|4.83km from city centerWe stayed at Liliwalai Resort for a few nights as part of an organized birding holiday. Although the grounds are beautiful and well kept my honest rating would be 3.5 for the room itself. It was in a row of rooms and was quite average in size and amenities. Although without much of a view to anything it served our basic needs. It appears the wooden Thai houses located farther from the restaurant would be a better room choice than the attached rows of rooms. The restaurant meals were generally well prepared however staff were at times a bit confused/slow to serve us. The WiFi was some of the fastest we experienced in our travels throughout the country. There is a pool but we didn't make use of it. Overall, a nice resort.

Convenient and confident with trip.com's booking system, got a good price and used trip coins to help pay. We arrived at the accommodation at 18:00. Check-in was smooth. The accommodation was ready. The tent's amenities were complete. There was no TV. Most importantly, there was a comfortable, clean and functional bathroom in the tent. The WiFi signal was good. You can watch movies online. The air was cool. You don't have to turn on the air conditioner to feel cold. Sleep soundly with the sounds of nature. The breakfast was delicious. The accommodation staff were friendly, smiling, and welcoming. They were warm and friendly. I like the 300m jocking track. Although it was short, it worked well. We walked 5 rounds. The air was good, there was wind, and there was soft sunlight. I was very happy. The road near the entrance to the accommodation was a bit rough. There were no street lights. Drive a little slower. It worked without any problems.

For dinner, we leave our stomach at Chan Pha restaurant. Isaan style Thai restaurant You must not miss it must be grilled snake fish. Spicy sauce. Eat with side dishes is the best. Breakfast is served as a buffet style. There are a variety of food lines.

It is a calm, quite place, and convenient for Khaoyai National Park trip. Room was nice and toilet/shower were good. Breakfast (Milk Land) was not much variety, but good teste. A lot of parking space provided behind hotel buildings. Khaotom (Boilrice) Km.9 local restaurant for dinner is 6.5 km away from the hotel.

Our room is One Bedroom Pool Villa Onsen Suite, I must say that there are only 4 rooms in this zone, which is beyond description. The villa is located on the hillside with sunrise view. that is very romantic Inside the room large bed There is a tub to soak in the room. Spacious bathroom divided into dry and wet zones. A with His and Her washbasin, a good size villa swimming pool There is a pavilion for us to enjoy the Out door atmosphere and that cannot be missed. Soak in a private onsen tub with a view of the mountain, Panorama Sala Hilltop Restaurant, an All Day Dining restaurant that serves a variety of food. Few points that we think the resort could take into their account to improve. 1. The pool area is really nice, except the beach bar and their music choices. I think they are trying to make it look like a fun beach bar but instead, look very cheap and out of the setting. Their music playlist is a crime. There were about 10 songs and they kept playing in the loop. If you cannot put together some nice and chill playlist (all covered song, not even the real artists), rather just don't play it at all. 2. Towels were run out at the pool area, we had to ask 3 times (within 1.5 hour) to get towels. There were no other guests at the pool area….just two of us. Not sure why they took so much time to get towels…. In my opinion, whoever responsible for the pool area should take more attention to improve it. 3. The seating in the room’s balcony had lots of dust.

We arrived before check-in time. Sitting and waiting in the dining room, there were dumplings, steamed buns, fruit, and drinks for free, and the staff came to replenish things all the time. The only problem is that some breakfast items are not enough for the number of guests. You have to wait for the staff to fill it up. Overall, I'm very impressed. If there is a chance, will come back and stay here again.

|18.29km from city centerMy trip ended since September 2021, at that time when i checked out of the hotel, i thought i would give them 1 star, or even 0 star if having, but i was convinced myself of being calm to go back later for unbiased reviews, and until today it's a pity to say that I can't still give them more than 2 stars after everything we had experienced in Toscana Hotel La Casetta. At the beginning I discussed so clearly with the booking staff that my husband and I wanted to book their room for 2 weeks for our anniversary vacation. They offered me a cheaper room under 50 square meters but I refused. I chose the ” nicer and larger ”, accepted to pay more with hope we would have a great trip. I sent some pictures of the room and they 100% confirmed that we would be accommodated in that kind of room. But finally, in reality we wouldn't. The very first night when we checked in, I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to unpack my stuffs because the room was different from what we saw in the photos. They claimed this room type was for 4 people but really for 2 of us it was not enough, 1 wardrobe was so old and small, my husband had to put his clothes on the extra bed. There was only 1 sink which was so small and dirty while in the picture it should be 2 separate sinks. Toilet, shower very old and extremely dirty. The mezzanine of the room was lack of sofa, completely not the same which what we wanted to book and pay for. We arrived at the hotel when their restaurant was closed, there was no microwave in the room and the surroundings were quiet. We were forced to eat cold food that we brought with and that night I had a stomach ache because of that. The next day I had to call the manager asking him to take us to the correct room that we booked, they cooperated, and it turned out to be an even worse room with a very bad air conditioner, noisy like a plow, I think I've read a few comments here from another guests about the noise of the AC also. They even knew that and arranged a fan just in case, but sorry we didnt spend money to use the fan, right? After discussing again, my husband said we couldnt get the money back anyway, then try to stay and make the room better. We decided to ” help them to help us ”, clean and rearrange the room with the aim of trying to enjoy our vacation together. We went to the supermarket to buy dishes, cutlery, napkins, garbage bags... Honestly I was not satisfied at all but tried to bear it. A few days later, I called their restaurant to order room service. I asked for pad Thai, and extra onion. It was so stupid that the restaurant staff who spoke English pretty well didn't understand what oinion was, she told me ” im sorry Madam i dont know what onion meant ”. I got angry and canceled the order. The last time was at noon when I had an urgent matter to contact the reception, I called the front desk 8 times, called the manager's number 3 times, both by the phone installed in the room and by the mobile phone, calling them contin

|9.69km from city centerWe spent three days with Cedric, her grandbrother and forest guides in family (with our two girls of 12 and 15 years) and this will be one of the strong moments of our one-month trip to Thailand. We will never forget them already humanly. That means gentleness, humor, goodness, passion for their job. The trek in the forest was a very fun time, to watch the few animals that were let see (birds, monkeys, ...), closely following the forest guards, which were examining traces on the ground, trees, ... We had the chance to share some of these moments with another French family with two children who stayed at the same place and with which we immediately hang. We all had a good Thai meal together in a warm, funny atmosphere ...In short, you will have realized it, it is a place we will keep in mind all our life. A place that wants to come back, to drink a little whisky in the evening watching the children enjoy in the pool. The rain prevented us from camping, it was very rare such a rain that didn't stop falling. But it's not serious. We will remember Cedric's mythical phrase about 18: ”I think there's a lighting there, it's going to stop”, or Moine's, the serious look of the one who lived all his life in Thailand and controls the forest:” A bird just passed, it will stop raining”....but of course, it continued raining ...et until 3 a.m. , I still laughed ^^. |17.05km from city centerFirst time to Khao Yai and happy we chose this resort. Do note, there are two resorts in this location, which can be a little confusing - Muthi Maya and Kiri Maya. Kiri Maya, it appears, is mostly geared towards folks staying at the golf course on the premises. We stayed in a Forest Pool Villa room, which was absolutely incredible. Every villa is nestled away from the main traffic at the resort and was very private. The room itself was very large, including a ridiculously huge bathroom complete with oversized soaking tub. The beds were comfortable and large, with fresh linens and medium/soft pillows. The main attraction was obviously the private pool, measuring in at around 7 meters by 3 meters. Unfortunately, given the fact that we came in January, the water was pretty frigid, so we only managed a very brief dip. That said, there's ample space, lounge chairs, and a large outdoor sofa to simply relax in. Service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly and helpful, and if you speak English, also bi-lingual. We never ordered room service or ate at the on-site restaurant, but did enjoy the large breakfast buffet. While maybe not as diverse as a big Bangkok area breakfast buffet, the spread was still impressive - fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, egg station, boiled rice, dim sum selections, along with some staple Thai dishes like fried rice, boiled rice, and more. There are quite a few on-site food options, including being able to have a private chef and BBQ at your villa, or a special mookata BBQ with various different kinds of set menus. However, the prices, as expected, are pretty high. There are a TON of local food options in the area, including some exceptionally tasty (and cheap) Thai restaurants just a short drive away. One interesting attraction was the Forest of Illusion, a short on-site self-guided walking tour on the grounds. Starting at 6 PM, you can walk a short path around the resort complemented by fun lights, laser displays, and more. For some reason, this season's theme is Snoopy and Peanuts, which did seem a bit odd. Do note, the Forest of Illusion does cost 350 Baht per person, which is steep. It was mitigated by a small 10% discount for being a resort guest, but overall I'm not sure the value is really there to justify such a high price. Overall, our experience here was great and we're already planning another visit next year, perhaps during the low season to better take advantage of the pool!

The receptionist is very good, speaks because of good service, this time probably because of COVID, so there are few people to stay. When we went, there were a few rooms to stay. Can rent scooter from hostel, if run out, there are scooters rental near by.
It has roof top bar, very nice breakfast canteen..however there is no cooking facilities, but no need to do any cooking, because Thai food are so good and so cheap.
There is a night food market just right across the road, many street food and restaurants near by.
Good place to stay before heading to Khao Yai.
Hostel is in centre of Pak Chong, there is a very big Chinese temple near by, where people practices Tai Ji every evening.
Big C and Lotus is not far away can go there to do shopping and, or eating in nice food court there.
Be aware of riding scooter and safety especially to the Dam, which have to ride on free way with cars and trucks all running at 100+ km/ hour, if renting a 125 cc scooter would be unsafe on fast free way, where there are motorbike lands too, but unpredictable safety on bike land, eg rocks or slippery sand, pot holes or sometimes truck or cars just parking on these land. And very dangerous and unsafe to make U turn with little scooter which has not enough power to change land in on running very fast traffic. Those no experience with riding scooter should just join tours for your own safety.
People in Pak Chong are very nice and friendly.

|17.33km from city centerNever did we imagine when we entered the room that we would be greeted by this beautiful sweeping view of Toscana Valley. My wife and me simply lost our breath. Our city view room was a picture of Tuscany itself, with its Mediterranean warm yellows and orange-colored homes and buildings. The room was simply excellent. It was clean, spacious and well-designed with a kitchenette where one could have the hotel’s complimentary coffee or tea. It’s Wifi connectivity was also good. We had our breakfast and dinner during our 3 day-stay at the Town Square because we wanted to. The views from there and the ambience with its cobbled streets were simply superb. We felt we were in Italy. We never thought we could enjoy a hotel so much. We are going back again next year, maybe during the rainy season for another stay.

|18.62km from city centerWe impressed the warmed and swarming welcome by a nice smile receptionist, she was enthusiastic to take care of our luggage and the strictly Covid checking and rules that we must follow to make us feel safer and really like family. The room was exceptional decorations and met the 5 star standards, particularly a swimming pool, library and king George restaurant was truly British touch. The food was not too bad, pizza four season and a deep fried sea bass was my favorite dish and strongly suggested you must try. The key strength is a large garden, Nicolas church and prammika art gallery, thanks to all staff I will definitely be back again and again

So cold that the water heater has no meaning at all 🤣🤣 but overall it's okay. The price is not expensive at all. Big house. Seriously, 3-4 people can still sleep together. There is a kitchen, built-in microwave. There are also grilling equipment for you. You don't have to buy it yourself. As for the bathroom, there is a bathtub in it too.
