I used it on a business trip. It is just new and very pleasant. There are many restaurants such as taverns in the neighborhood, and I think you can be satisfied with business guests and family. Convenience stores also take less than 1 minutes on foot. It is almost the same facility as other route inns, but the public bath was still pleasant. The lobby is not large, so when the check-in time overlaps, it is crowded and the waiting time is long. In fact, I waited a lot. If I have another chance, it is a hotel I want to stay. The impression that the accommodation fee is high.

Room sludge facilities sludge around sludge air conditioning sludge hot spring No complaints. It was very good. As for TV, I can't see FUJI series and TV Tokyo series, so I think it would have been good to see this. It was a safe plan for eating out because it was in the downtown area, but it was close to the popular tavern, and there was a ramen shop of Tenka Ichino in the East Hall of the inn, and I enjoyed sake and meals. Thank you.

A very good hotel, right next to the parking lot, at a discount of 200 yen a night. The waiters are good at answering in English. They advocate environmental protection. Toilet supplies are taken in the lobby, and facial masks are also provided. The room is a bit small and acceptable, and clean. The hotel provides a hot spring right next to it. Now the lobby uses 200 Yen to buy a shampoo box. We forgot to buy it. The waiter was very helpful and taught me how to deal with it. But the hot spring is a bit old and old-style. The chase is worthy of the question is that there is a fox footprint next door, which is a foot-soaking cafe, which is very fashionable to go. The first question is that the room does not need a key to use a password, which is very trendy.

I went to umenoya where Fukuku cuisine and hot springs can be enjoyed on New Year's Day. Yuta Onsen was the first time I imagined a hot spring in the mountains, and it was an inn in the hot spring town. The room is very large and relaxing slowly in the front of the Japanese room on the second floor. Dinner was good for room food. The Fuku dishes are delicious and the full course is satisfactory. It was good that the lady general came to greet me. The hot spring is like a beautiful hot water with a beautiful skin effect, and there is a slightness and a littleness, and the insulation effect is outstanding. I put it slowly in the inner bath and the open air. The hot spring of the faucet is also a hot spring, so all of them are hot springs of my own source. The source hanging is good.

I always travel here with my family every year. It is recommended that you include breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet, and dinner is a Japanese style meal. It is very rich and delicious. Children need to pay extra for sleeping on tatami mats. There is free parking. The hotel's hot spring is great 👍

The first time I stayed here was on a business trip a couple of years ago. The room was very old, dirty and smelly as it used to be a smoking room. I vowed never to stay there again. Fast forward to this week. Another business trip stay and I reluctantly agreed to stay there as everywhere else was fully booked. I was assured I had a Non-Smoking room. It was not. It was a disgustingly yellow, musty and grimy ****hole of a room! Just stepping out of the elevator, you are greeted with an absolutely disgusting stench from the hallway carpet that has gone from a light blue to a dark murky looking grey, I assume from never being cleaned/shampooed. The room upon entering was no better and I almost threw up, no kidding! The toilet/bathroom has a strip of paper with the word 'Sanitised' on it, on the toilet seat lid. The toilet itself had dark grey stripes inside the bowl. The shower curtain was speckled with mold and the light fixture had dust and lord knows what hanging off it! In the bedroom, the air vent was full of years worth of dust, and it showed on the ceiling with the stripes of grime blasted on the paper. The bedroom carpet was marginally better than the hallway one, but smelled almost as bad. Walls were covered in dirt and dust, with some areas showing peeling paper. The bed covers had HOLES in them!! I dared not sleep inside the bed itself and used the bath towel to lay down on. Upon returning late at night to my home the next day, my wife commented how she could still smell the place on my suit, which I have opted to trash rather than clean, and other clothing items are now soaking overnight to kill off any potential bugs. This hotel used to be a lovely place many many years ago, but it seems neither management nor owners, give a crap about the upkeep of the place. Old fixtures, dirty everything and a stench so bad you wouldn't want your worst enemy to stay there! The one saving grace is the breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful. If I could rate this place any lower, I would. I do NOT RECOMMEND staying here - EVER! Advice to management/owners: CLEAN YOUR HOTEL, UPGRADE EVERYTHING, Trash or BURN every single piece of bed linen, curtains, shower curtains and mattresses as well as that DISGUSTING EXCUSE OF A CARPET! Spend some MONEY ON YOUR BUSINESS! If it was up to me, you'd be SHUT DOWN as a HEALTH HAZARD! My wife and I (Japanese) will be finding out what we can do to report your overpriced ****HOLE and have you do something about it! The pictures I have provided do not show half the story - I have video too and will be happy to share!

I stayed for 1 night when I went to Yuta Onsen. I will describe the good points and the points I noticed. ■ good points The hospitality was good. The air conditioner in the room was managed unified, and the temperature was not adjusted, but the blanket was prepared. Also, the check-out of the next morning was early, but it was difficult to respond flexibly with color 々. It was with a large bath. Due to the influence of the new pneumonia, only the large bath in the basement was able to be used, but the entrance was a password type, and the outsider did not enter, so it was safe. The bath towels need to be brought from the room, but the hand towels were free to use. It was convenient because the convenience store was close. It was about 1 minutes walk from the hotel. It was a room that could smoke. Recently, there are some non-smoking hotels in all rooms, but it was difficult for smokers to smoke in the room. ■ I noticed that the right-hand dryer in the cherry blossom bath was very weak in wind. Also, some showers in the public bath were so strong that they were painful and hard to use. I don't think the water pressure is weak, but I think it's a little weaker. It was a bit inconvenient that there was no outlet on the pillow. Overall, it was a very good hotel. It is an inn that I want to repeat again. You can recommend it.

Although it is a very untreated corona, the number of corona occurrences in Yamaguchi Prefecture is low, and the facilities in this inn are made in the good period of Showa and are made in luxury 々 It is difficult to become dense. The meal hall is also widely made, and even if it is usually difficult to become dense, it is safe because the number of seats is operated by carrying out further strict corona measures. There are three bathrooms in the bathroom, each of which is 々, and the dressing room is large, so there is a sense of security. Moreover, it is a large inn, but it is quite happy to have a small response. I took a fishing boat of the inn tie up, but I had a fishing fruit cooked by the service to naganao itanaga々 and went to dinner. Such a deep kindness was in my heart. I think I will go as a repeater.

I stayed one night at this hotel in Nov 2019. I stayed in other Tokyoinn's hotels in Japan before, but this one is worst. The customer staying next room and the opposite (they knew each other and chat very loudly in the corridor) were very noisy at night, I asked the reception if they can remind the customer to keep the noise down. She said she would do it, but completely ignoring me. The noise kept on until midnite, and started again in the morning. I was totally disturbed and cannot sleep, and felt tired the next day. I think the staff was not really helpful.

I made a reservation for this hotel in advance, but I canceled it due to my personal work. I made a reservation on this app and it was canceled after the cancellation date, so I was completely inviting it to my trouble. The app administrator has made efforts to prevent cancellation fees from occurring until the end. Thank you very much. However, I didn't understand, but the app was a hotel and a travel company intermediary, and after all, there was a cancellation fee against the profit of the travel company. I don't want to complain about this. I like a hotel and use it well, and I sometimes book it directly, but if you are straight, if you tell me the cancellation situation, you will be able to make a decision by the hotel I think there are cases where you can't get a cancellation fee even on the day. In fact, I also had such a thing. I would say that the app is easy to book and very convenient, but if you assume a sudden cancellation on your work, I think it is better to be booked directly at the hotel. Especially if you are a favorite hotel, I think it is better to return to the hotel than to take a wasteful intermediary. I will tell you again at the end, but I have negotiated with a travel company twice to the administrator of this app, and it was not possible in the end, but I am very grateful for your efforts. Thank you very much.

Comfort Hotel Yamaguchi is convenient for someone who likes to stay close to the Shin Yamaguchi station to catch shinkansen or the local trains. It is just outside the North exit, and has plenty of eating places around it. The hotel is a typical business hotel in that it is very compact. But it is also more than typical, with modern room that is clean, well lighted and provides good service. The wifi is free and strong. Te hotel provides simple breakfast in buffet style. I always have good impressions of comfort hotels, and this one did not disappoint at all.

Green Rich Hotel Yamaguchi Yuda Onsen is a nice choice besides onsen hotels in the neighbourhood. True, the standard double room was on the small side. But it was by no means among the smallest I had stayed in in the country. We had enough space to open our suitcase and do a bit of walking. The room was also comfortable and elegantly designed. The absence of an in-house onsen was not a problem for us since it was our plan to try the day trip onsen of other hotels within short walking distance in the vicinity. The two female staff members who checked us in was courteous with a friendly smile. All in all, if you can get a room at Green Rich Hotel Yamaguchi Yuda Onsen at a bargain price, I think it's a very solid choice.

Business hotel on the local line side, the north exit of Shin Yamaguchi Station. Location is about 5 minutes walk from the station. I went by car, but I will tell you where the parking lot is at the front desk. It is a plane, but it is a little difficult to understand place. The room and facilities were old and non-smoking rooms, but I was worried that the old smoking room or the smell of cigarettes was on the room. There is a convenience store in front of the station and there are restaurants around. Breakfast is a venue on the first floor and it is difficult to sit in a place like a tavern. However, breakfast has a lot of items and is quite good in this class. I recommend you to have breakfast.
