Es kommt nur selten vor das ich mir die Zeit und den Aufwand für eine Auslandsaufenthalt als Behinderter gönne. Wenn ich das schon mal mache erwarte ich für mein Geld auch entsprechende Leistung. Positives: Zu 95% supernettes Personal, Größe des Zimmers und der Dusche für mich als Behinderter mit Rollstuhl absolut ausreichend. Im Restaurant angenehmes Ambiente. Behindertenparkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, dürften etwas grösser sein. Insgesamt die Einrichtung betreffend für behinderte Menschen gutes Hotel. Negatives: Frühstück überforderten Personal, kam mit dem auffüllen fehlender Sachen nicht hinterher Es fehlte sehr viele Sachen am Anfang des Frühstücks, was auch am Ende noch immer nicht aufgefüllt war und warmes wie Rühreier, Baron, Tomaten und Pfannkuchen waren kalt. Frühstücksplätze am Tisch waren gebraucht von Gästen davor, man hat einfach frisches Besteck auf den Tisch gelegt, aber den Tisch nicht gereinigt. A la Carte Essen, welches schon relativ teuer ist, z.B. Spaghetti Bolognese für über € 20 sind Senioren Portionen, ein normaler Erwachsener wird davon nicht satt. Ich habe den Mixed Teller bestellt, wovon nicht alles drauf war was auf der Karte stand, man hat es einfach durch etwas anderes ausgetauscht ohne mich als Gast dazu zu informieren und die zusätzlich bestellen Pommes kamen, als ich mit dem Essen fertig war. Getränke wurde leider auch falsch geliefert, anstatt Radler ohne Alkohol, wurde uns Radler mit Alkohol serviert, das geht überhaupt nicht, denn das ist gesundheitsschädlich. Für die Preise die verlangt werden wird leider die Leistung dafür nicht erbracht, was ich sehr sehr schade finde, da ich wie gesagt für solche Touren nie viel Zeit habe. Leider kann ich Fletcher Hotels nicht empfehlen, da es mir den Anschein hat, das diese Vorgehensweise in Fletcher Hotels genauso gelebt wird und anscheinend von den Hotelleitungen so gewünscht ist, denn offensichtlich angesprochene Probleme vor Ort wurden leider nicht gelöst, oder wollten nicht gelöst werden. Eigentlich sehr schade bei diesem tollen Ambiente.....

Eine Nacht geschäftlich in Oeding. Ein charmantes Hotel, das Zimmer war einfach ausgestattet (preislich sehr gut), sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist gut und alles was man braucht ist da. Das absolute Highlight war aber das Abendessen. Wir kamen gegen 19 Uhr an und dachten ”schnell noch was im Hotel-Restaurant essen” und erwarteten nicht all zuviel. Ein Blick in die Speisekarte machte dann sofort neugierig. Echtes Wiener Schnitzel vom Münsterländer Kalb und ACHTUNG Sauerbraten vom Kabeljau mit Kartoffelstampf, Bärlauch-Beurre-Blanc und Mairübchen. Sauerbraten, Fisch??? Das musste es sein. Haben also einmal Schnitzel und einmal Sauerbraten bestellt. Das Schnitzel war sehr gut, aber der Sauerbraten vom Kabeljau der absolute Hammer. Selten so genial gegessen. Alles harmonierte extrem gut. Die Butter zum angenehm sauren Fisch und zum sehr guten Kartoffelstampf war himmlisch. Die Mairübchen lecker, aber mir hätte schon Fisch, Kartoffeln und diese grandiose Beurre-Blanc gereicht. Das ganze mit sehr gut gezapftem Bier von besonders freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen serviert. Ich werde sicher bald nochmal hin fahren und hoffe, dass der Sauerbraten noch auf der Karte ist. Tolles Gesamtpaket mit herausragender Küche. Danke dafür.

Heute auf unserer Reise im Hotel Nagel in Südlohn untergekommen. Sehr freundlich und eine sehr üppige Fahrradgarage. Zimmer sehr sauber und modern. Der Dusche sieht man allerdings die Benutzung an. Aber man ehrlich man kann nu auch nicht immer alles neu machen, macht man zuhause ja auch nicht. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte ist gut bürgerlich, dort ist für jeden etwas dabei. Infos zum Frühstück folgen. 😊
