A very American hotel with high cost performance, clean, quiet and safe. You can see the spectacular Rocky Mountains in the room, and you are fortunate to see the Rizhao Jinshan of the Rocky Mountains in the early morning. Access is also very convenient, next to the main avenue of Kezhou, not far from the small commercial street, eating and shopping is also very convenient.

We stayed at the top floor and the whole stay was very quiet. Nice breakfast, the typical Fairfield Inn items. The hotel offered free parking; and we got very good rates during CU graduation weekend. Some guests paid twice as much as our rate! During our stay apparently a car in the hotel parking lot had been broken into; not sure if it is a very isolated occurrence. It was a bit unsettling. However, none of our cars were vandalized. It was a good stay for our family. The hotel has a great location, close to I-25 as well as many restaurants, gas stations, cafes. Very convenient!

I had booked a stay over one month before my arrival for a room with two queen beds for me and my daughter. On the day before my arrival, the early check-in notification told me my room was made for a King bed (bait and switch). I called the hotel reservations and the reservation was switched back to a two queen bed room, so I checked-in online. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told the operations manager, Syreena Lor, had given away my room and they couldn't honor my reservation for two queens; all they had only a room with a bed and a pullout couch. The front desk office clerk also told me they had not honored their contract with two other guests who had arrived earlier. So, it seems common practice to overbook rooms at IHG, and the hotel could care less about honoring contracts/hotel reservations. I'm pretty shocked by this as a hotel reputation depends on integrity. They have none. I used to feel bad about the hotel industry during Covid, well, not anymore.
