Our room was normal. The window looks like never clean outside so if you open it to breathe the pure air you can see it. I suggest, Manager hotel 's would must pay attention to it. The bathroom was poor in services to be a three star hotel. A tower per client, a small savon for hand and dispenser savon inside the shower. Most unconventional was doesn't find a telephone to contact with reception if you need it. Bed was so soft and comfortable to sleep and breakfast was completed and varied with good products. Really, I felt a beat deception with room cause in my selection before booking it I took care of the details I like it

La nostra sistemazione era perfetta pe due adulti e 2 bimbi. Era composta da entrata con piccola cucina completa, sala da pranzo con tv plasma, camera da letto comoda, divano letto e bagno doccia. Tutto era perfetto, si dorme in mezzo al silenzio. Grazie allo staff specialmente al signore che ci ha aspettato fino alle 21,30 per consegnarci la chiave. Ci torneremo se ci capita Grazie di tutto

I was here last night to break a long journey. Apart from the fact that it is slightly hidden away in an industrial estate it was very good. I parked immediately outside reception but could have parked underground which was also free. There is some work going on outside the restaurant but it's not noisy and the restaurant is still open. Overall I was very happy. Rooms and public areas clean and desk staff helpful. If I was to say anything it would be that maybe breakfast is a little overpriced and dogs not allowed in restaurant BUT I put my dog in the car (shaded and cool) and grabbed a quick piece of baguette and stuffed it with ham and cheese and went on my way. I would stay again.

One thing we did jot realize is that there was no elevator or mini fridge in the room. For this reason I take away a star but the professionalism of abdel and Nahia was excellent. Abdel was so warm and helpful with everything from late check in. We were able to find a place for our baby’s bottles. I think they put us on the second floor to avoid the noise of people coming and going, but two flights of stairs with the baby was a bit much. That said we cannot complain about noise. The room concept with the ladder and extra bunk that is big and spacious was excellent for the teenager in our party and there was enough space on the “main floor” for the travel crib beside the bed. Everything was clean and it was a good stop very close to the highway to continue on our journey. Loved that the parking had enclosed gate, which made us feel safer.

What hurt the most was the fact that we had to exchange two RCI weeks of our own five-star resort to obtain one week in Hotel “Woe Be Gone.” It's beautifully nestled in a part of town that, let's just say, isn't going to make the top ten list of your tourist guide. You're certain to find no notable attractions in the vicinity. Our suite was like a minimalist dream. Think 'sp**** chic' with the chic missing, with a simple bed, two chairs, and a table that surely had its glory days in the 1980s. The kitchenette was an ode to improvisation, sporting a hotplate, a microwave, and a sink that's just large enough to bathe a hamster. And the crockery? Two mismatched glasses and bowls that were straight out of an abstract art exhibit - a true toast to our spirit of embracing uniqueness. The toilet, on the other hand, came with a charming little water feature – a constant trickle from the cistern that was just like being beside a babbling brook, minus the charm, tranquility or any sense of joy. Looking for a food store? Brush up on your Frogger skills because it’s twenty minutes and two hazardous highway crossings away. Oh, the on-site restaurant? More of a phantom eatery, really. It keeps the suspense by closing on weekends. However, their French espresso managed to shine - a lone beacon in an otherwise murky culinary landscape. Transport? No problem, if you're okay with parting with a modest sum of 30 euros every time you want to escape to town. In the end, we decided to vote ourselves off the island after two days, and instead took up the infinitely more delightful task of exploring Provence.

We recently spent 4 nights here before going on to our main holiday destination in Cap D’Agde. We have stayed here before in similar circumstances. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. The staff, both at the reception and the housekeeping staff, are friendly and efficient. We had a great stay. This time our room was on the ground floor which suited us perfectly as we both have slight mobility issues. We hadn’t booked to have a wet room but we did appreciate not having to climb in and out of a bath to have a shower. The bed was very comfortable and the housekeeping staff watched for when we went out and tidied the room, changed the towels etc. When we came back the room was lovely and clean! We do speak a little French but the reception staff were happy to speak to us in English. We will most definitely stay here again - it made a great start for our holiday in France.

Entre la saleté, les traces de sangs, les traces non identifiées sur les murs, le matelas, les draps, les toilettes, le lavabo enfin tout endroit sensé être propre vous pourriez pensez que c’est beaucoup. Mais il fait rajouter à cela une porte qui ferme mal, du jour passe par la porte,enfin le froid aussi. Parlons maintenant de la salle de bain qui n’en est pas une plutôt l’équivalent d’une cabine de train, une personne mesurant 1m70 qui tend les bras touche les 2 extrémités, douche et miroir, une personne mesurant 1m80 elle se prendra le plafond ,oui le plafond ça fait mal. Dans la même pièce se trouvent les toilettes, une personne normale touche la porte avec ses genoux en étant assise et dont on peut croire que le papier toilette vient du fast food d’en face. Le manque de sécurité est plus que palpable j’en suis venu à chercher autre part pour la nuit. Entre le papier qui sert de murs entre vous et les autres chambres et entre vous et l’extérieur, l’isolation sonore est qui plus est inexistante oui extérieur parce que la chambre donne sur dehors et grâce à la meilleure des isolations vous pourrez bénéficier de réveils gratuits au grès des allers venus devant votre petit chez vous d’une nuit.Oui en une seule nuit je suis dégoûté. Et puis le ponpon je pense c’est de louer une chambre 3 couchages et de se retrouver avec un lit sans draps housse, sommes nous sensés dormir à même le matelas qui lui aussi est taché ? Si malgré tout vous vous motivez pour dormir préparez vous à vous lever avec des courbatures et mal de partout. Parce que oui malgré tout ceci nous sommes restés, si vous avez un souvenir vague de tapis de yoga vous serez dans le même état qui si vous aviez dormis sur l’un d’eux. Sans parler du fait que l’hôtel se trouvent au fin fond d’une zone très peu ragoûtante surtout de nuit où des hommes traînent dans les parages. Bien sûr je peux comprendre que certaines/certains doutent (y compris les gérants peut-être). Je vous laisse juger par vous même avec les photos.
