistent; all my guests were enthusiastic. The food offered and the selected and credited wines were fabulous. Unfortunately, we had to leave a part of the buffet to regret all of us. It was simply too rich and the offer we received to pack the food before the cleaning was unfortunately noticed in our holiday laune. The service was always friendly and very pre-coming. Better can't host guests. We're sure to come back and will be happy to come back.

Stayed at this hotel on 10.2, the hotel is located very close to the subway, and the sanitation is very good, but the elevator in this hotel is not closed, you have to wait for it to close automatically! Overall, this stay was good 👍, highly recommended!

The overall stay in The Westin Grand was good as the location is very good which is just 2 minutes walk to the train station. And if you turn right & walk further up, it will lead you to the shopping areas like Galeria, H&M, Zara, My Zeil etc. As you continue to walk further up, you will be at the shopping belt with all the luxury brands & also Alte Oper with many dining options. So they are all within walking distance if you are not tired to walk. If not taking the train is just 1 stop to the Galeria & you can access through the supermaket of the mall at the basement. I was given the room at second level so there was not much view from my room. The service at the reception was good & polite & also the hospitality staff who helped us in the luggage after we arrived. He was from Utopia & he was very friendly & chatted with us for a short while after sending our luggage to our room. The restaurant staff were also very friendly & attentive. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every morning. If they can change every 2 days will be good so we will not get sick of eating the same food every morning as I stayed there for almost a week. But overall the quality & the food taste were good for me. The room is not very big but also not too small. There 3 setbacks which is the bathroom design, toilet amenities & the housekeeping. If not, I would have given the hotel a 100 thumbs-up. The shower area does not have a door to close & the floor level is the same as the basin area. So the water will flood the whole toilet floor if you are splashing & using the shower head. I had to use the ceiling mount shower as the water flow was not as great as the shower head to prevent ponding in the toilet floor. The design is a problem & the toilet is cramp if 2 persons are standing inside. You need to bring along your own toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton buds, shavers for men & shower cap for ladies as the room does not provide any basic toilet amenities except hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom slippers, towels, & lavender aroma oil for sleeping. The housekeeping was not up to standard although they kept the room clean. They did not place back my toiletries in order & sometimes all over the basin area. They also accidentally threw away my disposable shaver. They also did not check the volume level in the shower gel whether it was finished & I needed to call them to request to top up. They also do not change the bathrobe even I placed it on the bathroom floor as I wanted to change to a new one after wearing for 2 days. One day, the housekeeper also forgot to close the window & we were wondering why the room was cold at night even after I increased the room temperature. I only discovered the next morning when I opened up the curtain. They also did not refill the stirrers at certain days as I drank the free Nespresso coffee in my room every morning. I hope the hotel management will look into the housekeeping & to give more thoroug

My family of four stayed at the Suite Fabric Hotel at the start of our German vacation. More of an aparthotel rather than a motel or hotel, we booked the one bedroom apartment as we wanted more space. Indeed the apartment did not disappoint with ample space for our bags, a decent sized living room with kitchenette. There were 2 four posted beds, one in the bedroom and the other in the “hall” outside the bathroom. There was a mobile screen which I guess would be used to segregate the hall bedroom for some privacy. The only thing was there were no lifts, and we were on the second floor. That meant lugging our bags, which wasn’t a big problem, but would be if you weren’t ready for it. As with European aparthotels, there wasn’t airconditioning, and this place had only one fan, which again was ok for us as it was still Spring, but at the height of summer, I imagine would be a problem. Breakfast is a decent spread of deli meats, cheese and breads, which made for a good start. Location is also good, a leisurely 15 min walk to the main square and shopping area. And Uber will get you home at a reasonable price. Tripadvisor reviewers were helpful to share that the reception is not 24 hours, but arrangements could be made to pick up the keys next door at the friendly bar. We arrived late and hence had to pick them up there. Note the bar staff do not speak much English, but a helpful patron assisted with the necessary translations. All in all, a decent accommodations near enough to the city centre.

Disappointing for a four star. As we arrived prior to check in time, we asked if we could leave our bags in a luggage room. The nice lady at reception put tags on our bags beside the desk and we went about our business, assuming they would be put into a secure room. We had valuables such as a laptop in the bag. We were disappointed to see our two cases still beside the desk when we came back to check in. There was new staff on reception at this point, we picked up our bags without anyone asking for verification that they were ours - not very secure! On the Saturday night, there was a very loud party going in until after 4am a couple of rooms down meaning we got hardly any sleep. Definitely not soundproofed rooms as advertised!! At 4am I could hear commotion in the hallway so I opened my bedroom door to ask them to be quiet. I was very surprised to see a deliveroo driver dropping off food. I did not think it was acceptable for a deliveroo driver to have access to the bedrooms at that hour of the night. We arrived back to the hotel late on the Friday night and there is no security checks at the reception. The door is open and we freely walked up to the third floor no questions asked. Usually the front doors of hotels are manned during the night to ensure safety of it's guests. The hotel did not feel secure. The mini fridge was poorly stocked and when I rang down for prosecco (which is on the mini bar menu) I was informed they did not have any. This was disappointing given it was NYE. Because of covid rules the hotel bar was closed so we couldn't access any drinks in the hotel. It was a double room but did not have a double bed. Two single beds which moved easily out from the wall when sitting up in the bed. Bathroom was nice but smell coming from drain. Disappointing stay overall.

The room is quite clean, but there are no slippers, mineral water, toothbrush and toothpaste. It would be better if they all have them. Breakfast was okay, the croissants were hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, so delicious. There is a large shopping mall nearby and it takes 15 minutes by taxi from the airport.

I have stayed here several times and the staff is consistently friendly, check in is so easy and every time they have made me feel so special as a guest. The location is fantastic. Right by the river with a nice park also across the street. Wonderful location to walk along the river and stop at one of the many Cafes in the area. There is an Aldi right across the street so you can pickup whatever you need or enough to cook a meal in the room as there is a nicely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. There is a nice Italian restaurant onsite that is well visited by locals and guests ailke. It is a nice atmosphere with lots of windows. Although I have never eaten there, I do go and get a To Go Espresso Drink and the food looks great. There are also many restaurants in the area with an 'upscale' burger place right across the street. I have stayed in different types of rooms and they are all very nicely equipped, big windows so the rooms are nice and light and bright, very very soundproof. The Parking Garage is secure and the spots are large enough for SUVs, etc. Many garages are so tight but this one is nice and roomy and plenty of spaces reserved for The Flag guests. Lift goes right up to the reception - very convenience and at the current price of 20€, it is very reasonable as parking anywhere nearby is difficult and more expensive. Given it has delivered great quality and customer service each and every time I have stayed with really nice and super clean and equipped rooms, I highly recommend this hotel. I also recommend booking through their Website as they have the most competitive prices normally.

I have previously reviewed this hotel and I am happily doing it again, because this hotel is really super. The staff is very friendly, the location is great and the rooms are in super condition, super clean and spacious. The value for money is outstanding. We love also that the Skyline Plaza is opposite and you can easily pop by to get some shopping done, get some take away etc. We have not tried the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. We come here twice in December each year since about 6-7 years, when we are on our way to Nothern Germany and we do a one-night-stop here, and we stopping here again on our way back home to Switzerland. We will certainly continue to do so. The only critical point is that the pillows are far too high. We always as for flatter ones and they are usually provided.

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

Even if the hotel is close to the highway we could sleep well.. The windows are soundproof and the walls aren't thin, so we didn't hear anything from the other guests. The room and hotel itself was very clean and they took a lot of care in cleaning and measurements against spreading of COVID-19 virus. The parking lot is with 6€ for a day/night also cheap. We were three people and there were only towles & blankets prepared for two people, even though we booked for three. There was one spare blanket without cover in the bed frame but it had blood stains all over it.... Disgusting!!! Check in and check out was easy even though the staff was undertrained and slow The location is great! 5 minutes to the S-Bahn Station Gateway Gardens and 15 Minutes from the airport on foot. There is also a Rewe right around the corner. The Hotel advertised its own parking, but you had to reserve your parking spots beforehand for 22€a day. Right around the next corner was a much more modern parking garage and it costed only 20€ a day and there were plenty parking spots left. So choose wisely

I can't recommend this hotel with good conscience. It's certainly not the worst in this price category, but it has failed in some points that are important to me in a accommodation. This was already started in the room: the room was apparently partly renovated in the early 2000s, the tape floor was plenty of smoothness. The bed was clean, but was rough at every movement. But the pattern was forgotten when the renovation was done. I had dated the late 80s or early 90s, accordingly, their condition was also: golden, smelling to tobacco and partially broken. The whole room was smoking permanently, as it was probably the guests who used the backyard before the window to smoke. Air was only night. The TV did not disturb any sound, although the volume was shown, so we assumed it was broken. But for two nights we did not think any more about it. The bathroom was probably in the original state, so I'm going from a construction period of the house in the 1960s. My grandmother had a very similar equipment in her guest clothes, but better received. After all, almost everything worked here and the shower head was new. Except for the constant tobacco smell, it would have been all too painful, usually I ignore something like that. Old, even harmful device can be very charming. But unfortunately it was also extremely noisy. The house has a 24-hour reception occupied (good service, you must admit) with a bar next to. Our room was now, unfortunately, just next to it and seemed to include everything talked about there as in a box. Even late night hours were operation there so that sleep was not to think. When guests passed a roller bag in the early morning, I would almost have fallen out of bed. The most important thing at a hotel is, I think, that you can sleep there. That was definitely not the case here. Maybe with ears, but not so. Breakfast was admittedly very, very good, there is also the second point for it. Also the staff was mostly very premature - mostly, except for the manager. This was relatively shortly connected in a conversation before the stay.

There were a few issues however that detracted from my stay at the Niu Coin. -I requested a quiet room on my reservation and again on check in (as I needed a good nights sleep for the work I was doing) however the room I received I was awoken a few times during my stay with doors slamming in the corridor, the room doors are spring loaded and slam as people come and go during the night. -The shower curtain in the bathroom was heavily stained at the bottom and there was a slight drain smell in the bathroom on one day of my stay -The own branded shower gel in the bathrooms smelt amazing but the container was almost empty -The Wi-Fi was entirely useless, on the one occasion i did need to work on a business document online the internet connection continually logged me out after 2 minuites. Positives - the breakfast was good - the staff were friendly and helpful - the location was good and overall the cleanliness (other than the shower curtain) was good. The Niu Coin is a good concept and the website, design and layout lead me to believe the company has good vision for a modern hotel brand. However the operational delivery is somewhat lacking in places. The hotel management needs to re-focus on the basics such as cleanliness, maintaince and operational processes - these as all the least glamourous aspects of the hotel business but getting the basics right is key for everything else they're hoping to acheive

The hotel is good, the room is comfortable even though simple. The location is excellent, near the central Frankfurt station. The eastern style decoration is a little over-exaggerated and half-brig, also because it is old. The greatest problem was that my room was noisy, had a hole on the ceiling of the bathroom where the noise seemed to come, and that was a little disturbing the night.

The airport comes out and takes the subway to this station on the way, and then takes U7/6 to get here. The subway exit is very convenient. The small bed is old elevator and bathroom. Um... This is very German, but the price of such a fragrant, beautiful people can't imagine!

A wonderful, quiet 4 star hotel that deserves the name. Breakfast is amazing, you can't eat as much as there is something to try. Rooms have a balcony, the only drawback is the construction site next door. We needed a kettle in the middle of the night, called the front desk once and he was in the room 4 minutes later. Service is absolutely perfect and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely again!

My stay at the hotel in Eschborner Hof was unpleasant experience for me. The first telephone contact after my booking was very nice, and was not to be challenged. The check-in went quickly and I took my room. The hotels Eschborner Hof and Rödelheimer Hof are probably a company and a building separated by two hotel names. The pictures I have seen on the Internet under Booking.com “what probably the hotel itself has published,” is my thought. The pictures were either made very long ago or the photo shop greeted. It may be that there are rooms with superior equipment but I haven't read anything in the description at Booking.com, or that you can only get miserable rooms from a certain price. The furniture or beds on the photos are not present in a normal single room. My closet in the room see picture is probably from the lockwaste or from elsewhere (at least it looks like) because you can also see the holes on the sides that this probably had previously several closets that were shared or but from rests together built. The bed see picture is with cross-sliding screws firmly screwed on one side top on the other side misses a piece of wood and the lattice roast see pictures should not be like that. I've been looking for a smoke dealer in the room, but it seems to be okay because the firefighter probably accepted that when the rooms were taken. The installation of a box, TV table, night box, chair makes the impression that you are either from the lock-waste or have been in use for more than 15-20 years where you can obviously also clearly identify the traces. At the table on which the TV stands: such an IKEA plate costs about € 20 this table plate you could switch without decent it is not a big money and you can reuse your feet but it is probably cheaper to do a cover over it with no one Sees back looks down. It also attached to the pictures. The shower head cap in the bathroom may have also broken, but it would have been costly to take a new position for €20,00, so a metal tube was not put in rustic naturally and it is already roasting at both ends see picture. A piece has been broken off from the toilet paper holder, but this is not important, it's all costing a lot of money see picture. At the entrance door are hole from behind was probably previously with a door closer accident but only the hole remained OK that's not so bad. But you can also see the picture that the door has been opened even once without keys, which is not surprising of course. The main entrance is the whole night on it can everyone get in and out. Of course, cameras are installed only in the direction of entrance and outdoor on the parking places, but what happens in the gangs can not

This is really the best choice for a business trip to the exhibition. The DB station is just across the road, one stop to the exhibition, and one stop to the central station. There is free parking under the bridge next to it. The room facilities are very ordinary, basically equal to ibis, and the breakfast is also very simple , no laundry service, this is not good

Location: Central Station is left to go left at an intersection, two or three minutes walk, the location is great. The surrounding hotel is a red light district, but it is safe and there are no strange people. Facilities: The space for the six-person room is quite large and a bit noisy. The sheets are removed by themselves. Cleanliness is a bit low, it is recommended to bring your own sleeping bag. The bathroom is great, this time with slippers and bath amenities. Lobby: Free hot water hot coffee throughout the day. There is a seating area on the first floor where you can sit and chat. The front desk is very welcoming. 6 to 8 o'clock every night is happy hour, the store will have a free pizza for everyone. Buy one get one free for the whole drink and order a cocktail of 5.5 Euro. Breakfast: A breakfast for three consecutive nights. There are bread ham and a variety of sauces, and you can make homemade sandwiches. There are also yoghurt and a variety of nut cereals, which can be made into a yogurt bowl. Although 28 euros and 2 euros tax per night is still very expensive, in such a location, it is cheaper in the peers.

I was here at the end of the July, breakfast were always ok but many flies surrounding. And there is no air conditioning as well. And the last time when I was there and I I found the partitions in the bathroom was collapsed! The 2nd time I was with my friend, the hotel did not check my schedule and throw away my friends stuff!!! They were super careless and not serious to their work unfortunately, I ask many times to different receptionists they seems didn't heard about my complaint and the most ridiculous was they throw away my friend's stuff !!! (iPhone cable) it's funny!? Finally they agree to reimburse my friend. ( hope they will) And their facilities on 1st floor was not friendly to people who was using wheelchair, and the 2nd check in has much improved however the shower was not for disabled people. If it never happened it was ok. Other than that the location was nice and the view also excellent.

Even though it’s a chain it gives you the feeling that it’s not. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong night, but luckily they had an extra room and the helped us transfer our booking into the right night. The staff spoke perfect English and was just really everything your wanted as a tourist giving good advice on how to enter the city. The room is equipped with a big bed and a big tv, and the bathroom is a good size too, so even though the rooms aren’t so big they really focused on using the space correctly. We had a room facing into the yard so no noise there, but it’s very convivially places next to the highway, so you’re quick on your way again, but of course it means some rooms are facing out to the trafficked highway also. What’s even better is that they had a cromecast connected to the tv, which as a tourist is so absolutely genius so we don’t have to watch dubbed German television. (Small disclaimer is that the Wi-Fi was a little slow until the evening making it a little hard to work) The breakfast is super variated and big, and they fill up the missing things quickly, and take our plates when we are done so they don’t pile on the table. The parking cellar cost a little but there’s parking space outside the hotel too. The tramp is located just next to the hotel and takes you into the city directly. You can even buy a ticket just next to it for about 2 euroes. I don’t have a single complaint about this place, and usually I’m very picky. It’s new, hip, clean, modern… from the nice, free and clean toilets in the parking cellar to the music being played in the reception, and the opportunity to self-check in. Will defiantly recommend and will defiantly return if in Frankfurt again.
