Please do not book this hotel. It is dark, scary. At least for me. So much cigarette smell. I have never stayed this kind of hotel before so I just left as soon as I saw the room and environment. I could not cancel since I checked in already. But it was good decision to leave that hotel right away.

Didn't dine at the restaurant at Shilla Stay. Overall service is good..... the only exception is that most of the staff could not speak English which is kind of inconvenient when we asked for information. The concierge should provide railway routes map and bus routes map.

This hotel is ideally located for easy access to major attractions and transport hubs. The hotel looks new, the facilities are modern, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The service attitude is friendly and provides a good accommodation experience. The only thing that can be improved is that the guidance is limited. Only the person who asked the hotel found out that it is another hotel in the hotel. You need to go to the Koreana Hotel and choose the 20th floor to check in. Overall, this is a hotel worth recommending.

ENA suite was a nice hotel to stay at just out (up a slight hill) of exit 9 (elevator access) from City hall station. The staff were friendly and understood a bit of English. The room was huge with a soft bed, the washroom was clean and nice with a bidet. Room service (cleaning) was offered everyday with water bottle refills and amenities. There is a small gym and pool in the basement, but they close pretty early at night. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The location is great. There is a straight elevator on the overpass of Seoul Station, and the suitcase is also convenient. However, the English at the front desk is not very good, and there is no service at all. The check-in time is 23 o'clock. If you are a night owl, it's okay. If not, this check-in time is a bit 🕳️. The room is not big, but it's fairly tidy. After all, the price of 300+ in this location can't make any big comments. The elevator is not big, and two large suitcases are basically not enough. Condoms are given away when I check in. I am so confused by this solo traveler, so this hotel can only check in at 23:00 and give away condoms?

Good hotel experience, clean and convenient! However, I was very dissatisfied with Ctrip. Online bookings have increased the price. When I met a traveler, I said that the 700 yuan booking was exaggerated! This is a self-service check-in. The kiosk at the door is 65,000 won (credit card payment is 70,000 won). The price is very transparent.

I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

Room is abit small, max 2 people in the room or else it will feel claustrophobic. BUT i would definitely book again. I love this place. It is so convenient and lots of food options opposite, especially till late night. Room is nice and cosy. Train passing outside did not really bother me, i am not really a deep sleeper but i managed to sleep well even with train passing. The view from the window facing the rails is also quite nice. The airport Limousine Bus was quite expensive tho, i think it was 17000 KRW. but it does go straight from hotel to airport, vice versa.

It is also very close to the subway station, and it is convenient to go to places such as Myeongdong and Hongdae. It’s just that the guy at the front desk can’t speak Chinese🤣English is so-so, but he can communicate through translation software, and the overall service is very good. Hostel is brilliantly located about 5 minutes walk to Myeongdong. Bus stop to catch the airport bus is also 5 minutes away. Hostel itself is up a sloping street (“cartoon street”) which has convenience stores, restaurants (including a 24 hour one!) and shops. Very convenient. Despite this, street is quiet; we had no problems with noise. The hostel is about 5 stories tall which includes the rooftop sitting area. Note no lift. Simple breakfast of toast and cereal available every morning in the kitchen on the (I think) 3rd floor or in the little reception area. Coffee and juice available too. Note no tea (bring your own!). Our family of 4 took 2 rooms across the corridor from each other. Rooms are small, simply furnished but comfortable and clean. Heated floors were a bonus! Each room comes with a little fridge. En-suite bathroom was clean. Rooms come with small hand towels; proper bath towels are available with a small deposit. Laundry service is also available for a reasonable fee. Staff were generally friendly and accommodating. There is a little welcome pack of treats when you arrive and a “goodbye” bag when you leave. A nice touch. Note there is a surcharge for using your credit card. All in all, a comfortable and clean place to stay in a great location and at a reasonable price.

The place was easily accessible via train, just a short walk from Samgakji station (exit 1 or 13). It's also close to the airport bus stop that takes you directly to Incheon Airport - very convenient. It also has a nearby convenience store, and is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and cafes so you won't have to worry about where to get lunch or breakfast. Most of the guests I've met there are quite friendly and will give you tips on what to do if it's your first time in the city. They also have a kitchen in the 3rd floor so you can cook your own meals if you feel like it. We sadly didn't get a chance to see the rooftop and the upper floors because we were so tired by the time we returned. The main floor of the guesthouse is on the 2nd floor, including the reception desk, and you have to climb a steep set of stairs to get there which proved quite challenging when most of their guests are carrying huge luggages - no handrails btw, so you have to be careful. I was carrying a collective weight of 20kgs when I first arrived and had to get help from Johnny as it was impossible for me to do it myself. With its popularity among travelers comes the obvious problem of it being fully packed with people, which can get chaotic when everybody wants to use the showers at once. The place is a little small and there wasn't a lot of room to move around in once all the guests arrive and are buzzing about.

The room was spacious and the bathtub was located far from the toilet, so I used it! I didn't notice any smell of sewer or water. However, there was lipstick on the bed sheets. I had brought Febreze in advance and a towel to put on my pillow, so I felt okay. To go there, take a limousine bus from Incheon Airport to the Summit Hotel bus stop. (about 1 and a half hours) It was just a short walk down Nakamichi! It wasn't that far from DDP, and there was a train station and bus stop, so it was easy to get around. On the way back, I took a taxi to Seoul Station, checked in in advance, and headed back home. I don't really know how to call a kakao taxi. I asked the guy at the front desk. She waited outside with me until the taxi arrived so I didn't have to worry! I was able to stay with peace of mind because they spoke to me in Japanese! I would like to use it again ◎ I could see DDP from the 5th floor!

I stayed here for 8 days. The reception staff were helpful and polite when we checked in, the lift's very fast. The room appeared clean and had good amenities, 2 bottles of water in the fridge, coffee machine, large bed, we loved the TV above the bath, kido loved the heated toilet. It looks clean, clean bed sheets, then I slide the bathroom door closed and it's pretty dusty. No problem, I grab a tissue and wipe it down, I have a dust allergy. We lost something in between getting out of the cab and sitting down in the room so I try to find it, I look under the bed, it's really dusty and also has rubbish from previous occupants. We could hear the traffic outside but it's a busy road and it's understandable, we didn't find it annoying. There are strict check in and check out times and they won't charge you extra if you stick to these, they need time to clean the room and get it ready (they do need to slide the bathroom doors and clean these though, and under the beds too). I had a shower the next day, the waterfall shower's not easy to use and there's no instructions, but there's a handheld shower head attached to the wall. Great, I thought, that will help, It would have helped, but there's no seal around the bottom of the shower door and there's a gap, and the shower head faced the shower door. 30 minutes later I magage to clean the large amount of water in the bathroom and around the toilet up using towels, and I pop downstairs to let them know there's a problem with their shower. They sent someone up right away, I explained the issue, the shower door is missing a seal, he says 'I can't sort that' and walks out. No more showers then. We get back from a walk at around 8pm, and there's a very high pitched whistle coming from the ceiling in our room. I check the lights, the air conditioning and it whistles for about 30 minutes so I pop to the reception desk and let them know. Someone comes up right away and lets us know it's a valve in the bathroom ceiling, there's a hatch, he opens it up, and it stops. Yay! 5 minutes later... yup, it's back. He comes back and adjusts the valve once again. It stops. 5 minutes later... yup. Then it stops. Until the following evening. I let reception know it's still happening, they send someone out, again, it stops, again, and starts, again a few minutes later. It stops and starts throughout the night, midnight, 1am, 4am, 9am. We're tired, I'm rather grumpy, so we ask to change rooms so we can sleep. They check with the manager and give us another room. The new room has a seal at the bottom of the shower, unfortunately their water fall shower lasts for 1 second if you try to use it as the handle on the door self adjusts. There's still dust on the sliding doors and under the bed. We're exhausted having had a pretty bad night due to the alarm, so we sleep, a lot. We didn't eat in the hotel, it's expensive, there's a little French baguette place not too far away and a Starbucks so we're sorted. The Nespresso only ha

A family of four traveling. The location is between Myeongdong and Namsan (need to go uphill) There is no management at the B&B, you need to call the customer service of the B&B to take the holiday (it turns out that after you have given the door password, you can get the room key when you enter the room) Basically no management, the place is old and so are the rooms! There are also bed sheets and quilts that have a strong smell (maybe only the sheets and sheets have been changed, and the quilts have not been washed) There is a problem with the lock of the window and it cannot be locked. The transparent curtain is broken, and it will be like that when it is pulled down. The washbasin in the bathroom is not connected to the water to pour it directly out of the bathroom. Also, the flush toilet was a bit shaky and not secure! I'm afraid of falling and hurting my feet!

The location of this hotel is really good as it is right next to a metro stop which pretty much connects to all areas of Seoul. Very convenient for City Hall metro access. It’s also near N-Tower and Myeongdong so technically you could walk but the metro is also convenient. Plenty of convenience stores like CU and a subway sandwich shop. If visiting South Korea make sure to download Naver Maps! Very convenient! Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was ok! We did have an issue with our room which was reported but no-one came to fix it (which was a bit disappointing) so as our TV never worked in our room and the plug behind the bed kept beeping randomly near the end of our trip I can only give the amenities 4/5. The cleaning routine for your room was also weird. Very we’ll explained to you when you check in but we found there to be inconsistencies in this service also. You have to ask them in reception before 2pm for your room to be cleaned etc and if after 2pm only certain things can be done. So ignore all the conflicting cleaning signage in the rooms as this doesn’t seem to be the hotels policy. We did have an issue one day where we asked for our room to be cleaned/ new towels left at the front desk in the morning and this wasn’t done. Overall though the hotel is ok for the price! Rooms do look a little old and dated (especially our bathroom but I forgot to take photos) but it’s in a great location. Lots of tourists staying at the hotel with tours you can book and they can also call a taxi to the airport for you. If, like us, you don’t need to spend alot of time in the room then it’s ok!

The hotel is located directly on 2 subway lines that are very well connected, and a direct bus to the airport also stops from the door. You can walk to Codex, the large congress center, in about 15 minutes. The Royal Tombs (World Heritage Site) are directly behind the hotel. The rooms are good, modernly furnished, water is available. The reception provides information. However, for example, no one at the bar speaks usable English, which is surprising for a hotel that is booked quite internationally, but reflects the cross-section of Seoul. The breakfast menu offers Korean and Western options, but (I was there for 9 days) it's always exactly the same, so you could put a little more effort into it. There are small restaurants in the small streets around the hotel where you can eat well and very cheaply. Coex and Hunday are 10 minutes away and are the largest shopping centers in the world (if anyone is looking for that). I would recommend the hotel.

It's quite strategic and walking distance to the famous culinary and shopping center in Myeodong. A clean little hotel and one room can make 4 people (choose 4 people) at a very affordable price (it costs 1 jt per night). In the hotel building there is a 24-hour mini market and surrounded by many restaurants and easy to ride public vehicles such as buses and subway (subway). The room is not too big with a window to view the street. Small hotel towels size like hand towels (Korean hotel cotton). Bathroom showers are available with shampo and liquid soap. There is a water heater for coffee/tea, a small refrigerator, hair dyer, a small flat TV with many channels of Korean station, a medium size mineral water 4 bottles. Small hotel lobby goes up to the 4th floor. Just for sleeping and rest ok.
