I have stayed at the Main Hotel many times before and mostly enjoyed. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have experienced and I often compare it to other hotels, and it almost always surpasses many, many other venues. But.... given the size of the property and the relative good run of business, I am not sensing that they are re-investing in their own past positive performance, especially at the Chalet portion of the property. Big mistake. Seda Capitol is most likely the next place I will stay. I'm not finding Big Things wrong in my room, but the overall attention to detail is very lacking - the curtains have cigarette burn holes, the aircon looks grimy and is not properly sealed from the outside, there's obvious accumulations of dust remaining from hurried room cleanups, painted walls have blemishes that have never been addressed, there are flies in the room, one pillow per bed? Sheesh. Hallway carpets are worn, clocks are wrong, To me, this is purely a management issue - they need to take a serious look at their budgets and a calendar and get moving. Disappointing your guests is a sure path to failure, especially as newer properties open nearby that offer fresh, clean enticements. Staff a bit lackadaisical... when I arrive I'm hauling my own luggage to the front desk from the taxi... it's a big FU of the guest. Based on what you're paying here, its hard to say that you won't be just a little disappointed, perhaps not a lot, but I'm not sure if they are just contented to rest on their laurels. Team L'Fischer, is that the case? Is "average" acceptable?

Staff is excellent; pool is refreshing — but management needs training. We mostly enjoyed our 5 day stay...but, with some reservations. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable (but the fabric headboards are itchy, should be upgraded to some other type of surface that is easier to maintain) The bathroom sink area is small and was always wet from hand washing. (shower area large — unnecessarily) There was no offer to change the towels & bedding — but they should have. When facing a crisis — I did ask for more TP. Out side: The vehicle parking is a real problem — limited only to a few small spaces in front where the guard and the hotel vans are parked (!Huh?) — or around the corner next to who knows what!! (Parking spaces are very narrow and my vehicle door was banged from car next to it) Fitness room by the pool: large & nice (but limited to free weights, treadmills & sit-up boards, just no back-exercise-machines for middle-agers) OK, enough complaining…..but, just one more: my real peeve is the free breakfast. This is always the same issue with every hotel now (even with the previously top-shelf Fisher Hotel down the street) Nobody tries to impress you with their culinary delights anymore! (And, don’t blame this on Covid) They simply serve the absolute, cheapest, minimal breakfast possible because it was advertised — and, nobody seems to care! Just don’t assume that customers don’t notice. What’s my prediction? Savy hoteliers will begin to put a little more effort into feeding their guests — so they feel like he cares just a little more than the guy down the street. It’s just a suggestion. Maybe the towel, the parking, or the lack of some fitness thing would fade away next to the awesome, tasty, free breakfast delight that swept Mr. Cranky guest off his feet every morning! Actually, there are lots of ways to be unique or savy. Mr. Hotelier, these are tough times for lots of businesses. It’s also a great opportunity to step up to the plate and prove to the guests that your hotel really does have something to offer. Just something to chew on.

Recently to present myself to LOCResidents regarding a room for rent in Bacolod City, Philippines. While there, presented a handout of room rates I had receive, and agreed on the room rate advertised. Then was told – while sitting there - ‘’price will be 10% more’’ and the sales associate wrote on my sheet a new – higher price. Felt offended, but said ‘’ok’’ anyway. Learned LOCResidence also offered ‘’long term rental’’. Told ‘’only two left – 1st come 1st served’’ and inspected a unit that was unfinished with no electrical outlets and/or kitchen-bath finished or ceramic flooring yet completed and ready to move in. Said I am interested, returned later to see about long term leasing, and asked for ‘’a rental agreement’’ to read. Told by the sales associate, ‘’1st you must make a 2 month deposit then you can see / read our rental agreement’’. After one hour and twenty minute discussion on this subject rental agreement, I was allowed to read someone else’s rental agreement – not a blank one presented to me to possibly sign. In reading someone else’s rental agreement, (in English unit #208 signed in November 2018) read several points that seemed not in the best interest of the tenant. Including agreeing to (if I signed and paid money in advance – on an unfinished unit), the right of management to enter my flat if determined I was in violation of agreement ANYTIME management so chooses. (No right of privacy). I walked away from LOCResidence, and I suggest you do the same!

I did not receive an important message while we were inside the room. They need to make an improvement on that. Also I noticed no one is there to assist you at night. Not a good experience though. There is no elevator and rooms are on floor 2 to 4... but the bell boy takes care of getting your luggage up. Clean modern roo with nice shower and the best towels I have had at a hotel in ages. 4 soft pillows on a queen bed... very nice. Coffee in room would have been nice as there was an electric kettle. Nice bistro just outside however they don't open till 8am so for early departure you need to travel 500 meter to the McDonald's or Jolly Bee.

It was almost 8pm when we landed Bacolod using the Roll on-Roll off shipping service from Iloilo to Bacolod to bring our own car to visit this city and other places in Negros Island using our own transportation. We drive around the city to start looking for a hotel with a secured parking. The first three hotels were all booked with not a single room available for the night. It was pure luck when we got to Sugarland Hotel obtaining an available family room. The hotel is beautiful with a storied past. It has a sheltered parking at the back and front and an indoor pool that doubles as a breakfast nook. The rooms are big enough for a family of four and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Overall it is a pleasant place to spend the night with plenty of secured hotel parking.

We arrived around 3 am on our last day there. The gate was closed. We were confused since there shouldn’t have been a curfew. It was a good thing there was a helpful guest at the garage that opened the gate for us. If he wasnt there it would have been a long cold night outside for us. Also my girlfriend got scolded because she knocked on a door that had an entrance sign and a buzzer on it. I mean it really looked like a room for reception but it turns out it is a guest room as well. Also, that night we misplaced our key, so we hoped to ask the reception if they could open our room. We knocked on a door that had an “ENTRANCE” sign and a buzzer on it. We of course assumed that it was the reception area. Turns out, it was also a guest room and we had disturbed the resting guests there. This could’ve been avoided if we had been briefed where the actual reception area was when we checked in, and if there was a stand by reception to receive guests who arrive on wee hours since there was no curfew posted. The location would be good if you have a car. If youre commuting, jeeps dont pass by the pension house. It's around a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest jeepney stops. This can get very tiresome if it's hot outside.

We usually look for a place to stay at when we need to go to the City and needs a good wifi to start with since our job is depending on the internet connection . Just last weekend , Internet was down and we need to go to Varcatelle , why Varcatelle , we find it easy to travel from our place to this place since it is just near Lopues East --- 30 minutes away from our location . As we approach the desk, they eventually know why we were looking for a room , we had booked the same place for quite sometime since we like the accommodation , the internet is really good and it is near the city center .We stayed for a day and of course will look forward to our next booking with you guys . Thank you for accommodating and also for giving us the best service ever .

Being located at the heart of City of Smiles is one of its advantage; where church, malls, and other attractions are just steps away it's really undeniable that GT Hotel is one of the best value hotels in the metro. I can say that foods are great, desserts are highly commendable and have reasonable prices. They also have function rooms and very accommodating sales and marketing, food & beverage, housekeeping, and front office staff. On top of that, this hotel has a spacious parking lot where you can really say that they value their guests' security and safety because they have guards on duty and the area is covered with cctv cameras. Furthermore, hotel room rates truly prove its value. Rooms are clean and well maintained and room attendants are all nice and friendly. Checking in on time has never been an issue because front office staff secures room availability upon guests' arrival and if not available, they make offer that the guest/s can leave their things at the concierge and will be immediately informed if room is already available. May GT Hotel Bacolod continues to deliver good customer service and be more driven to excel in hotel and hospitality industry. This hotel is always "a home, away from home". :)

I know that Bacolod is known for how sweet their people are, but the Mahogany Inn's staff just went out of the way to make us feel their hospitality, which made us extend one more night. We were on a road trip from Bayawan City with stop overs along the way, and you can just imagine the exhaustion we felt as we arrived at 8PM in Bacolod. We booked them on a last minute decision, and surely it was a great choice. As soon as we parked our car, we were greeted with the staff and helped us with our things. They are very courteous as well, that's something you would expect in 5-star hotels. As for its location, its about 4km away from the city centre which I didn't mind at all. On our first night, we booked a family room as it was the only one available. It was spacious, smells good, and was on the silent part of the building. For our second night, we moved to deluxe room which unfortunately was next to the streets so it was a bit loud plus the aircon is noisy. Spend some couple hundreds more to get the rooms at the back to get an extra peaceful sleep. All in all, for the price of less than 1,500php , Mahogany should be everyone's top choice when in BCD.

It took 2 years of planning and finding the perfect spot to hold our 35th High School Reunion. We zeroed in on Palmas Del Mar for it's tropical atmosphere and great amenities. From the onset, I was assisted by Reyzil who was so professional and helpful in selecting our Theme, buffet selection and giving me options for our budget. Everyone enjoyed the food, the music and the decorations. The Marketing staff are also ever ready to help when Reyzil isn't available namely: Joyce, Stephanie,Emy, Eunice, Markie and Julie. The rooms are kept neat and clean by the best housekeeping crew: Maylene, Fe, Eleanor and Anabel. Breakfast has a set menu and you have to order it with Jackie and the rest of the servers who always smile despite the demands place on them. Thanks also to Armando, the Head Manager who was present the whole time we were having our reunion and is hands on and dependable when needed. From the Bellman Rodel and others (sorry I forgot their names) who never hesitate to lend a hand with our luggage with a pleasant attitude and a smile. Mark, the security guard ensures our safety around the property. One of our classmates fell on the pool as he was drunk and the lifeguard came to the rescue to save him. Wow, I can't ask for a topnotch service. You guys are awesome! I truly appreciate all your excellent service.I won't hesitate to recommend Palmas Del Mar to anyone not just for the beauty of the place but the awesome staff. Thanks for making our party a huge success. Hope to do it again with you in the future!

Since there were 5 of us seniors vacationing in Bacolod for 3 days it was important that we stayed in a hotel that’s comfortable. I booked Acacia online and chatted with them about our concerns which they promptly attended to. Upon arrival we were met pleasantly at the front desk. The girl at the reception Danna even entered the WiFi password into our phones and she proved friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Lobby is wide , two elevators are working. Hotel was renovated in March 2019, so the place looked new. Rooms are wide and we had toiletries in the bathroom but only one roll of tissue so we had to ask for more every day. We had our daily supply of free bottled water which we cooled in the mini refrigerator. Breakfast was simple with less than 10 choices but bread, coffee and jam were unlimited. The waiters were accommodating and always ready to help. SM is very near the place so it was easy to shop for souvenirs. It was also easy to book Grab to take us around. The staff at the front desk gave suggestions on places to visit and even booked our shuttle to the airport when it was time to depart. Thumbs up for excellent service!

It seems that many years have passed since it was built, but I like the style. From the airport, instead of using a taxi, I switched to the local vehicle "Jeep" and said "Bell Hotel" and he dropped me off in front of the hotel. Supermarket "SM" is a 5 minute walk. There we were able to exchange pesos and eat. Breakfast was delicious. The sea can be seen from the windows on the 5th floor corridor.

The room they first allocated to me had an AC that didn't work, and I could hear the people-next-door's TV blaring through the drywall partitioning. They moved me with no problems whatsoever, though. The second room smelled strongly of fresh paint, but the working aircon sorted that out soon enough. I wasn't too thrilled to find a cockroach in the shower, but I managed to scare it off. My ratings are based on my expectations vs. reality. This is a budget place. A place to crash for the night. Don't expect anything more. And yeah, the pictures look much better than in reality. Still, it wasn't a bad place overall.

Buffet breakfast was good. The smell of the room was a little bit odd. The 2 female staff at the reception were unhelpful. On my last day, i bought 3 bags of pasalubongs (which were heavy so i used both of my hands). The door was next to the reception and both of them were just sitting there, the least they can do is to open the door for me but they did not so i used my back to open it. Bedside lamp has no bulb. Extension cord with usb port is available but it was a type b plug so you still need an adapter to use it. There's a nearby club/bar near the hotel and it was loud at night. 1. Location Boracay itself is a small island and almost everything is gathered at Station 2. The Hannan Crystal Sands Hotel is directly connected to White Beach and D'Mall is just a minute's walk away! We decided to look at only two swimming pools and locations, but there is no better location in Boracay than this! It's a good location too! 2. Pool Honestly, the pool was smaller than I thought. There are still two swimming pools and the atmosphere is completely different at day and sunset! Especially at sunset, the second floor pool is a life-shot spot. The white beach at the pool on the second floor is also an art 3. Breakfast It was really delicious than I thought. It was a trip with my brother, but my brother is sensitive to the spice. Real breakfast restaurant! Compared to other hotels, the fruits are fresh and the variety of food! 4. Cleanliness & Service I stayed in Hainan for another night and stayed at a different hotel. The staff at the front desk kindly checked in and out, and even though we may be bothered with the questions we asked, they provided good service until the end. Next time we go to Boracay, we'll be catching up with Hainan affiliated hotels and resorts! I think it was one of God that I booked Haenan Crystal Sands Hotel on this trip :)

The hotel location is near dmall, next to the beach, it is very convenient to get to the beach from the next stairs in the room. The decoration of the hotel is the style of a Southeast Asian resort hotel, and the hardware conditions are okay. For the price of a few hundred yuan in general, it is in line with the price. If there are more than a thousand holidays, it will be slightly insufficient. The hotel has three or four swimming pools, which are large and clean, with children's pools and slides, and baby playing with water is no problem. The restaurant is located on the sandy beach by the sea, the scenery is very good, the breakfast comes with a rich variety and fresh, but the dishes are all heavy and not used to eating. Lunch and dinner can be eaten in the hotel's restaurant. There are two or three restaurants. The one with a good price-performance ratio behind the pool is recommended. Beach towels and beach mats are provided. You need to go to the front desk for bath towels. You can get the mats when you find the waiter, but you have to tip. Overall it is a very cost-effective and comfortable hotel. The photo was taken from the balcony of the room to the beach. The scenery is beautiful. The recommended restaurant next to the pool is just downstairs. It is convenient and delicious. The environment is not expensive.

Located in the most lively and convenient area S2, I went through the entire S2 and found that Hannah has many homes in Long Beach, but this one is the most luxurious of the entire S2, none of them! Newly opened in 18, there are hundreds of guest rooms, but there are only nine sea view rooms, three pools, one of which is a sea view pool, but unfortunately, not every pool can feel it ... all super charming! The hotel's dinner was superb, 890p / person, economical and delicious, and the desserts were superb! Baby loves it! Big love Big love! Even Hannah's chef is versatile! I have stayed at many hotels until now, and some of them are luxury hotels, but I was able to feel the best hospitality among them during my stay. First, the staff. Smile is the best! Everyone gave me a greeting. From the moment I first stepped into the hotel, I was filled with the feeling of being happy with this hotel. A large number of staff members always worked to keep the lobby, corridors and rooms clean. Having never met the sand from the beach or the water from the pool, we always welcomed us in a brand new state, which is by far the best in Japan, with the highest customer service level in the world And great care! I was really moved! ! Anyway, the pool and the beach in front of the hotel are beautiful and the best! ! Expression other than was not possible. It is really the best. I strolled along the beach, but the beach, daybed, and umbrellas in front of Zalind Boracay were definitely kept clean. Be sure to have breakfast! Fruits are lined up like heaven. There are many kinds of bread, and each one has a quality like a delicious bakery. Just be careful that they are all too tasty and just eat too much. Also, this may be true of Boracay as a whole, but security is solid. There was always security (I think it was a local police officer or security guard) at the entrance of the hotel and at the entrance from the beach, so there was a sense of security. Although it may be trivial, airport transfers are available as a free service for guests. Both going and returning were early morning flights, but both were very helpful, picking up and dropping off by van and boat dedicated to Zalind Boracay. (If you become a tricycle on your own, you may not mind because the price is cheap, but the exhaust gas and temperature are quite troublesome) Last but not least, pray for the further development of Zalind Boracay. ① I was happy if there was a trash can in the wash basin. ② This is also helpful if you have only one spare toilet paper. (3) Shampoos and body soaps were fixed to the wall, so it was hard to push and felt inconvenient. I think it will be better if you replenish it when cleaning. that's all. If you are considering a trip to Boracay, don't hesitate to head to Zalind Boracay. We'll work hard again and hope to stay in a suite this time! We wish you all the happiness of Zalind Boracay and the beautiful nature of Boracay. Thank you very much! -!
