We were bored at our Strip hotel and moved to El Cortez. We've been to Vegas many many many times and never stayed downtown. My expectations were totally managed. I was so impressed from the moment we checked in. They had more health safety precautions in place than the MGM property we left to move downtown. They took our temperatures and gave us masks and hand sanitizer. Hotel guests were given bracelets and you had to show your bracelet to get on the elevator. Elevator buttons were cleaned between each ride! We went up to our room and it was a really nice large room with a great view of the mountains and the Strip. The room was clean. It had been updated in recent history. The bathroom could have offered more privacy. The door to the shower/toilet area is fairly transparent and the wall doesn't go to the ceiling. We had an issue with our bathroom that was not fixed the first time and only got worse. We ended up having to move rooms. We were amazed at the speed with which a gentleman came up with a luggage cart to help us move. Rooms have fridges and you can order coffee service that comes with the room. There is definitely an element present in a downtown hotel and casino. To lure more visitors away from the Strip hotels El Cortez needs to be more attentive to how those elements are managed to assure guests feel safe. You can tell they are really trying. On a final note, we were amazed to have a complimentary ride to the airport in a really nice black SUV. We did not expect to have that level of service. Thanks for a fun stay. We will be back.

As guest who has stayed at this property multiple times and has stayed at most properties in Las Vegas, The Downtowner is in my opinion the only Downtown Las Vegas accommodation dedicated exclusively to delivering happiness. The Downtowner is a comprehensive property that features FREE parking, complimentary coffee, a pool, fitness center, putt putt golf, bar and more! The Downtowner is located Downtown Las Vegas, East of Fremont, the most popular LEGIT area of Vegas—the casinos, the restaurants, hotels, rental cars, shows, putt putt golf courses, activities, events, shopping, nightclubs and more al within footsteps of your amazing and clean room. The staff at The Downtowner is nothing short of WOW! Checking in is a breeze and they always greet me with a smile. I feel like Ive known them even though Ive usually never met them as I check in/out at different times. They handle everything about your stay with a giant smile and really make you feel welcome. My last stay I had to print some documents and they totes did it for FREE! I was blown away. The rooms are clean and decorated in faux mid century furniture. I hosted a business meeting during my last stay and the size of the room coupled with the in room desk was nothing short of spectacular. I see some reviews in which people complain about the other guests. YOU are in Vegas which is a 24 hour city so if YOU think people should be in bed by a time that YOU deem appropriate then YOU should bring earplugs or do whatever YOU need. Self empowerment! Ive been a returning guest and I will continue to patronize The Downtowner as I return to Vegas almost monthly. Hats off! Bravo! A big round of applause to The Downtowner Las Vegas and its caring staff. A+++

This is an apartment hotel, because of the affordable price, so I booked with my friends for two nights at this hotel. Remind the customers who want to stay. The online payment does not include the resort fee. After arriving at the hotel, you need to pay more. The soundproofing effect of the hotel is very poor! In the evening, if there is a party next to the Club, you can hear the music all night. The voice of the next room can be heard, and you wake up early in the morning. The most excessive point is that on the day we check out, about 10 o'clock, there is a man who opens our door directly and says to remind us to check out at 11 o'clock. He didn't knock the door! Fortunately, we have the last anti-theft lock, but it is still a little scared.

Hotels in Las Vegas have resort fees and no breakfast. There are performances in the hotel, blue men (to see the baby), and air show (suitable for gay men), very convenient, check in directly There is an escalator next to the front desk to go to the second floor, the performance hall, and buying tickets are all there. I arrived on the day and bought tickets for the night directly. I also took a photo with Blue Man at the end. Dad said that the air show was also worth the fare.

I stayed on a Saturday night through Thursday morning. My Expedia rate was US$46 per night (plus US$29 Resort Fee). Rates are so LOW, because this property is one block off FREMONT Street and very few people know about it. I was able to check in at 11:15 on a Saturday morning WITHOUT an extra charge (unlike many Vegas hotels). They also extended "VIP" status to Expedia members, which meant my Expedia points were worth DOUBLE. My Expedia status ALSO gave me a VALUABLE late check-out (2 hours grace). Hotel is new, VERY clean, and the drink service in the Casino is "Warp" speed. A BONUS is the construction noise from the 3rd tower has now STOPPED (they're just doing the inside now). You'll love it here!

We stayed Oct 29-Nov 1. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, pillows a little flat, but we all slept great. The check in staff were great. Mary is a pleasure to deal with. The restaurant staff were great. The custodian Jonathon was wonderful and helpful. That’s where it ends. The casino staff were inattentive, and seemed to not care. I had a ticket stuck in a machine for over an hour. I had to change reservations for a tour we had because no one wanted to help me get my money from the machine. When help finally did come, Liz was less than thrilled to be helping me. She called the shift boss Alex and he didn’t even respond to her on the radio. When we finally did get to talk to him he said he didn’t answer her because he had other things to do. He kept looking at his watch when we talked to him. It’s not enough to make me not stay there again, but it was not pleasant dealing with them.

I have stayed at the Fremont several times. We love the live keno here, and the fact that we can get tickets and watch in our room, and it only takes 1 minute to get to the room, is the reason we stay here. I never liked the room itself, but in the past it was at least clean. The last 2 visits, July 2020 and Oct 2020, the rooms are just in bad shape. The bathroom is nasty and I honestly feel dirtier after being in there. The toilet is so old school. The rooms are just run down and dirty now. I'm really disappointed. I guess until they make some renovations, and do something about those bathrooms, we will be staying elsewhere. We will really miss watchin keno in the room, but we will still come to play keno here, just won't stay. Hi keno staff, you are the best! Hi Trent!

The check in part was easy, but the lines were LONG due to Covid-19 and temperatures having to be taken, etc. I probably stood in line close to 45 minutes. There were vacant computers at the check in stations, so more staff would have been better able to accomodate the long line. With that being said, the room was very nice as always. We have stayed here probably 10 times in the last 25 years, and it is always our "go-to" hotel of choice. One of their awesome features is their fabulous buffet, which was regrettably absent this time. Other places on our trip this time DID have their buffets open, where you pointed and told the server what you wanted and they placed it on your plate. No contact and the process went very smoothly as people couldn't "dawdle" over the selections. Wish The Golden Nugget had had this buffet type offering available. The few times in Las Vegas that we haven't stayed at The Golden Nugget, we have always gone there for their buffet regardless. Close to covered walkway with shops and entertainment. We like this hotel because it's away from the Strip and quieter with less crowds.

It's not too noisy because it's a bit off Fremont Street. There is a refrigerator and a security box. The ABC store is also just a 3-minute walk away.

This has been my favorite location in downtown las vegas for many years now. This was established in 1906 and is the oldest las vegas casino. It irritates me when the travel channel states that the Flamingo Casino is the oldest, which is off by around 40 years. There are a lot of historic pictures and historical items throughout the casino. What really makes this special with the locals and tourist is their splendid customer service provided by their employees. They have a very good employment screening process and there is not one single employee in any department that I have had negative issues with over the years. Everyone is treated like friends and family, which draws customers to keep returning here. They casino did some recent renovations, which included a sportsbook section. I really like their music here that consist of American and Spanish pop music and they have the sexiest female workers here in all departments, as well. They have some attractive male bartenders to keep the ladies interested in the process. There is a popular band stage outside the doors on the Fremont Street Experience and they have good security to promote and comfortable social scene. I have not been inside the rooms for awhile, since i am a local, but tourist tell me that they have decent rooms, as well. To conclude, this is the best kept secret on the FSE and is worth checking out!

I always use it in Vegas. The room is large and easy to use. There is also a work desk for business use. It is recommended for Japanese as there is bathtub. The casino's BJ starts at $ 5, it's very nice and the slots are pretty good. The pool is hot water so it can be used all year round. Gym is also good. Located next to Fremont Street, you can easily reach outlets and strips with uber and buses. For those who have been to Vegas many times. Cospa is very good.

Las Vegas Strip
Every year I go to Las Vegas at CES. During the exhibition, all hotels are very expensive, so stay in downtown, and then travel to the strip for about 3 days. In the last few years, Mirage has been the best value for money. I stayed at the hotel. It is not an exaggeration to say that cost performance is only a Mirage at a 4 star hotel. I will stay if I can maintain the current price next year.

Trump International Family traveler with two big kids. Hotel located at the north of the Strip, no casino so there's no huge line for checking in. This is one of the reason we chose it. We stayed in two different rooms for two nights, one is two double beds room and the other one is the king size bed suite. Rooms are big with comfortable beds. Staffs are friendly. Value for money is great. We have left three jackets in the hotel and Trump has the specific lost & found department (company) to recover it. They sent the package back by Fedex but the price is quite expensive which costs USD155 for sending it back to Hong Kong. Anyway, it is nice to have them back since one of my jacket worths USD1500.... Thanks for recovering them for us.

It’s located on the strip and has access to the pedestrian bridge to connect to the strip and tram to other hotels. We went during COVID- restrictions, so many of the amenities were closed, but the hotel has a great selection of dining options. The pool area is spacious and was our favourite place. Housekeeping was not excellent, we stayed here for a week, and they only came 2x, and that was after we called and requested a cleaning service. The hallway was dirty and always had things lying around. The rooms don't have a microwave or fridge if you want to store cold water or leftovers. It’s not ideal.

A great value hotel in Las Vegas. Originally, it was only scheduled for one night. The family was very happy after checking in, and immediately decided to add an extra night. The hotel is at the end of Long Street, near Luxor Hotel. From the location point of view, it is a little bit off, but the hotel can park between different MGM hotels, which is good. The hotel is large, and Jin Chancan is prominent on the road. The rooms are large, the facilities and facilities are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are very large. They belong to high-end luxury prices, but the prices are very close to the people. Especially when booking from Ctrip, it is cheaper than some websites in the United States. The lobby of the hotel is the casino, mainly various types of slot machines. Overall, the check-in experience is good, the only drawback is that the hotel is really too big, often getting lost, ha ha, after parking the car on the day of the check, I couldn't find the hotel lobby, it took a long time to find it. In addition, all kinds of snacks in the room are paid, the price is expensive, and the induction device is used. If you move it, it may be included in the bill even if you do not eat it, and the small refrigerator cannot refrigerate your own things. You need to pay to use it. This is the first time you have encountered it, and it feels very unreasonable. Parking requires $ 15 a day. You also need to pay a resort fee of nearly $ 42 a day.

Pyramid Hotel, baby want to go to Egypt, just live in a Pyramid Hotel compromise, there are blue people and tuoyi show. Performance. very convenient. Meals are not bad, and it's easy to go to the main road. lv hotels are relatively expensive. There is a gas station next to the hotel, and the fuel is cheap. Anyway, the hotel can meet all your needs.

1. The location of the hotel is very good, the middle of the main street, you can basically browse the entire Las Vegas area by walking. 2. Parking is a separate building. The hotels I have stayed at in Vegas are basically the same. It only takes a connecting corridor to walk from the parking lot to the front desk. The parking fee of 15 USD is paid when checking in. It is very convenient to enter and exit with the room card. 3. The hotel's software and hardware are good, the layout of the room is warm and new. Especially checkin and checkout are completed on the machine terminal, and there is customer service staff to assist, which is very convenient. The hotel's gym is fully equipped, but need to line up between 7am and 9am. 4. I have breakfast at the Italian food center on the ground floor of the hotel. I have a lot of options and very special features. I can definitely make a nutritional match for 20 dollars. Dinner at the Zhongguan restaurant on the first floor is also a good option. In addition, the bar on the first floor casino is also a good place to spend time with friends in the evening. After a little gambling, drink two glasses, smoke a cigar, and enjoy a good Vegas night. There are two problems: 1. The washbasin in the toilet is easily blocked 2. Check the bill carefully when you checkout. In addition to the prepaid online fee, there is a resort fee that is charged by every casino hotel, but the extra bar food charges in the room were deleted after I raised an objection, because I always have to Never touched the food in the room.
