|6.02km from city centerWe stayed here for only 1 night since we were at the end of our month long trip. to Germany and Italy. This hotel is in the suburb of Baden-Baden and off the beaten path. It is a very nice more of a BB than a classic hotel. The town is quaint and the people very nice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is quaint and located in wine country so there are vineyards everywhere including down the street from the hotel. As with most places in Germany, there are castles everywhere. I would stay there again if we were in the area. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

|1.24km from city centerWe booked this hotel based on the online reviews. It’s more than we typically spend per night, but this was a special kid free weekend. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. A nice perk is if you book directly through the hotel, as a thank you, the first fill of the mini bar is free. I so wanted to love this hotel. Despite advertising air conditioning, our room just wasn’t getting cold. I went and spoke with the night clerk on our second night, thinking maybe it was operator error and could be easily fixed. The night clerk pulled up our room on the computer and tells me that the air conditioning is broke. It would have been nice if given the fact they obviously saw this on check in, they had put us in a functioning room. The clerk apologized and said he would make a note in our record for the manager to see in the morning. We were checking out the next day, so it didn’t make sense to move us to another room. I asked the night clerk about compensation, but he didn’t have that authority. The next morning, the manager was working the front desk when we checked out. I wasn’t asked how our stay was, so I informed her of the issue. I was told that the room was at a comfortable temperature and no discount would be given. I’m very disappointed with customer service, a small gesture such as comping our breakfast or our tickets to the therme baths would have been a nice token. I understand that things happen, I don’t understand not valuing your clientele.

The hotels that arrived at 6 in the morning are all early check-in. The corridor provides fruits and bread all day. It is convenient to walk everywhere. If you drive by car, free parking is provided, and you can park outside when it is full. There are two doors for the entrance and exit, so it is very convenient to walk. Swipe your card at the back door 24 hours to enter and exit, walk a few steps down the stairs to reach caracalla and fiedrichs. Don’t look at other comments saying that climbing is very tiring. It’s broken in three steps. There are stairs shortcuts, so why bother to go around and climb the slope.

Great rooms TOP renovated as apparently the whole house. Our room had even access to a (general) terrace. Our room was very quiet. The guests have good tips for restaurants etc. We were, for example, in the Golden Lion 10 min. away. Most better than in the city. You either drive the bus to the city (hold right in front of the door), or you go down the lightental Allee 20 minutes and see the Kurpark. Car could stay (free street parking was always found. Good breakfast was brought directly to the table. All top. If we were to be back in bathroom, the hotel search has been done for us. We would go back to the emperor.

The beds were cosy. No air conditioner. As it was still cold outside, there was no need for an ac. However, I doubt this will be the situation during summer. It's 10mts by car from the train station and 5 to 10mts by foot to the city centre. Wifi was breaking in between. Breakfast was moderate and was included in our room. Rate. Rooms had a bottle of sparkling water and small chocolate as complimentary. The reception staff are pleasant and welcoming. They provided us with the city map and advised us where to go. Overall the stay was satisfactory.

It’s beautifully appointed in every way- we loved the tub! Breakfast was very nice; we ate out on the back terrace looking at the lovely garden. I never wanted to leave the garden. The beautiful town of Baden Baden is just a few minutes walk from the hotel, but the hotel feels like a country estate. Perfect combination! The staff members were all helpful and eager to please. Special thank you to Mike, who each day cheerfully answered our endless questions about hiking in the area. His advice greatly enhanced our stay.

|1.28km from city centerBack from a 3 night stay at the Brenners. As always everything is perfect and the winter atmosphere is hard to beat. Pre stay inquiries are efficiently dealt with. We were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with nice welcome amenities. Etro toiletries are correct but I missed the Brenners branded toiletries and their scent. Breakfast buffet is among the best I’ve experienced. We also had cocktail and dinner at Fritz & Felix which we love. Gym, pool and sauna are amazing. All the staff we interacted with was professional as usual and charming. Special thanks to concierge Merlin who helped us with our flight and limo transfer issues and tried its best to offer the best possible solution. I have heard there is a renovation soon of the main building. I really hope it maintains its aesthetic and character!

We asked the hotel to reserve a nearby restaurant, for which they could not have been more helpful and actually were conscientious enough the change the reservation to a slightly later time when they reaslisd we would be late. A travel cot was set up as per our request and breakfast was arranged for us to be a l little earlier, with the forethought kindness to offer us additional snacks for our long car journey. Claudia in the morning was especially helpful with such a swift and efficient breakfast and check out, nothing was too much trouble and such amazing service and hospitality is a rarity, for this the hotel stands out a mile! I would highly recommend this hotel who is looking for extra special special and beautiful place to stay.

We knew this hotel from its restaurant which left us 2 excellent memories. The hotel is located in the restaurant we are a little close because all the guests have dated their meeting at the same time but we are installed quickly to complete the hotel form. The rooms are typically decorated, only the corridor is a little more. The comfort is strict even if it is a few square meters but it is enough to sleep. We really need to get out at the front coffee for breakfast, that has not disturbed us and allowed us to follow the work of the pharaoh decoration undertaken to wait for Christmas. Fortunately, this hotel is taking up such a shipyard because Baden Baden is a very sad side of Christmas decoration. Only a small bemol, the gutschein (good gift) in this front coffee Am Rathaus will remain on the table because after 20 minutes of wait we left with the dryer than when we arrived. The hotel restaurant has filled us two nights of our stay and will also have the right to our pen. We will return without hesitation, the price quality ratio is excellent because we do not forget that we are in Baden Baden ...

Defects: All batteries are ignored. We turned on everything but only one worked. The room was warmed for the second day. The first night was very cold-wake up with the ice skin of hands and faces)) No wifi. Reachable by car to deliver the luggage and then there are several parkings available at walking distance of the hotel. The reception part still respires the seventies, and same for the elevator but the rooms are well maintained , functional and with an excellent sleeping confort.The typical German breakfast was excellent.The owner himself prepares you excellent eggs. Casting a wider net, I located hotels in Neuweier. This turned out to be more my style, as it is quieter and more sedate. There are very nice walking trails above the town. The breakfast buffet was superb. The host family must not be from Germany as we both worked a bit in German to converse. I found them to be friendly and helpful. I believe I have found a new place to stay, and would gladly return again. I had one of the best third floor rooms overlooking the main road, with a balcony.
