My stay for a three day-weekend in May was off to a bad start even before I arrived at the hotel. A somewhat heated email exchange with the reservation team threatening to cancel the reservation if I did not pay immediately, according to the tariff conditions, meant that I had to contact the Guest Relations Manager (Mrs Ageliki KOULOURI) to clarify the situation. It is therefore through this first exchange with her that I can say today that this manager is one of the main assets of this hotel. Not only does she do her job, but she also puts in a dose of tact, delicacy and efficiency. I owe the success of my stay to her. The hotel is very well located, beautifully decorated and the rooms are beautiful. I personally was upgraded to a suite with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. The hotel, which opened fairly recently, still has a few glitches that one is less inclined to forgive once the break-in period is over, especially for a hotel of this category. This year, the restaurant offer has been reduced by the presence of Michelin-starred chef Botrini, who has ”ceased his collaboration” with the hotel. I tested the two restaurants Sofrito (Greek and Mediterranean cuisine) and Oribu (North Asian cuisine). The staff in the dining areas are numerous, attentive and eager to help. I found that both the food and wine lists lacked coherence, and sometimes even of the desired wine :). This didn't bother me that much, but I did think that a hotel in this category should do a better job! As for the breakfast buffet (there are several), I found it perfect: a wide selection of dishes, from savory to sweet. The only downside is the lack of teas, at least for tea lovers. The swimming pool, probably one of the most beautiful on the island, is infinity and offers a spectacular view of the sea and the mainland in the distance. Sports enthusiasts will not be outdone by the state-of-the-art gym and equipment. And what can I say about the Spa? Well, it's certainly one of the best treatments I've ever received, and all in a finely decorated, relaxing setting. A big plus and a big thank you to the team. I'll conclude by saying that I hope to return to this resort and that the service will live up to the high standards expected of a 5-star hotel.

Liked · This hotel has exceeded my expectations, frankly speaking. It was very well located, quiet and relaxing. The location is perfect, not too close to the main road, boasting sea view from almost all points, nice pool and close to a very nice, even luxurious private beach. The bus stop is also very near, and if you walked 10 min along the sea you could get to Benitses, a village where the shops and restaurants are located. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, over 10 days of our stay they felt like family, Catherine, Phaedon and Alexis, thank you very much you have made our stay so pleasant and carefree. We have stayed in this beautiful little family run hotel several times. Every time we stay we’re reminded as to why we keep returning. From the minute you arrive nothing is too much trouble for the family who do everything they can to make sure you relax and enjoy this perfect little slice of Greece. The hotel is not fancy it’s adequate and comfortable and what it lacks in the facilities you’d get in a larger resort type hotel they definitely make up this in their genuine, flawless hospitality. The hotel breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice but don’t expect a full English breakfast the charm here is everything Greek. The yogurt, honey and nuts all firm favourites with our party. A car is useful but we travelled on the local buses both to Benitses and Corfu Town using this excellent and regular service that stops right outside the hotel. A tip here is to buy your bus tickets from the hotel reception in advance. Dinner or lunch in the hotel is served on the huge terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea. Make sure you book your dinner table at breakfast to get a good table and you must try the homemade wine and “menu of the day” an incredible 3 courses for just 17 euros making it the best value for money meal you’ll have anywhere in Corfu. All of our meals were absolutely delicious. The hotel has its own small beach just across the road. This has a limited amount of sunbeds and umbrellas but it’s a great place to relax and swim and we enjoyed taking our cocktails over there from the hotel bar as the sun went down. Thank you to every single family member at the Kaiser Bridge for giving us 7 ladies the most relaxing holiday and filling us with the best food and wine. We made lifelong memories at the Kaiser Bridge and we will be back !!!!

We recently stayed at the Potamaki Beach Hotel for 12 days (from August 14th to August 25th, 2023). Unfortunately, there is not a single positive aspect of this hotel that I can genuinely recommend. Cons: 1. One night when we were asleep some random guy entered our room! He had a card of our room and entered it! When we informed receptionist what have happened, she already knew it and just said that it wont happen again. She didn't want to provide us any explanation!!! This was the most disturbing experience! 2. The room they accommodated us in was on the first floor, on the same level as swimming pool. Sun beds were literally few meters from our balcony and since they don't have normal curtains but only drapers, the only way you could have some privacy in that room was if you were in dark whole day. Beside that, smell in bathroom was awful! 3. We asked at the reception to change room, firstly they argued and after some persuasion they showed us another room on the same floor. Second room was noticeably smaller, much older furniture, old bathroom and view was other building passage. We agreed to that since they told us this is the only option and it seemed that we could have some privacy here and there was no smell from bathroom. 4. After first attempt to take a shower in the bathroom of second room, the floor was completely flooded, partly because the curtain on shower was too short and partly because water was coming back from the drain. It disgusted me to step out of the shower. To be able to reach towels you needed to go over toilet seat, and there was no space at all to put cosmetics (we had to use some dusty red chair for that). Also, in this bathroom tiles were dingy. So overall, the bathroom was in unsanitary conditions. 5. Again, we went to reception to explain the conditions, and this time they were rude and completely unprofessional (they mocked us because we already changed room) and finally one lady (I would say she is the manager) agreed to come to the room with us to see what is happening. So we showed here, and her behavior was really unprofessional. She tried to convince us that what we showed her is completely normal and that room is ”really nice room” and that other rooms have shower behind the doors without curtains etc.. So basically she was telling us that all other rooms are worse then this one?!! We insisted that they find us normal room, and finally I had to specifically tell her to check when first group of guests is leaving and that could be a opportunity for us to change it. Finally, she agreed to that, but I really want to emphasise that she was completely unprofessional! 6. After two days they showed us another room which was finally looking acceptable (we had issues in this process as well, but we got the room). No apologies from their side for all the trouble we were in. 7. The hotel provided only one room card despite our request for two. Their explanation that we could leave the card at the recepti
