      The hotel is in a good location, in the center of Bellevue, opposite the library. It is quiet at night, the room is not very soundproofed, and the sound of the corridor next door is very clear. The front desk service was very welcoming. The only regret was that the room was cleaned. There was no change on the third day. Only a tip was put. Five days ago, it was five. I didn't put it, and I tossed my pajamas behind the TV cabinet for a long time.

      I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I needed some work done on my car and I didn't want to hang out in the dealership waiting room for several hours, so I booked an overnight stay and asked for late checkout. This was the perfect combination! It was like a mini-vacation, but I was still able to work remotely from the hotel room in comfort during the day while I waited for my vehicle. I strongly believe the hotel should partner with local car dealers to make this a regular package deal because it worked so well. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable. Overall this was a great experience.

However, the toothbrush in the hotel bathroom needs to prepare the air conditioner of the room. Remember to turn up the temperature and air conditioning.       Clean comfortable rooms in an apartment complex atmosphere. The complex is made up of small framed buildings, each with 4 units (upstairs & downstairs), all joined together with walkways. In the central courtyard is the pool. There are stairs/steps, twists and turns everywhere. For someone who is directionally challenged (i.e. I have NO sense of direction), I don't think I made it to breakfast and back to my unit the same way once in the 5 days I stayed. :D Pros: Professionally handled. Excellent service friendly staff, great breakfast spread and evening get togethers with tasty nibbles. Excellent setup in the pet friendly rooms - pleather couch, & chairs, the underside of the bed is blocked up and inaccessible. Hot breakfast included with good selection of coffee/teas/juices/yogurts/fruit and a waffle machine Cons: No shelter from the rain at front door, nor from room to front desk. Very annoying to have rain water dripping down your neck while you are struggling with the door. Nothing walkable close by and no restaurant in the hotel itself, although it has a well stocked cubby for snacks/instant noodle buys at the front desk. They DO however, provide free groceries service. Heavy footed upstairs guest = much disturbed sleep, especially if you go to bed early and get up early whereas they do the late / late thing Skinny parking lots = problems with getting luggage or laundry out of back seat. Put it in the trunk. Poor ADA access for those with mobility challenges. pathways are narrow and there are steps everywhere. You also have to carry your own luggage up a flight of stairs. As long as you are aware of the cons and/or visiting in the summer time - this property, like most other Residence Inns, are excellent extended stay hotels.

      Anthony the Manager came out to greet us and acknowledge me as an Ambassador Elite promptly. I appreciated he and his team were attentive to our needs as we checked in early and especially accommodated us with expediting the cleaning our room for the early check-in. Thank you to him and the front desk team (I’m sorry I forgot all the wonderful ladies’ names there). They took COVID precautions and I felt that the facility was clean. I liked the hot breakfast options and would love it if they could add decaf coffee to the am service. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, your service helps greatly. I liked my room had a view of the evergreens, too.
